"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara parenting self-efficacy dan work-family conflict pada ibu dari toddler yang bekerja sebagai perawat. Pengukuran parenting self-efficacy menggunakan alat ukur Self-Efficacy Parenting for Tasks Index ? Toddler Scale yang dikembangkan oleh Coleman (1998), sedangkan work-family conflict diukur melalui Work Family Conflict Scale yang dikembangkan oleh Carlson, dkk (2000). Partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 51 ibu dari anak yang berada pada tahap toddler dan bekerja sebagai perawat.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara parenting self-efficacy dan work-family conflict (r=-0.512, n=51, p< 0.01, two-tail). Hal tersebut berarti bahwa semakin tinggi parenting selfefficacy pada ibu dari toddler, maka semakin rendah work-family conflict yang dialami ibu; begitu pula sebaliknya.

This study examined the correlation between parenting self-efficacy and workfamily conflict among mothers of toddler who work as nurses. Parenting selfefficacy was measured by Self-Efficacy Parenting for Tasks Index ? Toddler Scale developed by Coleman (1998), whereas work-family conflict was measured by Work Family Conflict Scale developed by Carlson et al (2000). The participants of this study was 51 mothers of toddler and work as nurses.
The result of this study showed that there is a significant, negative correlation, between parenting self-efficacy and wprk-family conflict (r=-0.512, n=51, p< 0.01, twotail). That is, the higher mother?s parenting self-efficacy, lower work-family conflict; and vice versa.

"Salah satu hal yang mempengaruhi marital satisfaction adalah work family conflict. Keberhasilan seseorang dalam mengatasi work family conflict bergantung pada work family conflict self-efficacy. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara work family conflict self-efficacy dan marital satisfaction dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan korelasional.
Alat ukur yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Work Family Conflict Self-Efficacy Scale (WFC-SES) untuk mengukur work family conflict self-efficacy dan Couples Satisfaction Index (CSI) untuk mengukur marital satisfaction.
Hasil analisis data yang diperoleh dari 60 responden menunjukkan koefisien korelasi 0,1 yang artinya tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara work family conflict self-efficacy dan marital satisfaction.

One of the factors that influence marital satisfaction is work family conflict. People who success to solve their work family conflict is depended on work family conflict self-efficacy. The purpose of this research is to find correlation between work family conflict self-efficacy and marital satisfaction by using quantitative and correlational methods.
Work family conflict self-efficacy are measured by Work Family Conflict Self-Efficacy Scale (WFC-SES) and marital satisfaction are measured by Couples Satisfaction Index (CSI).
The result from 60 subjects show that there is no significant correlation between work family conflict self-efficacy and marital satisfaction with coefficient correlation 0,1.

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara parenting self-efficacy dan konflik peran pada ibu bekerja dari toddler. Pengukuran parenting self-efficacy dilakukan dengan alat ukur Self-Efficacy Parenting for Tasks Index - Toddler Scale (SEPTI-TS) yang dikembangkan oleh Coleman (1998), sedangkan konflik peran diukur melalui Wave V Role Conflict Scale yang dikembangkan oleh Markle (1998). Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah 142 ibu bekerja dari toddler yang bekerja minimal selama 40 jam per minggunya.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara parenting self-efficacy dan konflik peran (r= -0.390, n=142, p< 0.01, two tail). Artinya, semakin tinggi parenting self-efficacy ibu, semakin rendah konflik peran yang dialami, begitupun sebaliknya.

Partisipan penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 128 orang ibu bekerja yang tersebar di Jabodetabek. Pengukuran keberfungsian keluarga dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat ukur Family Assessment Device (FAD) berdasarkan The McMaster Model of Family Functioning yang dikembangkan oleh Epstein et al. (1983). Parenting selfefficacy diukur dengan menggunakan alat ukur Parenting Sense of Competence (PSOC) subskala efficacy yang dikembangkan oleh Johnston dan Mash (1989). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara keberfungsian keluarga dan parenting self-efficacy pada ibu bekerja ( r = 0.203, p = 0.022, signifikan pada L.o.S 0.05). Artinya, semakin efektif keberfungsian keluarga, maka semakin tinggi parenting self-efficacy pada ibu bekerja.

