Gaya hidup serba cepat dan serba praktis sudah menjadi budaya masyarakat saat ini. Masyarakat tidak perlu repot membawa uang tunai untuk berbelanja. Uang elektronik telah menggantikan segalanya. Salah satunya adalah dengan munculnya produk uang elektronik Syariah. Produk uang elektronik LinkAja Syariah adalah sebuah pengembangan produk baru dari produk LinkAja. Tesis ini menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat (intention to use) penggunaan uang elektronik syariah sebagai kategori produk baru untuk alat pembayaran di Indonesia, dengan mengangkat studi kasus LinkAja Syariah. Penelitian ini mengintegrasikan Theory Acceptance Model (TAM) dan Theory Planned Behavior (TPB). Penelitian ini bersifat penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dan eksploratif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara teracak pada seluruh generasi milenial muslim se-Indonesia. Dalam pengujian hipotesis digunakan Structured Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan menggunakan AMOS untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh hipotesis penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini mendapatkan bahwa minat (intention to use) penggunaan LinkAja Syariah dipengaruhi oleh sikap (attitude), persepsi kontrol perilaku (perceived behavior control), norma subyektif (subjective norm), religious belief, dan level of knowledge


The fast-paced and practical lifestyles have become todays culture. People dont have to bother to bring cash to shop. Electronic money has replaced everything. One is the emergence of islamic electronic money products. Sharia Linkaja electronic money product is an development of a new product from linkaja products. This thesis analyzes the factors that influence intention to use of new products with a case study of electronic money LinkAja Syariah which is consider as new product categories of payment tools in Indonesia. This study integrates the Theory of Acceptance Model (TAM) and Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). This study is descriptive and exploratory quantitative research. Data collected on random sampling of millennial generation of Muslims in Indonesia. Structured Equation Modeling (SEM)  with AMOS is used to test the hypothesis in term of evaluating the effect of the hypothesis research. The results found that the intention to use of LinkAja Syariah influenced by the attitude (ATU), perceived behavior control (PBC), subjective norm (SN), religious belief (RB) and level of knowledge (LoK).

"Skripsi ini menganalisis faktor- faktor yang mempengaruhi minat penggunaan mobile wallet sebagai salah satu jenis uang elektronik berbasis server yang diterbitkan Provider Telekomunikasi yaitu T-Cash dari Telkomsel, Dompetku- Indosat serta XL Tunai. Penelitian ini diadaptasi dari teori Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM) untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh hipotesis penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini mendapatkan bahwa faktor persepsi manfaat (perceived usefulness), kepercayaan (trust) dan word of mouth merupakan faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi minat penggunaan mobile wallet yang diterbitkan provider telekomunikasi.
The research analyzes the factors that influence intention to use of mobile wallet as one type of server-based electronic money issued by the Telecommunications Provider namely Telkomsel T-Cash, wallet - Indosat and XL Cash. This study is adapted from the theory of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This research is quantitative descriptive and uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) method to evaluate the effect of the research hypothesis. Results of this study found that the perceived usefulness, trust and word of mouth is a factor that can influence the interest of the use of mobile wallet issued by telecommunications providers."

Penelitian ini mengintegrasikan Theory Acceptance Model (TAM) dan Theory Planned Behavior (TPB). Penelitian ini bersifat penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dan eksploratif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada mahasiswa FEUI 2009/2010 kelas malam dan sudah bekerja. Dalam pengujian hipotesis digunakan Structured Equation Modeling (SEM) untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh hipotesis penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini mendapatkan bahwa minat (intention to use) penggunaan kartu flazz BCA dipengaruhi oleh persepsi manfaat (perceived usefulness), sikap (attittude), persepsi kontrol perilaku (perceived behavior control) dan norma subyektif (subjective norm).

