"[Dalam perjalanan di perkuliahan, mahasiswa akan menemukan masalah salah satunya masalah karir, yaitu merasa salah pada jurusan yang telah dipilihnya dan menyebabkan ketidakyakinan pada jurusan yang telah dipilihnya. Keyakinan mahasiswa untuk tetap persisten pada jurusan yang telah dipilih erat kaitannya dengan career decision self-efficacy. Salah satu faktor yang dapat membantu mahasiswa untuk dapat mencapai career decision self-efficacy adalah self-directed learning pada individu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk melihat hubungan self-directed learning terhadap career decision self-efficacy pada mahasiswa S1 Universitas Indonesia (UI). Responden penelitian ini terdiri dari 516 orang mahasiswa S1 UI tahun kedua atau semester 4. Self-directed learning diukur menggunakan Student Self-Directed Learning Questionnaire dari De Bruin (2008, dalam De Bruin dan Cornelius, 2011) dan career decision self-efficacy diukur dengan Career Decision Self-Efficacy Short-Form dari Betz dan Taylor (1983, dalam Betz & Taylor, 2006) yang telah diadaptasi dan dimodifikasi oleh peneliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara self-directed learning dan career decision self-efficacy (r = 0.576; p < 0.05). Selain itu, hasil juga menunjukkan ada hubungan antara dimensi self-directed learning (perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi) dan career decision self-efficacy. Implikasi dari penelitian ini untuk perguruan tinggi diharapkan agar diadakan pelatihan terkait self-directed learning bagi mahasiswa agar memiliki pengarahan diri dalam pembelajarannya, agar mahasiswa lebih mandiri dalam belajar, menekuni dan mendalami pengetahuan dari jurusan yang dipilihnya sehingga dapat lebih yakin dengan keputusan karirnya.
;During their University years, students may encounter problems such as career problem, defined as feeling of mistakenly being in their own chosen study program which then causing hesitation for being in the program. Students? assuredness to be persistent in doing the chosen program is highly related with career decision self-efficacy. "Efikasi diri dalam keputusan karier menjadi topik yang penting dalam perkembangan karier mahasiswa karena banyak dikaitkan dengan ketidakpastian karier, kestabilan dan persistensi karier seseorang. Studi ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh dukungan kontekstual, hambatan kontekstual dan kepribadian proaktif terhadap efikasi diri dalam keputusan karier pada mahasiswa melalui self-directed learning berdasarkan Social Cognitive Career Theory SCCT. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang melibatkan 496 mahasiswa semester 4 dari seluruh fakultas di Universitas Indonesia. Partisipan diminta untuk menjawab pertanyaan dari Career Decision Self-Efficacy Short Form, Dukungan dan Hambatan Kontekstual, 17-item Proactive Personality Scale dan Student Self-Directed Learning Questionaire.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan kontekstual dan kepribadian proaktif memiliki pengaruh secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui self-directed learning secara positif dan signifikan terhadap efikasi diri dalam keputusan karier. Hambatan kontekstual memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung melalui self-directed learning secara negatif dan signifikan terhadap efikasi diri dalam keputusan karier terhadap efikasi diri dalam keputusan karier. Penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan teoritik karena pembahasan hanya berbasis pada pandangan SCCT model pilihan karier. Padahal dalam perkembangannya teori SCCT mengembangkan beberapa model yang dapat memperluas pembahasan efikasi diri dalam keputusan karier.
Penelitian ini memiliki implikasi praktis bahwa mahasiswa yang memiliki ciri-ciri kepribadian proaktif akan tercermin pada seseorang yang memiliki ciri-ciri self-directed learning, yaitu bertanggung jawab terhadap pendidikan yang ditekuni dan dapat beradaptasi terhadap hambatan yang dijumpainya. Saran penelitian ini antara lain untuk memantapkan efikasi diri dalam keputusan karier, hambatan perlu diminimalisir dengan meningkatkan self-directed learning, membangun inisiatif mahasiswa dan meningkatkan dukungan kontekstual.

