"Karyawan Generasi Z seringkali dianggap tidak memiliki komitmen organisasi yang tinggi. Meskipun begitu, adanya perilaku job crafting diketahui dapat meningkatkan komitmen afektif karyawan terhadap organisasi. Dengan menggunakan kerangka job characteristic model, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan membuktikan peran dari job crafting sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara kepemimpinan yang memberdayakan dan komitmen afektif pada karyawan Generasi Z. Partisipan penelitian merupakan karyawan di perusahaan swasta dan BUMN di Indonesia dengan minimal 1 tahun bekerja di bawah kepemimpinan atasan langsung (N = 133). Pengambilan data menggunakan teknik convenience dan snowball sampling melalui survei daring. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik Hayes’ simple mediation model menggunakan PROCESS versi 4.2 pada SPSS v20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan tidak langsung yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan yang memberdayakan dengan komitmen afektif melalui job crafting. Namun, kepemimpinan yang memberdayakan masih dapat memprediksi komitmen afektif secara signifikan ketika job crafting dikontrol. Dengan demikian, job crafting secara parsial memediasi hubungan antara kepemimpinan yang memberdayakan dan komitmen afektif. Hasil ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi perusahaan untuk mengadopsi gaya kepemimpinan yang memberdayakan yang sesuai dengan karakteristik Generasi Z untuk dapat meningkatkan perilaku job crafting dan komitmen afektif mereka.

Generation Z employees are often seen as not having high organizational commitment. However, job crafting behavior has been shown to increase employee affective commitment to the organization. Using the framework of job characteristic model, this study aims to examine and prove the role of job crafting as a mediator in the relationship between empowering leadership and affective commitment to the organization. Research participants are employees in private and state-owned companies in Indonesia with a minimum of 1 year working under their direct leader (N = 133). Data collection was done using convenience techniques and snowball sampling through online surveys. Data were analyzed using Hayes' simple mediation model technique using PROCESS version 4.2 on SPSS v20. The results showed that there is a significant indirect relationship between empowering leadership and affective commitment through job crafting. However, empowering leadership still significantly predicts affective commitment when job crafting is controlled. Thus, job crafting partially mediates the relationship between empowering leadership and affective commitment. The results of this study can be a reference for companies to adopt an empowering leadership style that is compatible with the characteristics of Generation Z in order to improve their job crafting behavior and affective commitment."

"Semenjak diundangkannya Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2020 tentang Cipta Kerja, muncul ketentuan-ketentuan baru yang belum diatur sebelumnya. Salah satu ketentuan baru tersebut adalah mengenai hak atas tanah pada ruang atas dan ruang bawah tanah. Tesis ini akan membahas mengenai bagaimana implementasi dari ketentuan baru tersebut dan bagaimana peran dan tanggung jawab notaris dan pejabat pembuat akta tanah terhadap ketentuan baru tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode yuridis normatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ketentuan baru ini masih belum dapat diimplementasikan secara sempurna karena masih diperlukan penyesuaian peraturan perundang-undangan yang sudah ada dan juga Notaris dan PPAT memiliki peran yang penting berkaitan dengan hak atas tanah pada ruang atas tanah dan ruang bawah tanah namun beberapa peraturan saat ini masih belum memadai sehingga diperlukan perubahan peraturan.

Ever since the promulgation of the Law Number 11 of 2020 regarding Job Creation, there are new provisions that have never regulated before. One of the new provisions regarding land rights on underground space and overground space. This thesis is about how those new regulations can be implemented and how the notary and the official certifier of title deeds involved and what is their responsibilities. This research conducted using the normative method. Based on the result of this research, the new provisions regarding land rights on underground space and overground space for the time being can’t be properly implemented. If the new provisions about to be implemented, there are a few regulations that needed to be amended. The regulations concerning Notary and Official certifier of title deeds also needed to be amended to accommodate the new provisions regarding underground space and overground space"

"Dalam kondisi pandemi COVID-19, kebosanan kerja pada karyawan milenial merupakan hal yang sering terjadi. Kebosanan kerja dapat menimbulkan menurunnya kinerja kerja dan juga komitmen karyawan kepada perusahaan menurun. Hal tersebut tentunya akan berdampak kepada kinerja perusahaan dan kinerja karyawan. Tetapi, peneliti berargumentasi bahwa kebosanan kerja pada karyawan milenial dapat berkurang jika karyawan milenial memiliki tingkat kepribadian proaktif dan job crafting yang tinggi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memberikan gambaran peran job crafting sebagai mediator hubungan antara kepribadian proaktif dengan kebosanan kerja pada karyawan milenial di masa pandemi. Untuk memenuhi tujuan ini, peneliti menggunakan 3 alat ukur, yaitu Proactive Personality Scale (PPS) untuk mengukur kepribadian proaktif, Job Crafting Scale (JBS) untuk mengukur job crafting, dan Dutch Boredom Scale (DUBS) untuk mengukur kebosanan kerja. Penelilian ini menggunakan analisis regresi terhadap 177 partisipan. Data dianalisis menggunakan PROCESS macro Hayes pada SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa job crafting dapat memediasi penuh hubungan antara kepribadian proaktif dan kebosanan kerja pada karyawan milenial di masa pandemi. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa semakin tinggi kepribadian proaktif dan job crafting maka semakin rendah kebosanan kerja pada karyawan milenial di masa pandemi.