"Penelitian terkait faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penggunaan aplikasi uang elektronik masih didominasi oleh fase adopsi awal. Penelitian terhadap faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kontinuitas penggunaan aplikasi uang elektronik terutama di Indonesia masih sedikit dan lebih banyak membahas tentang kinerja maupun kualitas aplikasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan kerangka kerja Expecation-Confirmation Model (ECM) untuk mengeksplorasi faktor Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Security & Privacy, Trust dan Satisfaction yang memengaruhi kontinuitas pengguna aplikasi uang elektronik. Selain itu, penelitian juga menyelidiki seberapa kuat pengaruh anteseden Perceived Security & Privacy, dan Trust yaitu Security Technology Protection, Security Rules & Policy, Security Responsibility Commitment, Coverage of Mobile Payment Context, dan Uncertainity Avoidance. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sumber data berupa hasil survei yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner online dengan responden sebanyak 426 orang. Pengolahan data menggunakan metode Covariance- Based Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM) dengan bantuan aplikasi Amos 26.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kontinuitas penggunaan aplikasi uang elektronik dipengaruhi secara kuat oleh Perceived Usefulness, Satisfaction dan Trust. Trust secara mayoritas dipengaruhi oleh Perceived Security & Privacy. Security Responsibility Commitment merupakan faktor penting yang harus ditingkatkan karena dapat memengaruhi Trust secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui Perceived Security & Privacy. Selain Security Responsibility Commitment, Perceived Security & Privacy juga dipengaruhi oleh Security Technology Protection dan Uncertainity Avoidance. Penelitian ini berkontribusi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan memberikan pedoman bagi peningkatan kontinuitas penggunaan aplikasi uang elektronik terutama di negara berkembang.

Researches related to the factors that influence the use of electronic money application are still dominated by the early adoption phase. Not many researches on the factors that affect the continuance use intention of electronic money in Indonesia, and mostly discusses only the performance and quality of applications. This study uses an Expecation-Confirmation Model (ECM) framework to explore the factors of Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Security & Privacy, Trust and Satisfaction that affect the continuance use intention of electronic money applications. In addition, this research also investigates how strong the antecedents of Perceived Security & Privacy and Trust namely Security Technology Protection, Security Rules & Policy, Security Responsibility Commitment, Coverage of Mobile Payment Context, and Uncertainity Avoidance. This study uses a quantitative approach with data sources are collected using online survey questionnaires with 426 respondents. Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM) method with the help of the Amos 26.0 application are used for data processing.The results show that the continuance use intention of electronic money applications is strongly influenced by Perceived Usefulness, Satisfaction and Trust. Trust is largely influenced by Perceived Security & Privacy. Security Responsibility Commitment is an important factor that must be improved because it can affect trust directly or indirectly through Perceived Security & Privacy. Apart from Security Responsibility Commitment, Perceived Security & Privacy is also influenced by Security Technology Protection and Uncertainity Avoidance. This research contributes for increasing understanding and providing guidelines to increase the continuance use intention of electronic money applications, especially in developing countries."

"Penelitian ini membahas penerapan penilaian risiko operasional pada pengelolaan stok dan risiko reputasi uang elektronik berbasis chip di Bank KLM. Uang elektronik berbasis chip diterbitkan oleh Bank KLM untuk menjawab tantangan disruptions. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami risiko operasional dan risiko reputasi produk sehingga dapat memberikan mitigasi agar produk berkontribusi postif terhadap kinerja bankwide. Data dikumpulkan dari hasil wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menilai risiko operasional pengelolaan stok uang elektronik berbasis chip yang disebabkan ketidaksesuaian kebutuhan di cabang sebagai unit penjual. Penilaian risiko juga dilakukan terhadap risiko reputasi yang disebabkan risiko operasional dari kegagalan pengisian ulang/top up dan kegagalan transaksi belanja. Hasil penelitian menyarankan mitigasi terkait risiko operasional adalah dengan diterapkan pembatasan stok produk di wilayah cabang. Mitigasi untuk risiko reputasi adalah sosialisasi kepada pihak pengelola keluhan terkait perbaikan layanan yang semula penanganan keluhan adalah tujuh hari kerja menjadi same day.

