"Perkembangan teknologi memberikan dampak positif terutama dalam industri keuangan, terbukti transaksi
keuangan semakin bergeser ke arah digital. Banyak perusahaan menciptakan dompet digital atau bank digital
sebagai solusi keuangan. Dengan kondisi 48% masyarakat Indonesia tidak memiliki rekening bank padahal tingkat
penetrasi pengguna smartphone sudah di angka 67,88% menjadi peluang kolaborasi bagi Bank Jago dan Gojek
untuk meningkatkan inklusi keuangan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengalaman
pengguna terhadap intensi penggunaan dari fitur hasil kolaborasi Bank Jago dan Gojek yang ditinjau dengan
diffusion of innovation theory dan brand alliances. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan mixed-method, pendekatan
kualitatif dengan grounded theory dan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan PLS-SEM pada 431 responden. Pengalaman
pengguna yang berhasil diidentifikasi pada tahap kualitatif adalah integration, design, flexibility, efficiency, dan
financial benefit. Pada tahap kuantitatif diperoleh intention to use dipengaruhi perceived compatibility, perceived
relative advantages, attitude toward alliances, dan brand trust. Adapun perceived compatibility dipengaruhi
efficiency dan financial benefit, sedangkan perceived relative advantages dipengaruhi integration, flexibility,
efficiency, dan financial benefit. Penelitian ini dapat menambah pengetahuan terkait inovasi kolaborasi produk
digital dan dapat dikembangkan pada penelitian selanjutnya. Penelitian ini bermanfaat bagi pengembang produk
digital terutama yang bergerak di bidang financial technology, masyarakat, dan pemerintah Indonesia dalam
menciptakan ekosistem keuangan yang lebih baik.

Gojek to enhance financial inclusion in Indonesia. This research was conducted to understand user experiences
and intentions regarding the collaborative features of Bank Jago and Gojek, using the diffusion of innovation
theory and brand alliances as frameworks. The study employed a mixed-method approach, with qualitative analysis
using grounded theory and quantitative analysis using PLS-SEM on 431 respondents. User experiences identified
in the qualitative phase included integration, design, flexibility, efficiency, and financial benefits. In the
quantitative phase, it was found that intention to use is influenced by perceived compatibility, perceived relative
advantages, attitude toward alliances, and brand trust. Perceived compatibility is influenced by efficiency and
financial benefits, while perceived relative advantages are influenced by integration, flexibility, efficiency, and
financial benefits. This research contributes to the understanding of collaborative innovation in digital product
development and can be further expanded in future studies. Moreover, it provides valuable insights for digital
product developers, Indonesian society and government in creating a better financial ecosystem.

"Mobile wallet menjadi sebuah inovasi baru yang menghadirkan layanan finansial pada perangkat seluler, salah satunya pembayaran dengan metode kredit non kartu, yaitu paylater. Saat ini di Indonesia terdapat beberapa perusahaan dompet digital yang menyediakan fitur pembayaran paylater seperti Shopeepay, OVO, Go-pay, DANA, dan lain-lain. Baik manufaktur maupun financial service melakukan pengembangan inovasi teknologi bukan hanya untuk memberikan keuntungan bagi konsumennya saja, namun juga untuk memperluas ranah bisnis nya dan meraih konsumennya lebih efektif. Maka dari itu, penting untuk melihat ­proses yang berlangsung sebelum konsumen mengadopsi penggunaan paylater. Namun, dapat dikatakan bahwa terdapat banyak hambatan dalam pengadopsian layanan mobile payment. Salah satunya permasalahan keamanan. Penelitian ini akan masuk kedalam penelitian deskriptif menggunakan studi cross-sectional untuk menjawab pertanyaan penelitian. Penelitian ini akan mencoba memahami faktor yang mempengaruhi konsumen dalam mengadopsi penggunaan paylater di Indonesia menggunakan model yang diadopsi dari DOI dan memperoleh 211 jawaban responden.  Hasil yang ditemukan bahwa compatibility dan trialability terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap intention to use dalam penggunaan metode pembayaran paylater. Dan niat seseorang untuk merekomendasikan paylater dipengaruhi oleh relative advantage, compatibility, observability dan trialability.  Temuan hasil penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bahwa kemudahan dalam mencoba inovasi penting untuk mendukung proses adopsi teknologi.

