"Penelitian ini membahas kajian pengukuran fatigue secara subjektif di Departemen Produksi bagian Die Casting PT TACI pada periode Mei sampai Juni 2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi cross sectional dengan pendekatan observasional. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan keluhan fatigue pada pekerja shift. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan pekerja shift bagian die casting mengalami keluhan fatigue dengan kategori fatigue ringan dan kategori fatigue berat. Faktor risiko yang memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan keluhan fatigue adalah desain kerja, kerja lembur, beban fisik, waktu perjalanan, dan tingkat kesehatan. Peneliti merekomendasikan upaya peningkatan berkelanjutan untuk perusahaan dan karyawan dalam mengatasi keluhan kesehatan kerja.

The focus of this research is the measurement of subjective fatigue at Production Department on Die Casting Unit PT TACI in may to june 2016. This research is a cross sectional study with observational approach. The purpose of this research is to determine the factors associated with complaints of fatigue in shift workers. The result of this research is the shift workers of die casting unit was complainting of fatigue on mild and severe level. The risk factors which have significant related of complaint fatigue are job design, overtime, physical workload, commuting time and health status. The researcher suggests that corporation and their employees are ought to implement the continous improvement for occupational heatlh issues.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor risiko yang berhubungan dengan kelelahan pada pekerja pada shift malam dengan sistem Double Shift Di PT. X Proyek Y Th. 2016. Seperti kita ketahui bahwa angka kecelakaan kerja pada industri konstruksi sangat tinggi yang menelan korban jiwa yang tidak sedikit dan kerusakan properti yang cukup besar. Salah satu faktor yang berkontribusi pada kecelakaan kerja adalah kelelahan yang dialami para pekerja. Banyak defenisi tentang kelelahan, tetapi secara garis besar dapat dikatakan bahwa kelelahan merupakan suatu pola yang timbul pada suatu keadaan, yang secara umum terjadi pada setiap individu, yang telah tidak sanggup lagi untuk melakukan aktivitasnya. Kerangka Teori yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan teori dari Grandjean (1988) yang ditulis dalam bukunya yang berjudul "Fitting The Task to The Man". Dimana pada tahapan sensasi kelelahan dipengaruhi oleh faktor pekerjaan yang monoton, faktor intensitas dan faktor durasi tekanan fisik dan mental pekerjaan, faktor kondisi lingkungan; suhu, pencahayaan dan kebisingan, penyakit dan faktor nutrisi yang buruk dan faktor beban mental; tanggung jawab, kekhawatiran dan adanya konflik. Diharapkan hasil dari penelitian ini dapat menumbuhkan kesadaran akan pentingnya manajemen kelelahan guna meminimalkan risiko kecelakaan kerja. Rekomendasi yang diberikan diharapkan manajemen Proyek Y dimasa yang akan datang dapat memenuhi aspek keselamatan dalam melaksanakan sistem Double Shift dengan cara menerapkan Manajemen kelelahan secara konsisten dan menyeluruh untuk mencegah dan meminimalkan risiko akibat bekerja malam pada sistem Double Shift ini.

The objective of this research is to analyze the risk factors related to the fatigue level of night shift workers of Double Shift system in Project Y, X Company, year 2016. Work-related accidents on construction industry have resulted in a high number of fatalities and sizeable property damage. One of the contributing factors in workrelated accidents is fatigue felt by the workers. There are many definitions of fatigue, but the one which is generally agreed is that of a pattern which arises in a situation where individuals are no longer able to perform their activities. The theory framework used in this research is the one by Grandjean (1988), written in his book "Fitting the Task to the Man". The stages of fatigue are influenced by factors such as monotonous work, intensity and duration of work?s physical and mental stress, environmental conditions (temperature, lighting, and noise), diseases or illnesses, and poor nutrition, and mental load factors (responsibilities, worries, and conflicts). It is to be hoped that the result of this research will raise awareness of the importance of fatigue management in order to minimize the risk of work-related accidents. Recommendations given in this research are intended to help the Y Project management meet the safety aspects in the Double Shift system with the constant and thorough implementation of fatigue management to prevent and minimize risks caused by the system?s working nights."

