"Bisnis digital kerap menggunakan pemasaran media sosial karena berbagai alasan seperti untuk mengevaluasi target pasar, membangun keterikatan antara konsumen dan bisnis atau stakeholders. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor apa saja yang dapat membantu Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) Indonesia untuk mengadopsi mekanisme Pemasaran Media Sosial untuk meningkatkan kinerja usahanya. Penerapan pemasaran media sosial terhadap UKM memiliki dampak yang cukup besar terhadap peningkatan hasil bisnis. Model teori Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dan Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) dengan beberapa improvisasi diimplementasikan dalam makalah penelitian ini, dengan menggunakan variabel Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of use, Compatibility, Facilitating Condition, dan Cost dalam pengimplementasian Social Media Marketing terhadap berbagai indikator kinerja bisnis di Indonesia. Makalah penelitian ini telah divalidasi secara empiris menggunakan survei berupa kuesioner terhadap 172 pengusaha dan selanjutnya dilakukan analisis dengan menggunakan PLS-SEM di SMARTPLS 3.2.9. Hasil dari makalah penelitian ini akan terdiri dari perhitungan statistik (uji validitas dan reliabilitas & uji hipotesis) bahwa Perceive Usefulness, Perceived ease of use, dan Compatibility berpengaruh positif terhadap pemasaran media sosial (SMM) kecuali facilitating conditions tidak memberikan dampak positif terhadap pemasaran media sosial (SMM). Selain itu, pemasaran media sosial sangat berdampak positif terhadap perkembangan bisnis UMKM di Indonesia.

Digital business are often using social media marketing for various reasons such as to evaluate the target market or even their stakeholders. The purpose of this study is to identify which factors that can help Small and Medium Enterprise (SMEs) of Indonesia to adopt Social Media Marketing mechanism to increase their business performance. The adoption of social media marketing towards SMEs has considerable impact on the improvement of the business result. A theoretical model of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Unified Theory of Acceptance and use of Technology (UTAUT) with some improvisation is implemented in this research paper, using variable Perceived Usefulness, Perceived ease of use, Compatibility, Facilitating Conditions, and Cost in Social Media Marketing towards various indicator of business performance in Indonesia. This research paper has been validated empirically using a survey in a form of questionnaire of 172 entrepreneurs and subsequent analysis have been carried out using PLS-SEM in SMARTPLS 3.2.9. The result of this research paper will be consist of statistical calculation (validity and reliability test & hypotheses testing) that Perceived usefulness, Perceived ease of use, and compatibility have a positive impact towards social media marketing (SMM) except Facilitating Conditions does not give a positive impact towards social media marketing (SMM). Furthermore, social media marketing extremely give a positive impact towards the development of SMEs in Indonesia."

"Dengan terjadinya fenomena pandemi akibat virus Covid 19 dan semakin berkembangnya zaman, teknologi pemasaran dan penjualan secara online semakin banyak diterapkan oleh UKM, khususnya di Indonesia. Teknologi online yang kerap digunakan oleh UKM dalam hal ini adalah media sosial sebagai platform yang membantu UKM menjalankan strategi usahanya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari faktor-faktor yang akan membantu Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) untuk mengadopsi Media Sosial sebagai alat pemasarannya. Selain itu, selanjutnya akan diteliti dampak dari adopsi media sosial terhadap UKM tersebut. Adopsi media sosial oleh UKM memiliki dampak yang cukup besar terhadap peningkatan hasil usaha UKM. Sebuah model teoritis telah dikembangkan dengan bantuan teori yang diambil dari model TAM dan UTAUT2 untuk mengeksplorasi dampaknya terhadap adopsi media sosial sebagai alat pemasaran. Selanjutnya juga diidentifikasi dampaknya terhadap peningkatan penjualan, tingkat hubungan dengan pelanggan, mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pelanggan sampai dengan kreativitas karyawan melalui variabel impact on business sebagai bentuk analisis pada pertumbuhan bisnis. Model teoritis tersebut telah divalidasi secara empiris menggunakan survei terhadap 30 UKM dan selanjutnya dianalisis lebih lanjut pada 165 UKM untuk mengetahui jawaban penelitian yang perlu dicapai. Hasil penelitian ini menyoroti bahwa persepsi kegunaan yang dirasakan, persepsi kemudahan penggunaan dan faktor biaya yang dirasakan secara berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap adopsi media sosial oleh UKM. Sedangkan, kondisi fasilitas dan kompatibilitas memiliki dampak yang tidak signifikan terhadap penggunaan SMM oleh UKM. Adopsi media sosial sebagai alat pemasaran pada UKM tersebut selanjutnya diketahui berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan bisnis.

