"ABSTRAK
Dalam industri jasa, service delivery yang terdiri dari physical service dan
personnel service merupakan bagian yang terlihat saat terjadi interaksi antara
konsumen dan produsen jasa. Bagian ini sangat penting dalam mendorong respon
dari konsumen, salah satunya satisfaction dan commitment konsumen. Satisfaction
dan commitment konsumen sangat penting bagi kelangsungan usaha produsen.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh physical service dan
personnel service terhadap satisfaction dan commitment konsumen. Penelitian ini
menggunakan 155 responden nasabah Bank BRI Unit Pulo Jahe. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa physical service dan personnel service berpengaruh
signifikan terhadap satisfaction, sedangkan physical dan personnel service
berpengaruh signifikan terhadap commitment serta satisfaction berpengaruh
signifikan terhadap commitment.

ABSTRACT
In the service industry, service delivery consisting of physical service and
personnel service are part visible when there is interaction between consumers
and producers of service. This part is very important in encouraging response
from consumers, such as satisfaction and consumer commitment. Consumer
satisfaction and commitment are very important for business continuity producer.
Purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of physical service and personnel
service to consumer satisfaction and commitment. This research uses 155
respondent Bank BRI Unit Pulo Jahe customers. The result showed that the
physical service and personnel service have significant effect on satisfaction, at
the same time physical service and personnel service do not significant effect on
commitment and satisfaction have significant effect on commitment."

"Kunci penting hubungan jangka panjang yang menguntungkan dengan konsumen adalah kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah variabel kriteria pemilihan dan kualitas layanan mampu membentuk kepuasan dan seberapa besar pengaruhnya. Penelitian ini juga ingin mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan persepsi responden muslim dan non-muslim. Penelitian menggunakan desain riset deskriptif dengan metode survei. Sampel dihimpun dengan metode nonprobability sampling dengan teknik judgemental dan snowball sampling sebanyak 100 sampel. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian data diolah dengan teknik analisis regresi. Hasil menunjukan kedua variabel mampu membentuk kepuasan dengan kualitas layanan sebagai variabel dominan. Dari temuan yang diperoleh tidak terdapat perbedaan persepsi terhadap bank syariah berdasarkan agama mereka

The important key of valuable long term relationship with customers is customer satisfaction. Research objections tried to find if selection criteria and service quality able to shape satisfaction and how big its effect. Research also tried to know if there are customer’s perception differences among Muslims and non-Muslims . This research is using descriptive research design with survey method. Non probability sampling with judgmental and snowball sampling were used to collect 100 samples. Questionnaire with Likert’s scale was used as measuring tool. Regression data analysis technique applied to achieve the objective of this research. The result displays that both variables are able to shape satisfaction with service quality as the most variable shaping satisfaction. The result does not find any customer’s perceptions differences base on their religion."

"Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi behavioral intention dari penumpang maskapai penerbangan domestik, yang terdiri dari service quality, perceived value, perceived image, satisfaction, dan customer engagement. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis terhadap behavioral intention dari penumpang maskapai penerbangan komersial domestik yang dipengaruhi oleh service quality yang ditawarkan oleh maskapai penerbangan komersial domestik, perceived value pelanggan terhadap layanan dari maskapai penerbangan komersial domestik, perceived image dari maskapai penerbangan komersial domestik, satisfaction yang ditawarkan oleh maskapai penerbangan komersial domestik, serta customer engagement yang dilakukan dan dirasakan oleh pelanggan maskapai penerbangan komersial domestik. Sebanyak 355 responden diperoleh melalui kuesioner online. Hipotesis kemudian diuji melalui metode structural equation modelling (SEM).
Hasil empiris menunjukkan bahwa service quality memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap perceived image, satisfaction, dan perceived value. Satisfaction memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap customer engagement. Perceived value memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap customer engagement. Customer engagement, satisfaction, dan perceived image memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap behavioral intention. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa perceived image tidak memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap perceived value dan customer engagement, kemudian perceived value tidak memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap behavioral intention.

