"Pengembangan kepemimpinan pemuda di sektor kebaharian sebagai salah satu bidang yang menjadi bagian penting dari suatu ketahanan negara mengingat Indonesia adalah negara maritim yang memiliki lautan 2/3 lebih luas daripada daratan. Program Kapal Pemuda Nusantara tahun 2012 menjadi salah satu strategi pengembangan kepemimpinan pemuda dalam mencapai ketahanan bahari nasional. Tesis ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepemimpinan di sektor kebaharian Indonesia dan menganalisis strategi pengembangan kepemimpinan pemuda di sektor kebaharian dalam mempertahankan ketahanan bahari nasional dengan studi kasus program Kapal Pemuda Nusantara KPN tahun 2012. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk menggambarkan strategi pengembangan kepemimpinan pemuda pada program Kapal Pemuda Nusantara KPN tahun 2012. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan strategi pengembangan kepemimpinan pada program KPN tahun 2012 belum berjalan maksimal yang didasari beberapa hal, diantaranya : belum ada database purna program sebagai media pengawasan pasca kegiatan, perlunya pembenahan dalam sistem seleksi daerah untuk memilih peserta yang memiliki minat khusus di bidang kepemimpinan di sektor kemaritiman, dan belum adanya kegiatan pre-departure training sebagai kegiatan pemahaman sebelum program, serta kegiatan post-program sebagai media evaluasi purna program secara berkelanjutan.

Youth leadership development in the maritime sector as one of the area that is an important part of a country 39 s resilience considering that Indonesia is a maritime country that has an ocean 2 3 wider than the mainland. Youth Ship Archipelago Program in 2012 became one of the youth leadership development strategy in achieving national marine resilience. This thesis aims to analyze the maritime sector leadership in Indonesia and analyze strategy for leadership development of youth in the maritime sector in maintaining the resilience of marine national, case study in Youth Ship Archipelago Program KPN in 2012. This study used qualitative methods to describe the strategy for leadership development of youth in the Youth Ship Archipelago Program KPN in 2012. The results showed that the strategy of leadership development has not maximal which is based on several things, including no database as a media to monitoring the post activity program, the need for improvements in the system the selection area to select participants who have a special interest in the areas of leadership in the maritime sector, and the lack of pre departure training activities as the activities of prior understanding of the program and post program activities as a full evaluation of media programs.

"Pembangunan di Indonesia selama ini cenderung terfokus di Pulau Jawa, sehingga menyebabkan ketidaksetaraan ekonomi dan sosial yang signifikan antara wilayah. Namun, ada strategi yang menjanjikan, yaitu pembangunan sosial daerah. Uniknya, pembangunan di setiap daerah harus adaptif, mempertimbangkan atribut lokal seperti tantangan, regulasi, dan sumber daya manusia. Di sinilah peran Think Policy Local Shapers hadir yang berkomitmen untuk memajukan pembangunan sosial di daerah melalui pengembangan kepemimpinan. Penelitian mengenai program pengembangan kepemipinan lokal pada keilmuan Kesejahteraan Sosial masih terbatas. Penelitian studi deskriptif dalam pendekatan kualitatif ini menemukan bahwa program ini fokus pada tiga area pembangunan sosial: (a) peningkatan kapasitas penggerak daerah, (b) penguatan komunitas, dan (c) intervensi. Think Policy Local Shapers juga menerapkan pendekatan adaptif, memfasilitasi peserta melalui berbagai program seperti coaching, mentoring, dan sesi berbagi. Dengan demikian, program ini memperkuat manajemen adaptif dan adaptasi komunitas. Rekomendasi penelitian: Think Policy Local Shapers dapat memaksimalkan potensi di setiap area intervensi, sehingga peserta dapat merasakan manfaat berkelanjutan dan mendukung pembangunan sosial di wilayah masing-masing.