With the Covid 19 pandemic and the development of the times, online marketing and sales technology is increasingly being applied by SMEs, especially in Indonesia. Online technology that is often used by SMEs in this case is social media marketing that is applied by SMEs to carry out their business strategy. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of the factors that will help Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to adopt Social Media as a marketing tool. In addition, it will further examine the impact of social media adoption on these SMEs. The adoption of social media by SMEs has a considerable impact on improving SME business results. A theoretical model has been developed with the help of theories taken from the TAM and UTAUT2 models to explore their impact on the adoption of social media as a marketing tool. Furthermore, it also identified its impact on increasing sales, connect with customers, identifying customer needs and employee creativity through the impact on business variable as a form of analysis on business growth. The theoretical model has been empirically validated using a survey of 30 SMEs and then further analyzed on 165 SMEs to find out the research answers that need to be achieved. The results of this study highlight that perceived usefulness, ease of use and cost significantly influence the adoption of social media by SMEs. Meanwhile, the facility conditions and compatibility has no significant impact on the use of Social Media Marketing by SMEs. Adoption of social media as a marketing tool for SMEs is known to have a significant effect on business growth."

"Meningkatnya penggunaan aplikasi pada telepon genggam mengiringi perkembangan zaman yang serba digital. Hal ini merubah cara hidup orang-orang sekaligus mendorong perkembangan atas inovasi dari beragam aplikasi, yang kemudian menciptakan kompetisi bagi para developer aplikasi untuk melakukan inovasi atas teknologi baru. Snapchat merupakan salah satu bentuk inovasi yang muncul dengan konsep ephemeral social media, di mana konten yang dibagikan pada Snapchat akan menghilang dalam kurun waktu tertentu sesaat setelah penerima konten membukanya. Berbicara mengenai pengadopsian teknologi baru tidak terlepas dari konsep Technology Acceptance Model TAM dalam menentukan perilaku penggunaan behavioral intention seseorang atas teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat variabel-variabel atas TAM, yakni perceived usefulness dan perceived ease of use serta privacy concern sebagai faktor moderasi berpengaruh terhadap behavioral intention seseorang atas aplikasi Snapchat. Sampel penelitian ini adalah pengguna aktif Snapchat minimal tiga bulan yang berusia 18 hingga 25 tahun. Data kemudian diolah menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived ease of use memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap perceived usefulness dan behavioral intention atas aplikasi Snapchat. Di sisi lain, perceived usefulness tidak berpengaruh terhadap behavioral intention seseorang atas Snapchat. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa adanya privacy concern sebagai faktor moderasi tidak meningkatkan pengaruh perceived ease of use dan perceived usefulness terhadap behavioral intention seseorang atas aplikasi Snapchat.

The number of mobile apps user is increasing as the digital age is developing as well. This phenomenon changes the way people live their life and also encourages the development of innovation in various mobile apps that further creates competition among apps developers. Snapchat is one of many forms of new technology innovation with its ephemeral social media concept, which its content will disappear within a certain time as soon as the receiver sees it. Speaking of new technology adoption cannot be separated from the concept of the Technology Acceptance Model TAM in determining people rsquo s behavioral intention towards the technology. This study aims to examine TAM rsquo s variables, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, and also privacy concern as the moderating factor that have significant effect towards people rsquo s behavioral intention in using Snapchat app. The data for this study was collected from Snapchat rsquo s active users who had been using Snapchat for the past three months or more with range of 18 to 25 years old. Data then were analyzed by using Structural Equation Modelling. The result of this study showed that perceived ease of use has positive effect on perceived usefulness and people rsquo s behavioral intention in using Snapchat. However, this study showed that perceived usefulness doesn 39 t have positive effect on people rsquo s behavioral intention in using Snapchat. This study also showed that privacy concern as moderating factor doesn 39 t increase the effect of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness on people rsquo s behavioral intention in using Snapchat. "

