"Abstrak
The purpose of this paper is to investigate the role of servant leadership in organizations in Karachi and to investigate the level of knowledge sharing (KS) behavior among employees. The study based on quantitative design and the primary data has collected from the higher education sector through a survey questionnaire. Furthermore, multiple regressions have used for model testing. The findings of the study-enlightened benefits of knowledge sharing behavior that can be prevailed through a servant leadership model and encourage employees participation. Four traits of servant leadership that are altruistic calling, emotional healing, and organizational stewardship have a positive impact on knowledge sharing behavior of employees. The findings of the study will be beneficial for the employees of the organization to understand the importance of servant leadership and its application in enterprises."

"International Risk Sharing (IRS) adalah pembagian risiko secara internasional antar-negara dalam suatukawasan atau dalam kawasan berbeda yang disebabkan oleh adanya gejolak spesik terhadap suatuperekonomian yang menyebabkan pendapatan (konsumsinya) beruktuasi. Tujuan studi ini adalah untukmenganalisis pengaruh dari terjadinya penggabungan mata uang di negara-negara Uni Eropa terhadapperkembangan IRS dan home bias di negara-negara tersebut. Dengan melihat hubungan output danpendapatan suatu negara dengan output dan pendapatan rata-rata kawasan, menggunakan data sebelasnegara awal yang tergabung dalam mata uang tunggal Euro, studi ini menemukan bahwa penggabunganmata uang di wilayah negara-negara Uni Eropa meningkatkan risk sharing dan home bias secara signikan."

"There are two purposes that want to be assessed in this paper. The first purpose is to indicate whether the moral hazard problems are occurred in the Indonesian Sharia Bank (The moral hazard in this paper is the Indirect Moral Hazard which is the negligence of bank in the financing process influencing the moral hazard problems of the debtor in the other side. The second purpose is to assess whether the financing policies in the Sharia Banking are influenced by profit sharing system. The data for assessing this paper are acquired from the monthly financial reports published by Sharia Banks such as BSM and BM] from January 2001 to December 2004. The research based on the Error Correction Model in the long term shows that the increasing of allocation ratio of Murabahah to Musyarakah and Mudharabah results the increasing of non performing financing ratio. It indicates that the moral hazard problems are occurred in BM]. The moral hazard indication demonstrates that bank is both less careful in financing and less incentive in monitoring process. It also demonstrates the weakness of the Sharia bank ?s operational system in countering the debtor's moral hazard. The Granger Causality Test proves that profit sharing ratio (nisbah) between bank and debtor influences return ratio, however it does not ?influence financing allocation). On the other hand, financing allocation ratio influences nisbah ratio, furthermore in BSM case, return ratio influences nisbah ratio. This description shows that nisbah ratio is not only an instrument for calculating revenue/return distribution but also an instrument for Sharia bank in synchronizing profit sharing level with the interest rate in conventional bank."

"Hubungan antara spiritual dan efektivitas kepemimpinan telah dibahas selama beberapa dekade. HUbungan ini telah dipisahkan dalam dua perspektif besar- PErtama, alam esoterik dari gagasan dan emosi tak berwujud; dan kedua, area praktis dan penyelidikan ilmiah. Penelitian ini mencoba mengintegrasikan dua perspektif besar ini. Secara khusus, penelitian ini meneliti efek interaktif dari nilai spiritual dan praktik spiritual terhadap efektivitas kepemimpinan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa nilai spiritual dan praktik spiritual memilki efek-efek positif terhadap efektivitas kepemimpinan. Selanjutnya, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai spriritual memilki efek interaktif terhadap efektivitas kepemimpinan. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa organisasi harus meningkatkan nilai spiritual dan praktek spiritual. Diskusi, Implikasi, praktis, dan teoritis untuk penelitian lebih lanjut ditawarkan."

"Indonesia is a diverse country with uneven resource endowment across its provinces. This study examines the effects of human capital investment policies on the promotion of more equitable income growth across provinces. First, the rate of return to education is estimated for each province using the 1976 and 1989 Indonesian National Labor Force Surveys (SAKERNAS). Then, regional economic indicators are used to explain differences in the rates of return to education among provinces and to develop and test hypotheses regarding the contribution of investment in education to personal income growth in different regions in Indonesia.
The study finds large differences in the rates of return to education among provinces with the highest rates of return in the poorest provinces. A model of segmented regional labor markets is advanced to explain why wage differences across provinces may exist. The estimates suggest that labor market segmentation was more pronounced for un- or low-educated workers because inter-provincial differences in wages were greater among this group than among more educated workers. Education may reduce regional labor market segmentation. More educated workers may be better able to compete for jobs in other provinces, and therefore more mobile, because they possess the needed language and market skills.
Thus, it appears that education not only enhances personal (and national) income, but also promotes greater equity across provinces. Equitable investment in education across provinces is compatible with both equity and efficiency goals in regional economic development."

