"[ABSTRAK
Tesis ini membahas mengenai proses berbagi pengetahuan antara staf dan pimpinan
Perpustakaan Bank Indonesia. Adapun tujuan diadakannya penelitian ini untuk
mengetahui proses berbagi pengetahuan antara staf dan pimpinan perpustakaan Bank
Indonesia serta melihat nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam diri staf dan pimpinan
dalam proses berbagi pengetahuan diantara mereka guna mengembangkan
kompetensi personal. Adapun pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini
adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode interpretif. Pengumpulan data yang
dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan analisis dokumen
terkait proses berbagi pengetahuan di Perpustakaan Bank Indonesia. Adapun hasil
penelitian ini bahwa budaya berbagi pengetahuan telah terinternalisasi di dalam diri
individu baik staf maupun pimpinan di Perpustakaan Bank Indonesia sehingga
mereka dapat mengembangkan kompetensi yang dibutuhkan. Pembentukan budaya
berbagi pengetahuan tersebut dibangun berdasarkan adanya relasi antar staf
perpustakaan dan pimpinan. Pembanguan relasi antara staf dan pimpinan dibangun
atas dasar nilai kepercayaan dan saling menghargai antar staf perpustakaan. Dalam
proses menjaga relasi tersebut terdapat juga proses negosiasi yang dapat
menyeimbangkan antara kepentingan individu yang berbeda-beda dengan
kepentingan kelompok yang akan dituju.

ABSTRACT
This thesis discusses about the process of knowledge sharing between the
commissioners and staffs of Bank Indonesia Library. The aim of conducting this
research is to figure out the process of knowledge sharing between the commissioners
and staffs of Bank Indonesia Library and to examine values internalized within
commissioners and staffs in the process of knowledge sharing to develop personal
competence. The approach used in this research is qualitative approach with
interpretive method. The data collection is done through deep interview, direct
observation, and document analysis related to the process of knowledge sharing at
Bank Indonesia Library. The result of this research is that the culture of knowledge
sharing has been internalized within individuals, either staffs of commissioners of
Bank Indonesia Library so that they are able to develop the competence needed. The
formulation of knowledge sharing culture is built based on the relation between the
library staffs and commissioners. The development of relations between staff and
commissioners is built on the basis of trust and mutual respect among the library
staffs. In the process of maintaining the relation, there is also a process of negotiation
which can balance between the interests of different individual with the interests of

"Masih belum tercapainya target pangsa pasar bank syariah sering dikaitkan dengan rendahnya pemahaman masyarakat muslim di Indonesia tentang system perbankan syariah. Tesis ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh pcngetahuan,tingkat pendidikan dan pendapatan terhadap preferensi nasabah dalam mengambil keputusan menjadi nasabah bank syariah.
Data di dapat dari 50 responden yang merupakan nasabah bank Muamalat Indonesia cabang Sudirman Jakana Pusat. Untuk melihat pengaruh variable pengctahuan, tingkat pendidikan dan pendapatan terhadap preferensi nasabah dilakukan hipotesis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi dengan variable dummy Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peugaruh pengetahuan, tingkat pendidikan dan pendapatan terhadap preferensi nasabah untuk menjadi nasabah di bank syariah.

Still not achieving the target market share of islamic banks are often associated with a poor understanding of Muslim society in Indonesia about the Islamic banking system. This thesis aims to look at the influence of knowledge, education level and income of' customer preferences in decision-making become customers of Islamic banks.
Data obtained from 50 respondents who are customers of Muamalat Indonesia bank in Sudirman branch, Central Jakana. To see the effect of variables of knowledge, education and income level of customer preferences conducted hypothesis by using descriptive analysis and regression analysis with dummy variables. The results showed the influence of knowledge, education level and income of customer preferences for a customer to become Islamic bank's customer.

"Tujuan dari penelitian in adalah merancang intervensi pada sistem pelaporan pengetahuan pelanggan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pada tenaga penjulan lini terdepan di PT. X BUF. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif untuk mendapatkan data yang signifikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang sangat mempengaruhi Medical Representative pada PT. X BUF dalam berbagi pengetahuan pelanggannya adalah proses kerja, peran dan fungsi atasan yang pada akhirnya mempengaruhi kinerja Medical Representative secara khusus dan organisasi secara umum.