There are some factors that influence behavioral intention of domestic commercial airline passengers, which consist of service quality, perceived value, perceived image, satisfaction, and customer engagement. This study aims to analyze the behavioral intention of domestic commercial airline passengers affected by the service quality offered by domestic commercial airlines, the perceived value of customers to services from domestic commercial airlines, perceived image of domestic commercial airlines, satisfaction offered by domestic commercial airlines, and customer engagement carried out and felt by domestic commercial airline passengers. A total of 355 respondents were obtained through an online questionnaire. The hypothesis is then tested through the method of structural equation modeling (SEM).
Empirical results show that service quality has a positive influence on perceived image, satisfaction, and perceived value. Satisfaction has a positive influence on customer engagement. Perceived value has a positive influence on customer engagement. Customer engagement, satisfaction, and perceived image have a positive influence on behavioral intention. The results of this study also show that perceived image does not have a positive influence on perceived value and customer engagement, then perceived value does not have a positive influence on behavioral intention.

"[Pertumbuhan konsumen kelas menengah atas menimbulkan tren gaya hidup
baru di Jakarta, yaitu konsumsi restoran kelas menengah atas khususnya pada tipe
restoran casual-dining. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa hubungan antara
variabel-variabel Service Qualities yaitu Physical Environment Quality, Interactional
Quality, dan Outcome Quality, serta pengaruhnya terhadap variabel Consumer
Utilitarian Attitudes Toward Brands, Consumer Hedonic Attitides Toward Brands,
dan Brand Preference dari konsumen restoran casual-dining. Penelitian ini
menggunakan sampel konsumen berusia 18-33 tahun yang pernah mengunjungi
restoran casual-dining di Jakarta dalam kurun waktu 6 (enam) bulan terakhir dengan
metode non-probability sampling. Data hasil penelitian dioleh menggunakan metode
Structural Equation Modeling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Physical
Environment Quality, Interactional Quality, dan Outcome Quality saling
berhubungan dan memiliki pengaruh positif satu sama lain. Kemudian, Interactional
Quality dan Outcome Quality memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Utilitarian Attitude
dan Hedonic Attitude. Pada akhirnya, Utilitarian Attitude dan Hedonic Attitude
terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Brand Preference.;he growth of middle-class consumers creates new lifestyle trend in Jakarta.
The new lifestyle trend is consumption of upper-middle class restaurants, specifically

"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai pengaruh kualitas pelayanan yang dirasakan pelanggan hotel Sofyan saat proses service encounter terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan, serta citra merek yang terbentuk di benak pelanggan. Kualitas pelayanan terdiri dari dimensi wujud nyata, keandalan, ketanggapan, jaminan dan kepastian, dan empati. Untuk menjaga relevansi penelitian terhadap kasus yang diamati, peneliti menambahkan dimensi Islamic value factors pada variabel laten kualitas pelayanan. Sejumlah 200 responden tamu pada unit Hotel Sofyan Betawi dan Sofyan Inn Tebet yang minimal pernah menginap 1 malam. Pengolahan data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling dengan program LISREL 8.5.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan secara langsung. Pengaruh kualitas pelayanan sangat lemah terhadap citra merek, namun berpengaruh kuat secara tidak langsung melalui kepuasan pelanggan. Maka dari itu, penting untuk membangun citra merek sebagai unique value proposition di tengah persaingan industri perhotelan yang didominasi hotel konvensional.

This research investigates the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and brand image of Hotel Sofyan as a Sharia Compliant Hotel. Service quality consists of dimensions: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. In order to keep the relevancy of the research, researcher adding up Islamic Value Factors as a dimension of service quality. The 200 respondents are guests at Hotel Sofyan Betawi and Sofyan Inn Tebet. Structural Equation Modeling with LISREL 8.5 has been used to process the data.
The results show that hotel service quality affect directly to customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Direct effect of service quality to brand image is relatively weak, however the indirect effect indicating a strong effect mediated by customer satisfaction. Therefore, building brand image of Sharia Compliant Hotel as an unique value proposition have greater importance to deal with the hotel and accomodation industry competition that dominated by conventional hotel-base."

"Word of mouth memiliki peranan penting dalam proses pembuatan keputusan ketika konsumen memilih sebuah jasa daripada sebuah produk. Kualitas pelayanan yang baik dinilai mampu untuk memicu timbulnya word of mouth. Hubungan tersebut dinilai dimediasi oleh variabel customer satisfaction. Museum sebagai salah satu industri pariwisata di Indonesia tentunya harus memperhatikan hal tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh service quality terhadap word of mouth melalui customer satisfaction pada pengunjung Museum Seni Rupa dan Keramik. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 100 orang responden yang telah mengunjungi Museum Seni Rupa dan Keramik. Penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan uji sobel dan path analysis untuk menguji hubungan antara service quality terhadap word of mouth melalui customer satisfaction. Adapun pengaruh masing-masing variabel akan dibahas lebih lanjut dalam penelitian ini.