"Penelitian ini membahas tentang analisis risiko K3 di proses kerja Die Casting Plan 3 PT. X pada bulan Mei-Juni 2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif dengan AS/NZS ISO 31000:2009 sebagai standar untuk proses penilaian risiko K3. Metode yang digunakan dalam penilaian risiko adalah semi-kuantitatif formula matematika W. T Fine. Identifikasi risiko menggunakan metode Job Hazard Analysis (JHA). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat risiko K3 pada proses kerja Die Casting. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ditemukan sebanyak 58 risiko pada proses kerja Die Casting dimana pada penilaian risiko awal (basic risk) sebanyak 48,27% risiko dengan level very high, 24,14% risiko dengan level risiko substantial, 18,97% risiko dengan level risiko priority 3, dan 8,62% risiko dengan level risiko priority 1. Kemudian risiko dinilai kembali dengan mempertimbangkan pengendalian yang sudah ada (existing control) menjadi 46,55% risiko dengan level risiko priority 3, 24,13% risiko dengan level risiko substantial, 13,80% risiko dengan level risiko priority 1, 8,62% risiko dengan level risiko very high, dan 6,90% risiko dengan level risiko acceptable. Sedangkan dari keempat proses kerja Die Casting terdapat 5 risiko terbesar dengan level risiko yang belum acceptable, yaitu very high, priority 1 dan substantial. Oleh karena itu, diberikan rekomendasi untuk pengendalian dari 5 risiko terbesar tersebut dari masing-masing proses yang bersifar engineering control, administrative control atau personal protective control.

This study discusses about the risk analysis of occupational health and safety in the working process Die Casting Plan 3 PT. X in May-June 2016. This study used a descriptive research design with AS / NZS ISO 31000: 2009 as standard for the risk assessment process of occupational health and safety. The method used in the risk assessment is a semi-quantitative mathematical formula W. T Fine. Risk identification method in this study adopted by Job Hazard Analysis (JHA). The purpose of this study was to determine the risk level of occupational health and safety in the working process Die Casting. While on the fourth working process Die Casting, there are 5 biggest risk to the level of risk that is not acceptable, is very high, priority 1 and substantial. Therefore, given advice on the control of the 5 biggest risks of each process that is engineering controls, administrative controls or personal protective control."

"Operator hauling adalah salah satu pekerjaan yang berisiko tinggi untuk mengalami kelelahan kerja fatigue yang disebabkan karena jam kerja yang panjang, shift kerja, irama sirkadian dan sleep hyegene, dan berbagai faktor lainnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan keluhan fatigue pada operator hauling. Desain studi cross-sectional digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan kuisioner Industrial Fatigue Research Committee IFRC diantara 72 responden laki-laki yang bekerja sebagai operator hauling. Istirahat kerja yang tidak memadai memiliki korelasi yang signifikan dengan keluhan kelelahan OR = 7,429, p = 0,031 dibandingkan dengan faktor risiko lainnya. Selain itu, 75 dari operator hauling mengalami kelelahan ringan, dan hanya 25 dari operator mengalami kelelahan sedang. Kesimpulannya, istirahat kerja yang tidak memadai merupakan faktor utama kelelahan pada operator hauling di PT Harmoni Panca Utama Indonesia.

Hauling operator is one of the high risk occupations in experiencing fatigue caused by the long working hours, shift work, circadian rhythms, sleep hygiene, and the other factors. The objective of this study was to determine the factors associated with complaints of fatigue on the hauling operator. A cross sectional study was conducted using questionnaires Industrial Fatigue Research Committee IFRC among 72 male respondents who worked as a hauling operator. Inadequate rest of work has a significant correlation with fatigue complaint OR 7.429, p 0.031 compared to other risk factors. In addition, 75 of hauling operators were experiencing mild fatigue, and only 25 of the operators were experiencing medium fatigue. In conclusion, inadequate rest of work were the main factors of fatigue on the hauling operator at PT Harmoni Panca Utama Indonesia.