In Indonesia, development has predominantly focused on Java Island, resulting in significant economic and social disparities between regions. However, there is a promising strategy: local social development. Interestingly, development in each region must be adaptive, considering local attributes such as challenges, regulations, and human resources. This is where Think Policy Local Shapers come in, committed to advancing social development in regions through leadership development. Research on local leadership development within the field of Social Welfare is still limited. A qualitative descriptive study found that this program focuses on three areas of social development: (a) enhancing the capacity of local leaders, (b) strengthening communities, and (c) implementing bottom-up interventions. Think Policy Local Shapers also apply an adaptive approach, facilitating participants through various programs like coaching, mentoring, and sharing sessions. Consequently, the program strengthens adaptive management and community adaptation. Research recommendation: Think Policy Local Shapers should maximize the potential in each intervention area, allowing participants to experience sustainable benefits and support social development in their respective regions."

"Proses perubahan tidak terlepas dari peran komitmen karyawan. Conner (1992) dalam Kling (2004) menyebutkan bahwa komitmen merupakan pengikut vital antara orang dan tujuan perubahan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menguji ada tidaknya pengaruh dimensi Authentic Leadershipyaitu Leader Self Awareness, Balanced Processing, Internalized Moral Perspectives, Balance Processing, kemudian dimensi Organization Task Environment yaitu Munificence, Dynamism, dan Complexity serta Organization Trust terhadap dimensi Commitment to Change yaitu Affective, Normative, dan Continuance Commitment to Change. Penelitian dilakukan di PT Nindya Karya (Persero) sebuah perusahaan BUMN bergerak di bidang konstruksi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum Authentic Leadership, Organization Trust dan Organization Task Environment memiliki pengaruh terhadap Commitment to Change. Secara khusus, dimensi Leader Self Awareness dari Authentic Leadership berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap Affective dan Normative Commitment to Change. Sedangkan dimensi Internalized Moral Perspective berpegaruh positif terhadap Affective dan Normative Commitment to Change. Selain itu Organization trustdan dimensi Dynamism dari Organization Task Environmentmemiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Affective dan Normative Commitment to Changesedangkan Continuance Commitment to Change lebih dipengaruhi oleh Complexity lingkungan tugas perusahaan.

The process of change can not be separated from the role of employee commitment. Conner (1992) in Kling (2004) mentions that the commitment is vital glue between people and change goal. The study aimed to test the impact of Authentic Leadership dimensions which are Leader Self Awareness, Balanced Processing, Internalized Moral Perspectives, Relational Transparency, then the dimensions of the Organization Task Environment which are Munificence, Dynamism, and Complexity also Organization Trust towards dimensions of Commitment to Change which are Affective Commitment to Change, Normative, Commitment to Change and Continuance Commitment to Change. The study was conducted in Nindya PT Karya (Persero), a state-owned company engaged in the field of construction.
The results showed that in general Authentic Leadership, Organization Trust and Organization Task Environment have an influence on the Commitment to Change. In particular, Leader Self Awareness of Authentic Leadership has significant negative effect on Affective and Normative Commitment to Change. While Internalized Moral Perspective has significant positive effect on Affective and Normative Commitment to Change. Additionally Organization Trust and Dynamism from Organization Task Environment have positive influence on Affective and Normative Commitment to Change. While Continuance Commitment to Change more influenced by environmental Complexity."