Mobile wallet is an innovation that provides financial services on mobile devices, one of which is payment using a non-card credit method, namely paylater. Currently, there are several digital wallet companies in Indonesia that provide paylater payment features such as Shopeepay, OVO, Go-pay, and DANA. Both manufacturing and financial services develop technological innovations not only to provide benefits for their consumers, but also to expand their business realm and reach consumers more effectively. Therefore, it is important to see ­the process that takes place before consumers adopt the use of paylater. However, it can be said that there are many obstacles in the adoption of mobile payment services. For example, the security of the services. This research will be entered into a descriptive study using a cross-sectional study to answer research questions. This study tried to understand the factors that influence consumers in adopting the use of paylater in Indonesia using the model adopted from the DOI and obtained 211 respondents. The results found that compatibility and trialability were proven to have a positive influence on intention to use of the paylater payment method. And someone's intention to recommend a paylater is influenced by relative advantage, compatibility, observability and trialability. The findings of this study provide insight that the ease of trying innovations is important to support the technology adoption process."

"Mobile Banking adalah salah satu inovasi yang paling menjanjikan dewasa ini karena memberikan kepraktisan bagi bank dan nasabahnya. Mobile Banking merupakan fitur utama yang ditawarkan oleh Bank Jago yang merupakan sebuah bank digital. Bank Jago berhasil mengakuisisi dua juta pelanggan hanya dalam lima kuartal. Fenomena ini sangat menarik sehingga penulis membangun penelitian ini yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari Trust, Convenience, Social Influence, App Attributes, dan Customer Support terhadap Customer Experience beserta pengaruhnya terhadap Customer Loyalty dan Continue Usage Intention kepada pengguna m-banking Bank Jago. Sampel yang diteliti adalah pengguna m-banking Bank Jago yang berdomisili di Indonesia dan berusia antara 18-35 tahun. Data didapatkan dari 314 responden menggunakan non-probability convenience sampling yang dianalisis menggunakan metode structural equation modelling (SEM) dengan software SmartPLS 3.2.9. Hasil analisis menunjukkan Trust, Convenience, dan App Attributes berpengaruh positif terhadap Customer Experience. Sedangkan Social Influence dan Customer Support tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Customer Experience. Continue Usage Intention dipengaruhi paling besar oleh Customer Experience setelah itu diikuti oleh Customer Loyalty.

Mobile Banking is one of the most promising innovations today because it provides many benefits for banks and their customers. Mobile Banking is the main feature offered by Bank Jago which is a digital bank. Bank Jago succeed to acquire two million customers in just five quarters. This phenomenon is very interesting, so the authors built this study which aims to analyze the effect of Trust, Convenience, Social Influence, App Attributes, and Customer Support on Customer Experience and their effect on Customer Loyalty and Continue Usage Intention on Bank Jago m-banking users. In context of m-banking Bank Jago among millennials and Gen Z in Indonesia. Data gathered from 314 respondents using non-probability convenience sampling that is analyzed using structural equating modelling (SEM) using SmartPLS 3.2.9. Result shows app attributes has primary impact on customer experience of millennials and Gen Z users that is followed by convenience and trust. Moreover, customer experience has primary impact on continue usage intention and followed by customer loyalty."