"Selama beberapa tahun terakhir, Populartitas K-Pop semakin menanjak, dari yang dulu hanya merupakan sebuah subkultur di Internet, sekarang telah menjadi sensasi global. Menanjaknya popularitas K-Pop itu dikarenakan strategi marketing mereka yang secara efektif dapat memperbesar jumlah penggemarnya dan mempengaruhi sikap pembelian para penggemar. Maka dari itu penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh social media marketing dan content marketing terhadap berkembangnya perilaku impulsive buying di kalangan fans K-Pop dengan menggunakan brand loyalty dan celebrity worship sebagai variabel mediasinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan non-probability sampling dan menggunakan 324 responden agar peneliti dapat mendapatkan data yang valid dan terpercaya mengenai perilaku pembelian impulsif dan apa yang mempengaruhinya. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis menggunakan PLS-SEM dimana hasil dari analisa tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa social media marketing dan content marketing tidak memiliki pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap impulsive buying. Namun, content marketing dapat mempengaruhi perilaku pembelian impulsif melalui variabel mediasi brand loyalty. Maka dari itu, hal utama yang mempengaruhi impulse buying adalah adanya rasa kesetiaan kepada suatu brand yang dimana perilaku tersebut dipengaruhi oleh strategi content marketing.

For the last few years, K-Pop have been growing in popularity, from once being only a subculture within the Internet, now have become a global sensation. This growth in popularity is attributed to the extensive marketing operation that these K-Pop production companies have done and in response not only that their fanbase are getting bigger but also influencing their purchasing behavior. This research is conducted to analyze the effect of social media marketing and content marketing towards its effect for the development of impulse buying among K-Pop fanbase with the use of brand loyalty and celebrity worship as its mediating variable. This research manages to get 324 respondents by the use of non-probability sampling, in order to get a reliable and valid data regarding impulse buying behavior and what affects it. The data collected then analyze using PLS-SEM where it is concluded that both social media marketing and content marketing does not have a significant direct effect towards impulse buying. However, content marketing does affect impulse buying behavior through the mediating variable of brand loyalty. Therefore, impulse buying is mainly affected by brand loyalty which in itself is influenced by marketer’s content marketing effort."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Social Media Marketing dan Perceived Platform Privacy terhadap Intention to Continue Using Platform pada aplikasi investasi online di Indonesia, dengan studi kasus pada aplikasi Bibit. Data diperoleh dari 400 responden yang dipilih menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling. Kriteria responden adalah pengguna aplikasi investasi Bibit dalam enam bulan terakhir dan aktif menggunakan media sosial seperti Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter/X, dan TikTok. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Social Media Marketing berpengaruh positif terhadap Brand Trust, Brand Image, dan Intention to Continue Using Platform, baik langsung maupun tidak langsung. Social Media Marketing juga berpengaruh positif terhadap Perceived Platform Privacy, dan Perceived Platform Privacy berpengaruh positif terhadap Intention to Continue Using Platform. Temuan ini diharapkan mendukung pengembangan strategi pemasaran aplikasi investasi online, terutama melalui peningkatan kepercayaan dan citra merek serta penguatan privasi platform.

This study aims to analyze the influence of Social Media Marketing and Perceived Platform Privacy on Intention to Continue Using Platform in the context of online investment applications in Indonesia, with a case study on the Bibit application. Data were collected from 400 respondents selected using the Purposive Sampling method. The criteria for respondents included users of the Bibit investment application within the past six months and active users of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter/X, and TikTok. The analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of the study indicate that Social Media Marketing positively affects Brand Trust, Brand Image, and Intention to Continue Using Platform, both directly and indirectly. Social Media Marketing also positively affects Perceived Platform Privacy, and Perceived Platform Privacy positively influences Intention to Continue Using Platform. These findings are expected to support the development of marketing strategies for online investment applications, particularly by enhancing Brand Trust, Brand Image, and Platform Privacy."

