"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap penyebab rendahnya kinerja pegawai negeri sipil pada unit pendukung salah satu instansi pemerintah di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif. Sumber data penelitian adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer menggunakan kuesioner dan data sekunder dari buku dan literatur ilmiah. Data dianalisis menggunakan Lisrel 8.8 melalui Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian ini terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara tuntutan pekerjaan dengan tingkat burnout yang tinggi dan keterlibatan kinerja yang rendah. Terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara sumber daya pekerjaan yang diberikan dengan tingkat keterikatan kerja yang tinggi dan tingkat burnout yang rendah. Implementasi penelitian ini adalah memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, organisasi dapat melakukan intervensi untuk mengurangi tingkat burnout dan mengembangkan strategi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan kerja dan produktivitas karyawannya.

This study aims to reveal the causes of low performance of civil servants in the supporting unit of one of the government agencies in Indonesia. This research is quantitative. The research data sources are primary data and secondary data. Primary data using questionnaires and secondary data from books and scientific literature. Data analysed using Lisrel 8.8 through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This result there was a significant correlation between job demands with high levels of burnout and low-performance engagement. There was a significant correlation between job resources provided with high levels of work engagement and low levels of burnout. Implementation this study is understanding the factors that influence employee performance, organizations can intervene to reduce burnout levels and develop effective strategies to improve the work engagement and productivity of their employees."

"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dampak work autonomy dan workplace spirituality terhadap innovative work behavior dan work engagement untuk selanjutnya menguji dampak dari work engagement terhadap task performance melalui mediasi innovative work behavior. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) untuk memeriksa kecocokan keseluruhan model menguji kausalitas antar konstruk. Sebanyak 716 karyawan Milenial di berbagai industri di Indonesia berpartisipasi menjadi sampel penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa workplace spirituality memiliki efek positif pada innovative work behavior karyawan baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui work engagement. Namun, work autonomy tidak memiliki pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap innovative work behavior, sehingga hanya dapat dipengaruhi secara tidak langsung melalui work engagement. Secara lebih lanjut, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara work engagement dan task performance melalui innovative work behavior baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa work autonomy dan workplace spirituality yang tinggi akan meningkatkan work engagement dan mempromosikan innovative work behavior yang pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan kinerja tugas karyawan. Implikasi manajerial terkait dengan work autonomy, workplace spiritualtity, work engagement, innovative work behavior dan task performance juga akan dibahas dalam penelitian ini.

The aim of this study is to examine the effect of work autonomy and workplace spirituality on innovative work behavior and work engagement to further consider the impact of work engagement on task performance through mediating innovative work behavior. Data were collected through an online questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) to test the overall fitness of model and causality between each construct. A total of 716 Millennial employees in various industries in Indonesia participated as research sample. The results of this study revealed that workplace spirituality had a positive effect on innovative work behavior of employees both directly and indirectly through work engagement. However, work autonomy had no significant direct effect on innovative work behavior. Thus, it can only be affected indirectly through work engagement. Moreover, there was significant effect between work engagement and task performance through innovative work behavior both directly and indirectly. This study indicated that high level of work autonomy and workplace spirituality will improve the level of work engagement and promote innovative work behavior which ultimately enhance task performance of employee. Managerial implications related to work autonomy, workplace spirituality, innovative work behavior, and task performance will also be discussed in this study. "

"Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh job demands-resources, team member exchange dan burnout terhadap work engagement. Penelitian dilakukan pada 200 operator SPBU Pertamina di DKI Jakarta yang memiliki status sebagai karyawan tidak tetap. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa menunjukkan bahwa bahwa job demands, job resources dan team member exchange memiliki pengaruh terhadap burnout, begitu juga antara burnout dan work engagement. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa burnout maupun engagement dapat terjadi meskipun kepada karyawan dengan pekerjaan yang tidak terlalu banyak tuntutan pekerjaan dan beban kerjanya.

This research purpose is to investigated the effect of job demands-resources, team member exchange and burnout to work engagement. Research conducted to operator gas station in DKI Jakarta who has a status as a non-permanent employees. This study result that job demands, job resources and team member exchange has an effect on burnout, as well as between burnout and work engagement. Research shown that burnout and work engagement not only occur to permanent employees but also to non-permanent employees."