This study discusses the application of operational risk assessments to stock management and reputational risk of chip-based electronic money at KLM Bank. Chip-based electronic money is issued by KLM Bank to answer the challenges of disruptions. This research is a qualitative research with a case study method. The purpose of this study is to understand operational risk and reputation risk of the product so that it can provide mitigation and products can contribute positively to bankwide performance. Data is collected from interviews and documentation. This study assesses the operational risk of chip-based electronic money stock management due to a mismatch of needs at the branch as a sales unit. Risk assessment is also carried out on reputation risk caused by operational risks from failure to top up and failure of shopping transactions. The results of the study suggest mitigation related to operational risk is to apply product stock restrictions in the branch area. Mitigation for reputation risk is the socialization to the complaints manager regarding service improvements that initially handled complaints was seven working days to be same day."

"Pembayaran transaksi dengan menggunakan chip-based electronic money di Indonesia semakin mendapatkan perhatian mulai dari konsumen hingga merchant, yang mana digunakan sebagai alternative pembayaran uang tunai, kartu atm, dan kartu kredit. Setelah 10 tahun implementasinya di Indonesia, maka perlu dilakukan kajian ulang tentang bagaimana persepsi dan behavior penggunanya saat ini.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi adopsi dan rekomendasi teknologi pada pengguna chip-based electronic money. Penelitian ini mengkombinasikan dua teori terkenal yaitu teori Unified Theory of Acceptance and Usage of Technology 2 UTAUT2, karaktersitik inovasi dari Diffusion of Innovation DOI, perceived technology security, trust dan behavioral intention to recommend.
Penelitian ini mengambil studi kasus di Indonesia, khususnya di Pulau Jawa dengan meneliti penggunaan chip-based electronic money secara general dan juga berdasarkan mayoritas merk kartu uang elektronik yang digunakan saat ini. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling SEM.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kesan positif pengguna tentang kebermanfaatan dan kemudahan yang dirasakan saat menggunakan teknologi ini. Relevansi keinginan pengguna untuk merekomendasikan kartu uang elektronik kepada lingkungan sosialnya juga dianggap sebagai penemuan penting pada penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rekomendasi bagi issuer dan pemerintah untuk pengembangan chip-based electronic money kedepannya agar semakin diterima di masyarakat.

The use of chip based electronic money on payment transaction in Indonesia currently has gain vast attentions from retail consumer to the big merchant where it used as an alternative exchange method on daily financial transactions such as cash, ATM card and credit card. After ten years of implementation, there is a need of re exploration towards the perception as well as the behavior of its user.
This research aims to identify the factors which influenced the adoption and recommendation on the user of chip based electronic money. It combines two eminent theories which are Unified Theory of Acceptance and Usage of Technology 2 UTAUT2 , innovation charateristics from Diffusion of Innovation DOI, perceived technology security, trust and behavioral intention to recommend.
This paper has a bound coverage on Indonesia, especially in Java island where it evaluates the use of chip based electronic money in general and also in accordance with the electronic money card rsquo s brand used presently. The data was analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling SEM.
The result shows a positive correlation on the usefulness and easiness of the used of this kind of technology. The willingness of users to recommend the electronic money card on their social circle is one of the most significant founding in this research. The outcome of this paper may become a recommendation on the issuer and regulator for the development of chip based electronic money in the future to be more accepted in the market.

Dari hanya sebatas media untuk meningkatkan brand awareness sampai dengan menjual produknya melalui internet. Salah satunya adalah PT XYZ yang memiliki situs e-commerce xyz.com. Banyaknya pesaing menuntut para PT XYZ untuk meningkatkan kinerja mereka yang salah satunya diperoleh dengan cara meningkatkan jumlah transaksi yang dilakukan oleh pelanggan lama. Pada tulisan ini akan dibahas faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi repurchase intention pelanggan XYZ.com.
Model penelitian ini diadaptasi dari model DeLone & McLean Updated IS Success Model, Expectation-Confirmation Model, dan beberapa penelitian sejenis. Pengambilan data untuk penelitian ini menggunakan survei kepada para pelanggan XYZ.com melalui media online. Dari data isian kuesioner yang terkumpul didapatkan sebanyak 374 data valid. Setelah data survey terkumpul kemudian akan dianalisa menggunakan metode structural equation modeling (SEM) berbasis variance yaitu partial least square (PLS) dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa customer satisfaction dan customer trust berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap repurchase intention.