The development of social media to execute marketing activities, one of which using TikTok as one of the rising social media, The Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy of Indonesia make @Indonesia.Travel’s account on TikTok as a promotion channel in digital platform. This research is aimed to analyze the mediation effect of social identification, perceived value, and satisfaction towards @indonesia.travel’s social media marketing activities, which further influenced continuance intention, participation intention, and purchase intention of the audience. Online questionnaires were spread and collected 231 respondent data which analyzed using PLS-SEM. The results of this research supported the positive and direct influence between @indonesia.travel’s social media marketing activities towards social identification, perceived value, and satisfactions. Lastly, social media marketing activities of @indonesia.travel generate positive influence to three types of audiences intention including continuance intention, participation intention, and purchase intention.

"Penelitian ini membahas faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penggunaan social media marketing dan manfaat penggunaan social media marketing pada usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) di Jabodetabek dan Bandung. Desain riset yang digunakan adalah konklusif deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data melalui survey langsung, penyebaran kuesioner kepada pemilik UKM, dan focus groups discussion. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling. Kriteria sampel berupa usaha kecil dan menengah. Unit analisis yang diteliti adalah UKM di Jabodetabek dan Bandung yang menggunakan social media marketing. Analisis data menggunakan partial least square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hampir semua variabel yang diuji memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan, kecuali media effectiveness.

This study discusses the factors that influence the use of social media marketing and the benefits of using social media marketing in small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Greater Jakarta and Bandung. The research design used is descriptive conclusive. Data collection methods are through direct surveys, distributing questionnaires to SME owners, and focus groups discussions. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling. The sample criteria are small and medium enterprises. The unit of analysis under study is SMEs in Greater Jakarta and Bandung that use social media marketing. Data analysis used partial least square. The results of the study show
almost all of the tested variables have a positive and significant effect, except for media effectiveness.

"Konsumen semakin beralih ke platform media sosial untuk berpartisipasi dalam komunitas merek sebagai cara memperoleh informasi tentang merek dan mendapatkan wawasan dalam keputusan pembelian mereka secara keseluruhan. Hipotesis kami adalah bahwa hubungan antara aktivitas pemasaran media sosial (SMM) dan ekuitas merek berbasis konsumen (CBBE) di kalangan Milenial dimediasi oleh keuntungan konsumen yang muncul dari keterlibatan dalam komunitas tersebut dan pengalaman merek. Secara khusus, kami fokus pada hubungan antara aktivitas SMM dan dua faktor ini. Selain itu, gagasan penggunaan dan kepuasan, serta pengalaman merek, menjadi dasar konsep ini. Untuk menguji model penelitian, digunakan ukuran sampel sebanyak 202 orang yang mengikuti Gucci di media sosial. PLS, yang merupakan singkatan dari partial least squares path modeling, diterapkan.

Consumers are increasingly turning to social media platforms to participate in brand communities as a means of acquiring information about brands and gaining insight into their overall purchasing decisions. Our hypothesis is that the relationship between social media marketing (SMM) activities and consumer-based brand equity (CBBE) among Millennials is mediated by the consumer advantages that emerge from involvement in such communities and brand experience. Specifically, we are focusing on the relationship between SMM activities and these two factors. Additionally, the idea of uses and gratifications, in addition to brand experience, serves as the foundation for this concept. In order to test the study model, a sample size of 202 people who follow Gucci on social media was used. PLS, which is an acronym that stands for partial least squares path modeling, was applied."