"Skripsi ini membahas tentang evaluasi kegiatan pelatihan pada Program Menuju Puncak Manfaat berbasis daring sebagai Program Pendidikan Pengembangan Kepemimpinan yang dilaksanakan oleh Rumah Kepemimpinan Regional 1 Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan pada Program Menuju Puncak Manfaat serta mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan kegiatan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian evaluasi dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan ruang lingkup yang difokuskan pada outcomes kegiatan serta menggunakan teknik studi literatur dan wawancara mendalam yang dilakukan secara daring pada tahun 2021. Penelitian ini melibatkan 8 orang informan yang merupakan pihak pelaksana program dan peserta kegiatan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas yang dilaksanakan dalam kegiatan pelatihan pelatihan perencanaan karir dalam Program Menuju Puncak Manfaat telah berhasil memenuhi luaran jangka pendek di mana peningkatan pengetahuan seputar tahapan-tahapan dalam perencanaan karir terjadi pada peserta kegiatan. Ketercapaian luaran dari kegiatan pelatihan ini tidak lepas dari beberapa catatan rekomendasi untuk peningkatan beberapa aspek dalam pelaksanaannya seperti pembuatan Standar Operasional Pelaksanaan, penambahan sumber daya manusia, dan platform pembelajaran yang terintegrasi. Faktor pendukung yang mempengaruhi pencapaian tujuan kegiatan ini adalah kesadaran peserta membuat perencanaan yang lebih baik dan mengikuti kegiatan yang bermanfaat, kebijakan Rumah Kepemimpinan yang mewajibkan peserta untuk mengikuti program, lingkungan yang suportif, dan kemudahan media yang digunakan. Sedangkan, faktor penghambatnya yaitu demotivasi peserta, preferensi peserta pada kegiatan yang dilaksanakan secara tatap muka, kesibukan peserta, durasi program yang terlalu cepat, dan lemahnya sistem pemantauan kehadiran dan pemantauan pengerjaan tugas.

This thesis discusses the evaluation of training activities in the online-based Program Menuju Puncak Manfaat as a Leadership Development Education Program carried out by the Rumah Kepemimpinan Regional 1 Jakarta. This study aims to describe the implementation of training activities in the Program Menuju Puncak Manfaat and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the activities. This type of research is an evaluation research with a qualitative approach and scope that is focused on the outcomes and uses literature study techniques and in-depth interviews conducted online in 2021. This study involved 8 informants who were program implementers and participants. The results of this study indicate that the activities carried out in the career planning training training activities in the Program Menuju Puncak Manfaat have succeeded in meeting short-term outcomes where increased knowledge about the stages in career planning occurs in the participants. The achievement of the outputs of this training activity cannot be separated from several recommendations in order to improve several aspects of its implementation, such as the preparation of Implementation Operational Standards, the addition of human resources, and an integrated learning platform. Supporting factors that influence the achievement of the objectives of this activity are the awareness of participants to make better plans and participate in useful activities, the Rumah Kepemimpinan’s policy that requires participants to participate in the program, a supportive environment, and the ease of use of media. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are participants’ demotivation, participants’ preference for activities carried out face-to-face, participants' bustle, program duration that is too fast, and weak attendance monitoring and task monitoring systems."

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan latar belakang bahwa pemuda memiliki peran strategis dalam pembangunan bangsa dan negara. Sebagai bagian dari SDM, penduduk usia muda atau pemuda tidak bisa diabaikan., karena dalam struktur demografis, penduduk usia muda (16-30 tahun) merupakan segmen paling besar dan masih berada pada usia produktif. Salah satu program untuk meningkatkan karakter pemuda yang diselenggarakan oleh Kementrian Pemuda dan Olahraga RI adalah Program Pendidikan TANNASDA (Ketahanan Nasional untuk Pemuda). Prograrn yang telah dilaksanakan sejak Tahun 2007 dan dilaksanakan secara intensif setiap tahun.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan paradigma Post Positivist atau pendekatan kualitatif untuk mendapatkan faktor-faktor yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengernbangkan program tersebut, sehingga bisa ditemukan strategi- strategi baru dalam mengelola program. Untuk proses analisa data yang diperoleh maka digunakan analisisa SWOT dalam pengambilan faktor internal dan eksternal dari program TANNASDA. Masing-masing faktor ini ditentukan oleh dua variabel utama, yaitu kekuatan dan kelemahan sebagai faktor internal, serta kesempatan dan ancaman sebagai faktor eksternal. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dirumuskan dua strategi yang terdiri dari strategi prioritas 1 atau strategi makro dengan empat faktor utama yaitu : kepemimpinan, nasionalisme, ketahanan nasional dan daya saing. Sedangkan strategi prioritas 2 atau mikro terdiri dari perumusan strategi berdasarkan faktor- faktor : kepesertaan, kurikulum, kemitraan, pola pembinaan, alumni dan post program.

