ABSTRAK Laporan ini bertujuan untuk menjabarkan tipe-tipe konsumen berdasarkan teori-teori mengenai kepribadian manusia. Teori kepribadian menerangkan adanya pengaturan yang dinamis dalam sistem psikofisik individu yang menentukan karakteristik perilaku dan pemikiran mereka (Allport, 1961). Melalui wawancara terhadap dua konsumen, laporan ini berusaha untuk menunjukkan bahwa kepribadian konsumen menjadi lebih rumit ketika mereka memilih sebuah produk. Seperti diketahui, saat ini terdapat begitu banyak pilihan merek maupun produk yang ditawarkan. Kepribadian adalah sesuatu yang unik yang dimiliki seseorang yang mencerminkan perpaduan antara perilaku dan karakteristik orang tersebut, dan karenanya diikuti oleh kemampuannya untuk merespon hal-hal yang terjadi di sekitarnya. Berdasarkan kenyataan ini, kepribadian konsumen dianalisa dengan tujuan untuk memperoleh strategi marketing yang cocok bagi pangsa pasar ini. Keunikan dalam kepribadian konsumen merupakan sebuah tantangan bagi bisnis untuk bisa memahaminya, sebab terdapat begitu banyak pasar yang perlu dianalisa, terlebih juga karena saat ini selera pasar begitu beragam. Tidaklah heran bahwa analisa kepribadian tidak dapat menjamin keberhasilan sebuah strategi marketing; walaupun hal tersebut membantu bisnis menemukan startegi marketing yang tepat dan juga, namun tak terbatas pada, produk yang tepat.

Using interview to two consumers this report identifies that the personality of a consumer are getting more complex in purchasing a product. There are more option in products and brands that the consumers can choose. Personality is a unique particular characteristic that everybody has that reflects their blend of behavior and characteristics, and therefore followed by the ability in responding surrounding events. "Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang menentukan perilaku konsumen produk makanan anjing dan kucing berdasarkan Theory of Planned Behaviour. Berdasarkan teori, peneliti menggunakan model teoritis yang terdiri dari variabel attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavioural control (PBC), intention, behaviour dan diperluas dengan dimasukkannya variabel self-identity dan social norms. Survei dilakukan terhadap 300 pemilik anjing dan kucing melalui penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan platform online. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menggunakan software LISREL 8.8 Full Version dan hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa intention cenderung dipengaruhi oleh attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavioural control (PBC), self-identity dan social norms. Selain itu, niat untuk membeli produk makanan anjing dan kucing cenderung mempengaruhi perilaku pembelian konsumen. Studi ini mendukung keselarasan Theory of Planned Behaviour dengan pemasaran produk makanan anjing dan kucing serta memperluas pemahaman tentang perilaku konsumen makanan anjing dan kucing.
The purpose of this research study was to identify the factors that determine the consumer behaviour of dog and cat food products based on the theory of planned behaviour. According to the theory, researchers propose a theoretical model consisting of the constructs of attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavioural control (PBC), intention, behaviour, and expanded with the inclusion of the self-identity and social norms construct. The survey was conducted with 300 dog and cat owners through a questionnaire distribution using an online platform. Data obtained were analyzed using structural equation model using LISREL 8.8 Full Version software and the results indicate that the intention tends to be influenced by the attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavioural control, self-identity and social norms constructs. Furthermore, the intention to purchase dog and cat food products tend to influence consumer purchasing behaviour. The study supports the alignment of the theory of planned behaviour (TPB) adherence to the marketing of dog and cat food products, extending the understanding of the behaviour of the dog and cat food consumers."

"Seiring dengan pesatnya kemajuan teknologi, kini hampir semua aktivitas dapat dilakukan dengan Internet, tidak terkecuali aktivitas berbelanja. Penelitian ini membahas tentang perilaku konsumen dalam berbelanja produk fashion secara online menggunakan Theory Reasoned Action (TRA) dengan melihat bagaimana variabel relative advantage, result demonstrability, compatibility, ease of use, visibility, dan perceived risk mempengaruhi sikap terhadap berbelanja produk fashion secara online. Selanjutnya juga bagaimana variabel attitude, dan subjective norms mempengaruhi intensi untuk terus melanjutkan penggunaan Internet untuk berbelanja produk fashion. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan structural equation modeling (SEM).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa attitude dan offline subjective norms merupakan faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap intensi untuk terus melanjutkan pembelian produk fashion secara online. Ditambah juga, result demonstrability dan perceived risk berpengaruh terhadap sikap dalam berbelanja produk fashion secara online.