"Perkembangan smartphone dan internet menghasilkan perubahan besar pada kebiasaan dan preferensi konsumen, yaitu dengan menggunakan media digital untuk berbagi informasi, berkomunikasi, berbelanja online dan menggunakan layanan baru berbasis internet. Bank Digital adalah model terbaru dari dunia perbankan yang tidak memiliki kantor cabang/fisik dimanapun dan dirancang untuk memberikan layanan perbankan melalui platform elektronik, sedangkan bank konvensional adalah sistem perbankan lama yang layanannya masih diberikan secara tatap muka melalui kantor cabang terdekat. Bank digital memiliki banyak manfaat dibandingkan dengan bank konvensional seperti: pendaftaran yang lebih mudah, 24 jam akses layanan, dll. Trust transfer theory digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengukur proses perpindahan trust dari dua objek yang saling berhubungan yaitu bank konvesional dan bank digital. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan valence framework dan innovation diffusion theory untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi intensi pengguna dalam menggunakan aplikasi bank digital. Secara keseluruhan, model penelitian ini terdiri dari 13 variabel: relative advantages, compatibility, observability, perceived ease of use, behavioral intention, perceived risk, activation cost, monetary cost, initial trust of digital banking, offline banking trust, reputation, consumer disposition to trust, dan trust to internet. Penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan metode covariance-based structural equation model (CB-SEM) dengan tools AMOS 22.0 menggunakan 370 data responden yang valid. Hasil analisis telah membuktikan bahwa offline banking trust mempengaruhi secara positif terhadap reputation; offline banking trust dan reputation memepengaruhi secara positif terhadap intial trust of digital banking; faktor trust to internet memoderasi hubungan antara offline banking trust dan initial trust of digital banking; initial trust of digital banking mempengaruhi secara negatif terhadap perceived risk; initial trust of digital banking mempengaruhi secara positif terhadap relative advantages; initial trust of digital banking, relative advantages, observability, dan compatibility mempengaruhi secara positif terhadap behavioral intention pengguna. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mengisi kekosongan penelitian terdahulu terkait konteks kepercayaan pada bank digital. Penelitian ini juga diharapkan dapat berkontribusi dan memberikan manfaat kepada industri perbankan di Indonesia dalam meningkatkan fitur yang kurang dan mengatur strategi sesuai dengan tujuan bisnis.

The development of smartphones and the internet has resulted in major changes in consumer habits and preferences, namely by using digital media to share information, communicate, shop online and use new internet-based services. Digital bank is the latest model of the banking world that doesn’t have any branch or physical office, which is designed to provide banking services through an electronic platform. Whereas, conventional banking is old banking system where services are provided face-to-face through the nearest branch office. Digital bank has many benefits compared to conventional bank such as easier registration, 24-hours services access, etc. Trust transfer theory is used in this research in order to measure the process of transferring trust between two interrelated objects, conventional banks and digital banks. This research also uses the valence framework and innovation diffusion theory to determine the factors that influence user intentions in using digital banking applications. Overall, this research model consists of 13 variables such as relative advantages, compatibility, observability, perceived ease of use, behavioral intention, perceived risk, activation cost, monetary cost, initial trust of digital banking, offline banking trust, reputation, consumer disposition to trust, and trust to the internet. This research was analyzed using the covariance- based structural equation model (CB SEM) method with AMOS 22.0 using 370 valid respondent data. The results of the analysis proven that offline banking trust has a positive effect on reputation; offline banking trust and reputation positively affect the initial trust of digital banking; the factor of trust to internet moderates the relationship between offline banking trust and initial trust of digital banking; initial trust of digital banking negatively affects perceived risk; initial trust of digital banking positively affects the relative advantages; initial trust of digital banking, relative advantages, observability, and compatibility positively affect the behavioral intention of users. This research is expected to fill the void or gap from the previous research related to the context of trust in the digital bank. Last but not least, this research is expected to contribute and provide benefits to the banking industry in Indonesia aim to improve the features that are still lacking and make strategies according to the business goals."

"Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, bank digital telah melakukan ekspansi besar-besaran untuk mendorong nasabah menyimpan dan mengelola asetnya secara digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor-faktor pengalaman konsumen seperti kegunaan, kenyamanan, keterlibatan karyawan-konsumen, keamanan, dan fitur terhadap intensi menggunakan kembali dan pengaruh kepuasan konsumen dalam memediasi hubungan keduanya. Survei dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 309 nasabah bank Jago. Selanjutnya, pemodelan persamaan struktural (SEM) digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis dan pengaruh mediasi kepuasan konsumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh faktor dari pengalaman konsumen memiliki pengaruh terhadap intensi penggunaan kembali. Sehingga, kepuasan konsumen memediasi sebagian hubungan pengalaman konsumen dan intensi penggunaan kembali. Kajian ini berkontribusi pada pembentukan keinginan nasabah untuk menggunakan kembali bank digital dan memberikan pengetahuan bagi para praktisi untuk mengembangkan bank dan strategi pengelolaan nasabah.

