"Program Kemitraan dan Bina Lingkungan (PKBL) merupakan bagian dari kegiatan Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan (CSR) yang wajib dilakukan oleh BUMN. Kesesuaian antara pelaksanaan PKBL dengan konsep CSR perlu diketahui untuk meyakini bahwa program yang berjalan tidak hanya sebatas common sense perusahaan. Artikel ini membahas tentang analisis pelaksanaan PKBL PT Timah (persero) Tbk. dengan menggunakan konsep CSR. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah pelaksanaan PKBL PT Timah (persero) sebagian besar telah sesuai dengan konsep CSR walaupun masih terdapat beberapa kekurangan.

Partnership Program and Community Development are part of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) which must be done by the State Owned Enterprises (SOEs) as a mandatory. The correspondence between the implementation of these programs and the concept of CSR need to be known in order to believe that these programs are not only a company's common sense. This article discusses about the analysis of the implementation of Partnership Program and Community Development in PT Timah (persero) Tbk. using the concept of CSR. The conclusion is the implementation of these programs has been largely consistent with the concept of CSR although there are still some shortcomings.

"Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi berdasarkan program Corporate Social Responsibility "Broadband Learning Center" (BLC) yang dilakukan PT Telkom, Tbk di Pulau Pramuka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan peran dan fungsi humas PT Telkom, Tbk serta manfaat yang diperoleh masyarakat Pulau Pramuka atas program CSR tersebut. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dengan paradigma konstruktivis.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam pelaksanaan, CSR dilakukan oleh Divisi Community Development Center, namun PR tetap mengawasi dan mengomunikasikan program kepada masyarakat. Program BLC ini berkonsep CSR selama 6 bulan yang kemudian menjadi program Community Development. Masyarakat Pulau Pramuka mengalami perkembangan dan peningkatan pendapatan yang mereka rasakan sebagai manfaat dari program CSR Telkom ini.

The background of this research based on Corporate Social Responsibility program "Broadband Learning Center" (BLC) which is done by PT Telkom, Tbk. This research aims to describe the role and function of Public Relations, also the benefit that received by the community of Pramuka Island Constructivist paradigm of research methodology is used in a descriptive and qualitative approach.
The result of this research shows that CSR implementation is done by Community Development Center Division, meanwhile Public Relations is keeping the eye on the progress and communicating the CSR program to the public.This BLC program is 6-month CSR program, then convert to Community Development program. The Pramuka Island's community can develop themselves and increase their income as the benefit of this CSR program.

"Program kemitraan usaha mikro kecil dan menengah adalah salah satu bentuk tanggung jawab sosial (Corporate Social Responsibility/CSR) perusahaan, khususnya Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN). Skripsi ini mengkaji pelaksanaan program kemitraan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) menurut Undang-Undang Nomor 19 Tahun 2003 tentang Badan Usaha Milik Negara dan pelaksanaannya dalam bentuk program kemitraan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) yang dilakukan oleh PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif. Pelaksanaan program kemitraan BUMN diamanatkan dalam ketentuan Undang-Undang Nomor 19 Tahun 2003 tentang Badan Usaha Milik Negara dan Peraturan Menteri Negara Badan Usaha Milik Negara Nomor Per-05/MBU/2007 tentang Program Kemitraan Badan Usaha Milik Negara dengan Usaha Kecil dan Program Bina Lingkungan sebagai peraturan pelaksananya. Pada intinya ketentuan tentang pelaksanaan Program Kemitraan dan Bina Lingkungan (PKBL) wajib memperhatikan antara lain mengenai kriteria calon mitra binaan, kewajiban BUMN pembina dan mitra binaan, sumber dana program kemitraan, mekanisme penyaluran dana, kualitas pinjaman dan lain sebagainya. Pelaksanaan program kemitraan PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk. telah sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan yang berlaku. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari kewajiban yang telah dipenuhi PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk. sebagai BUMN pembina sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Menteri Negara Badan Usaha Milik Negara Nomor Per-05/MBU/2007 tentang Program Kemitraan Badan Usaha Milik Negara dengan Usaha Kecil dan Program Bina Lingkungan. Namun dalam ketentuan yang mengatur mengenai program kemitraan dan bina lingkungan tidak diatur mengenai sanksi bagi BUMN yang tidak melakukan progam kemitraan dan bina lingkungan.