Career decision self efficacy is an important topic in the career development because it is associated with career uncertainty, stability and persistence of one 39 s career. The aim of this study is to examine the effect of contextual support, contextual barriers, and proactive personality on career decisions self efficacy through self directed learning, based on Social Cognitive Career Theory. A quantitative study is carried out, involving 496 fourth semester students from all faculties in Universitas Indonesia. Participants have to answer the Career Decision Self Efficacy Short Form Scale, Support and Barriers Contextual Scale, 17 item Proactive Personality Scale and the Student Self Directed Learning Questionnaire.
The results showed that support contextual and proactive personality has a direct and indirect effect through self directed learning in a positive and significant impact on career decision self efficacy. Contextual barriers have an indirect effect through self directed learning in a negative and significant impact on career decision self efficacy. This study has limitations because the theoretical discussion is only based on the views SCCT model of career choice. Whereas SCCT has developed several models to expand the discussion of career decision self efficacy.
This research has practical implications that students who have a proactive personality traits will be reflected as a person who has the characteristics of self directed learning, which is responsible for their education and can adapt to any obstacles encountered. The suggestion of this research is to establish career decision self efficacy, barriers need to be minimized by increasing self directed learning, build student rsquo s initiative and improve contextual support.

"Mahasiswa yang berada pada tingkat akhir memiliki tingkatan stress yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan mahasiswa pada tahun pertama. Mereka tidak hanya dihadapkan pada tuntutan yang tinggi terkait dengan akademis tetapi juga pada keputusan karirnya setelah kelu \lusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara optimisme dan efikasi diri pengambilan keputusan karir pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir Universitas Indonesia. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara langsung kepada 365 mahasiswa tingkat akhir Universitas Indonesia yang telah memperoleh jumlah credit tidak kurang dari 96 credit. Optimisme diukur dengan menggunakan alat ukur Life Orientation Test-Revised (LOT-R) yang dikembangkan oleh Scheier, Carver dan Bridges (1994) yang diadaptasi oleh Tasha (2011). Sedangkan efikasi diri dalam pengambilan keputusan karir diukur dengan menggunakan alat ukut Career Decision Self Efficacy-Sort Form (CDSE-SF) yang dikembangkan oleh Taylor dan Betz (1996) dan telah diadaptasi oleh Sawitri (2008). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara optimisme dengan efikasi diri pengambilan keputusan karir (r = +.306,p< .01). Dalam analisis tambahan juga ditemukan skor CDSE pada mahasiswa laki laki lebih tinggi daripada perempuan. Akan tetapi, tidak ditemukan perbedaan antara skor optimisme berdasarkan jenis kelamin dan rumpun ilmu pengetahuan.

The stress levels of senior year college students are higher than first-year students. Seniors are not only stressed with higher demands of academic responsibility but also the career decision making after graduating. They are given transition demands of graduation and job placement. Thus, this research was conducted to examine the correlation between optimism and career decision making self efficacy among senior year college students. In study, 365 senior year college students of University Indonesia who has achieved not less than 96 credit were assessed by using self report quesionaire. Optimism was measured by Life Orientation Test-Revised (LOT-R) constructed by Scheir, Carver and Brudges and adapted by Tasha (2011). While Career decision making self efficacy was measured by Career Decision Making Self Efficacy-Short Form (CDSE-SF) constructed by Taylor and Betz (1996) and adapted by Sawitri (2008) . The result indicated significant positive correlation between optimism and career decision making self efficacy (r = .306, p< .01). Furthermore, another result also revealed that male students obtained higher score on career decision making self efficacy than female students. However, there is no significant mean differences of optimism found on gender and department of study.

