"Adopsi mobil listrik diharapkan dapat mendorong konservasi energi dan mengurangi polusi udara. Studi ini mengembangkan model penelitian berdasarkan Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) dan Norm Activation Model (NAM) untuk menyelidiki niat untuk membeli mobil listrik di bawah pengaruh polusi udara yang parah. Studi ini meneliti warga yang berada di lima wilayah besar di Pulau Jawa, yaitu wilayah Jabodetabek, Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, dan Surabaya sebagai objek survei. Sebanyak 194 responden yang sebelumnya telah memiliki mobil dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling dan metode bootstrap. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa faktor TPB yang mempengaruhi niat membeli adalah perceived behavioral control, sedangkan dalam faktor NAM, faktor yang mempengaruhi adalah personal norm. Selain itu, environmental concern ditemukan memiliki pengaruh positif pada faktor TPB. Demikian pula awareness of consequences dan ascription of responsibility memiliki pengaruh pada faktor NAM yaitu personal norm dengan ascription of responsibility menjadi mediator parsial antara hubungan awareness of consequences dan personal norm.

The adoption of electric cars is expected to promote energy conservation and reduce air pollution. This study develops a research model based on the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and the Norm Activation Model (NAM) to investigate the intention to purchase electric cars under the effect of severe air pollution. This paper takes the citizens residing in the five major areas of Java Island, namely the Greater Jakarta Area, Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, and Surabaya as the object of the survey. A total of 194 respondents who previously owned a car were collected using the purposive sampling method and the data was analyzed using the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling and bootstrap method. The findings suggest that the factor of TPB that influences intention to purchase is perceived behavioral control, meanwhile, within the Norm Activation Model factor, the influencing factor is the personal norm. In addition, environmental concern is found to have a positive influence on the TPB factors. Similarly, the awareness of consequences and ascription of responsibility have an influence on the NAM factor which is the personal norm with the ascription of responsibility being a partial mediator between the relationship of awareness of consequences and personal norm."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi niat perilaku pro-lingkungan dalam pengaturan restoran, yang berfokus pada menu perilaku makan berkelanjutan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami niat perilaku konsumen dalam memilih menu pilihan nabati organik di restoran, serta niat mereka untuk mengunjungi restoran yang menampilkan menu pilihan nabati organik. Model pada penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan integratif dari Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) dan Norm Activation Model (NAM), dengan penambahan dua hubungan antar variabel untuk mengatasi kesenjangan dari penelitian sebelumnya. Sebanyak 383 tanggapan dikumpulkan dari konsumen aktual dan potensial dari makanan dan minuman nabati organik di Indonesia yang berusia minmal 18 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), khususnya pendekatan CB-SEM yang dianalisis menggunakan LISREL 8.8. Temuan menunjukkan personal norm, attitude, dan perceived behavioral control adalah penentu niat untuk memilih menu pilihan nabati organik, yang pada akhirnya mendorong niat untuk mengunjungi restoran yang menampilkan menu nabati organik. Hasil menunjukan bahwa subjective norm memiliki pengaruh langsung yang tidak signifikan terhadap niat konsumen, namun subjective norm secara tidak langsung mempengaruhi niat konsumen melalui personal norm. Selanjutnya, perceived behavioural control ditemukan menjadi motif yang paling menonjol untuk memprediksi niat konsumen. Implikasi manajerial dari penelitian ini dibahas lebih lanjut bersama rekomendasi untuk penelitian masa depan.

ABSTRACT
This research explores pro-environmental behavior intention in a restaurant setting, especially it focuses on sustainable or green menu dining behavior. The purpose of this study is to understand consumer behavioral intention on choosing organic plant-based menu item at a restaurant, as well as their intention to visit restaurant featuring organic plant-based menu items. The study model adopts an integrative approach of the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and Norm Activation Model (NAM), in addition to two additional relationships to address the gap of previous research. A total of 383 responses is gathered from an actual and potential consumer of organic plant-based food and beverages in Indonesia which is at least 18 years old. This study uses Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), particularly the CB-SEM approach that is analyzed using LISREL 8.8. The findings indicate personal norm, attitude, and perceived behavioral control are the determinants of intention to choose organic plant-based menu items, which ultimately drive intention to visit a restaurant that features an organic plant-based menu. The result indicates subjective norm has a non-significant effect directly towards consumer intention, however subjective norm indirectly influences intention through the personal norm. Further, perceived behavioral control is found to be the most salient motive to predict consumer intention. The managerial implication of the research is discussed further alongside recommendations for future research."

