"Disertasi ini mengeksplorasi praktik digital ibu stay-at-home yang menciptakan performa identitas di media sosial, seperti contohnya dalam praktik sharenting di Instagram, dalam kerangka mengkaji dinamika konstruksi identitas di ruang digital terkait kompleksitas identifikasi perempuan sebagai ibu. Secara historis identitas ibu stay-at-home merujuk kepada peran domestik ibu tradisional dan subjektivitas perempuan kelas menengah urban sebagai ibu kontemporer yang memiliki pergumulan transisi menjadi ibu yang dilematis, konflik identitas diri perempuan, dan ambivalensi pengasuhan. Dengan pendekatan teori performativitas terhadap konstruksi identitas dalam praktik keseharian, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perubahan normativitas peran gender dan keragaman performativitas ibu yang diciptakan oleh praktik komunikatif di ruang digital dalam konteks pengasuhan sebagai praktik budaya dan situasi perempuan di Indonesia. Dalam kerangka teoritis tersebut penelitian ini membangun model konstruksi identitas ibu kontemporer yang memaknai ulang norma konvensional tentang ranah domestik dan mendefinisikan ulang konsep identifikasi dari formasi identitas yang cenderung statis kepada performa identitas yang dinamis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan etnografi digital tentang subkultur ibu digital di Instagram yang disebut “Instamom” yang terdiri dari subjek ibu milenial kelas menengah urban. Secara metodologis ranah kehidupan personal perempuan dan praktik digital tiap subjek dalam penelitian ini merupakan kasus individual dalam budaya konvergensi di media sosial. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa praktik digital keseharian ibu milenial tersebut mengakselerasi transisi menjadi ibu yang transformatif dan menciptakan performa subjek femininitas keibuan kontemporer yang menegosiasikan peran ibu tradisional. Subjektivitas perempuan yang mengkomodifikasi identitas ibu melalui konstruksi identitas diri ibu berjejaring pada akun Instagram menghasilkan beragam pencapaian performa ibu digital yang mengkontekstualisasikan peran strategis ibu di era neoliberlisme. Hasil penelitian tersebut mengimplikasikan bahwa identitas ibu secara normatif terkait gender tidak sepenuhnya berlaku di ruang digital, karena pada saat yang sama performa ibu digital mengkonstruksi subjektivitas dalam konfigurasi femininitas keibuan yang baru.

This dissertation explores the digital practices of stay-at-home mothers who create identity performance on social media, for example in the practice of sharenting on Instagram, in order to examine the dynamics of identity construction in the digital space related to the complexity of women's identification as mothers. Historically, the identity of stay-at-home mothers refers to the traditional domestic role of mothers and the subjectivity of urban middle-class women as contemporary mothers who have struggles with the transition to motherhood, contested identities, and ambivalence in parenting. With a performativity theory approach to identity construction in everyday life’s practices, this research aims to analyze the changing normativity of gender roles and the diversity of maternal performativity created by communicative practices in digital spaces in the context of parenting as a cultural practice and women’s situatedness in Indonesia. Within this theoretical framework, this research builds a model of contemporary maternal identity construction that reinterprets conventional norms about the domestic sphere and redefines the concept of identification from identity formation that tends to be static to dynamic identity performance. This research uses a digital ethnography approach on the digital mother subculture on Instagram called "Instamom" which consists of urban middle-class millennial mother subjects. Methodologically, the realm of women's personal lives and digital practices of each subject in this study is an individual case in a convergence culture on social media. This study found that the millennial mothers' everyday digital practices accelerate the transition to transformative motherhood and create a performance of contemporary maternal subject that negotiates traditional motherhood. Women's subjectivities that commodify maternal identities through the construction of networked maternal self-identities on Instagram accounts produce a variety of digital performativity accomplisments that contextualize the strategic role of mothers in the era of neoliberalism. The results of the study imply that normative gender-related maternal identities do not fully apply in the digital space, because at the same time digital mother performance constructs subjectivity in a new configuration of maternal femininity.

