"Tesis ini menganalisis peran dari kualitas layanan dalam membangun kepuasan dan kepercayaan konsumen terhadap penyedia layanan internet. Kualitas layanan mencakup dari kualitas situs, kualitas teknologi ponsel dan kualitas dari penyedia layanan internet ponsel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian melalui survei terhadap 165 responden, diperoleh hasil bahwa situs yang customisable, reputasi dan kepuasan konsumen merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi kepercayaan konsumen pada penyedia layanan internet, sedangkan kepuasan konsumen hanya dipengaruhi oleh reputasi.
This thesis analyzed the role of service quality in building customer satisfaction and customer trust in mobile internet service provider. The quality of service include site quality, mobile technology quality and mobile internet service provider quality. Based on the results of the research through a survey of 165 respondents, obtained the outcome that the customizable site, reputation and customer satisfaction are the factors that affect consumer trust in mobile internet service provider, while customer satisfaction is only influence by reputation."

"Skripsi ini menganalisa kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan, bersama dengan pengaruh biaya berpindah dalam penyedia layanan internet. Untuk tujuan ini kita diuji model konseptual dengan mengembangkan pemodelan persamaan struktural, dalam konteks pasar dewasa Indonesia, mengumpulkan sampel dari 150 pengguna penyedia layanan internet. Analisis Puncak mengerahkan pengaruh kuat pada kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan, karena temuan menunjukkan biaya perpindahan rendah, penyedia layanan internet harus fokus untuk upaya pemasaran mereka terhadap menarik pelanggan baru dan meningkatnya permintaan utama, dari pada mempertahankan pelanggan mereka keluar.
The present study.analyses the creation of customer satisfaction and loyalty, along with the influence of switching cost in the internet service provider. For this purpose we tested a conceptual model by developing structural equation modeling, in the context of mature market Indonesia, gathering a sample of 150 Internet service provider users. The analysis highlight exert the strongest influence on customer satisfaction and loyalty, since our finding show low switching cost, internet service provider should focus their marketing efforts toward attracting new customers and increasing primary demand, rather than retaining their exiting customers."

"Perusahaan yang baik adalah perusahaan yang mampu mewujudkan kepuasan konsumen. Kepuasan konsumen diwujudkan dengan mengoptimalkan sistem layanan. Dimensi kualiatas layanan menjadi tolak ukur kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif yang merupakan penelitian survey dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Penentuan sampel menggunakan non-probability purposive sampling. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa kinerja dan kepentingan setiap atribut kepuasan konsumen berada di 4 kuadran berbeda, dimana tiap kuadran membutuhkan penanganan masing-masing untuk mewujudkan kepuasan konsumen.
A good company is a company that is able to realize customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is realized by optimizing service system. Dimensions of service quality as a benchmark of customer satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative approach and the type of research is descriptive which is survey reseach using questionnaires. This research using nonprobability purposive sampling. Result showed that performance and the importance of each of the attributes of customer satisfaction is in 4 different quadrants, with each quadrant requires handling of each to achieve customer satisfaction."

The increasing of internet banking - as a development of service delivery channel at banking sector - demands its capability for identifying the key factors that would influence internet banking service quality based on their customer's needs and expectations. Besides of service quality that would effect on customer satisfaction, it had become evident that developing and maintaining the relationship is as important factor also for forming the customer's loyalty in the highly competitive market.This research would be assessing the influence of customer's perception of Internet banking service quality in the views of their satisfaction, customer's trust and commitment as the key variable of relational quality on internet banking customer's loyalty. The research object is on users of internet banking KlikBCA.Based on earlier literatures and theoretical backgrounds about service quality, customer's satisfaction, relational quality and customer's loyalty, this research would confirm the influence of internet banking service quality on customer's satisfaction. Furthermore, this research would confirm the influence of customer's satisfaction on customer's trust and their commitment also that eventually will form the customer's loyalty on Internet banking users.The respondent sample to the structured questionnaire survey consisted of 129 K1ikBCA users. To select respondents, a purposive non-probability sampling was used. Respondents were asked questions regarding their internet using habits, their perception about K1ikBCA's service quality, their satisfaction, their trust and commitment and their loyalty to KlikBCA by the self administered questionnaire which is consisted of 69 Likert-scale questions.The research generated an adequate measurement model that describing structural relationship between internet banking service quality, customer's satisfaction, customer's trust and commitment, and customer's loyalty. The measurement model was assessed by factor analysis with SPSS 12.00. In addition, this result also generated a significant structural model that describing simultaneous relationship between those variables. The structural model was tested by structural equation modeling technique with Lisrel 8.30.Some of key findings from the data analysis are highlighted: internet banking service quality has a significant positive influence on customer's satisfaction. Customer's satisfaction has a significant positive influence on customer's commitment but customer's trust cannot influence customer's commitment. Meanwhile, customer's commitment plays a significant positive role on customer's loyalty, but customer's loyalty cannot be predicted directly by customer's satisfaction and customer's trust."