"Kemajuan teknologi saat ini mendukung peningkatan penggunaan barang elektronik yang mendukung aktivitas manusia. Penggunaan barang elektronik berlebih menyebabkan penumpukan limbah elektronik yang menimbulkan dampak bagi lingkungan dan manusia. Salah satu tindakan yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengurangi limbah elektronik adalah menerapkan perilaku komputasi hijau. Komputasi hijau dipandang sebagai suatu konsep yang dapat membantu dalam mengurangi dampak lingkungan dari teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi intensi dan perilaku komputasi hijau pada kalangan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan model yang terdiri dari konstruk yang diadaptasi dari Theory of Interpersonal Behavior (TIB), Norm Activation Model (NAM), dan performance shaping factor (PSF). Responden terdiri dari 194 mahasiswa. Analisis dilakukan dengan metode Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) dengan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa intensi terhadap perilaku komputasi hijau dipengaruhi oleh atiitude dan personal norm. Kemudian, personal norm dipengaruhi oleh ascription of responsibility, awareness of consequence, dan subjective norm. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa perilaku komputasi hijau dipengaruhi oleh intensi terhadap perilaku komputasi hijau, habit, dan performance shaping factor. Implikasi teori dari penelitian ini adalah penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa TIB dapat digunakan di jenis penelitian yang bertopik tindakan pro-lingkungan. Dalam konteks Indonesia, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi kontribusi ilmiah bagi riset dan penelitian mengenai perilaku komputasi hijau di Indonesia. Implikasi praktis pada penelitian ini ditujukan kepada mahasiswa, universitas, pemerintah, dan industri hardware komputer.

The current advancement of technology supports the increased use of electronic devices that facilitate human activities. Excessive use of electronic devices leads to the accumulation of electronic waste, which has impacts on the environment and human health. One action that can be taken to reduce electronic waste is the implementation of green computing behavior. Green computing is seen as a concept that helps reduce the environmental impact of technology. This research aims to identify the factors influencing the intention and behavior of green computing among university students. The study utilizes a model consisting of constructs adapted from the Theory of Interpersonal Behavior (TIB), Norm Activation Model (NAM), and performance shaping factor (PSF). The respondents consist of 194 students. The analysis is conducted using the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with SmartPLS 4 software. The results of this study indicate that the intention towards green computing behavior is influenced by attitude and personal norm. Furthermore, personal norm is influenced by ascription of responsibility, awareness of consequences, and subjective norm. The study also shows that green computing behavior is influenced by the intention towards green computing behavior, habit, and performance shaping factor. The theoretical implications of this research are that it demonstrates the applicability of TIB in pro-environmental action research. In the context of Indonesia, this study is expected to contribute to scientific research on green computing behavior in Indonesia. The practical implications of this research are directed towards students, universities, government, and computer hardware industry."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dari sikap, norma subyektif dan perceived behavioral control konsumen yang mengetahui produk private label sekaligus untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung perbedaan status (perkawinan dan pekerjaan) wanita terhadap intensinya untuk membeli produk private label. Penelitian ini juga melihat faktor-faktor apa saja yang secara langsung mempengaruhi konsumen terhadap intensinya untuk membeli produk private label. Dalam penelitian ini akan dilihat mengenai salah satu bentuk ritel yakni pasar modern,sampel di dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 160 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling yaitu convenience sample dimana syarat dari respondennya wanita,pernah berbelanja dan pernah mengetahui produk komoditas private label yang dijual di pasar modern tersebut. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis multiple regression dan two-way anova. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa sikap, norma subyektif dan perceived behavioral control dan perbedaan status perkawinan wanita mempengaruhi intensi konsumen untuk membeli produk private label, sedangkan perbedaan status pekerjaan wanita tidak mempengaruhi intensi konsumen untuk membeli produk private label.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the direct effects of attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control and (marital and employment) status differences affect women's consumer intention to buy private label products. The study also looked at factors what directly affects consumers' intention to buy private label products. In this study will be seen on one of the forms of modern market, the sample in this study is 160 respondents. This study uses non-probability sampling technique in which the terms are convenience sample of female respondents had shopped and knew private label for commodity products that are sold in the modern market. Hypothesis testing is performed by multiple regression analysis and two-way ANOVA. The research concludes that attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control and marital status differences affect women's consumer intention to buy private label products, while the difference in women's employment status does not affect consumer intention to buy private label products.