"Pemakaian Alat Pelindung Pendengaran (APD telinga) merupakan tahap akhir dari hirarki pengendalian kebisingan apabila pengendalian secara tehnik dan administrasi tidak berhasil dijalankan, karena susahnya untuk memantau perilaku pekerja dalam menggunakan APD telinga. Pada kenyataannya di PT.X dengan tingkat kebisingannya tinggi masih banyak pekerja yang tidak disiplin menggunakan APD telinga. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku pekerja sehingga tidak menggunakan APD telinga tersebut.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan Perilaku Penggunaan alat pelindung pendengaran (Hearing Protektor) pada pekerja di bagian Die Casting PT.X. tahun 2004, dan merupakan studi yang bersifat kualitatif yang kemudian dikuantitatifkan. Rancangan penelitiannya adalah cross sectional, dengan sample penelitian berjumlah 66 orang pekerja, pengambilan data dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara Sian observasi langsung, serta mengkaji data sekunder. Analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik yaitu analisis univariat, dilanjutkan analisis bivariat menggunakan uji chi-square, kemudian analisis multivariate menggunakan uji regresi logistik.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 54,5% pekerja yang berperilaku tidak baik dalam penggunaan APD telinga dan 45,5 % pekerja yang berperilaku baik dalam penggunaan APD telinga. Berdasarkan hasil analisis bivariat diketahui terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara variabel, pengetahuan tentang APD telinga, kebijakan dan pelatihan terhadap penggunaan APD telinga. Sedangkan variabel persepsi terhadap resiko, pengawasan dan ketersediaan fasilitas tidak berhubungan dengan penggunaan APD telinga. Begitu juga dari model regresi logistik diketahui bahwa variabel yang dominan menentukan adalah variabel pelatihan yang merupakan faktor eksternal.
Sebagai saran untuk tindak lanjut maka upaya yang dilakukan oleh pihak manajemen adalah dengan meningkatkan Pendidikan dan latihan secara rutin dan berkesinambungan kepada pekerja agar dapat menambah pengetahuan dan menumbuhkan sikap positif pekerja. Selain itu agar lebih tegas dalam memberikan sanksi apabila pekerja tidak menggunakan APD telinga dan diupayakan memberikan hadiah/penghargaan.

The Use of Hearing Protector is the last stage of noise control if technical control and Administration control cannot run well because it's difficult to supervise workers behavior in using hearing protector. Infact, in Die casting Unit PT.X with it's high level of noise, there are still many workers do not use the hearing protector.
The purpose of this research is to investigative factors related to workers behavior in using hearing protector at Die casting unit of PT.X Year 2004, and constitute of qualitative study then made it quantitative .The research use cross sectional design, with 66 workers as samples. Data are collected by using interview and direct observation beside secondary data. Data analyzed statically by using Chi-Square and logistic regression.
The result of the research showed that there were 54,5 % of workers did not use hearing protector appropriately. Based on bivariate analysis it is known that there is significant relation between variable : knowledge of hearing protector, policy, and training of using hearing protector. Onthe other side, variable : risk perception, supervising and facility of hearing protector didn't have significant relation with the use of hearing protector. Through logistic regression, it is known that the determinant variable in the workers behavior in using hearing protector is training variable representing factor of external.
Referring to the result of this research, I advise that management should intensify the information, improving Education and practice routinely and continual to worker so that can add knowledge and grow positive attitude of worker about using hearing protector as well as giving sanction to those without hearing protection. Worker should be rewarded or giving such appreciation especially to the workers who are discipline in using hearing protector.

"Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : 1 mengetahui jumlah pekerja yang mengalami kelelahan 2 menganalisis faktor terkait pekerjaan masa kerja, shift kerja, jam kerja lembur, berat material dan kebisingan dan faktor di luar pekerjaan usia, riwayat penyakit, status pernikahan, kualitas tidur, status gizi dan durasi perjalanan terhadap kelelahan, serta 3 menentukan faktor yang paling mempengaruhi kelelahan.
Metode : Penelitian ini dilakukan mulai dari Maret-Mei 2017 pada 105 pekerja section stamping PT. X. Desain penelitian adalah studi cross sectional menggunakan kuesioner Checklist Individual Strength CIS untuk variabel kelelahan. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi square untuk melihat hubungan variabel independen dengan kelelahan dan regresi logistik multivariat untuk mencari variabel paling berpengaruh terhadap kelelahan.
Hasil : Penelitian ini menunjukan terdapat 52,4 pekerja yang mengalami kelelahan. Tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara faktor terkait pekerjaan dengan kelelahan. Faktor di luar pekerjaan didapatkan dua variabel memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan kelelahan yaitu : kualitas tidur dan durasi perjalanan. Faktor yang paling mempengaruhi kelelahan adalah kualitas tidur p = 0,002 , OR = 3,0917 dan CI 95 1,617 ndash; 9,179.
Kesimpulan : Faktor yang paling mempengaruhi kelelahan pada pekerja section stamping PT. X adalah kualitas tidur.