"ABSTRAK
Skripsi ini membahas tentang kelayakan Facebook sebagai penyedia identitas media sosial online digital untuk otentikasi ke dalam aplikasi elektronik permainan ketangkasan PUBG Mobile. Di Indonesia, identitas digital sudah diakui dalam bentuk tanda tangan sertifikat elektronik dan sertifikat elektronik diatur dalam UU No. berumur 11 tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (UU ITE), dan e-KTP yang diatur dalam di bawah UU no. 23 Tahun 2006 tentang Administrasi Kependudukan dengan amandemen UU no. 24 Tahun 2013. Namun, di Indonesia belum ada pengaturan dasar dan pedoman mengenai tingkat kepercayaan (assurance level) dari sebuah identitas digital. Itu hanya dapat ditemukan di pengaturan dan pedoman internasional, seperti yang berasal dari Uni Eropa dan Amerika. Penelitian ini menggunakan
metode penelitian yuridis normatif, yaitu dengan menelaah norma-norma hukum yang terkandung dalam peraturan perundang-undangan, serta meneliti bahan pustaka. Dalam skrip ini juga akan dibahas mengenai regulasi dan pedoman identitas digital yang dapat digunakan untuk menganalisis kelayakan Facebook sebagai penyedia identitas digital. Penulis menemukan bahwa Facebook sebagai media sosial online memiliki kemampuan untuk menjadi penyedia identitas digital dengan tingkat kepercayaan terendah (level 1) dan hanya cocok untuk layanan yang tidak sensitif seperti otentikasi login login untuk bermain ke dalam permainan ketangkasan. Namun, Facebook tidak memiliki tingkat kepercayaan yang cukup untuk digunakan sebagai identitas digital dalam transaksi elektronik.
ABSTRACT
This thesis discusses the feasibility of Facebook as a provider of digital online social media identity for authentication into the PUBG Mobile agility game electronic application. In Indonesia, digital identity has been recognized in the form of electronic certificate signatures and electronic certificates are regulated in Law no. age 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions (UU ITE), and e-KTP which is regulated under Law no. 23 of 2006 concerning Population Administration with amendments to Law no. 24 of 2013. However, in Indonesia there are no basic regulations and guidelines regarding the assurance level of a digital identity. It can only be found in international regulations and guidelines, such as those from the European Union and America. This research uses normative juridical research method, namely by examining the legal norms contained in the legislation, as well as researching library materials. This script will also discuss digital identity regulations and guidelines that can be used to analyze the feasibility of Facebook as a digital identity provider. The authors found that Facebook as an online social media has the ability to become a digital identity provider with the lowest level of trust (level 1) and is only suitable for non-sensitive services such as login authentication to play into agility games. However, Facebook does not have a sufficient level of trust to be used as a digital identity in electronic transactions."

"Masalah kesejahteraan hidup merupakan fenomena yang sering terjadi pada kehidupan ibu pekerja akibat adanya peran yang berlebih. Sumber dan bentuk dukungan sosial merupakan faktor penting bagi ibu pekerja untuk mencapai kesejahteraan subjektif dan psikologis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi hubungan sumber dan bentuk dukungan sosial dengan kesejahteraan subjektif dan psikologis pada ibu pekerja.
Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan rancangan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel adalah 374 orang. Pengambilan sampel dengan metode cluster random sampling pada ibu pekerja di wilayah Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Variabel dianalisis dengan korelasi Pearson.
Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara sumber dan bentuk dukungan sosial dengan kesejahteraan ibu pekerja (p value 0,000). Selain itu didapatkan variabel orang yang tinggal serumah sebagai faktor yang paling berhubungan dengan kesejahteraan subjektif dan tingkat pendidikan sebagai faktor yang paling berhubungan dengan kesejahteraan psikologis.
Penelitian ini merekomendasikan kepada pelayanan keperawatan jiwa masyarakat maupun perusahaan yang mempekerjakan ibu rumah tangga untuk menyediakan pelayanan kesehatan jiwa dalam membantu ibu pekerja mencapai kesejahteraan subjektif dan psikologis.

Well-being issue is a problem in working mother that cause by overload role in their life. Source and type of social support is an important factor for working mother to achieve subjective and psychological well-being. The purpose of this research was to identify correlation between source and type of social support with subjective and psychological well-being in working mother.
This study used cross sectional design. 374 working mothers was recruited by cluster random sampling. Variables were analyzed by Pearson correlation test.
The result of this research showed that source and type of social support have significant correlation with subjective and psychological well-being (p value 0,000). This research also found that variable people live at home as the most associated factor with subjective well-being and education as the most associated factor with psychological well-being.
This research recommends to community mental health nursing and companies that employ women especially working mother to provide mental health service to help them achieve their subjective and psychological well-being.

