"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat gambaran mengenai hubungan antara work values dan adaptabilitas karier pada siswa kelas 9. Hal tersebut karena siswa kelas 9 diharapkan sudah mengetahui dan mulai merencanakan kariernya di masa depan. Pengukuran work values dilakukan dengan alat ukur The Work Values Scale Ye, 2015. Sementara, adaptabilitas karier diukur menggunakan alat ukur Career Adapt-Abilites Scale CAAS Savickas Porfeli, 2012. Partisipan penelitian ini berjumlah 569 dari siswa kelas 9 SMP.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara work values dan adaptabilitas karier pada siswa kelas 9 R2 = 0.21, p < 0.01, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa semakin berkembangnya work values pada siswa maka semakin baik kemampuan adaptabilitas karier pada siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, penting bagi siswa kelas 9 untuk memiliki adaptabilitas karier yang baik dalam memilih jurusan di SMA, dan bagaimana work values dapat memberikan kontribusi pada adaptabilitas karier siswa kelas 9.

This research aimed to find the relationship between work values and career adaptability among 9th grade students. The reason this research needs to be done is because 9th grade students are expected to be ready for their career in the future. Work values was measured using The Work Values Scale Ye, 2015 . Career adaptability was measured using Career Adapt Abilities Scales CAAS Savickas Porfeli, 2012. The participants of this research are 569 9th grade students.
The result of this research show that work values have a significant relationship with 9th grades student rsquo s career adaptability R2 0.21, p 0.01. The result shows that the more developed the work values of the individual means the better the career adaptability of the students. Based on the results, it is important for 9th grade students to have a good career adaptability in order to prepares and choose majors in the next level of education, and work values can contribute towards the career adaptability of 9th grade students.

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat hubungan antara keterlibatan belajar dan adaptabilitas karier pada siswa kelas 9. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 611 siswa yang berasal dari dua SMPN di Depok yang termasuk pada tahap perkembangan remaja. Untuk mengukur adaptabilitas karier digunakan alat ukur Career Adapt-Abilities Scale CAAS yang dikembangkan oleh Savickas dan Porfeli 2012. Keterlibatan belajar diukur menggunakan alat ukur School Engagement Measurement SEM -MacArthur yang dikembangkan oleh Fredricks, Blumenfeld, Friedel, dan Paris 2005. Untuk melihat hubungan antara keterlibatan belajar dan adaptabilitas karier, peneliti menggunakan teknik statistik Pearson Correlation. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara keterlibatan belajar dengan adaptabilitas karier. Dimensi keterlibatan belajar yang memiliki hubungan paling kuat dengan adaptabilitas karier adalah keterlibatan kognitif.

This research was conducted to find the relationship between learning engagement and career adaptability on 9th grade students. Participants in this study were 611 students from two junior high schools in Depok, West Java, Indonesia, who are classified as adolescents in development stage theories Papalia Feldmand, 2012. To measure career adaptability, the Career Adapt Abilities Scale CAAS developed by Savickas dan Porfeli 2012 was used. The School Engagement Measurement SEM MacArthur developed by Fredricks, Blumenfeld, Friedel, and Paris 2005 was implemented to measure learning engagement. To identify the relationship between learning engagement and career adaptability The Pearson Correlation statistical method was used. The results showed that there was a significant positive relationship between learning engagement and career adaptability. Cognitive engagement was the dimension of learning engagement with the strongest relation to career adaptability."

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan hubungan antara sibling relationship dan adaptabilitas karier pada siswa kelas 9 SMP. Pengukuran sibling relationship dilakukan dengan alat ukur Lifespan Sibling Relationship Scale milik Riggio yang dimodifikasi oleh Mirah 2014. Pengukuran adaptabilitas karir menggunakan alat ukur Career Adapt-Abilities Scale milik Savickas Porfeli 2012.
Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik korelasi pearson product momen. Partisipan penelitian ini berjumlah 291 orang yang merupakan siswa kelas 9 SMP Negeri di Depok dan Jakarta. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif antara sibling relationship dan adaptabilitas karier pada siswa kelas 9 SMP r=0,294 dan p.