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap perilaku inovatif dengan berbagi pengetahuan sebagai variabel mediasi dan persepsi dukungan organisasi sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di head office PT Rekayasa Industri terhadap 150 staf di sepuluh unit dari total populasi 230 karyawan sebagai responden. Data yang telah terkumpul kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS 20. Pada penelitian ini, kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku inovatif dan berbagi pengetahuan. Berbagi pengetahuan juga berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku inovatif. Berbagi pengetahuan mampu secara positif menjadi mediator hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dengan berbagi pengetahuan. Namun, persepsi dukungan organisasi tidak mampu secara positif menjadi moderator hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dengan perilaku inovatif.

ABSTRACT
This research discuss about the influence of transformational leadership on innovative behavior with knowledge sharing as a mediator and perceived organizational support as a moderator in head office of PT Rekayasa Industri. This research conduct of 150 staff respondent from 230 employee of total population in ten units. Data analysis is conducted using SPSS 20 software. In this research, transformational leadership have a positive influence on innovative behavior and knowledge sharing. Knowledge sharing have a positive influence on innovative behavior. Knowledge sharing also positively be a mediator for the relationship between transformasional leadership and innovative behavior. However, perceived organizational support are not able to positively be a moderator for the relationship between transformasional leadership and innovative behavior."

"Tesis ini membahas tentan hubungan antara aspirasi karir terhadap proses pengembangan kepemimpinan pemuda dengan menjadikan objek penelitian pada empat Organisasi Kemasyarakatan Pemuda (OKP), yaitu Kesatuan Aksi Mahasiswa Muslim Indonesia (KAMMI) Pusat, Youth Leadershp Center (YLC), Himpunan Mahasiswa Islam (HMI) Depok, dan Jaringan Pemuda Remaja Masjid Indonesia (IPRMI). Dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dan metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner ditemukan bahwa hubungan hubungan aspifasi karir dalam proses pengembangan kepemimpinan adalah signiiikan. Sehingga dalam menciptakan kepemimpinan yang terus berkesinambungan peneliti menyarankan agar penerapan aspirasi karir dapat diperhatikan oleh para pemimpin OKP.

This thesis discuss the relation of the career aspiration toward the process of the youth leadership development program by using four youth organizations as the research object, which are the national- board of the Kesatuan Aksi Mahasiswa Muslim Indonesia (KAMMI), Youth Leadership Center (YLC), Himpunan Mahasiswa Islam (HMI) in Depok, and Jaringan Pemuda Remaja Masjid Indonesia (JPRMD. With quantitative approach and questionnaire method in gathering the data, it is concluded that the relation of the career aspiration toward the process of the youth leadership development program is significant. Therefore, in creating a sustainable leadership, the researcher suggests that the application of the career aspiration can be concerned by the leaders of the youth organizations."

"Program revitalisasi gerokan Pramuka yang telah digulirkan sejak 2006, belum mampu memberikan perubahan yang signifikan dalam gerakan Pramuka itu sendiri pada kenyataannya di lapangan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari masih kurangnya minat para pemuda dan pellljar di Indonesia untuk aktif dalam kegiatan kepramukaan, walaupun secara tertulis jumlab anggota Pramuka adalah 16.374.299 orang. Fokus penelitian ini adalah posisi gerakan Pramuka di dalam benak stakeholders, dan strategi untuk mereposisi gerakan Pramuka sebagai wadah pengembangan kepemimpioan pemuda.
Berdasarka penelitian melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan teori Kriteria Positioning dan Alasan Reposisi oleh Hermawan Kertajaya (2004), diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa stakeholders memposisikan Gerakan Pramuka hanya sebagai kegiatan ekstrakurikuler di sekolah ataupun di perguruan tinggi dan mereka meni!ai tidak ada kepentiogan bagi mereka untuk berpartisipasi aktif didalamnya. Gerakan Pramuka perlu melakukan reposisi dengau strategi PNU3P (!. Pasar. Perluas target pasar sarnpai pra siaga, fokus pasar Penegak dan Pandega pada basis pembioaan di masyarakat, 2. Nilai. The scout revitalization program which has been done since 2006in realityhas not yet given a significant change for the scout movement itself. This fact can be seen from the declining of interest of the youth and students in Indonesia to actively take a part in the scout activities; yet, it is claimed that there are 16. 374.299 members of Indonesia scout The focus of this research is the position of scout in stakeholders' perspective, and the strategy to reposition the scout movement as a media of youth leadership development Based on the research conducted in qualitative approach by using Positioning Criteria and Reposition Reasons Theory by Hem1awan Kertajaya (2004).