"Penelitian ini membahas mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi switching intention pengguna telepon genggam, khususnya konsumen yang belum menggunakan telepon genggam berbasis Android. Penelitian ini menggunakan Sturctural Equation Model untuk menginvestigasi hubungan antara image, customer expectation, perceived quality, dan perceived value terhadap customer satisfaction, dan dilanjutkan dengan hubungan antara customer satisfaction switching cost, dan attractiveness of alternatives terhadap perilaku konsumen untuk berpindah (switching intention). Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa image, dan perceived quality memiliki hubungan positif terhadap customer satisfaction. Customer expectation memiliki hubungan negatif terhadap customer satisfaction, sedangkan perceived value tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction. Sementara itu, customer satisfaction dan switching cost tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap switching intention, sedangkan attractiveness of alternatives memiliki hubungan positif terhadap switching intention.
This research investigates determinants of switching intention on mobile phone user, especially from customer that is not using Android mobile pohone. This research implements Structural Equation Model to investigates relationships between image, customer expectation, perceived quality, dan perceived value with customer satisfaction. Furthermore, another relationships are investigated between customer satisfaction, switching cost, dan attractiveness of alternativess towards switching intention. The result suggests that image and perceived quality have positive correlation with customer satisfaction, while customer expectation has negatif correlation with customer satisfaction, and perceived value has no significant correlation with customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, customer satisfaction and switching cost has no significant correlation with switching intention, and in the other hand attractiveness of alternativess have positive correlation with switching cost."

"THE GOODS CAFE merupakan sebuah kafe yang didirikan oleh Tim The Goods Department Store. THE GOODS CAFE mencoba untuk menawarkan pengalaman bersantap yang unik dan berkesan bagi konsumennya melalui genuine experiences. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh experiential marketing terhadap kepuasan konsumen THE GOODS CAFE dengan menggunakan pendekatan experiential marketing yang dikemukakan oleh Bernd Schmitt (1999). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden dengan analisa eksplanatif dan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara experiential marketing terhadap kepuasan konsumen THE GOODS CAFE.
THE GOODS CAFE is the cafe by The Goods Department Store team. THE GOODS CAFE tries to offer a unique and memorable experience for consumers through genuine experiences. The objective of this research is to determine the effect of experiential marketing on satisfaction of the consumer THE GOODS CAFE using experiential marketing approach proposed by Bernd Schmitt (1999). This research applied quantitative and purposive sampling technique by distributed questionnaires to 100 respondents with explanatory analysis and simple linear regression. The research proved that experiential marketing has a significant positive effect on satisfaction of the consumer THE GOODS CAFE."