Along with the rapid advances in technology, now almost all of the activities can be done with the Internet, including shopping activity. This study discusses consumer behavior on purchasing fashion products in the Internet using the Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA) to see how these variables; relative advantage, result demonstrability, compatibility, ease of use, visibility, and perceived risk affect attitudes toward online shopping fashion products. Furthermore, also how attitude, and subjective norms influence the intention to continue to use the Internet to purchase fashion products. Processing of the data in this study using structural equation modeling (SEM). Findings show that consumers' attitude towards purchasing on the Internet is an influential factor on intentions to continue Internet purchasing. Additionally, result demonstrability and perceived risk are influential factors on attitudes towards this behavior."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman mengenai pengaruh pengetahuan CSR konsumen terhadap perilaku pembelian produk hijau. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel konsumen muda berusia 16-30 tahun yang berdomisili di Indonesia ketika pengambilan data survey dilakukan. Terdapat 233 respon yang valid yang dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode convenience sampling. Data dalam penelitian ini diproses dan dianalisa dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa perilaku pembelian produk hijau dipengaruhi secara langsung oleh pengetahuan CSR konsumen dan sikap konsumen terhadap lingkungan. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa anggapan efektifitas konsumen memoderasi hubungan antara pengetahuan CSR konsumen dan perilaku pembelian produk hijau, namun tidak memoderasi hubungan antara pengetahuan CSR konsumen dan sikap konsumen terhadap lingkungan. Meski begitu, sikap konsumen terhadap lingkungan tidak dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan CSR konsumen, serta tidak terdapat hubungan moderasi yang disebabkan sikap konsumen terhadap lingkungan, antara pengetahuan CSR konsumen dan perilaku pembelian produk hijau. Studi ini diharapkan dapat memberi masukan terhadap pemerintah untuk mengetahui seberapa jauh konsumen muda di Indonesia telah memprioritaskan membeli produk ramah lingkungan. Serta untuk perusahaan, untuk mengetahui pentingnya melakukan kegiatan CSR dan mengkomunikasikannya secara efektif kepada konsumen.
The purpose of this study is to understand whether consumer CSR knowledge influences green purchase behavior. The sample used in this study is young Indonesians aged 16-30 at the time the survey was taken. There were 233 valid responses collected using the method of convenience sampling. The data is processed and analyzed using the Partial Least Square—Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). This study finds that consumer CSR knowledge and environmental attitude directly influence green purchase behavior. Moreover, perceived consumer effectiveness moderates the relationship between consumer CSR knowledge and green purchase behavior but not in the relationship between consumer CSR knowledge and consumer environmental attitude. Meanwhile, consumer environmental attitude is not influenced by consumer CSR knowledge. Also, consumer environmental attitude does not mediate the relationship between consumer CSR knowledge and green purchase behavior. This study is expected to assist the government in measuring how far young Indonesian consumers have shifted to preferring a more environmentally-friendly product and for the company to assess the importance of exercising CSR activities and communicating effectively with the consumer."

"Persaingan e-commerce yang semakin kompetitif mengharuskan Tokopedia untuk terus berinovasi dalam mengembangkan strategi pemasaran untuk menarik minat beli konsumen. Salah satu inovasi Tokopedia adalah mengembangkan strategi content marketing #TokopediaHaul atau #RacunTokped yang diadaptasi dari konten “Racun TikTok” yang sebelumnya telah menjadi tren dan terbukti berpengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen. Namun, konten-konten #TokopediaHaul atau #RacunTokped tersebut tak jarang masih memiliki performa rendah dan keberadaannya pun tak sefenomenal konten viral “Racun TikTok” yang menjadi acuan adaptasinya. Dengan metode pengumpulan data studi pustaka, penelitian ini pun berusaha menganalisis strategi content marketing #TokopediaHaul atau #RacunTokped dalam menarik minat beli konsumen dan bagaimana keterlibatan Audience Appropriation di dalamnya. Dengan didasarkan pada penelitian terdahulu, ditemukanlah bahwa media sosial memang menjadi salah satu sumber informasi utama konsumen terkait produk dan content marketing pun terbukti berpengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen. Media sosial dan content marketing pun diasumsikan sangatlah kuat dalam menyampaikan pesan yang dapat meningkatkan minat beli audiens. Strategi content marketing #TokopediaHaul atau #RacunTokped yang diadaptasi dari tren konten “Racun TikTok” pun tampak dibentuk berdasarkan asumsi bahwa content marketing yang menarik dan mengikuti tren adalah alat yang sangat powerful dalam memengaruhi minat beli konsumen. Hanya saja, jika dianalisis berdasarkan Audience Appropriation, pembentukan minat beli sebenarnya tak semerta berasal dari content marketing yang menarik dan mengikuti tren saja, namun konteks yang menyertai konsumen selaku audiens juga harus diperhatikan, terutama konteks kebutuhan yang konsumen miliki ketika berinteraksi dengan konten.