"Ketika bertransisi dari kuliah ke dunia kerja, Generasi Z ditemukan mengalami kesenjangan soft skills, kurang mengetahui potensi diri dan minat karier, dan khawatir tidak bisa mendapat pekerjaan yang diinginkan. Fenomena tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa mereka belum memiliki adaptabilitas karier yang baik. Adaptabilitas karier adalah sumber daya psikososial yang dapat membantu Generasi Z untuk menghadapi masa transisi dan tantangan dalam berkarier. Kepribadian proaktif adalah faktor yang kritis dalam pembentukkan adaptabilitas karier dan dapat membantu Generasi Z untuk bertahan dalam lingkungan kerja yang tidak terprediksi. Selain itu, agar Generasi Z bisa terus memenuhi tuntutan dunia karier yang kompleks, kemampuan self-directed learning (SDL) menjadi penting untuk dimiliki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran SDL dalam memediasi hubungan antara kepribadian proaktif dan adaptabilitas karier. Partisipan penelitian adalah 131 lulusan baru Generasi Z yang sudah bekerja atau magang selama maksimal 1 tahun. Hasil analisis regresi dengan Hayes Macro PROCESS menunjukkan bahwa SDL memediasi parsial hubungan antara kepribadian proaktif dan adaptabilitas karier. Artinya, SDL tidak sepenuhnya menjelaskan hubungan antara kepribadian proaktif dan adaptabilitas karier. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan Generasi Z agar memanfaatkan kepribadian proaktifnya yang tinggi untuk mengoptimalkan adaptabilitas kariernya. Penyedia kerja dapat menyediakan mentoring karier atau coaching untuk memfasilitasi pengembangan adaptabilitas karier Generasi Z.

In transitioning from college to the workforce, Generation Z was found to experience soft skills gaps, lack of self-potential and career interests understanding, and worry about securing their desired job. This phenomenon indicates that they do not have good career adaptability. Career adaptability is a psychosocial resources that can help Generation Z to face transitions and challenges in their careers. Proactive personality is a critical factor affecting the formation of career adaptability and can help Generation Z to survive in an unpredictable work environment. In addition, self-directed learning (SDL) skills are important for Generation Z to meet the demands of a complex career world. This study aims to determine how SDL mediates the relationship between proactive personality and career adaptability. The participants of this study are 131 Generation Z fresh graduates with working or internship experience for a maximum of 1 year. The regression analysis result using Hayes Macro PROCESS shows that SDL partially mediates the relationship between proactive personality and career adaptability. In other words, SDL does not fully explain the relationship between proactive personality and career adaptability. This research recommends Generation Z utilize their proactive personality to continue optimizing their career adaptability. Job providers can facilitate Generation Z with career mentoring or coaching to advance their career adaptability."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara optimisme dan general self-efficacy (GSE) pada mahasiswa penerima Beasiswa Bidikmisi di Universitas Indonesia (UI). Optimisme didefinisikan sebagai ekspektasi atau pengharapan yang bersifat umum pada seorang individu, bahwa hal-hal baik akan terjadi dan hal-hal buruk hampir minim akan terjadi di masa mendatang. GSE didefiniskan sebagai persepsi dan belief individu tentang dirinya sebagai orang yang mampu untuk melakukan beragam tugas dalam berbagai macam situasi secara efektif pada konteks yang luas. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada 250 partisipan mahasiswa penerima Beasiswa Bidikmisi di UI dengan menggunakan dua buah kuesioner, Life Orientation Test Revised (LOT-R) untuk mengukur optimisme dan General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES) untuk mengukur GSE. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara optimisme dan GSE (r = 0.263, p = 0.000) pada mahasiswa penerima Beasiswa Bidikmisi di UI. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi skor optimisme individu, maka semakin tinggi pula skor GSE.

The aim of this study was to investigate the correlation between optimism and general self-efficacy (GSE) among students of Bidikmisi Scholarship at Universitas Indonesia. Optimism was defined as „„the generalized outcome expectancies in individuals that good things will happen in the future and bad things will be minimal”. GSE was defined as “individuals‟ perception and belief in their tendency to view themselves as capable of performing task demands across variety of different situations effectively in a broad array of contexts”. Two questionnaires, Life Orientation Test Revised (LOT-R) measured optimism and General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES) measured GSE, were used to obtain data from 250 students of Bidikmisi Scholarship at Universitas Indonesia as participants. The result of Pearson Correlation Test indicated positive and significant correlation between optimism and GSE (r = 0.263, p = 0.000). The result explained that the higher score of optimism, would be followed by higher score of GSE."