This thesis examines the implementation Partnership Program of Micro, Small and Medium Business as a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in the law number 19 Year 2003 about State-Owned Enterprise and implementation partnership Program of Micro, Small and Medium Business as a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk. A method used in analyze this case is a normative juridical. The implementation partnership program of SOE is contained in the law number 19 Year 2003 about State-Owned Enterprise and Minister of State Enterprises Regulation No. PER-05/MBU/2007, dated 27 April 2007, on the Partnership Program of SOE with Small Business and Environmental Development Program as the rule?s executioner. In essence the implementation partnership program and environmental development program must be observe criteria of partners, liabilities of SOE and partners, source of funds, mechanism of channeling funds, quality of loan, etc. Bank Mandiri?s Partnership Program has been in accordance with a regulation. It can be seen from the obligations have been performed PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk. as a SOE builder regulated as Minister of State Enterprises Regulation No. PER-05/MBU/2007, dated 27 April 2007, on the Partnership Program of SOE with Small Business and Environmental Development Program. But then in provisions of the partnership program is not arranged sanctions for the SOE that doesn?t do partnership program and environmental development program."

"Pelaksanaan Corporate Social Responsibility merupakan kewajiban bagi seluruh Badan Usaha Milik Negara dalam rangka peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Salah satu BUMN yang telah melaksanakan program CSRnya adalah Perusahaan Gas Negara. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana Pelaksanaan Corporate Social Responsibility Perusahan Gas Negara Melalui Penguatan Badan Usaha Milik Desa Teluk Terate Dalam Rangka Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Di Desa Teluk Terate Kabupaten Serang Provinsi Banten. Program ini pernah ditunda selama 4 bulan dan mengakibatkan beberapa program di setiap unit tidak berjalan sesuai dengan rencana.  Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan teknik yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisa kualitatif untuk mengeksplorasi pelaksanaan Corporate Social Responsibility Perusahaan Gas Negara di Desa Teluk Terate Kabupaten Serang, Provinsi Banten. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pelaksanaan yang digunakan belum berjalan sesuai dengan program yang direncanakan dilihat dari banyaknya program yang belum dapat dilaksanakan setiap unitnya dan ada satu unit yang belum berjalan hingga Mei 2018. Selain itu, program yang dilaksanakan belum dapat dirasakan secara menyeluruh ke masyarakat Desa Teluk Terate

This research dicusses the implementation of monitoring and evaluation of regional development planning policy by The Directorate of Planning, Evaluation, and Information on Regional Development, Directorate General Development of Regional Development, Ministry of Home Affairs. This research used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews and literature studies. The result of the research shows that the implementation of the policy in general is good enough as mandated by the Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 54 Tahun 2010. It has been done to monitoring of policies, monitoring over implementation, and evaluation of the result through monitoring and supervision as well as the evaluation of the draft of local regulation, but the consistency of planning documents still needs improvement. Implementation of policies supported by Regional Development Information System (SIPD). Obstacles in implementation include budget issues, human resources apparatus of Directorate of PEIPD and local government, SIPD not yet optimal, and regulation and arrangement of strategic plan. Suggestions from the research results include technical guidance, training and consolidation both central and local governments, completion of regulation, and acceleration of SIPD development"

Laporan ini membahas penerapan Corporate Social Responsibility Health Check pada PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN). Metode pengukuran dari Corporate Social Responsibility Health Check terdiri dari aspek input, output, outcome, dan impact serta pengukuran business value dan social value yang diciptakan dari
program CSR. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa program CSR PGN telah berhasil menciptakan dampak bagi masyarakat walaupun dampak bagi bisnis PGN sendiri masih rendah. Hasil pengukuran akan diikuti oleh rekomendasi yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja program CSR PGN sekaligus penciptaan dampak dari program CSR di masa depan.