"Perkembangan digitalisasi yang pesat saat ini telah mengubah cara hidup masyarakat di seluruh dunia, termasuk di Indonesia. Sebagai negara dengan penetrasi internet yang tinggi, Indonesia memiliki ekosistem startup yang berkembang pesat dan berpotensi besar dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi. Namun, banyak startup yang menghadapi tantangan dan kesulitan dalam bertahan di tengah persaingan yang ketat. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, praktik kerja agile telah menjadi pendekatan yang populer dalam pengembangan produk dan layanan di perusahaan startup. Kesuksesan dari praktik kerja agile, (seperti tim yang mandiri, perencanaan iteratif, inkrementasi, dan retrospektif), sangat bergantung pada manusia yang terlibat dalam prosesnya. Namun, meskipun praktik kerja agile memiliki potensi untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan individu, hubungan antara praktik kerja agile dan well-being penggunanya masih belum dipahami dengan baik. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh praktik kerja agile terhadap kesejahteraan kerja dan performa proyek di perusahaan startup di Indonesia. Melalui pengembangan model konseptual dan analisis data menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM), penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa praktik kerja agile berpengaruh positif terhadap kesejahteraan kerja, yang tercermin dalam tingkat kelelahan yang rendah dan keterlibatan kerja yang tinggi. Selain itu, praktik kerja agile dan keterlibatan emosional juga berdampak positif terhadap performa proyek. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi perusahaan startup dalam mengoptimalkan penggunaan praktik kerja agile untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan kerja dan performa proyek. Rekomendasi yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini berupa (1) perhatian lebih terhadap karakteristik kerja yang diterima oleh tim, yang mana mempengaruhi kesejahteraan kerja tim; (2) training mengenai praktik kerja agile yang efektif; (3) memastikan adanya peningkatan sumber daya kerja dengan mengadopsi praktik kerja agile. Dengan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang hubungan antara praktik kerja agile, kesejahteraan kerja, serta hasil akhir yang dipengaruhi, perusahaan startup di Indonesia dapat mengambil langkah-langkah yang tepat dalam menghadapi tantangan dan mencapai keberhasilan jangka panjang.

The rapid development of digitization has transformed the way of life for people worldwide, including in Indonesia. As a country with high internet penetration, Indonesia has a rapidly growing startup ecosystem with significant potential to support economic growth. However, many startups face challenges and difficulties in surviving amidst intense competition. To address this, agile work practices have become a popular approach in product and service development for startup companies. The success of agile work practices, such as self-managing teams, iterative planning, incremental development, and retrospectives, heavily relies on the individuals involved in the process. However, despite the potential of agile work practices to enhance individual well-being, the relationship between agile work practices and user well-being is still not well understood. Therefore, this study aims to examine the influence of agile work practices on job satisfaction and project performance in startup companies in Indonesia. Through the development of a conceptual model and data analysis using the Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) method, this research demonstrates that agile work practices have a positive impact on job satisfaction, reflected in low levels of fatigue and high job engagement. Additionally, agile work practices and emotional involvement also have a positive impact on project performance. These findings provide valuable insights for startup companies to optimize the use of agile work practices to enhance job satisfaction and project performance. The recommendations derived from this research include (1) paying more attention to job characteristics accepted by the team, which influence team job satisfaction; (2) providing effective training on agile work practices; (3) ensuring an increase in workforce resources by adopting agile work practices. With a better understanding of the relationship between agile work practices, job satisfaction, and influenced outcomes, startup companies in Indonesia can take appropriate steps to address challenges and achieve long-term success. "

"[Masih rendahnya kinerja PNS adalah suatu permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh bangsa Indonesia, penilaian negatif dari masyarakat, rendahnya efektifitas birokrasi menjadi sorotan dari kinerja PNS. Berbagai penelitian terdahulu baik secara akademis maupun praktis menunjukkan bahwa work engagement dapat menjadi faktor dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh job resources (organizational support, coworker support, job control) terhadap work engagement (vigour, dedication, absorption) serta konsekuensinya terhadap job performance (task performance, contextual performance) di Kantor Pusat Badan Kepegawaian Negara. Jenis penelitian adalah eksplanatory dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Instrumen pengumpul data berupa kuesioner terhadap 165 responden. Teknik Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) digunakan dalam pengolahan data dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian mengkonfirmasi secara empiris bahwa (1) job resources berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work engagement. (2) work engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap job performance. Kuat lemahnya work engagement dipengaruhi oleh job resources sebesar 26%. Sedangkan kuat
lemahnya job performance dipengaruhi work engagement sebesar 60%.

Various previous studies both academically and practically showed that work engagement may be a factor in improving employee performance. This study aimed to analyze the effect of job
resources (organizational support, coworker support, job control) to work engagement (vigor, dedication, absorption) as well as the consequences for job performance (task performance, contextual performance) at the Head Office of
National Civil Service Agency. This type of research is explanatory with quantitative approach. Instrument data collectors in the form of a questionnaire to 165 respondents. Techniques Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) was used in data processing and hypothesis testing. The results of empirical studies confirm that (1) job resources is a significant positive effect on work engagement. (2) work engagement is a significant positive effect on job performance. "Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh job resources, public service motivation sebagai faktor pendorong affective commitment melalui mediasi work engagement pada pegawai negeri sipil di Lingkungan Kanwil DJP Jakarta Selatan II. Responden penelitian ini adalah pegawai dengan jabatan Pelaksana Lainnya dan Account Representative. Total responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 226 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa job resources dan public service motivation memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepada affective commitment. Work engagement memediasi pengaruh job resources dan public service motivation terhadap affective commitment.

This study aims to determine the effect of job resources and public service motivation as a driving factor for affective commitment and the mediating role of work engagement among civil servants in Jakarta Selatan II Regional Tax Office. Respondents of this research are employees by the position "Pelaksana Lainnya" and "Account Representatives". The total respondents in this study were 226 people. The results showed that job resources and public service motivation positively and significantly affected affective commitment. This study finds that work engagement mediates the impact of job resources and public service motivation toward affective commitment."

