"ABSTRACT
Purpose of this conceptual study is the identification of design thinking approaches and underlying logic for increasing the value proposition to improve customer experience in today´s dynamic and fast-changing business environment. Method of research based on content analysis of distinctive streams in the literature on design thinking for delivering the increased value proposition. Core elements of design thinking were identified and combined with service-oriented thinking logics aiming at providing superior value proposition and thus to improve customer experience. Furthermore, the article elaborates on the delimitation of Design thinking from Designerly thinking, and a new model for enhancing customer value propositions, the wheel of Design thinking, was developed based on core elements of Design thinking approaches. This approach has a potential to shape and redefine existing markets and to improve adjustment of products and services to dynamic customers´ needs and demands."

"Laporan magang ini akan membahas tentang evaluasi customer value propostion (CVP) pada Program Purchase Now Pay Later (PNPL) yang dilakukan oleh PT. HHH. Program ini dirancang untuk memenuhi prinsip heart dengan melayani masyarakat dan membangun dampak sosial yang positif untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan para stakeholders. Hal ini direalisasikan dengan mendukung para stakeholders dengan keterampilan dan alat yang tepat untuk dapat berkembang di era digital dengan berpartisipasi dalam ekonomi digital. Sebagai bentuk dari implementasinya, perusahaan akan meningkatakan customer satisfaction dengan menyediakan value untuk para konsumer, baik drivers ataupun merchants, dengan smartphone yang dapat dibeli dari platform. Oleh karena itu, definisi untuk customers pada program ini akan ditekankan hanya pada drivers dan merchants. Evaluasi akan dilakukan dengan membandingkan customer value proposition (CVP) yang diambil dari perspektif konsumen pada balanced scorecard framework, untuk membandingkan proses integrasi pada perkembangan program, elemen, dan customer satisfaction pada program tersebut. Berdasarkan evaluasi yang dilakukan, customer value proposition (CVP) pada Program Purchase Now Pay Later (PNPL) yang dilakukan oleh PT. HHH sesuai dengan framework selama proses integrasi pada perkembangan program dan sesuai dengan elemennya. Dengan demikian, perusahaan dapat mencapai hasil yang baik untuk customer satisfaction dan mampu melanjutkan program untuk ke depannya. 

This internship report will discuss the evaluation of customer value proposition (CVP) of Purchase Now Pay Later (PNPL) Program by PT. HHH. The program is designed to fulfill PT. HHH’s principle of heart to be in the service of communities and building positive social impact to increase stakeholders’ welfare. This is being actualized by equipping the stakeholders with the proper skills and tools to prosper in the digital age by taking part in the digital economy.  For the implementation itself, the organization aims to increase the customer satisfaction by providing values for the customers, both drivers and merchants, with smartphones that can be purchased from the platform. Hence, the definition of the customers for this program will be emphasized to both drivers and merchants solely. The evaluation will be performed by comparing the customer value proposition (CVP) which was highlighted from the balanced scorecard framework on the customer perspective’ aspect, to compare its integration process to the program development, elements, and customer satisfaction from the program with the framework According to the evaluation, the customer value performance (CVP) for Purchase Now Pay Later (PNPL) Program is in accordance with the applicable customer value proposition’s (CVP) framework throughout the integration process to the program development and elements. Ultimately, the firm has successfully achieved a remarkable result for customer satisfaction and able to advance for the future program. "

"This research demonstrates that brand performance can be enhanced not only through brand personality
congruence with customer personality, but also through brand personality fit, namely the
moderating fit of customer value proposition to brand personality. Through a study covering 125
brands, the result demonstrates that the moderating fit between brand personality and the different
level of customer value proposition positively affects brand performance. Price-quality relationship
for attribute-based customer value, self-construal for consequences-based customer value and selfregulatory
focus as goal-based customer value are used to test this moderating fit relationship. Other
findings show that this moderating fit is strongest toward the brand cognitive performance. Finally,
the result of this study suggests marketers to incorporate the brand personality design into their positioning
statement so that the overall customer value proposition can be developed in a more integrated
manner, leading to higher brand performance."