"Tesis ini membahas implementasi Program Pertukaran Pemuda Indonesia (PPIK) tahun 2009/2010 yang dilaksanakan di Desa Cikandang, Kecamatan Cikajang, Kabupaten Garut, Jawa Barat, model kepemimpinan yang berlangsung, dan faktor-faktor internal dan ekstemal yang membentuk model kepemimpinan tcrsebut terjadi. Penelitian ini ada1ah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode wawancara, Hasil peneiHian ini menunjukkan adanya implementasi program yang memenubi tiga dari empat criteria, model kepemimpinan menurut Kouzes dan Posner Leadership Practices, dan faktor-faktor yang mcmbcntuk adanya model yang muncul. Penulis menyarankan agar konseptor PPIK meningkatkan kefokusan dalam pengembangan kepemimpinan sehingga dapat tercipta output karakter dan modei kepemimpinan yang kuat, dalam implementasi program diperiukan jaringan yang luas agar pelaksanaannya lebih optimal dan optimalisasi komunikasi dan sosialisasi antara PPIK dan warga sehingga terbentuk adaptasi budaya yang baik lL'ltuk mendukuug model kepemimpinan dan kesuksesan program.

The focus of this study is program implementation of Indonesia Canada Youth Exchange Program 2009/2010 (ICYEP) that was hold in Cikandang, Cikajang, Gamt, West Java. leadership model that was happened there, and internal and external factors that influence the leadership model. This research is qualitative by dopt'l interview method to collect the data, The researcher found that there are three from four criterias in program implementation, some kinds of leadership model by Kouzes and Postner, and some factors to build the leadership model. It is also suggested that the coneeptor of ICYEP inereasing the focus of leadership development so that will get good and strong output in character and model of leadership, huge network to implement ICYEP for more optimal, and optimalir.e communication and socialization between the participants of ICYEP and the villagers of Cikandang, so that it will get good culture adaptation to create leadership model and the succeed of the program."

"Penelitian ini terfokus pada Kepemimpinan Nasional dan Pembangunan Nasional: "Bagaimana pemimpin nasional mengawal semua program pembangunan agar tujuan nasional masyarakat adil dan makmur tercapai". Hingga sekarang tujuan nasional itu belum juga tercapai. Mengapa? Karena faktor kepemimpinan nasional. Maka sangat dibutuhkan suatu model kepemimpinan nasional yang mampu menghantar Indonesia kepada tujuannya. Dan model itu adalah Kepemimpinan-Pelayan. Penelitian ini adalah sebuah penelitian kualitatif yang disajikan secara deskriptif dengan fokus kajian (Rencana) Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Nasional Tahap II Tahun 2010-2014. Hasilnya ialah bahwa kepemimpinan-pelayan (servant-leadership) dapat menjadi model ideal kepemimpinan nasional yang dapat menghantar bangsa Indonesia kepada tujuan nasionalnya.

This study focused on the National Leadership and Indonesia Development: "How can national leaders oversee all development programs, so that the just and prosperous society as national goal can be achieved". Until now the national goal has not been reached. Why? Because of the national leadership. Then urgently needed a national model of leadership that is able to deliver this nation to its destination. And the ideal model is Servant-Leadership. This study is a qualitative research presented descriptively by focus of study of Medium Term Development Phase II from 2010 to 2014, particularly the Year 2010/2011. The result is that the servant-leadership may be an ideal model of national leadership that can deliver the Indonesian nation to its national goals.
