"Mencapai kematian yang bermartabat adalah salah satu tujuan perawatan paliatif yang paling mendasar. Pasien memiliki hak untuk mendapatkan kematian yang diinginkanya dan keluarga memiliki kewajiban untuk membantu pasien mendapatkan kualitas hidup yang optimal dalam fase akhir kehidupan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi persepsi pasien kanker paru tentang makna kematian yang bermartabat. Penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi deskriptif melibatkan 10 pasien kanker paru yang dirawat di ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Paru dr. M. Goenawan Partowidigdo Cisarua yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan tiga tema yaitu strategi koping menghadapi penyakit, merasa sendiri dan kurangnya rasa aman, dan makna kematian bagi pasien. Standar Pelayanan Operasional untuk perawatan paliatif dan kesiapan perawat dibutuhkan dalam pelayanan perawatan palatif/ fase akhir kehidupan untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien.

Achieving a dignified death is one of the most fundamental goals of palliative care. Patients have the right to get the death they want, and their families have a responsibility to help patients get an optimal quality of life in the end of life. This study aims to explore the perception of lung cancer patients on the meaning of dignified death. Qualitative research with a descriptive phenomenological approach involved 10 lung cancer patients who were treated in the inpatient ward of the Lung Hospital, dr. M. Goenawan Partowidigdo Cisarua selected by purposive sampling technique. The findings of the study resulted in three themes, coping strategies, feeling alone and lack of security, and the meaning of death for the patient. This study recommends that Operational Service Standards and nurse readiness are needed in palliative care services/end of life phase to improve the quality of life of patients.

"Pendahuluan: Kolik infantil adalah salah satu gangguan saluran cerna fungsional yang cukup banyak ditemukan pada bayi dibawah usia 6 bulan dengan prevalens sekitar 20%. Meskipun keadaan ini bersifat self-limiting, bila tidak ditangani dengan baik dapat mempengaruhi kualitas hidup bayi dikemudian hari. Diagnosis dan tata laksana menjadi hal penting. Kriteria diagnosis yang dipakai saat ini adalah Kriteria Rome IV yang dipublikasi pada tahun 2016 sebagai revisi kriteria sebelumnya. Data mengenai pemahaman kolik infantil berdasarkan Kriteria Rome IV dan tata laksana bayi dengan kolik infantil oleh dokter spesialis anak di Indonesia belum pernah dilaporkan. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengisi celah informasi tersebut.
Metode: Peneliti menggunakan kuesioner untuk mengetahui pengetahuan dan pendekatan terapi para dokter spesialis anak terhadap kolik infantil. Kuesioner dibagikan kepada sampel yang dipilih secara acak. Skor pengetahuan dan perilaku dianalisis dengan menggunakan variabel lama pengalaman klinis, akreditasi institutsi, tempat praktek, dan sumber informasi. Analisis dilakukan dengan SPSS 20.0.
Hasil: 75 dari 131 (57.3%) dokter anak mengaku sudah menggunakan Rome IV pada praktek sehari-hari, dari mana mean skor mereka adalah 14.24±3.32 dari total 20 poin. Rata-rata skor pengetahuan adalah 14.38±3.17 dari 20 dan skor pendekatan terapi adalah 11.50±2.80 dari 16.
Kesimpulan: Tidak ditemukan hubungan yang signifikan antara variable dengan skor pengetahuan maupun pendekatan terapi. Hasil pengetahuan dan pendekatan dokter spesialis anak terhadap kolik infantil masih belum optimal, sehingga masih perlu disiapkan sarana pembelajaran efektif oleh pihak yang berkepentingan demi meningkatkan capaian yang ada saat ini.