Word of mouth has an important role in the decision making process when consumers choose a service rather than a product. Excellent service quality is considered as a factor triggering the emergence of word of mouth. Those relationship are mediated by customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. Museum as one of Tourism Industry in Indonesia must pay attention to service quality and word of mouth. This research was conducted to analyze the effect of service quality to word of mouth on Museum Seni Rupa dan Keramik’s visitor. This research was conducted on 100 respondents who have visited Museum Seni Rupa dan Keramik. This research use a Sobel test and path analysis to examine the relationship between service quality to word of mouth. The influence of each variables will be discussed further in this research."

"Melaksanakan kegiatan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) adalah suatu kewajiban yang wajib dilakukan perusahaan pada umumnya. XL sebagai salah satu perusahaan telekomunikasi dan operator seluler sejak tahun 2006 sudah mulai menerapkan program CSR. Selain itu service quality merupakan suatu elemen penting di dalam perusahaan yang dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan. Dimana nantinya dari loyalitas pelanggan dapat ditunjukkan dalam beberapa cara seperti customer retention, recommendation, dan share of wallet.
Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa CSR tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction, sedangkan service quality berpengaruh secara segnifikan terhadap customer satisfaction, dan customer satisfaction berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap customer retention, recommendation, dan share of wallet.

Nowadays, the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a must for every firm in Indonesia. XL, as one of the players in Indonesia telecommunication industry since 2006, has implemented CSR program. Besides that, service quality is an important element that gives affects to customer satisfaction. Customer retention, recommendation, and share of wallet are factors that try to be identified as the customer loyalty.
Based on the research result, CSR does not affect customer satisfaction significantly, whereas service quality affects customer satisfaction significantly and customer satisfaction affects customer retention, recommendation, and share of wallet significantly.

"Dalam menghadapi persaingan yang semakin meningkat dan konsumen yang semakin cerdas, membuat para penyedia jasa layanan tertarik untuk meningkatkan hubungan-hubungan dengan konsumen dan membangun loyalitas konsumen.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisa pengaruh service encounter quality dimensions yaitu technical quality, empathy, dan physical environment terhadap perceived value, customer satisfaction dan loyalty melalui perceived risk.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa technical quality, empathy dan physical environment berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction dan perceived value. Perceived value berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction dan perceived value berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer loyalty. Pengaruh perceived risk terhadap hubungan customer satisfaction dan perceived value dengan customer loyalty tidak signifikan.
Penelitian terdahulu yang dilakukan oleh Jackie Lai - Ming Tam meneliti hubungan antara unsur tersebut dan menyatakan ada hubungan yang signifikan diantara mereka. Hasil penelitian ini memiliki perbedaan dengan hasil penelitian sebelumnya diduga karena adanya perbedaan budaya yang dimiliki.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service encounter quality dimensions, namely technical quality, empathy, and physical environment on the perceived value, customer satisfaction and loyalty through perceived risk.
The results showed that the technical quality, empathy and physical environment have a significant effect on customer satisfaction and perceived value. Significant effect on the perceived value and customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction and perceived value have a significant effect on customer loyalty. Influence on the relationship between perceived risk and perceived value and customer satisfaction to customer loyalty is not significant.
Previous research conducted by Jackie Lai - Ming Tam investigated the relationship between these elements and expressed no significant relationship between them. The results of this study have differences with the results of previous studies presumably because of differences in the culture.

"Potensi zakat di Indonesia begitu besar namun terlihat celah yang begitu besar antara potensi dan realisasi zakat di Indonesia. Pelayanan pengelola zakat merupakan hal yang menjadi daya tarik muzakki (orang yang wajib membayar zakat) dalam menyalurkan zakat dan salah satu faktor penting dalam keberhasilan suatu organisasi yaitu kualitas pelayanan, terutama organisasi yang bergerak di bidang jasa. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh service quality (kualitas layananan) terhadap loyalitas muzakki dengan moderasi kepuasan muzakki di Organisasi Pengelola Zakat (OPZ) Wilayah Jabodetabek. Responden merupakan muzakki yang menyalurkan zakat di Organisasi Pengelola Zakat (OPZ) yang berdomisili di Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi (Jabodetabek) dengan jumlah 150 responden muzakki. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan program AMOS 22.
Adapun hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa service quality berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap kepuasan muzakki dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,614. Service quality berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap loyalitas muzakki dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,305. Kepuasan muzakki berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap loyalitas muzakki dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,431. Service quality dengan peran moderating kepuasan muzakki berpengaruh signifikan secara tidak langsung terhadap loyalitas muzakki dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,265.