"Adopsi perbankan digital telah meningkat di Indonesia, menekankan perlunya mengidentifikasi variabel yang mempengaruhi behavior intention pelanggan untuk menggunakan produk perbankan digital. Makalah ini menyelidiki dampak pemasaran bank digital di media sosial, yang telah menjadi platform penting untuk keterlibatan pelanggan. Selain itu, penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh manfaat dari grup konglomerat terhadap adopsi pelanggan, dengan fokus pada Allo Bank - bagian dari grup konglomerat CT Corp. Selain faktor-faktor tersebut, studi ini dilengkapi dengan tiga variable untuk memberikan studi komprehensif, yaitu Theory of Planned Behavior, Technology Acceptance Model, dan The Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology.Penelitian ini mengumpulkan data dari sampel 262 responden yang sudah menjadi pengguna Allo Bank. Data yang dikumpulkan meliputi informasi tentang 12 variabel laten. Teknik pemodelan SmartPLS digunakan untuk menganalisis data, memberikan alat yang efektif untuk mengevaluasi hubungan antara variabel dan menghasilkan wawasan tentang adopsi produk perbankan digital. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semua hipotesis berpengaruh secara signifikan. Wawasan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini dapat menginformasikan pengembangan inisiatif pemasaran yang ditargetkan, sehingga meningkatkan adopsi layanan perbankan digital dan berkontribusi pada pertumbuhan ekonomi digital. The adoption of digital banking has seen an increase in Indonesia, emphasizing the need to identify the variables that influence customers' behavioral intention to use digital banking products. This paper investigates the impact of digital bank marketing on social media, which has become a crucial platform for customer engagement. Furthermore, the research analyzes the influence of conglomerate group benefits on customer adoption, focusing on Allo Bank - a part of CT Corp conglomerate group. In addition to these factors, the study applies three established theories, namely the Theory of Planned Behavior, Technology Acceptance Model, and the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology, to gain a comprehensive understanding of customers' adoption of digital banking in Indonesia. This study gathered data from a sample of 262 respondents who were existing users of Allo Bank. The data collected included information on 12 latent variables. The SmartPLS modelling technique was employed to analyze the data, providing an effective tool for evaluating the relationships between the variables and generating insights into the adoption of digital banking products. This study's findings have a signficant influence on each hypthesis. The insights gained from this research can inform the development of targeted marketing initiatives, thus enhancing the adoption of digital banking services and contributing to the growth of the digital economy. This study is the first to explore the impact of conglomerate group benefits on customer adoption and desire to use digital banking products and the influence of social media marketing on the adoption of digital banks in Indonesia while integratis the variables of Theory of Planned Behavior, Technology Acceptance Model, and Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology."

"Merek mewah memiliki cara memasarkan produk mereka yang berbeda dibandingkan komoditas biasa, karena mereka harus memberi kesan eksklusif, prestise, dan status melalui produk yang mereka jual. Dengan melakukan studi kuantitatif untuk membandingkan aktivitas pemasaran merek mewah mdash;spesifiknya, dalam studi ini; pemasaran langsung, pemasaran eksperiensial, dan pemasaran media social mdash;penulis bertujuan untuk dapat melihat dampaknya terhadap ekuitas pelanggan dalam hal nilai, merek, dan ekuitas hubungan. Karena ada perbedaan dalam kebiasaan pembelian orang-orang di Indonesia dan Belanda, kami selanjutnya berhipotesis bahwa ada juga perbedaan dalam sikap dan preferensi peserta dari setiap kebangsaan terhadap ekuitas pelanggan. Uji ANOVA satu arah dan Analisis Regresi dilakukan untuk menguji hipotesis dari sampel sebanyak 135 peserta. Ditemukan bahwa hanya 3 dari 10 hipotesis yang didukung ndash;bahwa pengalaman pemasaran berdampak pada ekuitas merek, pemasaran media sosial berdampak pada hubungan ekuitas, dan hasil penemuan berbeda antara peserta Indonesia dan Belanda.

Luxury brands have different ways to market their products compared to commodity ones, since they have to signal exclusivity, prestige, and status through the products they sell. By conducting a quantitative study to compare luxury brands rsquo marketing activities mdash in this study rsquo s case direct marketing, experiential marketing, and social media marketing mdash the author aims to see how they impact customer equity in terms of value, brand, and relationship equity. Since there is a difference in purchasing habits of people in Indonesia and The Netherlands, we further hypothesize that there will also be a difference in how participants of each nationalities rsquo attitude towards customer equity. A one way ANOVA test and a Regression Analysis were conducted to test the hypotheses from a sample of 135 participants. Only 3 out of 10 hypotheses were supported mdash that experiential marketing has an impact on brand equity, social media marketing has an impact on relationship equity, and that the results does differ between Indonesian and Dutch participants.