This research is aimed at designing an intervention on customer knowledge reporting system to improve the work performance of Medical Representative, frontline sales person, at PT. X BUF. The research applied quantitative methodology by collecting data from a set of questionnaires. The finding of the study shows that work process as well as manager role and function have significant impact on willingness of Medical Representative in sharing their customer's knowledge which eventually impact their work performance in particular and company performance in general.

"Penelitian ini membahas mengenai kegiatan berbagi pengetahuan yang dilakukan oleh staf perpustakaan Layanan Lansia dan Disabilitas PERPUSNAS. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi kegiatan berbagi pengetahuan yang dilakukan oleh para staf perpustakaan Layanan Lansia dan Disabilitas PERPUSNAS dilihat dari tujuh aspek berbagi pengetahuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan proses berbagi pengetahuan tidak memiliki perbedaan dalam beberapa aspek antara staf perpustakaan tidak berkebutuhan khusus dan staf perpustakaan disabilitas. Dapat terlihat juga para staf perpustakaan disabilitas cenderung lebih banyak memiliki pengetahuan untuk dibagikan. Hal ini dikarenakan pengetahuan yang mereka miliki sesuai dengan target pemustaka yang dilayani.

This study discusses about knowledge sharing activities by the library staff of Elderly and Disability Service PERPUSNAS. The aim of this research is to obtain an overview of knowledge sharing activities by the library staff of Elderly and Disability Service PERPUSNAS using seven aspects of knowledge sharing. The research approach used is qualitative with case study method. The data collection method used is by observation, interview and document analysis. The results of the study indicate that the knowledge sharing process has no difference in some aspects between the library staff with no special needs and disability library staff. It can also be seen that disability library staff tend to have more knowledge to share. This is because the knowledge they have is in accordance with the target of the users being served."

"Penelitian ini membahas tentang proses berbagi pengetahuan di World Wildlife Found For Nature Indonesia (WWF Indonesia). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan proses berbagi pengetahuan, faktor pendorong dan hambatan yang memengaruhi proses berbagi pengetahuan di WWF Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa proses berbagi pengetahuan di WWF Indonesia dibagi menjadi tiga yaitu, proses identifikasi, proses penilaian ketersediaan pengetahuan dan pembuatan program berbagi pengetahuan. Program berbagi pengetahuan di WWF Indonesia antara lain sharing session, workshop, dan community of practice. Selain itu dijumpai faktor faktor pendukung berbagi pengetahuan berupa struktur organisasi dan hubungan yang baik antara manajemen atas dengan anggota lain. Adapun hambatan yang ditemukan berupa kurangnya motivasi untuk berbagi, kurangnya monitoring dari manajemen atas dan tidak memadainya jaringan internet yang ada.

This research discusses the process of knowledge sharing at World Wildlife Fund for Nature Indonesia (WWF Indonesia). The purposes of this research were to describe the processes, driving factors, and barriers that influence the knowledge sharing in WWF Indonesia. This research was a qualitative study with a case study as method. The results of this study indicate that the process of knowledge sharing in WWF Indonesia is divided into three processes; the first process is identification, the second process is the assessment of the availability of knowledge, and the last process is the creation of knowledge sharing programs. The knowledge sharing programs at WWF Indonesia include sharing sessions, workshops, and Community of Practices. In addition, there are also supporting factors for knowledge sharing in the form of organizational structure and good relations between top management and other members. The obstacles found were lack of motivation to share, lack of managements monitoring, and inadequate internet networks."