Introduction: Infant colic is one many FGIDs that occur in infants under 6 months with an approximate prevalence of 20%. Even though this condition is self-limiting in nature, inappropriate therapy does affect the babys quality of life in the future. Hence, diagnosis and therapeutic approach becomes essential. The diagnostic criteria currently used is Rome IV which was published in 2016 as an update of the previous version. Unfortunately, data regarding Indonesian pediatricians understanding of infant colic according to Rome IV criteria and their therapeutic approach in managing infant colic has not been reported. Hence this research was conducted to fill in those gaps in information.
Methods: Researcher uses questionnaire aimed at assessing pediatricians knowledge and therapeutic approach towards the management of infant colic. The questionnaire were then given out to samples which were randomly selected. The scores of both knowledge and therapeutic approach are analyzed with variables which are: years of clinical experience, institution accreditation, place of practice, and source of information. The analysis was performed using SPSS 20.0.
Results: 75 out of 131 (57.3%) pediatrician claims to have use Rome IV in their daily practice, from which mean score were 14.24±3.32 of a total 20 points. Mean of knowledge score is 14.38±3.17 out of 20 and mean of therapeutic approach score is 11.50±2.80 out of 16.
Conclusion: There were no significant relationship between the other variables with the knowledge nor behavior scores. The results of pediatricians knowledge and approach towards infant colic was not optimal yet, so those with interest must improve the means for effective learning to allow improvement better that what is now achieved.

"Kinerja perawat pelaksana di ruangan sangat menentukan kualitas asuhan keperawatan terhadap pasien. Kemampuan kepala ruangan dalam mengelola manajemen ruangan akan mempengaruhi kinerja perawat pelasana. Remunerasi merupakan salah satu upaya yang dilakukan pihak manajemen rumah sakit untuk meningkatkan kinerja perawat dalam asuhan keperawatan. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi hubungan persepsi remunerasi,fungsi manajemen kepala ruangan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja perawat dalam melakukan asuhan keperawatan, menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian analit ik dan rancangan cross-sectional terhadap 387 perawat. Dari kuesioner didapatkan hasil hubungan yang signifikan antara persepsi remunerasi p value 0,001 dan motivasi (P 0,000) terhadap kinerja perawat, persepsi remunerasi dan motivasi baik dapat meningkatka n kinerja sebanyak 99 %. Rekomendasi penelitian ini adalah mengoptimalkan sistem pengelolaan remunerasi sesuai peraturan pemerintah, meningkatkan fungsi manajeme n kepala ruangan dalam membangun motivasi perawat sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja perawat pelaksana dalam melakukan asuhan keperawatan.

The performance nurses in carrying out nursing care will be influenced by various factors both from within (intrinsic) and from outside (extracurricular) of the nurse itself, what needs will be increase a nurse is motivation to provide quality service and improve safety culture. Patients go through the performance while doing nursing care, remuneration is one of the efforts made by both the government and hospital management to improve the performance of nurses in providing nursing care. This study identifies the relationship between remuneration perspectives, management function of the head of the room and motivation to the performance of nurses in performing nursing care The method uses a quantitat ive approach with analytical research design and cross-sectional design of 387 nurses using a questionnaire with there is a significant relationship between perceptions of remuneration p value 0.001 and motivation (0.000) on nurse performance, perceptions of good remunerat ion and motivation can improve performance by as much as 99% government regulations, improve the management function of the head of the room in building nurse motivation so that it can improve the performance of nurses in carrying out nursing care."

"ABSTRAK
Kualitas asuhan keperawatan menjadi elemen kunci mutu pelayanan di rumah sakit. Fenomena di rawat jalan sangat minimal dalam pemberian asuhan keperawatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan desain korelasi deskriptif pendekatan cross sectional. Metode pengambilan sampel, total sampling 43 perawat dan 43 pasien dengan kriteria inklusi untuk setiap sampel. Hasil penelitian terdapat hubungan antara umur perawat p 0.016 , persepsi perawat terhadap pengelolahan perangkat manajemen money p 0.005 dan material and machine p 0,04 dan pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan yang dipersepsikan oleh pasien. Implikasi: belum optimal pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan yang dipersepsikan pasien bila tetap berlangsung maka mengakibatkan penurunan kepuasan, keamanan, dan keselamatan pasien. Dibutuhkan dukungan manajemen rumah sakit untuk mendukung ketersediaanya dana untuk perawat mengembangkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan, serta diperlukan kelengkapan peralatan, fasilitas, sarana, logistik dalam upaya optimalkan asuhan keperawatan.