Skripsi ini membahas mengenai kewajiban hukum penyelenggara sistem electronic untuk menjaga sistemnya dari fake account. Secara Internasional, Baru Uni Eropa dan beberapa negara bagian di Amerika Serikat yang menaruh perhatiannya kepada manajemen identitas digital, dan membuat hukum yang mengaturnya. Padahal, pengaturan ini sangatlah penting dalam berbagai sektor terutama dalam sektor e-commerce, dan tidak terkecuali juga dalam sektor jejaring sosial. Di Indonesia sendiri, belum dibuat peraturan yang membahas mengenai manajemen identitas digital, apalagi peraturan terspesifik perihal fake account. Dalam skripsi ini akan dibahas beberapa asas yang berlaku dalam pertanggungjawaban hukum suatu penyelenggara sistem elektronik dan penyelenggara identitas, dan hukum apa yang dapat ditarik untuk menjadi tanggung jawab penyelenggara sistem elektronik terhadap fake account. Untuk menjadikan diskusi dalam skripsi ini lebih konkrit, akan dianalisa pula bagaimana Facebook dan Google telah memenuhi kewajibannya sebagai penyelenggara sistem elektronik dan identitas digital.

ABSTRACT
This final assignment discusses about the legal obligation of electronic system provider from fake account. From the intenational perspective, only European Union and several states in America that puts their attention on digital identity management, so far to make regulations of it. Even though, these kinds of regulation is very significant, in particular on e-commerce sector, but not excluding social networking sector. While in Indonesia, there has yet to be any specific regulation to rule about identity management, leave alone about fake account. In this final assignment, it will be discussed upon several principles that may be applied on electronic service provider and identity providers legal responsibility, and what laws might be streched to rule over system profiders responsibility towards fake account. To make the discussion in the essay more concrete, will also be analyzed upon how Facebook and Google had fulfilled their obligation as electronic system and digital identity provider."

Identitas-identitas yang dibentuk pada media sosial Ask.Fm juga menghadirkan identitas SelebAsk sebagai sosok pengguna yang mempunyai pengaruh yang besar pada media sosial Ask.Fm. Pengaruh ini dijabarkan dalam kekuasaan dan agency yang direfleksikan dengan berbagai bentuk.

Identity on social media is becoming one of the main interests on studying communication and interaction on today?s society. The aim of this study is to explain the identity construction on Ask.Fm as a question-and-answer based social media through an analysis of profile picture, language, content of anwers, friendship circle, and interests. Identities constructed on Ask.Fm is also bring out an identity called SelebAsk (Ask.Fm Celebrity), as an user with huge influence throughout the social media. "Digitalisasi dalam bidang pemasaran memberikan dampak terhadap berbagai bentuk badan usaha, termasuk Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Penggunaan iklan dalam platform media sosial Facebook merupakan salah satu upaya pemasaran yang lazim dilakukan oleh UMKM di Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor apa saja yang mendorong UMKM dalam menggunakan iklan Facebook, sekaligus melihat dampaknya terhadap performa bisnis. Penelitian ini membangun model teoretis dengan menggunakan  Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) dan divalidasi menggunakan studi empiris melalui survey kepada 250 pemilik atau pemegang keputusan strategis UMKM di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan SEM-PLS. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung dan signifikan antara faktor compatibility, social influence, dan perceived ease of use dengan perilaku penggunaan iklan Facebook, tetapi tidak ditemukan adanya pengaruh dari faktorcost, facilitating conditions, dan perceived usefulness terhadap perilaku penggunaan iklan Facebook. Faktor perceived financial resource availability dikonfirmasi dapat memberikan efek moderasi yang signifikan pada hubungan antara penggunaan iklan Facebook dengan performa bisnis. Secara umum penggunaan iklan Facebook tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap performa bisnis, terutama pada dimensi laba (profitability) dan efisiensi (efficiency), tetapi ditemukan efek positif dan signifikan pada beberapa indikator pendukung performa bisnis itu sendiri, seperti pertumbuhan (growth), tujuan pribadi pemilik badan usaha (owner’s personal goals), dan reputasi (reputation).