This research was conducted to get the correlation between sibling relationships and career adaptability upon 9th grade junior high school students. The sibling relationships were measured by using Lifespan Sibling Relationship Scale which is constructed by Riggio and then modified by Mirah 2014. Meanwhile, the career adaptability was measured by using Career Adapt Abilities Scale modified by Savickas and Profeli 2012.
This is research using pearson product moment correlation. There were 291 participants of this research who were 9th grade junior high school students in Depok and Jakarta. "Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat ada atau tidaknya hubungan yang signifikan antara keberfungsian keluarga dan adaptabilitas karier pada peserta didik kelas 9. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah 532 peserta didik kelas 9 di Jakarta dan Depok. Keberfungsian keluarga diukur menggunakan alat ukur FACES II Family Adaptability and Cohesion Evaluation Scale II dan FCS Family Communication Scale. Sedangkan, adaptabilitas karier diukur menggunakan CAAS Career Adapt-Abilities Scale International Form.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara keberfungsian keluarga dan adaptabilitas karier r = 0,404, p < 0,01. Artinya, semakin tinggi peserta didik kelas 9 mempersepsikan keberfungsian keluarganya, semakin tinggi pula adaptabilitas karier peserta didik tersebut. Penelitian ini juga memperlihatkan perbedaan keberfungsian keluarga dan adaptabilitas karier pada beberapa aspek demografis, yaitu jenis kelamin dan keikutsertaan dalam kegiatan non-akademis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, keberfungsian keluarga perlu dipertimbangkan dalam konseling karier agar peserta didik kelas 9 memiliki adaptabilitas karier yang baik.

This study aimed to examine the relationship between family functioning and career adaptability on 9th grade students. Participants were 532 9th grade students in Jakarta and Depok. Family functioning was measured by FACES II Family Adaptability and Cohesion Evaluation Scale II and FCS Family Communication Scale. Meanwhile, career adaptability was measured by CAAS Career Adapt Abilities Scale International Form.
The result showed a significant positive relationship between family functioning and career adaptability r 0,404, p 0,01. It means that the higher students perceive their family functioning, the higher their career adaptability. In addition, the result also showed the influence of gender and participation in non academic activities on family functioning and career adaptability. Based on these results, family functioning should be considered on career counseling so that students would have good career adaptability.

"Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk melihat hubungan antara academic buoyancy dan adaptabilitas karier pada siswa kelas 9. Adaptabilitas karier adalah kesiapan individu dalam menghadapi tugas-tugas yang terprediksi untuk mempersiapkan dan turut berperan dalam pekerjaan, serta mampu mengatasi situasi tidak terduga yang mungkin muncul karena adanya perubahan dalam pekerjaan dan kondisi kerja. Pada siswa kelas 9, tantangan karier sebagian besar datang dari kehidupan akademiknya di sekolah, terlebih ketika akan menghadapi masa transisi karier dari siswa SMP menjadi siswa SMA. Kemampuan beradaptasi terhadap karier dapat membantu siswa mencapai kesuksesan karier di masa depan. Di samping itu, upaya siswa untuk menjadi adaptif terhadap perubahan dalam kariernya tersebut perlu diiringi dengan adanya kemampuan diri untuk terus berhasil mengatasi segala tantangan yang dihadapi. Terlebih dalam konteks akademik, istilah yang menggambarkan kesiapan siswa untuk berhasil mengatasi tantangan yang muncul di kehidupan akademiknya adalah academic buoyancy.
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat ukur Academic Buoyancy Martin Marsh, 2008 yang dikembangkan oleh Nurafifah 2011 berdasarkan lima faktor academic buoyancy dan alat ukur Career Adapt-Abilities Scale Savickas Porfeli, 2012 yang diadaptasi oleh peneliti untuk mengukur academic buoyancy dan adaptabilitas karier. Partisipan penelitian berjumlah 597 siswa kelas 9 dari dua SMP Negeri di Depok.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara academic buoyancy dan adaptabilitas karir pada siswa kelas 9 r = 0,535 dan p = 0,000 pada LoS 0,01. Hasil mengindikasikan bahwa semakin tinggi academic buoyancy siswa maka semakin tinggi pula adaptabilitas kariernya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, penting bagi siswa kelas 9 untuk memiliki adaptabilitas karier dalam berespon secara adaptif menghadapi masa transisi karier dan melewati segala tantangan karier di sepanjang kehidupannya.