During pandemic covid-19, boredom at work on millennial employees frequently happens. Work boredom can lead to decreased work performance and also decreased employee commitment to the company. This will certainly have an impact on company performance and employee career paths. We assume that work boredom on millennial employees will decrease if they have a high level of proactive personality and job crafting. This study was conducted to provide an overview of the role of job crafting as a mediator of the relationship between proactive personality and work boredom on millennial employees during the pandemic. To fulfill this objective, the researcher using 3 measuring instruments, namely Proactive Personality Scale (PPS) to measure proactive personality, Job Crafting Scale (JBS) to measure job crafting, and Dutch Boredom Scale (DUBS) to measure boredom. This study using regression analysis of 177 participants. Data were analyzed using Hayes’s PROCESS macro on SPSS. The results show that job crafting can fully mediate the relationship between proactive personality and work boredom in millennial employees during the pandemic. This shows that the higher the proactive personality and job crafting, the lower the work boredom for millennial employees during the pandemic."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tuntutan pekerjaan terhadap kesejahteraan komandan peleton melalui peran moderasi kreasi kerja pada danton yang berdinas di wilayah perbatasan dan pulau terluar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional study. Responden penelitian ini adalah 97 orang komandan peleton yang bertugas di wilayah perbatasan dan pulau terluar. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah metode non-random sampling dengan cara convenience/accidental sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner daring dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi dengan program Macro Process Hayess model 1 simpel moderator. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, kreasi kerja yang tinggi menghilangkan efek negatif dari tuntutan kerja terhadap kesejahteraan komandan peleton yang menjadi sangat berkurang atau hampir hilang (b=-0.09, p>0.05). Kreasi kerja yang dilakukan komandan peleton dapat meringankan tuntutan kerja yang mengarahkan pada peningkatam kesejahteraannya. Implikasi dari penelitian ini, dapat dimanfaatkan oleh organisasi TNI AD dalam mengembangkan berbagai program dan pelatihan, terutama dalam peningkatan perilaku kreasi kerja pada komandan peleton.

The study aims to investigate moderating effect of job creation in the relationship between job demands and well-being of platoon commanders who serve in national borderlands and outer islands. The research applied quantitative approach with cross-sectional study design. 97 platoon commanders who recently serving in national borderlands and outer islands of Indonesia were involved as respondent of the research. The study implemented non-random sampling method by means of convenience/ accidental sampling. Data collection was carried out using an online questionnaire and analyzed by regression analysis with Macro Process by Hayes Model 1 simple moderator. The result indicate that high job crafting eliminates the negative effect of job demands and well-being of Platoon Commanders which is greatly reduced or almost lost (B=-0.09, p>0.05). Job crafting behavior carried out by the Platoon Commanders proved to ease soldier’s job demands that lead to the improvement of well-being. Implications of this research may benefit Indonesian Army organization in developing various programs and trainings, especially in improving job crafting behavior for Platoon Commanders."

"Dengan berlakunya Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2020 tentang Cipta Kerja, beberapa peraturan yang ada telah diubah termasuk Undang-Undang Nomor 40 Tahun 2007, dimana sekarang definisi Perseroan Terbatas diubah dan konsep Single Member Limited Liability Company atau Perseroan Perorangan diperkenalkan. Oleh karena itu, timbul beberapa permasalahan diantaranya sekarang Perseroan Terbatas kini dapat didirikan oleh satu orang, yang mengarah pada kemungkinan perubahan organ perusahaan dan peran ganda antara pendiri Single Member LLC, yang merupakan pemegang saham tunggal bertindak sebagai direktur tunggal. Selain itu, ditemukan persoalan lain adalah peran dan kewajiban yang dibebankan kepada pemegang saham tunggal yang merangkap jabatan sebagai direktur tunggal, proses pengambilan keputusan, dan dimana kedua organ perusahaan tersebut melakukan perbuatan melawan hukum yang mengakibatkan tidak adanya kedua organ perusahaan tersebut. Dengan menerapkan pendekatan yuridis-normatif, tesis ini akan mengkaji peraturan-peraturan yang mengatur tentang Single Member LLC di Indonesia, Singapura, Hong Kong, dan Australia. Berdasarkan penelitian, tesis ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa masih terdapat kekurangan ketentuan yang jelas mengatur tentang rangkap jabatan antara pemegang saham tunggal dan direktur tunggal dalam Undang-Undang Perseroan Terbatas di Indonesia serta peran dan kewajibannya untuk menjalankan dua organ perusahaan sekaligus. Selain itu, masih adanya keterbatasan informasi yang mengatur mengenai organ perusahaan Single Member LLC dan masih belum ada regulasi yang jelas yang mengatur terkait masalah ketidakhadiran pemegang saham tunggal dan direktur tunggal karena perbuatan melawan hukum. Dari hal yang dapat kita pelajari dari Singapura, Hong Kong, dan Australia adalah negara-negara tersebut mengatur dengan jelas ketentuan tentang peran ganda antara pemegang saham tunggal dan direktur tunggal dan langkah hukum yang dapat diambil oleh Perseroan ketika terjadinya ketidakhadiran direktur dalam menjalankan jabatannya.