ABSTRACT
Quality of nursing care became a key element of hospital service quality. The phenomenon in outpatient was very minimal in the provision of nursing care. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the implementation of nursing care. This research method used descriptive correlation design of cross sectional approach. Methods of sampling, total sampling of 43 nurses and 43 patients with inclusion criteria for each sample. The result of the research shows that there were correlation between nurse age p 0.016 , nurse perception toward business money of the tools management p 0.005 and material and machine p 0,04 and implementation of nursing care perceived by patient. Implication in this study if nursing care not yet optimalized which perceived by patient persisted hence resulted decrease of satisfaction, safety, and patient safety. Hospital management support is required to support the availability of funds for nurses to develop knowledge and skills, and necessary completeness of equipment, facilities, facilities, logistics in an effort to optimize nursing care. "

"ABSTRAK
Latar Belakang: Kepuasan pasien merupakan salah satu indikator dalam menentukan keberhasilan pelayanan kesehatan. RSKGM FKG UI merupakan penyedia layanan kesehatan khusus gigi dan mulut, salah satunya perawatan konservasi gigi. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran kepuasan pasien dan membandingkan tingkat kepuasan pasien di Klinik Integrasi dan Klinik Spesialis Konservasi Gigi RSKGM FKG UI. Metode: Sampel yang diambil berjumlah 100 orang dengan 50 responden di Klinik Integrasi dan 50 responden di Klinik Spesialis Konservasi Gigi yang sudah menerima perawatan konservasi gigi lebih dari dua kali, lalu diberikan kuesioner harapan dan kinerja dengan 40 pertanyaan. Hasil: Berdasarkan uji nonparametrik Chi-square didapatkan tidak ada perbedaan signifikan antara kepuasan pasien di Klinik Integrasi dan Klinik Spesialis Konservasi Gigi dinilai dari lima aspek perawatan. Kesimpulan: Kualitas pelayanan perawatan konservasi gigi dan kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan perawatan konservasi gigi di Klinik Integrasi dan Klinik Spesialis Konservasi Gigi RSKGM FKG UI dikategorikan baik.

ABSTRACT
Background Patient satisfaction is one of the indicators in determining health service success. RSKGM FKG UI is a dental care provider, particularly providing conservative treatment. Objective The study aims to see the level of patient satisfaction towards conservative treatment and compare the level of satisfaction in Integration Clinic and Conservative Dentistry Clinic in RSKGM FKG UI. Methods A total of 100 patients who visited more than once were given a 40 item questionnaire to assess patient 39 s expectation and to assess the quality of conservative treatment based on patient 39 s perspective. Results Result from Chi square tests had shown that no significant differences was found on patient satisfaction level between Integration Clinic and Conservative Dentistry Clinic in RSKGM FKG UI, assessed from five aspects. Conclusion The quality of conservative treatment and patients 39 satisfaction towards conservative treatment in Integration Clinic and Conservative Dentistry Clinic RSKGM FKG UI were categorized as good."

"Penerapan asuhan keperawatan pasien end of life belum optimal dan determinan yang mempengaruhi kinerja perawat dalam melaksanakannya masih perlu dibuktikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi determinan kinerja perawat dalam menerapkan asuhan keperawatan end of life di RS. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif cross sectional dengan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner.  Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 220 perawat pelaksana yang diambil secara  purposive sampling di Rumah Sakit Jantung Pembuluh Darah Harapan Kita.  Hasil uji chi square dan regresi logistic menunjukkan ada hubungan yang bermakna antara kinerja perawat dengan status kepegawaian (p0,018), sikap (p0,000), dan kepemimpinan (p0,004). Hasil multivariat menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara kinerja perawat dengan status kepegawaian(p 0,044); sikap(p0,978) dan kepemimpinan(p 0,855). Kesimpulan adanya hubungan antara status kepegawaian, sikap, dan kepemimpinan dalam keberhasilan penerapan asuhan keperawatan end of life. Saran dibutuhkan evaluasi dan pembinaan sikap, kepemimpinan dalam menerapkan asuhan keperawatan end of life serta perlunya peningkatan status kepegawaian bila memungkinkan.