Technology has been expand so fast for now, specially for information technology. Many company use internet to improve their business. From simply use internet just for increasing brand awareness to selling their product through internet as their main channel. One of those company is PT XYZ with their e-commerce website XYZ.com. Because of business competition forced PT XYZ want to improve transaction from their existing customer to boost their performance. This research will explain factors that impacting repurchase intention customers on XYZ.com.
The resarch model was adapted from DeLone & McLean Updated IS Success Model, Expectation-Confirmation Model and other similar research. Data was collected using survey to XYZ.com customers through online survey. There is 374 valid data was collected from survey. Data was analysed using structural equation modeling (SEM) variance based that called partial least sqare (PLS) by using SmartPLS 3.0. This research resulting customer satisfaction and customer trust affect significantly to repurchase intention.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived risk, dan self-efficacy terhadap reusage intention. Variabel perceived usefulness dan perceived ease of use diukur dengan indikator-indikator dari Davis, variabel perceived risk diukur dengan indikator-indikator dari Featherman dan Pavlou, variabel self-efficacy diukur dengan indikator-indikator dari Compeau dan Higgins, serta variabel reusage intention diukur dengan indikator-indikator dari Davis et al. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui teknik survei, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 200 pengguna uang elektronik Go-Pay. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat dua variabel yang berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap reusage intention yaitu perceived usefulness dan self-efficacy. Variabel perceived ease of use tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap reusage intention dan variabel perceived risk memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap reusage intention. Selanjutnya, ditemukan bahwa perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived risk, dan self-efficacy berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap reusage intention.

This research aims to examine the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived risk, and self-efficacy on reusage intention. Perceieved usefulness and perceived ease of use variable was measured by several indicators from Davis, perceived risk variable was measured by several indicators from Featherman and Pavlou, self-efficacy was measured by several indicators from Compeau and Higgins, and lastly reusage intention variable was measured by several indicators from Davis et al. This research used quantitative approach through survey technique, with total respondents of 200 collected. Data analysis was done by descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. This research showed that there are two variables that have positive and significant effect on reusage intention that are perceived usefulness and self-efficacy. Meanwhile perceived ease of use showed no influence on reusage intention and reusage intention is negatively influenced by perceived risk. Furthermore, this research also found that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived risk, and self-efficacy simultaneously affect reusage intention."

"ABSTRAK
Tesis ini membahas mengenai faktor akseptasi terhadap layanan mobile wallet. Mobile wallet sebagai salah satu layanan uang digital masih merupakan suatu layanan yang relatif baru jika dibandingkan dengan layanan finansial digital lainnya. Lima faktor utama yang mempengaruhi intensi penggunaan mobile wallet yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influences, Perceived Risk dan Perceived Mobility. Ada tiga variabel yang menjadi moderator yaitu Gender, Age dan Experience. Selain itu juga diteliti pengaruh dari intensi penggunaan terhadap intensi untuk melakukan rekomendasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Performance Expectancy menjadi faktor yang paling kuat memberikan pengaruh terhadap intensi penggunaan mobile wallet sehingga dapat menjadi kunci bagi perusahaan untuk fokus pada faktor ini.

ABSTRACT
The focus on this study is to analyze the acceptance factor of mobile wallet services. Mobile wallet is a relatively new digital money service when compared to others digital financial services. In this study, there are five predictor factors that influence the behavioral intention to adopt the mobile wallet service. Also, there are three moderator variables which are gender, age and experiences that affect some relations in this study. And further we examined the influence of behavioral intention to adopt towards behavioral intention to recommend. The result from this study show that Performance Expectancy has the strongest influence to behavioral intention to adopt so it can be the key for the company to focus on this factor."