"Isu degradasi lingkungan telah menjadi isu utama beberapa tahun terakhir, sebagai akibat tidak terkendalinya emisi polutan yang berbahaya melalui berbagai macam aktivitas. Sektor transportasi terutama kendaraan bermotor berkontribusi dalam tingginya emisi karbon. Diperlukan solusi alternatif untuk menguranginya dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan yaitu salah satunya beralih pada penggunaan kendaraan listrik. Penelitian ini mengkombinasikan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dan Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) yang bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai faktor yang mempengaruhi intensi pembelian mobil listrik di Indonesia. Analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) diterapkan untuk menguji hubungan antara konstruksi yang diusulkan menggunakan data yang dikumpulkan dari 410 responden melalui survei online. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa attitude, subjective norm, price value, dan infrastructure barrier berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan pada intensi pembelian mobil listrik. Sementara perceived usefulness, environmental concern, environmental self image, infrastructure barrier, dan personal moral norm tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intensi pembelian mobil listrik dan perceived risk berdampak negatif pada intensi pembelian mobil listrik.

The environmental degradation has been the major issue in recent years due to the uncontrolled emissions of harmful pollutants through various activities. The transportation sector, especially motor vehicles, contributes to high carbon emissions. Alternative solutions are needed to reduce the negative impact on the environment, one of which is switching to the use of electric vehicles. This study combines the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) aiming to provide an overview of the factors that influence the intention of purchasing electric cars in Indonesia. Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis was applied to test the relationship between proposed constructions using data collected from 410 respondents through an online survey. The results show that attitude, subjective norm, price value, and infrastructure barrier positively affect the purchase intention of electric cars. Meanwhile, perceived usefulness, environmental concern, environmental self-image, infrastructure barrier, personal moral norms do not have a significant effect on the intention to purchase electric cars and perceived risk has a negative impact on the purchase intention of electric cars."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas dari faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi model theory of planned behavior dalam konteks niat membeli makanan organik oleh Generasi Y / Milenial di Indonesia. Sebagai salah satu negara berkembang dengan penduduk yang didominasi oleh Milenial, Indonesia memiliki pasar makanan dan minuman organik yang potensial. Studi ini akan berkontribusi pada literatur dengan memberikan bukti tentang bagaimana peran health consciousness, environmental concern, perceived availability, perceived affordability, attitude, subjective norms, dan perceived behavioral control dalam mempengaruhi purchase intention makanan organik masyarakat Indonesia. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the factors that influence the theory of planned behavior model in the context of intention to buy organic food by Generation Y / Millennials in Indonesia. As a developing country with its population dominated by Millennials, Indonesia has a potential organic food and beverage market. This study will contribute to the literature by providing evidence on how the role of health consciousness, environmental concern, perceived availability, perceived affordability, attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control in influencing the purchase intention of Indonesian people's organic food. The analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling with data collected through an electronic survey. The results showed that the higher the level of environmental awareness, knowledge of organic food, and perceived affordability of consumers, the higher the positive attitude of Millennials formed towards organic food products. Attitude mediates the relationship between environmental concern, knowledge of organic foods, and perceived affordability on purchase intention of organic food."