"Mahasiswa, khususnya yang sedang berada di tingkat akhir, sedang bersiap untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan meniti karier. Pemilihan karier yang mereka lakukan dipengaruhi berbagai hal, salah satunya efikasi diri dalam keputusan karier career decision self-efficacy; CDSE . Berbagai penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh aspek orangtua seperti kelekatan atau dukungan terhadap CDSE. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat hubungan antara persepsi keterlibatan orangtua dan CDSE. Penelitian korelasional ini dilakukan pada 487 mahasiswa yang berada di tahun atau tingkat terakhir perkuliahan. Pengukuran keterlibatan orangtua dibagi menjadi tiga dimensi yaitu ekspresif, instrumental, dan mentoring/advising menggunakan Father Involvement Scale-Reported FIS-R; Finley Schwartz, 2004 dan Mother Involvement Scale-Reported MIS-R; Finley, Mira, Schwartz, 2008 . CDSE diukur dengan Career Decision Self-Efficacy?Short Form CDSE-SF oleh Betz, Klein, dan Taylor 1996 . Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara ketiga dimensi persepsi keterlibatan ayah dengan CDSE ekspresif: r=.206, p= le;.01; instrumental: r=.170, p= le;.01; mentoring/advising: r=.185, p= le;.01 dan hubungan positif antara ketiga dimensi persepsi keterlibatan ibu dengan CDSE ekspresif: r=.257, p= le;.01; instrumental: r=.273, p= le;.01; mentoring/advising: r=.266, p= le;.01 . Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini serta saran untuk penelitian lanjutan didiskusikan.

Final year undergraduates are preparing to enter the workforce and to build their careers. Choosing a career is influenced by numerous factors, one of which is career decision self efficacy CDSE . A number of studies have shown positive relationships between some parental aspects, such as attachment or support, and CDSE. The purpose of this study is to see the relationship between perceived parental involvement and CDSE. This correlational study was conducted on 487 final year undergraduates. The measurement of perceived parental involvement was separated into three dimensions, namely expressive, instrumental, and mentoring advising using Father Involvement Scale Reported FIS R Finley Schwartz, 2004 and Mother Involvement Scale Reported MIS R Finley, Mira, Schwartz, 2008 . CDSE was measured using Career Decision Self Efficacy Short Form CDSE SF by Betz, Klein, and Taylor 1996 . Results showed positive relationships between the three dimensions of perceived father involvement and CDSE expressive r .206, p le .01 instrumental r .170, p le .01 mentoring advising r .185, p le .01 and also positive relationships between the three dimensions of mother involvement and CDSE expressive r .257, p le .01 instrumental r .273, p le .01 mentoring advising r .266, p le .01 . The implications of the results and suggestions for future studies are discussed.

"Career decision self-efficacy CDSE merupakan hal yang penting untuk dimiliki mahasiswa tingkat akhir dalam mempersiapkan diri memasuki dunia kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran peer support dan identitas etnis terhadap career decision self-efficacy. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian yakni Career Decision Making Self Efficacy - Short Form CDSE- SF untuk mengukur CDSE; sementara pengukuran peer support menggunakan Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support; dan pengukuran identitas etnis menggunakan Multiple Ethnic Identity. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini merupakan 202 mahasiswa perantau tingkat akhir di Universitas Indonesia dengan metode pengambilan data secara daring. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hanya variabel peer support yang berperan terhadap tingkat CDSE R2= 0,075, p < 0,05 . Hasil penelitian ini dapat bermanfaat dalam menentukan kebijakan yang tepat untuk meningkatkan CDSE mahasiswa perantau UI.