The focus of this study is end of life nursing care application isnt optimally and determinat which influence nursing performance still need to be researched. This research has goals to determinant  nurse performance to do  end of life nursing care in hospital. The research method is quantitative-based research cross sectional with questioner instrument. The samples were taken with purposive sampling method (220 nurses) in Harapan Kita CardioVascular hospital. The result correlations chi Square  and  logistic regression that there was a close relationship between nursing performance and civil employee (p0,044), attitude (p0,978), leadership (p0,855). Multivariate result show that nursing performance has relationship with civil employee (p0,044); attitude (p0,978), and leadership (p0,855). Conclusion: civil employee, attitude, and leadership have related to success nursing care plan end of life. The research recommend, evaluation and actuation of  nursing attitude and leadership  are needed  in end of life nursing performance  and increase their employee status if necessary."

"[Isolasi sosial merupakan kondisi kesendirian yang dialami individu dan dipersepsikan disebabkan oleh orang lain. Ketidakmampuan mengungkapkan perasaan yang dirasakan oleh klien dapat membuat klien marah. Risiko perilaku kekerasan merupakan respon destruktif individu terhadap stressor. Tujuan penulisan karya Ilmiah ini menjelaskan manajemen asuhan keperawatan spesialis jiwa pada klien dengan isolasi sosial dan risiko perilaku kekerasan dengan menggunakan Hubungan Interpersonal Peplau dan Stuart. Intervensi diberikan pada 69 klien dengan isolasi sosial dan risiko perilaku kekerasan. Dengan menggunakan terapi Social Skil training, Asertiveness Training, Cognitif Behovior Therapy. Hasil didapatkan penurunan tanda dan gejala secara kognitif afektif, fisiologis, perilaku, sosial dan peningkatan kemampuan klien dan keluarga. Social isolation is the condition of being alone as experienced by individual and perceived as caused by others. Inability to express client’s feeling can stimuli anger. Violent risk behavior is considered as a destructive response of individual towards stressor. The purpose of this scientific paper was to explain the mental healthpsychiatric nursing care management to clients with social isolation and violent risk behavior using Peplau’s Interpersonal Relationship and Stuart’s Adaptation Theory. Nursing intervention was conducted to 69 social isolated and violent risk behaviors clients were social skill training, assertiveness training, and cognitive behavior therapy. The effect of therapies showed the decreased of sign and symptom at all aspects of cognitive, affective, physiological, behavior, social and improvement of client and family ability. It’s recommended that social skill training applied to client with social isolation, while cognitive behavior therapy and assertiveness training provided to client with violent risk behavior utilizing Peplau’s Interpersonal Relationship and Stuart’s Adaptation Theory as an approach. , Social isolation is the condition of being alone as experienced by individual and perceived as caused by others. "Kanker payudara termasuk penyakit kronis yang sangat kompleks dan lebih dari 80% kasus didiagnosis telah berada pada stadium lanjut di Indonesia. Sehingga kebutuhan akan perawatan paliatif sangat penting diberikan pada pasien kanker payudara sejak awal diagnosis. Proses pengobatan yang panjang membuat kebutuhan yang berbeda tiap perjalanan penyakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengalaman pasien kanker payudara yang menjalani perawatan paliatif terkait berbagai kebutuhan yang belum terpenuhi dan kaitannya dengan teori keperawatan Peaceful end of life (Peol). Metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi deskriptif. Wawancara dilakukan pada 14 pasien kanker payudara yang menjalani perawatan paliatif. Hasil penelitian didapatkan enam tema utama terkait kebutuhan yang tidak terpenuhi. Kebutuhan yang paling dominan yaitu kebutuhan dalam menggapai ‘New normal’ untuk kembali beraktivitas dengan semangat dan penuh harapan. Perawat diharapkan memiliki waktu yang lebih banyak dengan pasien untuk mendiskusikan makna perawatan paliatif bersama keluarga sehingga dapat saling mrndukung dalam memenuhi kebutuhsn pmenjalani perawatan paliatif. Teori Peol belum sepenuhnya dapat diterapkan pada penelitian ini karena pasien kanker payudara belum siap untuk membicarakan tentang kematian