"Mobile branded application (branded apps) adalah saluran daring perusahaan untuk melayani pelanggan serta menampilkan identitas merek. Platform ini menjadi keunggulan perusahaan yang diprediksi pertumbuhannya beberapa tahun kedepan. Namun, ditemukan data persentase uninstall aplikasi berbelanja tahun 2020 di Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pemahaman mengenai faktor yang memicu sikap dan intensi pembelian berdasarkan perilaku konsumen. Penelitian ini mengadopsi teori uses and gratification (U&G) dan theory of planned behavior (TPB) untuk memahami perilaku konsumen. Model penelitian meliputi 1) U&G (ease of use, money saving, delivery experience, hedonic benefit, learning benefit, dan social presence), 2) TPB (attitude, subjective norm, dan perceived behavioral control), dan 3) purchase intention. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode PLS-SM dengan 471 responden. Hasil analisis menemukan pengaruh faktor motivasi kebutuhan; faktor ease of use, money saving, hedonic benefit, learning benefit, dan social presence memengaruhi attitude; faktor ease of use, money saving, hedonic benefit, dan learning benefit memengaruhi purchase intention. Hasil analisis juga membuktikan attitude, subjective norm, dan perceived behavioral control memengaruhi purchase intention. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi teoretis berupa keterbaruan konteks branded apps, serta implikasi praktis bagi perusahaan pengembang aplikasi, dan perusahaan penyedia branded apps.

Mobile branded applications (branded apps) are the company's online channel to serve customers and display brand identity. This platform becomes the company’s advantage that is predicted to grow in the next few years. However, there was data on the uninstall percentage of shopping applications in 2020 in Indonesia. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the factors that trigger attitude and purchase intention in branded apps based on consumer behavior. This study adopts uses and gratification (U&G) and theory of planned behavior (TPB). The research model includes 1) U&G (ease of use, money saving, delivery experience, hedonic benefits, learning benefits, and social presence), 2) TPB (attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control), and 3) purchase intentions. Data analysis was carried out using PLS-SEM with 471 respondents. The results found the influence of motivation factors; ease of use, money saving, hedonic benefits, learning benefits, and social presence affect attitude; ease of use, money saving, hedonic benefits, and learning benefits affect purchase intention. The results also prove that attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control affect purchase intention. This research provides theoretical implications for branded apps context updates, and practical implications for application development companies, and branded apps provider companies."

Terjadinya krisis energi, perubahan iklim, dan masalah lingkungan yang semakin serius meningkatkan kepedulian masyarakat terhadap lingkungan. Kepedulian akan lingkungan ini membuat konsumsi ramah lingkungan menjadi daya tarik bagi konsumen dan pelaku usaha. Berbagai industri mulai mengadopsi praktik ramah lingkungan dalam kegiatan operasionalnya, termasuk industri restoran. Green restaurants hadir sebagai alternatif restoran konvensional dengan mengadopsi nilai-nilai peduli lingkungan. Green restaurants mulai bermunculan di seluruh dunia termasuk Indonesia. Sayangnya, penelitian tentang green restaurants di Indonesia masih sangat sedikit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi niat perilaku konsumen untuk mengunjungi green restaurants. Menggunakan extended theory of planned behavior model faktor-faktor tersebut antara lain perceived environmental concern, perceived authority support, perceived behavioral control, subjective norms, attitude, willingness to pay premium dan perceived consumer effectiveness. Menggunakan sampel penduduk Jabodetabek dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), hasil penelitian ini dapat membantu pemasar untuk meraih pangsa pasar yang lebih besar green restaurants.