Career decision self efficacy CDSE is important for final year undergraduates to make them ready to face the competition at work. The purpose of this study is to examine the role of peer support and ethnic identity on career decision self efficacy. The measurements that used in this study were Career Decision Making Self Efficacy Short Form to measure CDSE Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support to measure peer support and Multiple Ethnic Identity Measure Revised to measure ethnic identity. The participants in this study are 202 final year migrants undergraduates at Universitas Indonesia with online questionnaire method. Results of this study shows that peer support is the only variable that has a significant role towards CDSE R2 0,075, p 0,05 . The result of this study could help people to create policies and interventions related to migrants undergraduates at UI in order to increase their CDSE.

"Quarter life crisis merupakan fenomena yang terjadi pada usia 20-an dalam masa krisis yang mencakup ketidakstabilan yang ekstrem, perubahan terus menerus, ketidakberdayaan, ketidaktahuan, terisolasi, ragu pada kemampuan diri sendiri, dan takutnya akan kegagalan. Individu dengan self efficacy yang baik akan memiliki keyakinan yang kuat dalam menyelesaikan masalah, percaya dengan kemampuan diri, tidak takut gagal, senang dengan tantangan, dan senang dengan situasi baru. Peneitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan self efficacy dengan quarter life crisis pada mahasiswa S1 reguler tingkat akhir. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 101 mahasiswa tingkat akhir RIK UI dengan teknik non-probability sampling dan pendekatan accidental sampling. Desain penelitian ini berupa deskriptif korelasional, pendekatan kuantitatif, dan rancangan cross-sectional. Penilaian ini menggunakan instrument The General Self Efficacy Scale (GSE) dan Quarter life Crisis Scale. Hasil penelitian melalui Uji Chi Square ditemukan adanya hubungan signifikan antara self efficacy dengan quarter life crisis pada mahasiswa S1 reguler tingkat akhir Rumpun Ilmu Kesehatan Universitas Indonesia (nilai p< 0,000: α =0,05). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, peneliti merekomendasikan mahasiswa untuk awareness terkait dengan kesehatan mental terutama memperhatikan pikiran, motivasi, suasana hati, dan kesehatan jasmani maupun rohani seseorang untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada guna mencapai suatu tujuan.

Quarter life crisis is a phenomenon that occurs in the 20s during a crisis that includes extreme instability, continuous change, helplessness, ignorance, isolation, self-doubt, and fear of failure. Individuals with good self-efficacy will have strong beliefs in solving problems, believe in their own abilities, are not afraid of failure, are happy with challenges, and are happy with new situations. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and quarter life crisis in final year regular undergraduate students. The sample of this research was 101 final year students of RIK UI with non-probability sampling technique and accidental sampling approach. The research design is a correlational descriptive, quantitative approach, and cross-sectional design. This assessment uses the instrument The General Self Efficacy Scale (GSE) and the Quarter life Crisis Scale. The results of the study using the Chi Square Test found that there was a significant relationship between self-efficacy and quarter life crisis in regular undergraduate students at the end of the University of Indonesia Health Sciences Cluster (p value <0.000: α =0.05). Based on the research results, researchers recommend students to raise awareness related to mental health, especially paying attention to one's thoughts, motivation, mood, and physical and spiritual health to overcome existing problems in order to achieve a goal."

"Masa remaja adalah masa untuk memilih dari berbagai macam pilihan yang berkaitan dengan karier masa depan. Salah satunya adalah memilih peminatan di SMA yang dalam kurikulum 2013 dilakukan pada waktu siswa duduk di kelas 10. Proses memilih peminatan erat kaitannya dengan efikasi diri pengambilan keputusan karier. Salah satu faktor yang dapat membantu siswa untuk dapat mencapai efikasi diri pengambilan keputusan karier adalah persepsi siswa mengenai dukungan sosial yang didapatkan dari guru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan persepsi mengenai dukungan dari guru, yaitu guru bidang studi dan guru BP/BK, dengan efikasi diri pengambilan keputusan karier pada siswa SMA kelas 10. Partisipan penelitian ini terdiri dari 200 orang siswa SMA kelas 10 di Depok yang telah memilih peminatan.Persepsi dukungan guru diukur menggunakan Teacher Support Scale dari McWhirter (1997, dalam Metheny, McWhirter, & O’Neil, 2008) dan efikasi diri pengambilan keputusan karier diukur dengan Career Decision Self-Efficacy Scale dari Taylor dan Betz (1983, dalam Taylor & Betz, 2006) yang telah diadaptasi dan dimodifikasi oleh peneliti. Korelasi antara persepsi dukungan guru, baik guru bidang studi maupun guru BP/BK, dengan efikasi diri pengambilan keputusan karier menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan. Hasil akan didiskusikan lebih lanjut.