"ABSTRAK
Penerapan Internet of Things (IoT) diproyeksikan akan memberikan nilai ekonomis yang besar pada bidang-bidang bisnis. Namun, berdasarkan penelitian Harvard Business Review, pertumbuhan penerapan IoT masih relatif kecil. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah belum jelasnya manfaat implentasi IoT terhadap bisnis. Internet of Things dapat diterapkan dalam berbagai bidang bisnis. Salah satu bidang yang diprediksi akan mereguk manfaat dari penerapan IoT adalah bidang kendaraan atau otomotif. Penerapan IoT pada kendaraan memerlukan alat khusus yaitu OBD-II reader yang terhubung dengan internet. Salah satu bidang usaha yang mengoperasikan armada dalam jumlah besar adalah perusahan logistik.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun manfaat terhadap bisnis dari penerapan OBD-II sebagai perangkat IoT, secara khusus pada perusahaan logistik. Penyusunan manfaat bisnis dilakukan menggunakan metodologi Value Proposition Design. Data primer yang digunakan dalam penelitian dikumpulkan dari Systematic Literature Review dan wawancara langsung. Data sekunder dikumpulkan dari studi terhadap dokumen perusahaan dan studi literatur terhadap penelitian yang relevan.
Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi justifikasi awal bahwa OBD-II sebagai perangkat IoT mampu memberikan manfaat terhadap bisnis. Dengan kata lain, mampu membuka peluang bisnis penggunaan OBD-II sebagai perangkat IoT, khususnya pada perusahaan logistik.

ABSTRACT
The implementation of Internet of Things (IoT) was predicted to give enormous economic value to businesses. However, according to the research held by Harvard Business Review, the growth of IoT implementation is relatively small. One of the reasons is the benefit of IoT implementation for businesses is still unclear. One of the area which has been predicted to gain much benefits from IoT implementation is automotive. Implementation of IoT in a vehicle needs a specific device (i.e: OBD-II reader) which able to connect to internet. One of business fields which operate big numbers of vehicle is logistic company.
This research aimed to compile the benefits of OBD-II implementation as an IoT device to business, specifically for logistic company. The benefits were compiled using Value Proposition Design methodology. Primary data for this research was gathered from Systematic Literature Review and interview. Secondary data was gathered from study to company documents and literature review to relevant research.
The output of this research is expected to be a justification that OBD-II as an IoT device can give benefit to business. In other words, it can create a new business opportunity of using OBD-II as an IoT devices, specifically for logistic company."

Pemerintahan Republik Indonesia memfokuskan pariwisata sebagai penghasil devisa utama untuk meningkatkan daya saing Indonesia. Selain itu, pada saat ini mulai terjadi pergeseran nilai ekonomis yang berawal dari Untuk meningkatkan daya saing, pemilik objek wisata dapat menciptakan memorable experience. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan design thinking, yang difokuskan kepada pengunjung Galeri Indonesia Kaya. Berdasarkan wawancara dan pengamatan, ditemukan karakteristik, sifat, keinginan, dan kebutuhan pengunjung yang dipetakan dalam beberapa peta visual. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah alat dan sebuah alur yang dapat meningkatkan interaksi pengunjung dengan objek, serta meningkatkan kunjungan kembali dan rekomendasi.

ABSTRACT
Government of Indonesian Republic has focused its tourism as the main producer of its foreign exchange to increase their competitiveness in South East Asia. At the same time, nowadays, there is a phenomenon of economic value shift from commodities to experiences. To increase a country competitiveness, one can create a memorable experience in their attraction. This research is done with the design thinking approach that focused on the visitor of Galeri Indonesia Kaya. Based on empathy, it has been found the characteristic, behavior, needs, wants, and the trait of the visitor then mapped through various visual tools. The result of this research is an equipment and experience that can increase visitor rsquo s interaction with the attraction, which can result in increase in loyalty intention of revisit and recommend."