The occurrence of the energy crisis, climate change, and environmental problems that are increasingly serious have increased public awareness of the environment. This concern for the environment makes environmentally friendly consumption an attraction for consumers and businesses. Various industries have started to adopt environmentally friendly practices in their operations, including the restaurant industry. Green restaurants exist as an alternative to conventional restaurants by adopting environmental values. Green restaurants are starting to appear all over the world including Indonesia. Unfortunately, there is very little research on green restaurants in Indonesia. This study aims to look at the factors that influence consumer behavior intention to visit green restaurants. Using the extended theory of planned behavior model, these factors include perceived environmental concern, perceived authority support, perceived behavioral control, subjective norms, attitude, willingness to pay premium and perceived consumer effectiveness. This research analyzed a sample of Jabodetabek residents with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method, the results of this study can help marketers to gain a larger market for green restaurants.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran norma personal sebagai faktor inti dari norm activation theory (NAT) dalam memprediksi perilaku pro lingkungan yang belum sepenuhnya dijelaskan secara utuh pada theory of planned behavior (TPB). Pemilahan sampah merupakan kajian khusus tentang perilaku pro lingkungan yang menjadi fokus kajian ini. Ukuran sampel akhir adalah 300 responden dari tiga kota berbeda di Indonesia yaitu Bogor, Depok, dan Jakarta. Teknik purposive sampling dipilih sebagai teknik penarikan sampel dengan kriteria tertentu yang relevan dengan konteks. Pemodelan persamaan struktural digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis dan dilengkapi dengan regresi bertahap untuk mengungkapkan kontribusi masing-masing prediktor dalam model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa norma personal memiliki peran penting dalam menjelaskan perilaku pemilahan sampah melalui integrasi TPB dan NAT. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam bidang pemasaran sosial, melalui implikasi manajerial dan kontribusi teoritis.

This research aims to analyze the personal norms role as a core factor of norm activation theory (NAT) in predicting pro-environmental behavior that not completely well explained by the theory of planned behavior (TPB). Waste sorting is a particular study in pro-environmental behavior that becomes the focus of this study. The final sample size is 300 respondents from three different cities in Indonesia, namely Bogor, Depok, and Jakarta. Purposive sampling was chosen as the sampling technique with certain specific criteria relevant to the context.  Structural equation modeling was used to test the hypotheses and completed with stepwise regression to reveal each predictors contribution to the model. The results show that personal norm has an important role in explaining waste sorting behavior by integrating TPB and NAT. This research provides an essential contribution in the social marketing field through the managerial implication and the theoretical contribution.

"ABSTRAK
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh enjoyment, social benefits, economic benefits, sustainability, amenities, locational benefits, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, eWOM, familiarity terhadap attitude serta behavioral intention pada penggunaan layanan akomodasi peer-to-peer Airbnb. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer melalui pembagian kuesioner dan diolah dengan teknik statistik SEM dengan metode LISREL. Unit analisisnya adalah konsumen layanan akomodasi online. Hasil temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa attitude untuk menggunakan akomodasi via Airbnb secara positif dipengaruhi oleh perceived enjoyment, social benefits, economic benefits, amenities, locational benefits, serta subjective norms. Hasil temuan lainnya, subjective norms secara positif dipengaruhi oleh eWOM sedangkan perceived behavioral control secara positif dipengaruhi oleh familiarity. Temuan penting lainnya adalah niat perilaku (behavioral intention) untuk menggunakan layanan akomodasi via Airbnb dipengaruhi oleh economic benefits dan familiarity. Penelitian ini menunjukkan behavioral intention dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor determinan serta terdapat masukan manajerial untuk pengembangan pemasaran layanan akomodasi yang meningkatkan behavioral intention konsumen dalam menggunakan layanan akmodasi peer-to-peer.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of enjoyment, social benefits, economic benefits, sustainability, amenities, locational benefits, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, eWOM, familiarity toward attitude and behavioral intention to use Airbnb peer-to-peer accommodation services. This study is a quantitative research, using primary data through the distribution of questionnaires and processed by SEM with LISREL method. The unit of analysis is online accommodation marketplace consumers. The findings indicate that attitude positively affected by perceived enjoyment, social benefits, economic benefits, amenities, locational benefits, and subjective norms. Other findings, subjective norms positively affected by eWOM while perceived behavioral control were positively influenced by familiarity. Another important finding is that behavioral intention to use Airbnb peer-to-peer accommodation services positively affected by economic benefits and familiarity. This indicates several determinant factors as a contributing source to behavioral intention.