Objective This study aims to 1 find out the number of workers experiencing fatigue 2 analyze work related factors length of service, work shift, overtime hours, material weight and noise and non work related factors age, disease history, marital status , sleep quality, nutritional status and commuting time against fatigue, and 3 determine the factors that most influence fatigue.
Methode This research was conducted from March to May 2017 at 105 section stamping workers of PT. X. The study design was a cross sectional study using the Checklist Individual Strength CIS questionnaire for fatigue variables. Data analysis using chi square test to see the correlation of independent variable with fatigue and multivariate logistic regression to find the most influencing variable to fatigue.
Result This study shows that there are 52,4 of workers who experience fatigue. There is no significant relationship between work related factors and fatigue. There are two variables from non work related factors whom have a significant relationship with fatigue, namely sleep quality and duration of travel. The factors that most influence fatigue are sleep quality p 0,002 , OR 3.0917 and 95 CI 1,617 9,179.
Conclusion The factors that most affect fatigue on section stamping workers PT. X is sleep quality.

Fatigue pada pekerja merupakan sebuah risiko yang dapat timbul apabila suatu
pekerjaan dituntut untuk menggunakan tenaga fisik dan pikiran mental yang
berlebihan serta dituntut untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan dalam waktu yang terbatas
tanpa adanya waktu istirahat yang optimal. Fatigue merupakan risiko utama dari
pekerja shift seperti pada pekerja shift industri MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and
Overhaul) transportasi udara. Transportasi udara dituntut beroperasi selama 24/7 dan
memiliki kewajiban untuk memenuhi standar kelaikudaraan. Salah satu industri MRO
adalah Perusahaan ?X?. Bekerja dalam sistem shift menjadi sumber risiko fatigue bagi
pekerjanya karena bekerja bertentangan dengan irama sirkadian tubuh, oleh karena
itu dibutuhkan penilaian keluhan fatigue pada pekerjanya sebagai langkah awal
program fatigue management. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor risiko
keluhan fatigue pada pekerja shift dan merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan
menggunakan disain studi cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan
Oktober-Desember 2015, di bagian Domestic & International Line Maintenance
Perusahaan ?X?, dengan sampel penelitian sebesar 105 responden. Hasil
menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara shift kerja (p=0,002),
kerja lembur (0,005), kuantitas tidur (p=0,048), dan commuting time (p=0,042)
dengan keluhan fatigue.

obligation to fulfill the standards of aircraft airworthiness. In doing so, one of the MRO
industry, Company ?X? develop a system of shift workers with standardized skills to
operate 24/7 for the sake of upholding the airworthiness of aircrafts and adjusting to
the flight schedules. Working in shifts is a risk to the workers, especially the risk of
being fatigue, because working in shifts forces them to work against their natural body
clock. In order to start the development of fatigue management program in Company
?X?, it is needed to assess the subjective feelings toward fatigue as a starting point.

"Industri manufaktur merupakan salah satu sektor industri yang pekerjanya berisiko mengalami fatigue. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan fatigue pada pekerja wanita di PT. X. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Juni – Juli 2021 dengan melibatkan 5 orang responden yang terdiri dari pekerja wanita di PT. X yaitu 2 orang pekerja di bagian manajemen dan 3 orang pekerja di bagian produksi di PT. X. Desain penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah desain studi deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengambilan data berupa data primer yang dilakukan dengan cara wawancara mendalam dan data sekunder yang didapatkan dari PT. X. Faktor risiko fatigue yang diteliti terdiri dari faktor risiko terkait kerja dan faktor risiko tidak terkait kerja. Faktor risiko terkait kerja terdiri dari shift kerja, waktu istirahat, jam kerja lembur, commuting time, beban kerja, jenis pekerjaan, pekerjaan sampingan, dan stress kerja. Faktor risiko tidak terkait kerja terdiri dari usia, status kesehatan, kualitas dan kuantitas tidur, status kehamilan dan menyusui, peran dan tanggung jawab dalam keluarga, stress dan konflik peran ganda, kebiasaan konsumsi alkohol dan kafein. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan seluruh responden mengalami kelelahan dengan keluhan kelelahan fisik dan emosional atau mental. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan pengendalian lebih lanjut dalam mencegah dan menangani masalah fatigue di PT. X.

The manufacturing industry is one of the industrial sectors whose workers are at risk of experiencing fatigue. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the factors associated with fatigue in female workers at PT. X. The research was conducted in June – July 2021 involving 5 respondents consisting of women workers at PT. X, namely 2 workers in the management section and 3 workers in the production section at PT. X. The research design used in this study is a qualitative descriptive study design with data collection in the form of primary data conducted by in-depth interviews and secondary data obtained from PT. X. The fatigue risk factors studied consisted of work-related risk factors and non-work-related risk factors. Work-related risk factors consist of work shifts, rest periods, overtime hours, commuting time, workload, type of work, side work, and work stress. Non-work related risk factors consist of age, health status, sleep quality and quantity, pregnancy and lactation status, roles and responsibilities in the family, stress and dual role conflict, alcohol and caffeine consumption habits. The results showed that all respondents experienced fatigue in physical and mental fatigue. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out further control in preventing and dealing with fatigue problems at PT. X.