"ABSTRAK
Berbagi pengetahuan dinilai mampu meningkatkan inovasi. Hal ini dapat menjadi alternatif solusi bagi Indonesia yang mengalami masa surut dalam produksi penelitian. Rendahnya hasil penelitian yang ada di Indonesia disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, salah satunya yaitu faktor sumber daya manusia peneliti. Kualitas sumber daya manusia peneliti pada lembaga penelitian merupakan modal utama untuk tercapainya produksi pengetahuan baru. Sehingga penting memiliki kemampuan pengelolaan pengetahuan. Mengelola pengetahuan melalui kegiatan berbagi pengetahuan pada lembaga penelitian membawa dampak pada lahirnya inovasi. Pusat Studi dan Dokumentasi Sajogyo Institute merupakan salah satu bentuk lembaga penelitian, dimana, memiliki proses berbagi pengetahuan yang utuh. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan runtutnya daur pengetahuan mulai dari sharing-creation-desimination. Penelitian kali ini dikaji dengan menggunakan konsep knowledge creation dari Nonaka dan Toyama, dimana dalam konsep tersebut terdapat 4 bagian utama yakni sosialisasi, eksternalisasi, kombinasi dan internalisasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis proses berbagi pengetahuan pada pegiat Pusat Studi dan Dokumentasi Sajogyo Institute. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif interpretative dengan jumlah informan 6 pegiat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses berbagi pengetahuan pada pegiat telah terinternalisasi dalam diri pegiat. Kemudian dari keempat proses yang ada pada knowledge creation Nonaka dan Toyama, proses sosialisasi dan internalisasi menjadi praktik paling dominan yang dijalankan.

ABSTRACT
Knowledge sharing is considered to enhance an innovation. It can emerge as an alternative solution for Indonesia which has unproductive research period. The research publication short age in Indonesia was caused by several factors the important one was the human resource of researcher. The quality of this human resource at research institutions comes to be the main asset for the achievement of new knowledge production. Therefore, it is important to have knowledge management capability. Managing the knowledge through knowledge sharing at research institutions has impact to the rise of innovation. Center for Studies and Documentation Sajogyo Institute is a research institution which hasa holistic process of knowledge sharing. It is proved by the consecutive knowledge cycle start from sharing creation dissemination.This study was assessed by the knowledge creation concept from Nonaka and Toyama, which has four main parts, including socialization, externalization, combination and internalization. Those four parts are linked each other in a spiral model. The purpose of this study was to analyze the knowledge sharing process in the activists of Center of Studies and Documentation Sajogyo Institute. This study was qualitative interpretative study which involved six activists The study result showed that the knowledge sharing process has been internalized inside them. Further, according to the four processes of Nonaka and Toyama knowledge creation, the socialization and internalization processes were became the most dominantly applied."

"Reaksi anafilaksis adalah reaksi hipersensitivitas hebat yang merupakan kasus emergensi dan dapat mengancam nyawa. Data mengenai prevalens reaksi anafilaksis di Indonesia masih sangat kurang dan belum ada studi yang menganalisis laporan kasus reaksi anafilaksis secara spesifik di Indonesia. Diagnosis dan penanganan tepat oleh tenaga medis diperlukan ketika menghadapi pasien dengan reaksi anafilaksis. Namun demikian, berdasarkan penelitian di luar negeri, banyak dokter tidak mempunyai pengetahuan yang cukup untuk mendiagnosis dan menangani reaksi anafilaksis dengan tepat. Penelitian cross-sectional ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan dokter umum di Puskesmas DKI Jakarta mengenai reaksi anafilaksis dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya. Terdapat 158 responden, dengan persebaran pengetahuan 10,8% baik, 50% sedang, dan 39,2% buruk. Selain itu, ditemukan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara lama praktek sebagai dokter umum, jumlah kasus anafilaksis yang pernah ditangani, serta jumlah sumber pengetahuan mengenai reaksi anafilaksis terhadap tingkat pengetahuan responden. Sebagai kesimpulan, pengetahuan dokter umum di Puskesmas DKI Jakarta mengenai reaksi anafilaksis masih kurang dan tidak ditemukan faktor yang diteliti berhubungan pengetahuan tersebut.

Anaphylaxis is a massive hypersensitivity reaction that can be life threatening. There is lack of prevalence data and no study regarding anaphylactic cases in Indonesia. Proper diagnosis and treatment by physicians is needed to handle anaphylactic cases. However, based on several studies in other countries, a considerable amount of physicians still lack the knowledge to diagnose and treat anaphylaxis properly. This cross-sectional study is conducted to discover the level of knowledge about anaphylaxis among physicians in primary healthcares in DKI Jakarta and its related factors. There are 158 respondents, with a distribution of 10.8% on high level of knowledge, 50% on moderate level of knowledge, and 39.2% on low level of knowledge. Apart from that, there is no correlation between the level of knowledge and the factors studied, which are years of practice, amout of anaphylaxis cases treated, and amount of knowledge source acquired. In conclusion, the level of knowledge about anaphylaxis among physicians in primary healthcares in DKI Jakarta is low and there are no related factors found."