In recent years, digital banks have carried out massive expansions to encourage customers to save and manage their assets digitally. This study aimed to analyze the impact of customer experience factors such as usefulness, convenience, employeecustomer engagement, security, and feature on the intention to reuse and the influence of consumer satisfaction in mediating the relationship between consumer experience and intention to reuse. A survey was conducted using a questionnaire distributed to 309 Bank Jago’s customers. Furthermore, structural equation modelling (SEM) was used to test the hypotheses and the mediation effect of customer satisfaction. The results showed that all factors of customer experience are directly affected intention to reuse. Thus, consumer satisfaction partially mediated the relationship between consumer experience and intention to reuse. This study contributes to the formation of customers’ desire to reuse digital banks and provides knowledge for the practitioners to develop bank and customer management strategies."

"Dewasa ini, persaingan antar e-commerce di Indonesia berlangsung sangat ketat. Persaingan e-commerce Indonesia dilatarbelakangi oleh ambisinya untuk memiliki tingkat keterlibatan pengguna yang tinggi. Guna meningkatkan engagement dan mengupayakan tumbuhnya brand attitude pengguna yang positif, saat ini beberapa e-commerce di Indonesia telah menggunakan gamification sebagai bagian dari open innovation, termasuk Shopee. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gamification terhadap intention of engagement dan brand attitude. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis keterlibatan pengguna pada aktivitas gamification sebagai proses open innovation dibidang pemasaran. Metode penelitian adalah kuantitatif. Kuesioner disebarkan kepada 170 responden dan dianalisa menggunakan SEM-PLS. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dimensi perceived enjoyment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intention of engagement dan brand attitude. Dimensi perceived usefulness dan perceived social influence hanya berpengaruh pada brand attitude. Adapun perceived ease of use tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intention of engagement dan brand attitude. Pada konteks partisipasi pengguna dalam open innovation, kolaborasi antara pengguna dan Shopee tampaknya belum memiliki tingkat keterlibatan yang kuat. Pada dimensi protection, semua game yang dihadirkan di Shopee Games telah memenuhi unsur perlindungan atas kekayaan intelektual, yang mengindikasikan adanya unsur keunikan ideation sebagai bagian dari keberlangsungan praktik open innovation.

Nowadays, e-commerce in Indonesia faces an intense competition. The Indonesian e-commerce competition is motivated by its ambition to have a high level of user engagement. To increase engagement and strive for the growth of a positive user brand attitude, several e-commerce companies in Indonesia have used gamification as part of open innovation, including Shopee. This study aims to analyze the effect of gamification on the intention of engagement and brand attitude. This study also aims to analyze gamification as an open innovation process in the marketing sector. The research method is quantitative. The questionnaire was distributed to 170 respondents and analyzed using SEM-PLS. This study indicates that perceived enjoyment has a positive and significant effect on the intention of engagement and brand attitude. Perceived usefulness and perceived social influence only affect brand attitude. Meanwhile, perceived ease of use does not significantly affect intention of engagement and brand attitude. As for the context of the user's participation in open innovation, the collaboration between users and Shopee does not appear to be strong. In the protection dimension, all games presented at Shopee Games have fulfilled the intellectual property element, indicating the uniqueness of the ideation in the open innovation process."