The increasingly competitive e-commerce competition requires Tokopedia to be innovative in developing marketing strategies to attract consumer purchase intention. One of Tokopedia's innovations is to develop a content marketing strategy of #TokopediaHaul or #RacunTokped which is adapted from the content of "Racun TikTok" which has previously become a trend and has proven to have an effect on consumer purchase intention. However, the content of #TokopediaHaul or #RacunTokped often still has low performance and its existence is not as phenomenal as the viral content "Racun TikTok" which is the reference for its adaptation. With the literature study data collection method, this research tries to analyze the content marketing strategy of #TokopediaHaul or #RacunTokped in attracting consumer purchase intention and how the involvement of Audience Appropriation in it. Based on previous research, it was found that social media is indeed one of the main sources of information related to products for consumer and content marketing has also been proven to have an effect on consumer purchase intention. Social media and content marketing, therefore, are assumed to be very powerful in conveying messages that can increase audience purchase intention. The content marketing strategy of #TokopediaHaul or #RacunTokped which was adapted from the content trend of "Racun TikTok" also seems to be formed based on the assumption that interesting and trend-following content marketing is a very powerful tool in influencing consumer purchase intention. However, if analyzed with the Audience Appropriation concept, the formation of purchase intention does not necessarily come from content marketing that is attractive and trend-following, but the context that accompanies consumers as audiences must also be considered, especially the context of the needs that consumers have when interacting with content."

ABSTRAKTesis ini membahas intensi perilaku konsumen terhadap Big Cola yang didasari oleh ?Theory of Planned Behavior ?. Kemudian dengan teori tersebut peneliti mengeksplorasi pengaruh dari setiap variabel yaitu sikap, norma subyektif dan perceived behavior control terhadap intensi perilaku konsumen kepada produk Big cola. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif dengan mengolah beberapa variabel independen yaitu sikap, norma subyektif dan perceived behavior control dengan satu variabel dependen yaitu intensi menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa semakin kuat pengaruh perceived behavior control maka semakin tinggi intensi konsumen terhadap Big Cola. Perceived behavior control mempengaruhi intensi konsumen terhadap produk Big Cola dengan signifikan.
AbstractThis study focused on intention behavior based on ?Theory of Planned Behavior?. Then with that theory the researcher explore the effect of every variable which are attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavior control against consumer behavior intention to Big Cola. This research is using quantitative research with descriptive design by developing several independent variables that are attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavior control with one dependent variable which is intention using multiple linier regression. The results of this research explain that the stronger affect of perceived behavior control the higher consumer intention toward product Big Cola. Perceived behavior control affects consumer intention toward product Big Cola significantly."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi niat penumpang maskapai penerbangan bertarif rendah. Penelitian ini mengacu pada penelitian Pan dan Truong (2018) yang dilakukan di Cina, namun karena kesamaan budaya, maka penelitian ini dapat diterapkan di Indonesia. Variabel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari kualitas pelayanan, norma subyektif, persepsi kontrol perilaku, harga tiket, frekuensi penerbangan, akses, dan kecenderungan dalam menghindari ketidakpastian sebagai variabel bebas, sikap sebagai variabel intervening dan niat dalam berperilaku sebagai variabel terikat. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah maskapai penerbangan bertarif rendah, dimana teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel terdiri dari 200 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap penumpang, kualitas layanan, harga tiket, dan frekuensi penerbangan merupakan faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi behavioral intention pada penumpang maskapai bertarif rendah. Sedangkan kualitas pelayanan juga merupakan faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi sikap dari pelanggan. Kemudian, dari hasil pengujian persepsi kontrol perilaku, norma subyektif, akses, kecenderungan dalam menghindari ketidakpastian, serta efikasi diri teknologi tidak berpengaruh terhadap niat.
This study aims to analyse the factors that influence the intention of LCC airline passengers. This study refers to the research of Pan and Truong (2018) conducted in China but due to the similarity of culture this research can be applied in Indonesia. The variables in this study consist of service quality, subjective norms, perceived behavioural control, price, frequency, access, uncertainty avoidance as independent variables, attitude as intervening and behavioural intention variables as the dependent variable. The sample in this study is the use of LCC airlines where the sample technique used is purposive sampling. The number of samples consisted of 200 respondents. Data analysis method uses Structural Equation Modelling. The results showed that passenger attitude, service quality, price, and frequency were factors that could influence behavioural intention on LCC airline passengers. Meanwhile, service quality is also a factor that can affect attitude. Meanwhile from the test results, perceived behavioural control, subjective norms, access, risk avoidance and technology self efficacy does not have influence on intention."