"Robust measurement of interest rates speed of adjustment to monetary policy changes is very important to obtain acomprehensive understanding on the monetary transmission process and the eectiveness of monetary policy. The speed of adjustment are determined by number of frictions that interfere with the transmission of monetary policy.We measure Indonesia interest rate pass-through which have distinct characteristics in terms of banking competition, segmented banking market and concentrated structure. Interest rate pass-through is measured by using Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) and Mean Adjusted Lags (MAL). This paper shows the interest rate adjustment did take a relatively long time.

Pengukuran kecepatan penyesuaian suku bunga perbankan terhadap perubahan kebijakan moneter sangat penting sehingga diperoleh pemahaman komprehensif atas proses transmisi moneter dan efektivitas kebijakan. Kecepatan perubahan suku bunga deposito dan kredit perbankan ditentukan oleh adanya friksi-friksi transmisi kebijakan moneter ke sektor perbankan dan sektor riil. Penelitian ini mengukur interest rate pass-through perbankan Indonesia yang memiliki karakteristik khas dalam hal tingkat kompetisi perbankan, segmentasi pasar, dan struktur industri perbankan yang tinggi. Interest rate pass-through diukur dengan menggunakan Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) dan Mean Adjusted Lags (MAL). Hasil uji menunjukkan penyesuaian suku bunga membutuhkan waktu yang lama."

"Jaminan kesehatan nasional merupakan salah satu program pemerintah untuk memfasilitasi pelayanan kesehatan bagi masyrakat. Tujuan penelitian in untuk mengetahui apakah ada dampak Program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) terhadap kualitas profitabilitas dan pelyanan di Rumah sakit Juanda Kuningan, Jawa Barat. Metode menggunakan paired-t test untuk menganalisis perbedaan antara sebelum dan sesudah program Asusransu Kesehatan Nasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan profitabilitas dan kualitas pelayanan antara pra dan pasca penerapan program asuransi kesehatan nasional. Profitabilitas diukur dengan marjin laba kotor, marjin laba bersih, return on total assets, dan return on equity. Hasil ini berarti bahwa nilai profitabilitas perusahaan lebih baik bila program JKN masih berlangsung di rumah sakit Juanda. Sedangkan pada variabel kualitas pelayanan diketahui bahwa nilai rata-rata lebih tinggi bila program JKN telah dilaksanakan di rumah sakit."

The purpose of this paper is to find the impact of participation in decision making and psychological ownership on organizational commitment which can lead to employee knowledge sharing. The data was collected using the random sampling to 153 people. "Penggunaan media sosial untuk berbagi pengetahuan terkait pekerjaan telah sering dilakukan oleh para pekerja. Namun, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penggunaan LinkedIn untuk melakukan knowledge sharing dalam pekerja sektor keuangan belum sepenuhnya tervalidasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor penggunaan LinkedIn dengan mengadopsi The Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara daring kepada 160 para pekerja sektor keuangan di DKI Jakarta. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan SEM-PLS untuk memverifikasi model penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa performance expectancy, knowledge sharing self-efficacy, dan habit memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap behavioral intention. Selain itu, facilitating conditions dan behavioral intention memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap actual use behavior. Ditemukan bahwa efek moderasi age hanya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada hubungan knowledge sharing self-efficacy terhadap behavioral intention dan efek moderasi experience hanya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada hubungan performance expectancy terhadap behavioral intention.

The use of social media for knowledge sharing related to work has often been practiced by employees. However, the factors influencing the use of LinkedIn for knowledge sharing in the financial sector have not been fully validated. This research aims to analyze the factors affecting the use of LinkedIn by adopting The Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). This study employs a quantitative approach by distributing online questionnaires to 160 workers in the financial sector in DKI Jakarta. The data analysis technique used is SEM-PLS to verify the proposed model. The results of this study indicate that performance expectancy, knowledge sharing self-efficacy, and habit have a positive and significant influence on behavioral intention. Moreover, facilitating conditions and behavioral intention have a positive and significant influence on actual use behavior. It was found that the moderating effect of age only has a positive and significant impact on the relationship between knowledge sharing self-efficacy and behavioral intention, and the moderating effect of experience only has a positive and significant impact on the relationship between performance expectancy and behavioral intention."