"Penggunaan aplikasi pesan dan antar makanan melalui telepon seluler semakin meningkat di Indonesia. Terdapat dua perusahaan m-commerce di Indonesia yang berada dalam bisnis aplikasi pesan antar makanan, yaitu Gojek dan Grab, dengan layanan bernama GoFood dan GrabFood. Kedua aplikasi ini memiliki target pasar yang sama, ditambah dengan layanan yang ditawarkan dan fitur aplikasinya yang serupa. Maka dari itu, penting bagi perusahaan untuk memiliki daya saing yang baik. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui penilaian pengguna terhadap aplikasi dan indikator yang mempengaruhi pemilihan merek layanan. Terdapat lima aspek dengan empat belas indikator yang digunakan dalam pengukuran pemilihan merek. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner untuk pengguna GoFood dan GrabFood yang kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan uji statistik univariat, bivariat, multivariat dan analisis faktor. Dilanjutkan dengan regresi linear berganda untuk mengetahui prioritas peningkatan. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik didapatkan bahwa aspek yang mempengaruhi pilihan merek secara signifikan adalah aspek kualitas (mobile service quality). Berdasarkan hasil analisis faktor dan saran pengguna, hal yang perlu ditingkatkan aplikasi GoFood adalah promo, metode pembayaran, dan efisiensi. Untuk GrabFood keamanan, kemudahan penggunaan, dan penanganan komplain. Prioritas utama indikator yang perlu ditingkatkan GrabFood agar menyaingi GoFood adalah fulfillment dan trust. Penelitian ini diharapkan mampu membantu perusahaan dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan aplikasinya.
Mobile food ordering application usage is increasing in Indonesia. There are two m-commerce companies in Indonesia that offer food delivery applications service, namely Gojek and Grab, with services called GoFood and GrabFood. Both of these applications have the same target market, similar services and application features. Therefore, it is important for companies to have good competitiveness. This research was conducted to determine user experience of applications usage and indicators that influence service brand choice. There are five aspects with fourteen indicators used in measuring brand choice. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to GoFood and GrabFood users which were then processed using univariate, bivariate, multivariate statistical analysis and factor analysis. Followed by multiple linear regression to determine the priority of improvement. Statistical tests results found that the aspects that significantly influence brand choice is quality aspect. Results of factor analysis and user experience, stated that GoFood need to improve their promos, payment methods, and efficiency. As for GrabFood security, ease of use and complaint handling. The top priority indicators that GrabFood needs to improve to compete with GoFood are fulfillment and trust. This research is expected to be able to assist companies in improving the quality of their services."

"Penelitian ini mengadopsi penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Pradhan, Duraipandan dan Sethi (2014) di India. Objek penelitian tersebut adalah brand sepatu olahraga seperti Adidas, Nike, Puma dan Reebok. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesesuaian kepribadian konsumen dengan merek  (UP-BP congruence), kesesuaian merek dengan selebriti (BP-CP congruence), dan kesesuaian selebriti dan konsumen (CP-UP congruence) terhadap sikap brand (brand attitude atau BA) dan dampaknya pada minat beli (brand purchase intention atau BPI). Pengaruh celebrity-brand-user personality congruence terhadap brand purchase intention dimediasi oleh brand attitude (BA).
Pada penelitian ini, objek penelitian dikembangkan menjadi produk kosmetik lokal indie. Sebanyak 119 responden perempuan, yang familiar dengan Tyna Kanna Mirdad dan brand lipstik lokal indie SAS C, serta mengetahui lipstik Truly Mazing berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Data dalam penelitian ini, dianalisa menggunakan Path Analysis, yang diolah menggunakan program SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UP-BP congruence, BP-CP congruence, dan CP-UP congruence secara langsung tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap BA dan BPI. Akan tetapi, brand attitude (BA) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap brand purchase intention (BPI). Sehingga, melalui mediasi BA, UP-BP congruence, BP-CP congruence dan CP-UP congruence, berpengaruh signifikan terhadap brand purcase in tention (BPI).

This study adopted research conducted by Pradhan, Duraipandan and Sethi (2014) in India. The object of the research is sport footwear brand such as Adidas, Nike, Puma and Reebok. The purpose of the study is to find out the influence of consumer-brands personality congruence (UP-BP congruence), brand-celebrities personality congruence (BP-CP congruence), and celebrities-user personality congruence (CP-UP congruence) on brand attitudes (BA) and their impact on brand purchase intention (BPI). The influence of celebrity-brand-user personality congruence on brand purchase intention is mediated by brand attitude (BA).
In this study, the object of research was developed into indie local cosmetic products. A total of 119 female respondents, who were familiar with Tyna Kanna Mirdad, the local indie lipstick brand SAS C and the Truly Mazing lipstick participated in this study. The data in this study were analyzed using Path Analysis, which was processed using the SPSS 24 program. The results showed that UP-BP congruence, BP-CP congruence, and CP-UP congruence did not significantly influence BA and BPI. However, brand attitude (BA) has a significant effect on brand purchase intention (BPI). Thus, through mediation BA, UP-BP congruence, BP-CP congruence and CP-UP congruence, have a significant effect on brand purcase tention (BPI).