With the enactment of Law Number 11 Year 2020 concerning Job Creation, several existing regulations have been amended including Law Number 40 Year 2007, in which now the definition of Limited Liability Company was changed and the concept of Single Member Limited Liability Company or Perseroan Perorangan was introduced. In consequence, several issues has arised including now the Limited Liability can now be established by one person, leading to the possibility of the changes of the company organs and the double role between the the founder of the single member LLC, which is the sole shareholder can also act as the sole director. Moreover, another issue that is found is the role and obligation imposed on the sole shareholder who also serves as the sole director, the decision-making process within the two company organs, and where both company organs are conducting unlawful act resulting in the absence of the two company organs. By implementing juridical-normative approach, this thesis will examine the regulations governing the single member LLC in Indonesia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Australia. Based on the research, this thesis can conclude that there is still a lack of clear provision that governs the dual role between the concurrent position of the sole shareholder and sole director in Indonesia’s company law and its role and obligation to perform two company organs at all once. In addition, there is still also limited information that regulates regarding the company organs of the single member LLC. On the issues of the absence of the sole shareholder and the sole director due to conducting unlawful act, there is still no clear regulation that governs in this matter. From what we can learn from Singapore, Hong Kong, and Australia is that these countries clearly regulate the double role between the sole shareholder and the sole director and on what steps should be taken when there is an absence of director from carrying out their duty."

"Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh proactive personality dan career adaptability dalam memprediksi in-role performance melalui job crafting dan work engagement. Hipotesis yang diusulkan bahwa karyawan yang memiliki kepribadian proaktif dan kemampuan beradaptasi karir kemungkinan besar akan merancang pekerjaan mereka untuk tetap terlibat dan meningkatkan kinerja mereka. Temuan dari studi sebelumnya telah diintegrasikan ke dalam model keseluruhan yang dapat digunakan untuk mengembangkan keterlibatan kerja serta meningkatkan kinerja peran di tempat kerja saat ini. Data dikumpulkan dari 180 karyawan generasi milenial yang bekerja di berbagai industri. Hasil dari penelitian menemukan bahwa karyawan yang memiliki proactive personality dan career adaptability dapat merancang pekerjaan mereka sehingga sehingga meningkatkan work engagement dan in-role performance. Hasil dari penelitian mendukung hipotesis yang diusulkan. Namun, hubungan career adaptability dan work engagement dimediasi penuh oleh job crafting sehingga hubungan langsung antara career adaptability dan work engagement tidak signifikan.

This paper aims to investigate whether proactive personality and career adaptability could predict work engagement and in-role performance through job crafting behaviours and analyzed their effect using PLS SEM. The study hypothesised that employees who have a proactive personality and career adaptability would be most likely to design their jobs to stay engaged and improve their performance. Findings from previous studies have been integrated into an overall model that can be used to develop work engagement as well as advance the in-role performance in today’s workplace. Data were collected among 180 of employees belonging to the millennial generation working in various organisations. The results found that employees having proactive personality and adaptability in their career were most likely to craft their job, and in turn, was predictive of the work engagement and their performance as well. Most of the results indicated support for the hypotheses. Job crafting was found to be mediating the career adaptability and work engagement relationship fully. However, the direct relationship between career adaptability and work engagement is not significant.