Breast cancer is a very complex chronic disease and more than 80% of diagnosed cases have been diagnosed at an advanced stage in Indonesia. Therefore, the need for palliative care is very important for breast cancer patients from the beginning of diagnosis. The long treatment process makes different needs for each disease journey. This study aims to explore the experience of breast cancer patients undergoing palliative care related to various unmet needs and their relationship with the Peaceful end of life (Peol) nursing theory. Qualitative research method with a descriptive phenomenological approach. Interviews were conducted on 14 breast cancer patients undergoing palliative care. The results of the study obtained six main themes related to unmet needs. The most dominant need is the need to achieve the 'New Normal' to return to activities with enthusiasm and hope. Nurses are expected to have more time with patients to discuss the meaning of palliative care with their families so that they can support each other in meeting the needs of palliative care. Peol's theory has not yet been fully applicable to this study because breast cancer patients are not yet ready to talk about death."

"Pendahuluan: Pasien dengan gagal jantung sangat rentan mengalami readmisi yang disebabkan oleh berbagai masalah seperti persepsi terhadap gejala, pengobatan, kepatuhan diet, dukungan sosial, kemampuan kognitif dan ekonomi dalam melaksanakan perawatan diri, persepsi penyakit dan akses ke perawatan kesehatan. Perawatan paliatif kardiovaskular khususnya pada pasien gagal jantung bertujuan agar pasien dan keluarga mendapatkan ketenangan dan merasakan suasana aman baik secara fisik, psikososial, spiritual, dan permasalahan lainnya, serta membuat pasien dan keluarga memiliki pemahaman yang sama dengan perspektif medis. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengalaman keluarga pasien gagal jantung yang mendapatkan perawatan paliatif. 
Metode: Penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi deskriptif. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini yaitu keluarga pasien gagal jantung yang memiliki pengalaman mendapatkan perawatan paliatif, mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik dan jelas, serta bersedia untuk menjadi partisipan dengan memberikan persetujuan melalui informed consent. 
Hasil: Tema-tema yang teridentifikasi dalam pelelitian ini yaitu: (1) Keluarga mengenali keluhan fisik pasien gagal jantung yang mendapatkan perawatan paliatif, (2) Dukungan keluarga dalam perawatan pasien gagal jantung yang mendapatkan perawatan paliatif, (3) Alasan mendapatkan perawatan paliatif, (4) Persepsi keluarga terhadap perawatan paliatif. 
Kesimpulan: Keluarga memainkan peran penting dalam perawatan pasien gagal jantung yang mendapatkan perawatan paliatif dalam mendampingi pasien selama perawatan di rumah sakit hingga perawatan selanjutnya ketika pulang kerumah. Dengan adanya dukungan dari tim perawatan paliatif dalam bentuk pendampingan bagi pasien dan keluarga, mampu memberikan dampak positif serta meningkatkan kualitas hidup. Sehingga dibutuhkan tim perawatan paliatif khususnya perawat kardiovaskular yang professional yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pasien gagal jantung beserta keluarga dalam memberikan layanan perawatan paliatif yang berkualitas di Indonesia.

Introduction: Patients with heart failure are very susceptible to readmission caused by various problems such as perception of symptoms, medication, dietary compliance, social support, cognitive and economic abilities in carrying out self-care, perception of illness and access to health care. Cardio palliative care, especially for patients with heart failure, aims to make patients and families feel calm and feel a safe atmosphere both physically, psychosocially, spiritually, and other problems, as well as to make patients and families have the same understanding from a medical perspective. Therefore, this study aims to explore the experiences of families of heart failure patients receiving palliative care.
Method: This research uses a qualitative research type with a descriptive phenomenological approach. Participants in this study were families of heart failure patients who had experience in receiving palliative care, were able to communicate well and clearly, and were willing to become participants by giving informed consent.
Results: The themes identified in this research were: (1) Families recognize the physical complaints of heart failure patients who receive palliative care, (2) Family support in caring for heart failure patients receiving palliative care, (3) Reasons for receiving palliative care, (4) Family perceptions of palliative care. Conclusion: The family plays an important role in the care of heart failure patients who receive palliative care in accompanying patients during treatment at the hospital until further care when they return home. With the support of the palliative care team in the form of assistance for patients and families, it can have a positive impact and improve the quality of life. So that a palliative care team is needed, especially professional cardiovascular nurses who can meet the needs of heart failure patients and their families in providing quality palliative care services in Indonesia.