"Proyek EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Commissioning) merupakan jenis proyek yang melibatkan banyak sekali aktifitas, dan membutuhkan banyak orang. Pengelolaan pengetahuan menjadi faktor penting dalam menjalankan proyek ini. Diperlukan adanya pengukuran keberhasilan tingkat adopsi pengelolaan pengetahuan di dalam suatu organisasi agar aktifitas ini dapat memberikan nilai lebih bagi jalannya proyek. Pada penelitian ini, terdapat tiga kategori elemen pengelolaan pengetahuan yang diukur, antara lain sumber daya pengetahuan (knowledge resources), proses pengetahuan (knowledge processes), dan faktorfaktor penunjang (knowledge factors). Dengan menggunakan analisa faktor, berhasil didapatkan dua belas komponen laten dari ketiga kategori tersebut yang menjadi faktor utama dalam penerapan pengelolaan pengetahuan. Akhirnya, strategi pengelolaan pengetahuan dirumuskan dengan menggunakan analisa kepentingan - kinerja agar adopsi pengelolaan pengetahuan dapat ditingkatkan dan menjadi keunggulan kompetitif bagi organisasi tersebut. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa tingkat adopsi pengelolaan pengetahuan pada proyek EPC mencapai tingkat tiga, yaitu enabled/practiced. Strategi untuk meningkatkannnya adalah dengan pembuatan sistem informasi pengelolaan pengetahuan, pemberdayaan database pengetahuan dan penyebaran strategi dan tujuan pengelolaan pengetahuan.

The EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Commissioning) project is a type of construction contract which requires many human resources with a lot of activities in its process. Due to the vast scope of the project, knowledge management holds an important role in the process. It is necessary to measure the adoption rate of knowledge management adoption in an organization who works on an EPC project. There are three main categories of knowledge management elements which measured, i.e. knowledge resources, knowledge processes, and knowledge factors. By using factor analysis, major factors of knowledge management implementation could be obtained out of these categories. Furthermore, the knowledge management strategy was formulated using importance - performance analysis in order to improve the adoption of knowledge management and become a competitive advantages for the organization. Result showed that adoption rate of knowledge management in EPC project is in level 3, which is enabled/practiced. The strategies to increase the adoption rate are build integrated knowledge management information system for the company, increase the usage of knowledge asset database and spread the knowledge management strategy and goals to the employees.

"Tesis ini membahas peran kemampuan berintegrasi, kemampuan struktural, dan internal manajemen dalam meningkatkan customer knowledge enabled (CKEI) capability pada Bank Pembangunan Daerah XYZ. Saat ini organisasi belum mencapai pangsa pasar yang diinginkan. Untuk dapat mengungguli pesaingnya, sehingga mencapai laba serta keberlanjutan organisasi, maka divisi terkait perlu meningkatkan customer knowledge mengenai nasabah mereka. Hasilnya diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesuksesan inovasi layanan di organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan internal manajemen memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap customer knowledge enabled (CKEI) capability. Guna mengatasi masalah yang dialami maka diusulkan intervensi budaya berbagi pengetahuan dalam organisasi. Budaya yang dibentuk adalah budaya pembelajaran organisasi dan manajemen, dilakukan secara berkelanjutan sehingga diperoleh hasil perubahan maksimal.

This thesis discusses the role of integrative capacity, structural capacity, and internal management capacity to customer knowledge enabled (CKEI) capability in Regional Development Bank XYZ. Bank has not achieved market share as targeted. In order to compete its competitor, whilst achieve the level of profitability and organization sustainability, it is necessary for related division to enhance their customer knowledge. By that, they able to foster innovation on services. This research employs quantitative methods. The result indicates internal management capacity is significantly influence CKEI capability. Intervention program to overcome the problem is knowledge sharing culture within organization. Expected outcome is organizational learning and knowledge management culture implement continuously, so that results can be obtained in maximum.