"This research aimed to identify risk factors of fatigue in workers and it is a
quantitative research using cross sectional study design. The population were
laundry and kitchen workers with a sample of 125 people. The study was
conducted from October to May 2015 by using instruments such as CIS-20
questionnaire, seca scales, microtoice, and bloodpressure monitors. The results
showed that 40.8% of respondents experiencing fatigue. The analysis showed that
there was a significant relationship between shift work, workload, health status,
and quantity of sleep with fatigue. While there was no significant association
between rest period, age, nutritional status, and commuting time with fatigue.!
Therefore, it is necessary to do training on fatigue and the risk factor as well as
review on the shift schedule.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor risiko kelelahan pada
pekerja dan merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan desain studi
cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pekerja bagian penatu dan dapur
dengan sampel sebanyak 125 orang. Penelitian dilakukan pada Bulan Oktober
2014 ? Mei 2015 dengan menggunakan instrumen berupa kuesioner CIS-20,
timbangan seca, microtoice, dan tensimeter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa
40.8% responden mengalami kelelahan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa
terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara shift kerja, beban kerja, status
kesehatan, dan kuantitas tidur dengan kelelahan. Sedangkan tidak ada hubungan
yang bermakna antara waktu istirahat, umur, status gizi, dan waktu perjalanan
dengan kelelahan. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan sosialisasi tentang kelelahan
serta faktor risikonya dan peninjauan kembali jadwal shift kerja."

"ABSTRAK
Paparan panas yang ekstrem bisa mengakibatkan penyakit akibat kerja dan luka. Iklim kerja yang tinggi bisa mengakibatkan sengatan panas, panas yang berlebihan, kram panas, atau ruam panas. Panas juga dapat meningkatkan risiko cedera pada pekerja karena dapat menyebabkan telapak tangan berkeringat, kacamata pengaman yang berkabut, dan pusing. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan perakitan suku cadang yang memiliki proses produksi panas yang dapat memajan pekerjanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran tingkat tekanan panas pada lapangan kerja 2, bagaimana keluhan subjektif akibat panas yang dirasakan para pekerja dan faktor apa saja yang berpengaruh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode cross sectional dengan melakukan pengukuran langsung tekanan panas pada 10 titik pengukuran dan pengukuran langsung terhadap pekerja menggunakan kuesioner. Pengambilan data di dilakukan pada 129 pekerja shift 1. Analisis data digunakan uji statistik menggunakan perangkat lunak statistik. Dan didapatkan hasil berupa seluruh pekerja di lapangan kerja 2 seluruhnya merasakan iklim kerja yang panas melebihi NAB yang berlaku di Indonesia dan seluruhnya merasakan keluhan subjektif akibat panas. Faktor kovariat yang memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan keluhan subjektifnya adalah status hidrasi p value = 0,000 dan status kesehatan p value = 0,002 . Dikarenakan adanya pajanan panas berlebih pada lapangan kerja 2 maka perusahaan harus melakukan pengendalian teknis, administrated dan personal pekerja untuk meminimalisir kejadian tekanan panas dan keluhan subjektif yang dirasakan pekerja.

ABSTRACT
Exposure to extreme heat can result in occupational illnesses and injuries. Heat stress can result in heat stroke, heat exhaustion, heat cramps, or heat rashes. Heat can also increase the risk of injuries in workers as it may result in sweaty palms, fogged up safety glasses, and dizziness. This study was conducted on a spare parts assembly company that has a hot production process that can expose its workers. This study aims to see the description of the level of heat stress on work area 2, how subjective complaints caused by the heat felt by workers and what factors are influential. This study uses cross sectional method by conducting direct measurement of heat pressure at 10 points of measurement and direct measurement to workers using questionnaire. Data collection was done on 129 workers shift 1. Data analysis used statistical test using statistical software. And the results obtained in the form of all workers in work area 2 entirely exposed to heat pressure and entirely feel the climate is hot overpass Indonesia rsquo s TLV subjective complaints due to heat. Covariate factors that have significant relationship with subjective complaints are hydration status p value 0,000 and health status p value 0,002 . Due to excessive heat exposure in work area 2, the company must perform technical, administrated and personal controls to minimize the incidence of heat stress and subjective complaints felt by workers."