Adolescence is a time to choose from a wide variety of career options related to the future. One of them is to choose a specialization in high school which in the Kurikulum 2013 performed when students sitting in 10th grade. The process of selecting specialization is closely related to career decision-making self-efficacy. One of the factors that can help adolescents reach their career decision-making self-efficacy is the perception of students regarding social support obtained from the teacher. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of perceived support from teachers, which is divided as subject teachers and schoolcouselors, with the career decision-making self-efficacy on 10th grade students in high school. The participants of this study are 200 10th grade students in senior high school in Depok who have chosen specialization. Perceived teacher support was measured using the Teacher Support Scale from McWhirter (1997, in Metheny, McWhirter, & O'Neil, 2008 ), and career decision-making self-efficacy was measured using the Career Decision Self -Efficacy Scale from Taylor and Betz (1983, in Taylor & Betz, 2006) which has been adapted and modified by the researcher. The correlation between perceived teacher support, both subject teachers and school-counselors, with career decision-making self-efficacy showed significant results. The results will be discussed further.

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara traits dan creative selfefficacy (CSE) pada guru TK. Traits adalah dimensi dari perbedaan kecenderungan individu untuk menunjukan pola pemikiran, perasaan dan tindakan yang konsisten (McCrae dan Costa, 2003). Sementara itu, CSE merupakan keyakinan yang sementara pada individu mengenai kemampuan dirinya untuk melakukan tugas spesifik tertentu yang membutuhkan produksi solusi-solusi baru, orisinal, atau sesuai.
Pengukuran traits menggunakan alat ukur IPIP (Goldberg, 1999) dan pengukuran CSE menggunakan alat ukur Revised Model Creative Thinking Self-Efficacy (CTSE) II & Creative Performance Self-Efficacy (CPSE) II Inventories (Abbott, 2010) yang telah diadaptasi oleh peneliti. Partisipan berjumlah 112 orang guru TK yang berusia 20-60 tahun.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan negatif signifikan antara trait neuroticism dan CTSE, serta terdapat hubungan positif signifikan antara trait extraversion, openness to experience, agreeableness, dan conscientiousness dengan CTSE dan CPSE. Namun demikian, pada trait neuroticism tidak ditemukan adanya hubungan yang signifikan dengan CPSE. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, perlu dilakukan screening kepribadian ketika perekrutan guru TK. Selain itu, guru TK juga dapat diberi intervensi sejak dini untuk meningkatkan CSE.

This research was conducted to find the correlation between nature traits and creative self-efficacy (CSE) in kindergarten teachers. Traits is dimensions of individual differences in tendencies to show consistent patterns of thoughts, feelings and actions (McCrae & Costa, 2003). Meanwhile CSE is an individual's state-like belief in his or her own ability to perform the specific tasks required to produce novel original, or appropiate solutions (Abbott, 2010).
Traits was measured using an adaptation instrumen named IPIP (Goldberg, 1999) and CSE was measured using an adaptation instrument named Revised Model Creative Thinking Self-Efficacy (CTSE) II & Creative Performance Self-Efficacy (CPSE) II Inventories (Abbott, 2010). The respondent of this research are 112 kindergarten teachers.
The results of this research show that trait neuroticism negative correlated significantly with CTSE and the trait extraversion, openness to experience, agreeableness and conscientiousness positive correlated significantly with CTSE and CPSE. But there is no significant correlation between trait neuroticism and CPSE. Based on these results, kindergarten ought to held a personality screening in teacher's recruitment and give intervention, such as training or seminar to teachers that can increase creative self-efficacy.