1. Indomie adalah produk andalan Indofood yang membawa nama baik perusahaan hingga dunia internasional
2. Namun Indomie sendiri telah beberapa kali tertimpa isu dan krisis yang berujung pada krisis perusahaan khususnya stagnansi harga saham PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk INDF.
3. Indofood memerlukan langkah special event untuk meminimalisir asumsi buruk masyarakat terhadap perusahaan terutama pada citra Indomie. Langkah ini akan dilakukan melalui perbaikan dan kegiatan CSR Indofood yaitu CSR Sehat Indofood Bersama Mi Instan dengan tema Peduli Gizi.
Tujuan
- Meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu rumah tangga tentang cara memasak mi instan yang baik untuk menjaga keseimbangan gizi anak.
- Menghibur masyarakat melalui edukasi gizi yang dikemas dalam bentuk games.
- Menurunkan presentase NWOM Negative Word Of Mouth yang muncul karena isu negatif terhadap mi instan terutama Indomie.
Strategi
Kegiatan special event dan edukasi masyarakat tentang gizi seimbang dengan mi instan Khalayak SasaranIbu Rumah Tangga SSE C dan D dengan usia antara 25-35 tahun yang memiliki anak laki laki atau perempuan usia antara 5-13 tahun.
Pesan Kunci
1. Indofood menyelenggarakan kegiatan ldquo CSR Sehat Indofood rdquo sebagai bentuk kepedulian perusahaan untuk mengedukasi para ibu membuat menu makanan bergizi sederhana menggunakan mi instan.

Situation Analysis
1. Indomie is the main product which brings company's brand of the to the international market.
2. Yet Indomie itself has been struck several times by various issues has that lead as series of crisis to the company particularly the stock price of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk INDF.
3. Indofood requires a step to recover the company's image especially the image of Indomie as a brand. This will be done through activites such as improvements and CSR activities named "CSR Sehat Indofood Bersama Mi Instan" with Peduli Gizi as the theme.
Goals
- To Improve the knowledge of household mothers on how to cook instant noodles in order to keep a child's nutritional balance Educate people about healthy eating patterns
- Entertain society through the nutritional education games Reduce of the NWOM Negative Word Of Mouth values eradicate negative issues of instant noodles especially Indomie.
Strategy
The special event activities and educate people about nutritional balance with instant noodles.
Target Audience
Household mothers in the classification of SES C and D and betwen 25-35 years old who has children boys or girls between 5-13 years old.

"Pada hakekatnya setiap orang, kelompok dan organisasi mempunyai tanggung jawab social (social responsibility) pada lingkungannya. Tanggung jawab sosial seseorang atau organisasi adalah etika dan kemampuan berbuat baik pada lingkungan sosial hidup berdasarkan aturan, nilai dan kebutuhan masyarakat. Sementara dalam konteks perusahaan, tanggung jawab sosial itu disebut tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan (Corporate Social Responsibility). Secara etik, perusahaan tidak hanya mempunyai kewajiban-kewajiban ekonomis dan legal kepada pesaham atau shareholders, tetapi juga kewajiban terhadap pihak-pihak lain secara sosial termasuk masyarakat disekitarnya.
Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah : untuk mengetahui pengaruh program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dan budaya organisasi secara parsial terhadap kepuasan masyarakat Kota Bogor dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dan budaya organisasi secara simultan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat Kota Bogor.
Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian bahwan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dan budaya organisasi mempunyai pengaruh positif sangat signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat sekitar PDAM Tirta Pakuan Kota Bogor.

In the naturally each of the person, group and organization have social responsibility in the environment. Social responsibility of each person or organization is the ethics and the ability to do good effort of the social environment based on the rules, values ​​and needs. In the context of company, corporate social responsibility is called corporate social responsibility (Corporate Social Responsibility). By the ethics, companies is not only have economics obligations and legal for company or shareholders, but also responsibility to others stakeholders, including the surrounding community.
The objectives of this study are: to determine the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility?s program and organizational culture which is partially upon the community satisfaction in Bogor and to determine the influence of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and organizational culture which is simultaneously in line with community satisfaction Bogor.
The conclusions of the result of the research which is conducted has improved that Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and organizational culture has a positive influence significantly with people's satisfaction in PDAM Tirta Pakuan Bogor.