The potential of zakah in Indonesia is so high, but there is a huge gap between the potential and realization of zakah in Indonesia. Zakah management services are things that attract muzakki (those who are obliged to pay zakah) in distributing zakah. One of the important factors in the success of an organization is the quality of service, especially organizations which are engaged in services. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on muzakki loyalty by moderating muzakki satisfaction in the Jabodetabek Region Zakah Management Organization (OPZ). Respondents are muzakki who distribute zakah in Zakah Management Organization (OPZ) which are resided in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi (Jabodetabek) with a total of 150 muzakki respondents. The data analysis method used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the AMOS 22 program.
The results of this study indicate that service quality has a significant direct effect on muzakki satisfaction with a coefficient 0.614. Service quality has a direct and significant effect on loyalty muzakki with a coefficient 0.305. Muzakki satisfaction has a significant direct effect on muzakki loyalty with a coefficient 0.431, Service quality with the role of moderating muzakki satisfaction has an indirect significant effect on muzakki loyalty with a coefficient 0.265.

"Indonesia memiliki potensi bisnis retail yang baik di kalangan negara berkembang dan di prediksi untuk terus berkembang di masa depan. Ditambah dengan karakteristik konsumen Indonesia yang lebih memilih dan mencintai produk lokal, hal ini seharusnya menjadi pertanda baik bagi para entrepreneur untuk menjalani bisnis retail di Indonesia. Namun, pada kenyataannya masih banyak retailer yang mengalami kerugian dan menutup bisnisnya karena penjualan yang terus menurun. Hal ini menjadi alasan perlunya penggunaan strategi diferensiasi seperti menggunakan aspek servicescape untuk mensiasati persaingan dan meraih loyalitas konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh persepsi servicescape terhadap service quality dan behavioral intention pada Goods Dept.
Penelitian ini berbentuk conclusive design, descriptive research, dan single cross-sectional design. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling yaitu judgment sampling. Responden penelitian ini adalah pengunjung Goods Dept yang berdomisili di Jabodetabek yang telah melakukan interaksi dengan karyawan Goods Dept serta memperhatikan lingkungan fisik dan desain tempat di sekelilingnya. Data diolah menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa servicescape memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap employee service quality, overall service quality, dan behavioral intention. Di sisi lain, employee service quality juga memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap overall service quality. Serta overall service quality juga memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap behavioral intention. Kedua variabel employee service quality dan overall service quality juga masing-masing memediasi hubungan antara servicescape dan overall service quality serta servicescape dan behavioral intention.

Indonesia have good potential in retail business section among the developing countries and it is projected to keep developing in the future. With Indonesia rsquo s consumer characteristic which more likely want to choose and love local products, this should have become a good signal for entrepreneur to conduct retail businesses in Indonesia. However, in reality there are still a lot of retailers who suffer from loss and close its business because of the keep decreasing sales. This matter becomes a reason why entrepreneurs need another differentiation strategy such as using servicescape aspect to be able to compete in the market and gain consumer loyalty. This study aims to analyze the effect of servicescape perception towards behavioral intention using service quality as mediating variable in Goods Dept. Goods Dept is a retail business with the concept of curated department store operating in Indonesia.
The design of this study are conclusive design, descriptive research, and single cross sectional design. While the sampling method being used in this study is a non probability sampling with judgment sampling technique. The respondents of this study are Goods Dept visitors who live in Jabodetabek region, have interacted with Goods Dept rsquo s employees while also pay attention to Goods Dept rsquo s service environment and design. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling method. The result of this research shows that servicescape have positive effect towards employee service quality, overall service quality, and behavioral intention. On the other side, employee service quality also have positive effect towards overall service quality and overall service quality have positive effect towards behavioral intention. Both employee service quality and overall service quality are also proven to be mediating variables between servicescape overall service quality and servicescape ndash behavioral intention.