Garuda Indonesia salah satunya memandang bahwa kualitas layanan merupakan kebutuhan utama untuk mencapai kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang bersifat deskriptif untuk mengetahui bagaimana kepuasan Pelanggan tentang Kualitas Layanan Call Center PT Garuda Indonesia. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survei melalui kuesioner. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelanggan Garuda Indonesia yang telah merasakan layanan call center. Hasil dari analisis penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Pelanggan Garu.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh nilai utilitarian, dan nilai hedonik terhadap kepuasan konsumen dan behavioral intetions pada industri fastcasual restaurant, dan merupakan studi kasus pada konsumen restoran Social House. Data yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah data primer dari 160 pelanggan restoran Social House, yang sudah pernah makan di Social House sejak bulan Januari hingga April 2012. Hasil analisis penelitian dengan menggunakan SEM, menunjukkan bahwa ternyata nilai utilitarian berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsuen, dan begitu juga nilai hedonik, dimana dari enam faktor motivasi belanja hedonik terdapat tiga faktor motivasi yang berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen, ketiga faktor tersebut adalah, adventure shopping, value shopping dan role shopping. Dari ketiga faktor motivasi tersebut faktor motivasi role shopping memiliki pengaruh kepada behavioral intetions. Dari hasil penelitian juga didapatkan bahwa kepuasan konsumen memiliki pengaruh positif yang kuat terhadap behavioral intetions. Hal ini berarti semakin puas konsumen maka konsumen akan semakin sering untuk makan di Social House, datang kembali ke Social House, dan menyebarkan informasi positif tentang Social House.
This study aims to investigate the effect of utility value, and hedonic value on customer satisfaction and behavioral intetions, in the fast-casual restaurant industry, and this researh is case study of consumer at Social House restaurant. The data were collected from 160 Customer from Social House, that have an experience eating in Social House start from January 2012 until April 2012. By using structural equation model (SEM) the results of this study show that utility values has positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and for hedonic value, from six consumer shopping motivations, only three of it that have effect on consumer satisfactions. Those three consumer motivation consist of, adventure shopping, value shopping and role shopping. From those three shopping motivation only role shopping motivation that has positive and significant effect on behavioral intetions. The other result from this study its evidently tested that customer satisfaction has positive and significant effect on behavioral intentions. From that result, this mean the more satisfied consumer of Social House service, so they will likely come again to Social House, come more often, and give a positive word of mouth to other people they know."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kegiatan rebranding terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan pada konsumen Gojek di Jabodetabek. Berangkat dari tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini memiliki dua hipotesis: kegiatan rebranding memengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan, dan kepuasan pelanggan memengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik regresi linier sederhana. Responden dari penelitian ini merupakan 116 konsumen Gojek yang pengambilan datanya dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara online. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan rebranding secara positif memengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan yang positif. Hal ini terlihat dari tingginya tingkat kepuasan responden terhadap produk/layanan yang diberikan oleh Gojek yang berimplikasi pada tingginya jawaban responden yang percaya pada kualitas produk/layanan Gojek dan setuju untuk kembali menggunakan Gojek di masa depan.
This study aims to analyze the effect of rebranding activities on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction on Gojek consumers in Jabodetabek. Departing from these objectives, this study has two hypotheses: rebranding activities affect customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction affects customer loyalty. This research uses quantitative methods with simple linear regression techniques. Respondents of this study were 116 Gojek consumers whose data was collected through online questionnaires. The results showed that rebranding activities positively influenced customer loyalty through positive customer satisfaction. The results can be seen from the high level of respondent satisfaction with the products/services provided by Gojek which implied to the substantial amount of respondents who believe in the quality of the product/service provided by Gojek and agree to using Gojek again in the future."

"Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh penggunaan media sosial, Service Quality, dan Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) Customer Satisfaction pada layanan informasi dan pengaduan PT Kereta Api. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Peneliti mengolah data dari 96 responden yang merupakan pelanggan kereta api dan pernah memanfaatkan layanan informasi dan pengaduan lewat akun media sosial @kai121_. Data diolah dengan path analysis, hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media sosial, Service Quality, dan E-WOM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Customer Satisfaction. Penggunaan media sosial dan Service Quality juga mempunyai pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap Customer Satisfaction dengan melalui E-WOM.
This research sought to examine the effect of social media usage, service quality, and Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) on customer satisfaction on PT KAI's information and complaint services. This quantitative research employed a survey method. The researcher processed the data obtained through questionnaires from 96 respondents whose inclusion criteria included; train customers, and users of information and complaints services through the @kai121_ social media account. The obtained data were analysed using the path analysis method. The research results revealed that social media usage, service quality, and E-WOM has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Social media usage and Service Quality has indirect effect on Customer Satisfaction through E-WoM."