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are among the types of business entities that are impacted by digitalization in the marketing industry. One of the most popular marketing strategies used by MSMEs in Indonesia is the usage of Facebook advertising. The goal of this study is to discover the aspects that motivate MSMEs to utilize Facebook ads and to evaluate the effects of those elements on company performance. The Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) is used in this study to create a theoretical model, which is then supported by an empirical study based on a survey of 250 MSME’s owners or strategic decisionmakers in Indonesia. SEM-PLS was used to examine the study's findings. This study demonstrates that the elements of compatibility, social influence, and perceived ease of use have a direct and significant impact on the behavior of utilizing Facebook advertisements, whereas the factors of cost, facilitating conditions, and perceived usefulness have no such impact. According to research, there is a strong moderating influence between the use of Facebook advertising and performance due to the perceived financial resource availability factor. Facebook advertising generally has no impact on business performance, particularly in terms of profitability, efficiency, and business owner’s personal goals, but it does have a positive and significant impact on a number of factors that support the performance of the business itself, such as MSME’s growth and  reputation."

Pesatnya pertumbuhan media sosial membawa banyak perubahan. Dengan
karakternya yang berbeda dengan media lama, media sosial membuka banyak
kemungkinan, termasuk bagi representasi identitas lokal. Seperti komunitas
Banyumas, mereka menjadikan media sosial sebagai ruang baru untuk
menunjukkan identitasnya. Sebuah pertanyaan mengemuka, apakah kehadiran
media sosial yang berkarakter global akan melemahkan identitas lokal, atau
sebaliknya justru memperkuatnya.Penelitian ini mencoba melihat transformasi
identitas komunitas Banyumas dari ranah offline ke online, dengan melihat
bagaimana realitas kontemporer praktik kebahasaan orang Banyumas dalam
kehidupan sehari-hari dan di media sosial. Pengamatan praktik kebahasaan di
media sosial dikhususkan pada pesan-pesan terpilih di blog, Twitter, dan
Facebook. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan teori Pierre Bourdieu yang
melihat identitas sebagai sebuah kontestasi dalam sebuah ranah dinamis. Hasil
penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakter dasar orang Banyumas seperti cablaka,
penjorangan, dan dopokan, tergambar kuat dalam berbagai pesan di media sosial.
Uniknya, pesan-pesan ini banyak yang ditampilkan secara kreatif, sebagai bentuk
adaptasi karakter media sosial. Sebagai sebuah kontestasi, representasi identitas
lokal dipengaruhi oleh relasi antara ranah, habitus, dan modal. Ranah
menunjukkan setting media sosial itu sendiri. Sedangkan habitus ditunjukkan oleh
kecenderungan yang berbeda di antara para pengguna Banyumas dengan latar
belakang yang beragam. Sementara modal, ditandai kepemilikan modal yang
berbeda, baik yang berupa modal sosial, budaya, simbolik, maupun modal
ekonomi. Secara teoritis, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan perbedaan nilai dan
kekuatan modal, antara realitas offline dan online. Jika di ranah online, modal
ekonomi menjadi dominan perannya, maka di ranah online, modal simbolik lebih
berperan. Secara praktis, hasil penelitan ini menumbuhkan optimisme bahwa
identitas lokal akan terus bertahan, bahkan menguat, di era media sosial.;

with the old one, social media opens many possibilities, including the
representation of local identity. For instance, Banyumas community uses social
media as a new space to show their identity. A question arose whether the
presence of social media which has global character may weaken or strengthen
their local identities instead. This study tries to figure out the transformation of
identity of Banyumas community from offline to online field, by paying more
attention on how the contemporary reality of Banyumas people‟s linguistic
practices in their daily life and in social media is. The Observation on linguistic
practices in social media particularly focuses on the selected messages available in
blogs, Twitter, and Facebook. The analyses were conducted using Pierre Bourdieu
theories that viewed identity as a contestation within a dynamic field. The results
showed that the basic characters of the Banyumas people, such as cablaka,
penjorangan, and dopokan, were strongly reflected in various messages available
in social media. These messages were uniquely displayed in creative ways, as
forms of character adaptation in social media. As contestation, the representation
of local identity was influenced by the relationship between field, habitus, and
capitals. Field showed the setting of social media itself. Habitus were shown by
the different tendencies among users of Banyumas with different backgrounds.
Capitals were marked by the possession of different capitals, either in the form of
social, cultural, symbolic, or economic capital. Theoretically, the results of this
study showed differences in values and capital powers, between offline and online
reality. If in online field, the economic capital had the dominant roles, the
symbolic capital had more roles. Practically, the results of this study grow
optimism that local identity will surely survive and even be stronger in the era of
