"PT. GF adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri consumer goods dengan total karyawan sebanyak kurang lebih 16.000 orang yang tersebar hampir di seluruh Indonesia. Situasi yang muncul saat ini di kalangan karyawan adalah adanya ketidak jelasan karir yang membuat sebagian besar karyawan menjadi resah dan bertanya-tanya tentang bagaimana nasib karir mereka di perusahaan. Situasi ini tentu menjadi tidak kondusif baik bagi karyawan maupun baik perusahaan, di mana karyawan sebagai modal utama perusahaan yang menentukan keberhasilan perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuannya akan menjadi terdemotivasi degan adanya masalah karir ini. Tugas Akhir ini merupakan kegiatan penulis yang mencoba untuk mengangkat masalah ini sebagai bahan tulisan dengan maksud memberikan informasi kepada perusahaan seperti apa kondisi yang, terjadi di karyawan mengenai masalah karir dan apa solusi yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengawasi masalah tersebut Berdasarkan hasil analisis penulis maka satu-satunya solusi terbaik yang direkomendasikan oleh penulis dan harus segera dilakukan oleh perusahaan adalah menyusun career path, yang akan dipakai sebagai acuan untuk penyusunan career planning and development bagi tiap karyawan. Dengan adanya career path maka permasalahan yang muncul mengenai karir dapat diatasi dan dapat kembali memotivasi para karyawan untuk bekerja memberikan yang terbaik bagi perusahaan."

"Tugas akhir ini merupakan laporan kegiatan penulis yang disusun untuk memberikan rekomendasi dalam persoalan staffing yang dihadapi oleh PT Ml dan juga bagaimana memotivasi para karyawan tersebut untuk berprestasi atau menghasilkan kinerja yang bagus dalam posisi yang telah ditentukan oleh Manajemen. PT MI merupakan sebuah anak perusahaan “M Incorporation” yang terletak di California, Amerika Serikat, yaitu pemahaman manufaktur yang bergerak dalam industri mainan anak (uraian mengenai profil PT MI dapat ditemukan pada bagian Pendahuluan, halaman 4).
PT MI merupakan gabungan dari dua manajemen yaitu PT MJS dan PT MJD yang melakukan merger. Sebelumnya PT MIS dan PT MJD, yang meskipun sama-sama merupakan anak perusahaan “M Incorporation", saling bersaing baik dalam hal kualitas maupun biaya Akibatnya pada saat dilakukan merger, karyawan kedua belah pihak masih merasakan pihak lainnya sebagai saingan. Sebagai konsekuensi dari merger tersebut, manajemen PT MI membentuk suatu struktur organisasi yang baru. Manajemen ingin agar struktur baru tersebut dapat membawa kepuasan pada setiap karyawan sehingga motivasi untuk berprestasi.
Namun yang terjadi justru sebaliknya, dimana staffing dari struktur baru tersebut menimbulkan ketidakpuasan pada karyawan. Manajemen sendiri pada awalnya cenderung tertutup untuk menjelaskan kepada karyawan mengenai pertimbangan-pertimbangan dan kriteria yang digunakan dalam proses staffing tersebut. keluhan Manajemen PT MI menimbulkan beberapa pemikiran dalam diri penulis, seperti:
a. Rasa persaingan yang sebelumnya ada dan rasa ketidakpuasan yang muncul setelah terbentuknya organisasi yang baru, harus dieliminasi ataupun dikurangi dengan menunjukkan kepada para karyawan bahwa memang saat ini struktur yang telah dibentuk adalah yang paling tepat. Untuk itu perlu diupayakan suatu program komunikasi yang tepat.
b. Motivasi bisa ditimbulkan oleh berbagai faktor, sehingga perlu diidentifikasi akar permasalahan yang sebenarnya agar karyawan termotivasi untuk berprestasi.
Rasa ketidakpuasan terutama timbul di kalangan eks karyawan PT MJD- Hal ini terutama karena mereka merasa bahwa proses penggabungan ini bukanlah merger,melainkan akuisisi (uraian lengkap dapat dibaca paula bagian Pendahuluan, Profil Perusahaan, halaman 5). Manajemen merasakan bahwa motivasi para karyawan untuk berprestasi berkurang dengan melihat kenyataan bahwa banyak para karyawan yang menggunakan fasilitas internet untuk mencari pekerjaan/lowongan, baik dalam jam kerja maupun di luar jam kerja. Contoh lain terlihat ketika para karyawan (sufi) tidak lagi antusias dalam pekerjaannya, seperti bagian material misalnya, mereka tidak tampak lagi giat mencari sumber-sumber material dengan kualitas bagus dan harga yang cukup murah, mereka hanya menjalankan tugas operasional mereka saja.
Dari hal-hal yang diuraikan diatas, penulis mengambil kesimpulan bahwa tampaknya penurunan motivasi diakibatkan karena adanya rasa ketidakpuasan yang berpangkal pada staffing atas struktur baru serta kurang efektifnya sistem komunikasi Perusahaan untuk menyatukan karyawan. Menghadapi persoalan yang dihadapi oleh PT MI, penulis mengajukan pemikiran yang dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi Manajemen dalam mengatasi rasa ketidakpuasan dan berkurangnya motivasi karyawan tersebut. Pertama adalah meninjau kembali kebijakan staffing yang baru dengan menggunakan pendekatan kompetensi. Kedua adalah merancang sistem komunikasi yang dapat memberikan informasi kepada semua karyawan tentang langkah-langkah yang diambil atau akan diambil oleh Manajemen agar tidak menimbulkan rasa curiga.
Rincian mengenai rekomendasi yang dikemukakan oleh penulis, dapat dilihat pada bagian II-Alternatif Solusi dan Konsekuensinya. Sedangkan untuk rekomendasi yang penulis anggap merupakan opsi terbaik dapat dilihat pada bagian III-Rekomendasi."

"Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya kenyataan yang sering terjadi pada setiap perusahaan, khususnya pada perusahaan yang memiliki perencanaan karir untuk memfasilitasi karyawannya agar tetap bertahan, berkembang dan mengalami kemajuan. Dengan fokus permasalahan: bagaimana persepsi karyawan Terhadap perencanaan karir sumber daya manusia pada kantor pusat PT. Granton Marketing di jakarta. Dari rumusan masalah di atas, maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi berdasarkan fakta dan data yang valid. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatifdengan desain deskriptif. Penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan total sampling yang berjumlah sebanyak 40 responden. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner yang berisi 18 pernyataan dan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Analisis univariat yaitu distribusi frekuensi dan hasil jawaban dari kuestioner dilakukan menggunakan skala Likert.
Data penelitian ini diambil dari dua sumber yaitu data primer, data yang diperoleh secara langsung dari responden sebagai sumber data melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan wawancara di lokasi penelitian, kedua yaitu data sekunder, yaitu data pendukung atau pelengkap data primer yang diperoleh dari dokumen atau literatur yang berhubungan dengan penelitian ini. Berdasarkan pada teori Ivancevich bahwa hasil penelitian ini adalah perusahaan perlu melakukan evaluasi terhadap perencanaan karir di perusahaan berupa pelayanan informasi, konseling, mentoring, penilaian kerja dan pelatihan agar mampu menyesuaikan perencanaan karir individu dengan rencana karir yang ada di organisasi.
This research was formed the background by the existence of the reality that often happened to each company, especially to the company that had career planning to facilitate his employee in order to continue to remain, develop and experience the progress. With the focus of the problem: how the perception of the employee towards planning of the human resources career to the PT. Granton Marketing head office in Jakarta. From the formulation of the problem above, then this research aimed at getting information was based on the fact and the valid data. This research was the research kuantitatifdengan the descriptive design. The pulling of the sample was carried out by using the total sampling that was numbering totalling 40 respondents. The instrument of the research used the questionnaire that contained 18 statements and. Technically the analysis of the data used the Analysis univariat that is the distribution of the frequency and results of the answer of kuestioner was carried out used the Likert scale.
This research data was taken from two sources that is the primary data, the data that was received directly from the respondent as the source of the data through the spreading of the questionnaire and the interview in the location of the research, the two that is the secondary data, that is the supporting data or primary data accessories that were received from the document or literature that was connected with this research. Be based on in the Ivancevich theory that results of this research of being the company must carry out the evaluation towards career planning in the company took the form of the information service, counselling, mentoring, the assessment of the work and the training in order to be able to adapt planning of the individual career to the available career plan in the organization.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengembangan human capital dan dampaknya sebagai salah satu bentuk manajemen sumber daya manusia di PT M. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang diawali dengan studi literatur. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada tahun 2021 melalui wawancara mendalam dengan 6 informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan human capital yang dilakukan oleh PT M berfokus kepada kompetensi yang merujuk pada kemampuan, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan saja. Sehingga pengembangan human capital yang dilakukan disebut sebagai pengembangan kompetensi karyawan. Pengembangan human capital yang dilakukan dimulai dengan pengisian personal development plan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengembangan setiap karyawan sehingga dalam pelaksanaannya, pengembangan memiliki sasaran prinsip, karakteristik, dan isu utama yang berbeda-beda. Adapun dampak pengembangan human capital di PT M yakni peningkatan keterampilan dan pengetahuan, peningkatan kepercayaan diri, merasa diperhatikan oleh perusahaan, dan berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja di lapangan.

This study aims to describe the development of human capital and its impact as a form of human resource management at PT M. This is a qualitative descriptive study preceded with literature studies. Data collection conducted in 2021 trough in-depth interviews with 6 informants The results of the study revealed that the development of human capital carried out by PT M only focuses on competencies that refer to abilities, knowledge, and skills. So, it is referred to as employee competency development. Human capital development begins with filling out a personal development plan that is in accordance with the development needs of each employee so that in its implementation, development has different principles, characteristics, and main issues. The impact of developing human capital at PT M is increasing skills and knowledge, increasing self-confidence, feeling cared for by the company, and having an impact on improving performance in the field."