The aim of this research is to find the relationship between academic buoyancy and career adaptability in 9th grader students. Career adaptability defined as readiness to cope with the predictable tasks of preparing for and participating in the work role and with the unpredictable adjustments prompted by the changes in work and work conditions. For 9th grader students, in near future of their career, they will face a transition from junior to senior high school students, and all the changes it brings. On the other side, the efforts student make to become adaptable in every change will best be put together with the ability to keep success in dealing with every challenge. Particularly in 9th grader students, challenges mostly come in academic setting. At this point, a term that reflects students rsquo ability to do such thing is academic buoyancy, refers to readiness to successfully deal with academic setbacks, named difficulties, obstacles, and challenges that occurs in academic context.
In this research, Academic Buoyancy Scale from Martin and Marsh 2008 that has been developed by Nurafifah 2011 and Career Adapt Abilities Scale Savickas Porfeli, 2012 were used to measure academic buoyancy and career adaptability among students. Participants are 597 students of grade 9 from two junior high schools in Depok.
Result shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between academic buoyancy and career adaptability r 0,535 p 0,000 LoS 0,01 . The results indicates that the higher the academic buoyancy of the students, the higher their career adaptability will be. Based on the results of this study, it is important for students in grade 9 to have career adaptability in responding adaptively to face a career transition period and all career challenges throughout their lives.

"Dengan adanya perubahan Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan 2013 mengenai penjurusan pada saat kelas satu sekolah menengah akhir, siswa kelas 9 sekolah menengah pertama diharapkan sudah memiliki gambaran terkait pilihan jurusan di sekolah menengah pertama. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan adaptabilitas karir yang baik pada siswa kelas 9 sekolah menengah pertama.Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat hubungan antara ekspektasisiswa SMP kelas 9 terhadap peran kakek-nenek dan adaptabilitas karier.
Peneliti melakukan pengambilan data kepada 66 siswa SMP kelas 9 di Jakarta dan Depok. Alat ukur yang digunakan untuk adaptabilitas karier adalah Career Adapt-Ability Scale International-Form CAAS-IF dari Savickas dan Porfeli 2012, sedangkan alat ukur peran kakek-nenek adalah Expectation of Grandparent Scale dari McFadden 2001.
Dari hasil penelitian, ditemukan hubungan positif dan signifikan antara ekspektasi siswa SMP kelas 9 terhadap peran kakek-nenek dan adaptabilitas karier r = 0,360, p < 0,05 . Hubungan tersebut menjelaskan semakin besar ekspektasi siswa SMP kelas 9 terhadap peran kakek-nenek, semakin baik pula adaptabilitas karier siswa. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan untuk mengedukasi orangtua bahwa peran kakek-nenek penting untuk adaptabilitas karier anak.

The changing of government policy based on Ministry of National Education 2013 about high school major for 10th grade high school students, 9th grade junior high school students are expected to have an overview of major selection in high school level. Thus, a good career adaptability is required for those students. This study was conducted to see the relationship between the expectations of 9th grade of junior high school students on the role of grandparents and career adaptability.
The researcher conducted data collection for 66 students in 9th grade of junior high school students from Jakarta and Depok. The measuring tool used for career adaptability is the Career Adapt Ability Scale International Form CAAS IF from Savickas and Porfeli 2012 , while the grandparent 39 s measuring instrument is the Expectation of Grandparent Scale from McFadden 2001.