Partisipan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 140 ibu bekerja dari daerah Jakarta, Depok, Tangerang, dan Bekasi yang berusia 17-45 tahun. Pengukuran work-family conflict dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat ukur Work-Family Conflict Scale sementara keberfungsian keluarga diukur dengan menggunakan alat ukur Family Assessment Device (FAD). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara work-family conflict dan keberfungsian keluarga pada ibu bekerja (r = -0,203, p = 0,016, signifikan pada L.o.S 0,05). Hal ini berarti bahwa semakin tinggi work-family conflict maka semakin rendah keberfungsian keluarga pada ibu bekerja, demikian juga sebaliknya.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat hubungan antara parenting self-efficacy dengan hardiness sebagai respon dari fenomena meningkatknya jumlah ibu tunggal bekerja dan memiliki kanak-kanak madya di Indonesia, agar bisa membantu menghadapi tekanan perannya dengan baik. Parenting self-efficacy adalah persepsi kemampuan dalam pengasuhan yang dimilikinya untuk secara positif mempengaruhi perilaku dan perkembangan anak (Coleman dan Karraker, 2000), sedangkan hardiness adalah variabel kepribadian yang memberikan kemampuan bagi individu untuk bertahan dalam kondisi yang kurang menguntungkan di dalam hidupnya (Kobasa, Maddi & Kahn, 1982). Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 78 ibu tunggal bekerja yang memiliki kanak-kanak madya dengan metode kuesioner. "Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan gambaran mengenai hubungan antara dukungan sosial dan parenting self-efficacy pada ibu bekerja yang memiliki anak usia kanak-kanak madya serta mendapatkan gambaran deskriptif tentang parenting self-efficacy dan dukungan sosial yang dimiliki ibu bekerja yang memiliki anak usia kanak-kanak madya. Pengukuran dukungan sosial menggunakan alat ukur Social Provisions Scale (Cutrona & Troutman, 1987) dan pengukuran parenting self-efficacy menggunakan alat ukur Self-Efficacy for Parenting Tasks Index (Coleman & Karraker, 2000). Partisipan berjumlah 60 orang ibu bekerja yang memiliki karakteristik memiliki jam kerja lebih dari 40 jam per minggu dan memiliki anak usia kanak-kanak madya.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial dan parenting self-efficacy pada ibu bekerja yang memiliki anak usia kanak-kanak madya (r = 0.482; p = 0.000, signifikan pada L.o.S 0.01). Artinya, semakin tinggi dukungan sosial yang dirasakan seseorang, maka semakin tinggi parenting selfefficacy yang dimilikinya. Dimensi parenting self-efficacy terendah pada ibu bekerja dengan anak usia kanak-kanak madya adalah dimensi disiplin dan dimensi tertinggi adalah dimensi kesehatan. Dimensi dukungan sosial terendah yang pada ibu bekerja dengan anak usia kanak-kanak madya adalah dimensi emosional, dan dimensi tertinggi adalah dimensi informasional. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dukungan sosial bagi ibu yang bekerja perlu terus dikembangkan agar dapat memiliki parenting self-efficacy yang tinggi.

This research was conducted to find the correlation between social support and parenting self-efficacy among working mothers of middle childhood children and how are the conditions of parenting self-efficacy and social support among working mothers of middle childhood children. Social support was measured using a modification instrument from Social Provisions Scale (Cutrona & Troutman, 1986) and parenting self-efficacy was measured using an adapted instrument named Self-Efficay for Parenting Tasks Index (Coleman & Karraker, 2000). The participants of this research are 60 working mothers who have middle childhood children.
The main results of this research show that social support positively correlated significantly with parenting self-efficacy (r = 0.482; p = 0.000, significant at L.o.S 0.01). That is, the higher social support felt by one, the higher parenting self-efficacy one has. Furthermore, discipline found as the lowest domain and health found as the highest domain of parenting self-efficacy. Emotional support found as the lowest and informational support found as the highest social support felt by working mothers. Based on these results, social support to working mothers needs to be developed so that working mothers can have higher parenting self-efficacy.

"Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara Parenting Self-Efficacy dan Persepsi Dukungan Sosial pada ibu tunggal bekerja dengan anak usia kanak-kanak madya (usia 5-12 tahun). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dan termasuk dalam penelitian korelasional serta menggunakan non-probability sampling design. Responden berjumlah 30 orang ibu tunggal bekerja dan diambil datanya menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan alat ukur Self Efficacy for Parenting Task Index dari Coleman dan Karraker (2000) dan Multidimensional of Perceived Social Support dari Zimet, Dahlem, Zimet dan Farley (1988).
Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara Parenting Self-Efficacy dan Persepsi Dukungan Sosial (r = 0,0079 ; p > 0,05). Domain Parenting Self-Efficacy yang memiliki nilai mean tertinggi adalah Health dan domain yang memiliki nilai terendah adalah Recreation. Domain Persepsi Dukungan Sosial yang memiliki nilai mean tertinggi adalah Keluarga sedangkan domain Teman memiliki nilai mean terendah.

This study determined to see wether there’s correlation between Parenting Self-Efficacy and Perceived Social Support on working single-mother with children in middle childhood (5-12 years) or not. This study formed in correlational quantitative research which used nonprobability sampling design. The respondents were 30 respondents of working single-mother. The data was taken with Self Efficacy for Parenting Task Index from Coleman and Karraker (2000) to measure Parenting Self Efficacy and Multidimensional of Perceived Social Support from Zimet, Dahlem, Zimet dan Farley (1988) to measure Perceived Social Support.
The result indicated that there's no significant positive correlation between the two variables with r = 0,0079 and p > 0,05. Domain Health had the highest mean score and domain Recreation had the lowest mean score in Parenting Self-Efficacy. In Perceived Social Support, domain Family had the highest mean score whereas domain Friends had the lowest mean score.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh work family conflict (WFC) dan family work conflict (FWC) terhadap turnover intention dengan job stress bertindak sebagai variabel mediasi dan self-efficacy bertindak sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equational Model (SEM) dan perangkat lunak lisrel 8.8 untuk pengolahan data. Metode pengambilan sample yang digunakan adalah nonprobability sampling dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 176 responden di rumah sakit wilayah Nusa Tenggara Barat. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan survei melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan secara online dan offline.  Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa WFC dan FWC memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap job stress. Job stress memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara WFC dan turnover intention, sementara job stress memediasi secara penuh hubungan antara FWC dan turnover intention. Ditemukan juga bahwa self-efficacy sebagai variabel moderasi meningkatkan efek positif WFC dan FWC terhadap job stress. Hasil penelitian tersebut mengimplikasikan bahwa penting bagi rumah sakit untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung dan efektif, memberikan batasan tanggung jawab dan peran, melihat kembali apa yang menjadi kesepakatan awal antara pihak rumah sakit dan perawat, serta memberikan afeksi dan motivasi agar perawat tidak mengalami stres berlebih sehingga tidak memiliki niat untuk meninggalkan pekerjaanya


The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work-family conflict (WFC) and family-work conflict (FWC) on turnover intention, in which job stress acted as a mediating variable and self-efficacy as a moderating variable. The study employed a quantitative research using surveys to 176 nurses from hospitals in West Nusa Tenggara. Data was collected by questionnaire which had been shared online and offline afterwards, data is analyzed using Lisrel 88 software and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The result showed that WFC and FWC had significant effects on job stress. Job stress partially mediated the relationship between WFC and turnover intention, while job stress fully mediated the relationship between FWC and turnover intention. It was found that self-efficacy acted as a moderating variable increasing the effects of WFC and FWC on job stress. The results of this study imply that hospitals need to create a supportive and effective work environment, set limits on responsibilities and roles, review preliminary agreements between the hospital and nurses, and provide affection and motivation to reduce excess stress on nurses, hence nurses do not have the intention to leave job.