"Pengembangan sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu bagian dari manajemen sumber daya manusia yang harus dilaksanakan oleh organisasi. dalam organisasi publik, Pengembangan SDM dilakukan untuk meningkatkan knowledge, skill dan abilities PNS di maksud. Di dalam Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 11 Tahun 2017 tentang Manajemen PNS yang menyatakan bahwa setiap PNS memiliki hak untuk memperoleh pengembangan kompetensi selama dua puluh jam pelajaran dalam satu tahun. Pengembangan kompetensi dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi setiap PNS melalui berbagai kegiatan, salah satunya dengan melaksanakan pendidikan dan pelatihan (Diklat). Diklat dapat dilaksanakan dengan berbagai metode baik secara klasikal maupun non-klasikal. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian terapan yang bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi terhadap strategi pengembangan SDM yang di lakukan oleh Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia melalui Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Hukum dan HAM dan Balai Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Hukum dan HAM. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui wawancara terhadap informan internal dan eksternal yang berjumlah sebanyak sepuluh informan. Informan internal di antaranya Sekretaris Badan, Kepala Bidang Program di Pusat Pengembangan Diklat Teknis dan Kepemimpinan dan Pusat Pengembangan Diklat Fungsional dan HAM serta Kepala Pusat Penilaian Kompetensi. Sedangkan, informan eksternal BPSDM Hukum dan HAM di antaranya, Kepala Kantor Wilayah, Kepala Divisi Administrasi dan Kepala Bagian Pengembangan Karir di Biro Kepegawaian. BPSDM Hukum dan HAM dan Balai Diklat Hukum dan HAM memiliki tugas dan fungsi untuk melaksanakan pengembangan SDM terhadap seluruh PNS di lingkungan Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia. BPSDM Hukum dan HAM dan Balai Diklat Hukum dan HAM saat ini menyelenggarakan pengembangan SDM dengan melaksanakan pendidikan dan pelatihan (Diklat) melalui daring dengan metode Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ) dan e-learning. Diklat dilaksanakan sesuai dengan sasaran strategis BPSDM Hukum dan HAM yang berpedoman pada rencana strategis Kementerian Hukum dan HAM. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach that is descriptive with the type of applied research that aims to provide solutions to human resources development strategies conducted by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights through the Human Rights Human Resources Development Agency of Law and Human Rights and the Center for Education and Training of Law and Human Rights. Data collection techniques in this study were conducted through interviews with internal and external informants totaling ten informants. Internal informants include the Secretary of the Agency, The Head of Program Affairs at the Center for Technical and Leadership Training Development and the Center for The Development of Functional and Human Rights Training and the Head of the Competency Assessment Center. Meanwhile, external informants include, Head of Regional Office, Head of Administration Division and Head of Career Development Department at Staffing Bureau. The Human Resources Development Agency of Law and Human Rights and The Education and Training Center of Law and Human Rights have the task and function to carry out human resources development to all civil servants within the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. The Human Resources Development Agency of Law and Human Rights has launched the Ministry of Law and Human Rights Corporate University, which is expected to be able to answer problems related to human resources development."

"e-HRM merupakan suatu teknologi informasi yang dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi sistem HRM perusahaan dengan melaksanakan fungsi sistem tersebut secara elektronik atau online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan electronic human resource management (e-HRM) terhadap efektivitas HRM di perusahaan perbankan. Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) digunakan sebagai teori untuk menganalisis pengaruh determinan e-HRM (performance expectancy, effort expectancy, dan social influence) terhadap penggunaan sistem e-HRM. Data empiris diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan ke salah satu perusahaan perbankan di Jakarta. Analisis hipotesis dilakukan dengan teknik Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menggunakan perangkat lunak Lisrel 8.80. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa performance expectancy dan effort expectancy dapat memengaruhi penggunaan sistem e-HRM oleh karyawan. Penggunaan sistem e-HRM juga terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas HRM pada tingkat kebijakan dan praktik

e-HRM is an information technology that increased the effectiveness and efficiency of company’s HRM system by carrying out HRM system’s function electronically or online. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of using electronic human resource management (e-HRM) on human resource management (HRM) effectiveness in Banking Company. Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) was used as a theory to analyze the effect of e-HRM determinants (performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and social influence) toward e-HRM usage. Empirical data was obtained through questionnaires that distributed to one of the banking company in Jakarta. Hypothesis was examined using structural equation modeling (SEM) technique using Lisrel 8.80 software. The findings indicate that performance expectancy and effort expectancy influence e-HRM usage. e-HRM usage also has positive and significant effect on HRM effectiveness at policy and practice level"