Pengukuran efikasi diri pengambilan keputusan karier dilakukan menggunakan career decision making self efficacy scale short form CDMSE-SF milik Taylor dan Betz 1983 yang sudah dimodifikasi oleh Sawitri 2008 . Nilai koefisien reliabilitas untuk alat ukur CDMSE-SF adalah sebesar 0.879. Pengukuran adaptabilitas karier dilakukan menggunakan Career Adapt-Abilities Scale CAAS miliki Savickas dan Porfeli 2012 . Nilai koefisien reliabilitas untuk alat ukur CAAS adalah sebesar 0.899. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 666 responden dengan karakteristik siswa yang sedang menempuh pendidikan Sekolah Menengah Pertama kelas 9 di kota Depok. Melalui teknik simple regression, diperoleh hasil bahwa efikasi diri pengambilan keputusan karier mampu memprediksi secara signfikan kemampuan adaptabilitas karier siswa SMP kelas 9 kota Depok R= 0.627, p < .01.

This research is conducted to examine wheter career decision making self efficacy could predict career adaptability among 9th grade students in Depok City. The career decision making self efficacy is measured with career decision making self efficacy scale short form CDMSE SF which was created by Taylor and Betz 1983 . Reliability coefficient for CDMSE SF is 0.879. The career adaptability is measured with Career Adapt Abilities Scale CAAS which was created by Savickas and Porfeli 2012 with reliability coefficient of 0.899. Participants of this study consist of 666 respondents with following students who are currently in 9th grade at Depok City. Using simple resgression analysis, the result pointed out that career decision making self efficacy could predict career adaptability R 0.627, p .01.

"Persaingan era globalisasi saat ini menuntut individu lebih adaptif dalam menjalani karier. Adaptabilitas karier merupakan salah satu konstruk terkait psikologi karier yang berfokus untuk membantu individu mengawasi perkembangan karier semasa hidupnya. Asumsi yang ditegakkan adalah untuk mempunyai adaptabilitas karier, mahasiswa perlu memiliki bayangan yang jelas, spesifik dan mudah dibayangkan, diwakilkan oleh future work self. Selanjutnya, efikasi diri dalam keputusan karier diduga dapat memediasi hubungan future work self terhadap adaptabilitas karier. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 263 orang mahasiswa tingkat akhir yang minimal berada di semester tujuh perguruan tinggi.
Dalam penelitian ini, adaptabilitas karier diukur dengan Career Adapt-abilities Scale-International Form (CAAS-IF), future work self diukur dengan Future Work Self Saliance (FWSS) dan efikasi diri dalam keputusan karier diukur dengan Career Decision Self-Efficacy–Short Form (CDSE-SF). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa future work self memiliki hubungan yang kuat dengan adaptabilitas karier, serta hubungan ini merupakan mediasi parsial melalui efikasi diri dalam keputusan karier. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan beberapa manfaat bagi pusat pengembangan karier di perguruan tinggi.