"Innovation is needed to preserve local culinary clover as a culinary ingredient which becomes one of the elements of the tourist attraction. With the momentum of healthy lifestyle trend in Surabaya, a beverage product is created from local ingredient in surabaya. A clover known in Latin as Marsilea Crenata is usually used as a Pecel Semanggi. Marsilea Crenata is known as herbal medicine. It used to cure sore throat, sprue, and fever. It contains high isoflavones. The herbal drink is created by producing clover powder through the stages of drying using dehydrator. The herbal beverage is produced through experimental stages with dry mix and crystallization method. Sensory test is used to discover about the taste, aroma, color, and texture of the herbal drink. They are acceptable and 53.3% of panelists like it. Nutrition test is conducted in Balai Riset dan Standardisasi Industri Surabaya to discover the nutrition facts of the herbal drink. The herbal drink contains of 20,62% ash, 7,31% sugar, 1,16% protein, 6,15% carbohydrate, and energy 38,96 kcal/100 g. In further research other methods can be used such as vacuum drying or freeze drying so that the vitamin content is keep remain. The clover leaf utilization can be optimized by producing an instant herbal drink water clover. Thus teh Kampung Semanggi as one of tourist destinations deserves to receive more attention, particularly from the government."

Generasi milenial dikenal memiliki keterlibatan kerja yang rendah. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkannya dengan kemandirian kerja yang diperantarai perilaku kreasi kerja. Penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa kreasi kerja memediasi kemandirian kerja dan keterlibatan kerja. Variabel pada penelitian ini diukur menggunakan alat ukur Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES), Work Design Questionaire (WDQ-9), dan Job Crafting Scale (JCS). Penelitian dengan desain korelasional dan cross-sectional ini menggunakan metode analisis model mediasi sederhana dari Hayes. Partisipan sebesar 255 orang merupakan karyawan berusia 21-36 tahun. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kreasi kerja dapat memediasi secara signifikan kemandirian kerja dan keterlibatan kerja karyawan milenial (r = 0.23, p<0.01).

ABSTRACT
Millenials are known to have low work engagement. One way to improve it is with job autonomy which is mediated by job crafting behavior. Previous studies have shown that job crafting mediates job autonomy and work engagement. The variables in this study were measured using the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES), Work Design Questionnaire (WDQ-9), and Job Crafting Scale (JCS). This correlational and cross-sectional research used a simple mediation model analysis method from Hayes. The number of participants was 255 employees aged 21-36 years. The results of this study indicate that job crafting significantly mediated job autonomy and work engagement of millennial employees (r = 0.23, p <0.01)."

"Pemerintah desa memiliki peran yang sangat vital dalam proses pembangunan nasional karena dari lingkup desa pembangunan dapat dimulai. Untuk mendukung pembangunan desa, maka desa diberikan kewenangan untuk mendirikan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes). BUMDes sebagai badan usaha dilingkungan desa diharapkan dapat meningkatkan perekonomian desa dan mensejahterakan masyarakat desa. Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa (UU Desa) tidak menyebutkan secara tegas bentuk badan usaha dari BUMDes sehingga menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan mengenai bentuk badan usaha dan pendirian BUMDes di desa-desa tak terkecuali dialami oleh BUMDes Cipayung yang didirikan oleh Pemerintah Desa Cipayung. Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2020 tentang Cipta Kerja (UU Cipta Kerja) merubah beberapa pasal dalam UU Desa diantaranya mengenai BUMDes. Dalam UU Cipta Kerja disebutkan secata tegas BUMDes sebagai badan hukum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui status keuangan BUMDes berdasarkan hukum keuangan publik dan mengetahui status BUMDes Cipayung berdasarkan UU Desa serta implikasi atas berlakunya UU Cipta Kerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu yuridis normatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder. Berdasarkan data yang di peroleh dan di analisa dapat disimpulkan status keuangan BUMDes termasuk ke dalam hukum keuangan publik yang terpisah dari keuangan pemerintah desa dan dengan berlakunya UU Cipta Kerja maka BUMDes sebagai badan hukum telah diakui secara resmi oleh peraturan perundang-undangan.

The village government has a very vital role in the national development process because, from the scope of the village, development can be started. To support village development, villages are given the authority to establish Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). BUMDes as a business entity in the village environment is expected to improve the village economy and prosper the village community. Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages (Village Law) that does not explicitly state the form of business entity from BUMDes causing various problems regarding the form of business entities and the establishment of BUMDes in villages, including the Cipayung BUMDes which was established by the Village Government of Cipayung. Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation (Job Creation Law) changes several articles in the Village Law, including those regarding BUMDes. In the Job Creation Law, it is clearly stated that BUMDes is a legal entity. This study aims to determine the financial status of BUMDes based on public finance law and determine the status of Cipayung BUMDes based on the Village Law and the implications of the enactment of the Job Creation Law. The research method used is a normative juridical method using secondary data. Based on the data obtained and analyzed, it can be concluded that the financial status of BUMDes is included in public finances that is separate from village government finances, and with the enactment of the Job Creation Law, BUMDes as a legal entity has been officially recognized by rules of laws."