Competition in the current era of globalization requires individuals to be more adaptive in their careers. Career adaptability is one of the constructs related to career psychology that focuses on helping individuals monitor career development during their lifetime. The assumption is to have a career adaptability, college students need to have clear, specific and easy to imagine images, represented by future work self. Furthermore, self-efficacy in career decisions is thought to mediated future work self relations with career adaptability. This research was conducted on 263 final years college students who were at least in the seventh semester of the university.
In this research, career adaptability was measured by Career Adapt-abilities Scale-International Form (CAAS-IF), future work self was measured by Future Work Self Saliance (FWSS), and career decision self-efficacy was measured by Career Decision Self-Efficacy–Short Form (CDSE-SF). The results showed that future work self has a strong relationship with career adaptability, and this relationship is a partial mediation through self-efficacy in career decisions. The results of this study give some benefits for career development center in university.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara gaya pengambilan keputusan karier dengan adaptabilitas karier di dunia kerja. Keputusan karier yang dimaksud dalam penelitian ini pun berfokus pada keputusan individu saat memilih pekerjaan. Penelitian ini juga ingin melihat di antara lima gaya pengambilan keputusan, yakni rational, intuitive, dependent, avoidant, dan spontaneous yang mendukung keterampilan adaptabilitas karier. Pengukuran gaya pengambilan keputusan karier menggunakan alat ukur General Decision Making Scale (GDMS). Selain itu pengukuran adaptabilitas karier menggunakan Career Adapt-Abilities Scale. Sebanyak 170 lulusan sarjana Universitas Indonesia yang sedang bekerja berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Hasil analisa memperlihatkan semua gaya pengambilan keputusan berkorelasi secara signifikan dengan adaptabilitas karier. Lalu, hanya gaya pengambilan keputusan rational yang berkorelasi positif dan mendukung adaptabilitas karier di dunia kerja.

"Ibu menjadi rekan diskusi utama bagi remaja dalam menyiapkan perencanaan karir pada masa transisi. Meskipun beberapa penelitian menemukan hubungan antara dukungan ibu dan salah satu dari 4 dimensi adaptabilitas karir, belum ada penelitian yang dapat menjelaskan dukungan seperti apa dan bagaimana mekanisme yang menjelaskan keterlibatan ibu dalam mengembangkan adaptabilitas karir remaja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat apakah kongruensi karir antara remaja dan ibunya berhubungan dengan adaptabilitas karir. Dalam menjelaskan hubungan kedua variabel, penelitian ini juga menguji pengaruh mediasi dari identitas vokasional. Sebanyak 297 siswa sekolah menengah kejuruan kelas 12 mengisi kuesioner yang berisi Adolescent-Mother Career Congruence Scale, Vocational Identity Scale, Inventori Adaptabilitas Karir, dan Data Demografi. Hasil dari analisis regresi dengan PROCESS membuktikan bahwa adolescent-mother career congruence berkorelasi positif dengan adaptabilitas karir (b = 0.80, t(294) = 4.51, p < 0.001). Di sisi lain, efek mediasi dari identitas vokasional tidak terbukti dalam penelitian ini (b = 0.01, 95% CI [-0.01, 0.08]).Hasil penelitian ini memberikan kesempatan kepada pengujian empiris lainnya tentang kualitas dari adolescent-mother career congruence seperti apa yang dapat mengembangkan identitas vokasional remaja. Diskusi teoritis dan implikasi praktis dari hasil temuan penelitian ini akan didiskusikan.

Mother become major partners who help adolescents to prepare for career planning during career transitions. Although several studies found relationship between mother support and each of 4 dimension of career adaptability, there is no study could explain what type of support and in which mechanism mother get involved to develop adolescent?s career adaptability. This study aimed to test whether career congruence between adolescent and their mother related to career adaptability. To explain the relationship between those two variables, this study also aimed to ascertain the mediation effect of vocational identity. 297 participants of 12th grade vocational high school students completed questionnaires on Adolescent-Mother Career Congruence Scale, Vocational Identity Scale, Career Adaptability Inventory, and demographics. The result of regression analysis using PROCESS confirmed that adolescent-mother career congruence associated positively with career adaptability (b = 0.80, t(294) = 4.51, p < 0.001). In the other side, the mediating effect of vocational identity were not proven in this study (b = 0.01, 95% CI [-0.01, 0.08]). These findings warrant further empirical examination of the quality of adolescent-mother career congruence on behaves to develop adolescent?s vocational identity. Theoretical and applied implications of the finding in this study are discussed."