"Tantangan perekonomian Indonesia saat ini semakin kompleks sehingga peran regulator industri keuangan menjadi sangat penting karena kebijakan yang diambil berdampak pada seluruh rakyat dan kredibilitas pemerintah. Dalam melaksanakan peran tersebut diperlukan karyawan yang kompeten sehingga harus dipastikan pengembangan karyawan melalui talent development dilakukan dengan perencanaan dan strategi yang baik. Pelaksanaan talent development dan persepsi keadilan yang dirasakan karyawan dapat mempengaruhi job satisfaction, task performance, dan affective commitment karyawan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh implementasi talent development terhadap job satisfaction, task performance, dan affective commitment dengan distributive justice sebagai mediator dan procedural justice sebagai moderator di Lembaga Regulator Industri Keuangan (LARIK) Indonesia dengan Stuctural Equation Modeling (SEM). Data penelitian didapatkan dari 464 karyawan LARIK dengan kuesioner online. Penelitian menemukan bahwa talent development berpengaruh positif terhadap job satisfaction, task performance, dan affective commitment. Penelitian juga mengungkapkan bahwa distributive justice memediasi parsial pengaruh dimaksud. Hasil lainnya yaitu procedural justice memoderasi hubungan distributive justice terhadap job satisfaction, task performance, dan affective commitment. Selanjutnya, implikasi manajerial dan praktikal dari temuan tersebut didiskusikan.

The challenges of the Indonesian economy are currently increasingly complex, so the role of the financial industry regulator is very important because the policies taken have an effect on all people and the credibility of the government. In carrying out this role, competent employees are needed so it must be ensured that employee development through talent development is carried out with good planning and strategy. The application of talent development and perceptions of employee fairness can effect job satisfaction, task performance, and affective commitment. This research purposes to determine the impact of talent development implementation on job satisfaction, task performance, and employee affective commitment with distributive justice as a mediator and procedural justice as a moderator in the Indonesian Financial Industry Regulatory Institution (LARIK) with structural equation modeling. The research data were obtained from 464 LARIK employees using an online questionnaire. Research has found that talent development has a positive effect on job satisfaction, task performance, and affective commitment. Research also reveals that distributive justice mediates this partial effect. Another result is procedural justice moderating the relationship of distributive justice to job satisfaction, task performance, and affective commitment. Next, the managerial and practical implications of these findings are discussed."

"Saat ini industri jasa keuangan didorong untuk memiliki sumber daya manusia yang berdaya saing tinggi dan diharapkan dapat menggunakan teknologi khususnya internet secara bijaksana dan profesional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan pengaruh private demands yang dimediasi oleh cyberloafing terhadap job stress dan work performance karyawan milenial di industri jasa keuangan Indonesia. Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada peran cyberloafing yang masih jarang diteliti di Indonesia. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah sebanyak 203 orang yang merupakan karyawan milenial yang bekerja di industri jasa keuangan. Pengolahan data dilakukan melalui metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa cyberloafing berperan sebagai partial mediation yang memediasi hubungan antara private demands dengan job stress, dan private demands dengan work performance. Sebagai penutup, penelitian ini menjelaskan implikasi manajerial terkait private demands, cyberloafing, job stress, dan work performance.

Nowadays the financial industry supports high-competitiveness of human resources and is expected to use techonology such as intenet wisely and professionally. Private demands are mediated by cyberloafing on job stress and work performance in the Indonesian financial services industry. This study focuses on the role of cyberloafing that remains under explored in Indonesia. The sample in this study are 203 millenials employee who work in the financial services industry. The data were processed by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The results of this study indicate that cyberloafing partially mediates the relationship between private demands on job stress, and private demands on work performance. The closing of this study explains the managerial implications of private demands, cyberloafing, job stress, and work performance."

"Dari berbagai penelitian yang meneliti hubungan antara work passion, hubungan antara Harmonious Work Passion HWP dan Obsessive Work Passion OWP dengan kinerja masih terlihat kurang konsisten. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur efek moderasi Job Resources pada hubungan antara dua jenis work passion terhadap kinerja dengan menggunakan data sebanyak 321 karyawan dari berbagai perusahaan di Indonesia. Sesuai dengan hipotesis, hasil menunjukkan bahwa HWP, OWP, dan interaksi OWP dengan Job Resources JR berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja; sebaliknya, bertolak belakang dengan hipotesis, hasil menunjukkan interaksi HWP dengan JR berpengaruh signifikan dan negatif terhadap kinerja. Implikasi terhadap penelitian passion-performance dan praktik manajemen terdapat di bagian diskusi.

Despite many studies that examines work passion, the relationship between Harmonious Work Passion HWP and Obsessive Work Passion OWP and job performance are still inconsistent. Using samples from 321 employees from multiple companies in Indonesia, this study aims to examine the moderating effect of Job Resources on work passion performance relationship. As we predict, results show that HWP, OWP, and interaction between OWP and Job Resources JR significantly and positively affect job performance and contrary to our prediction, interaction between HWP and JR significantly and negatively affect job performance. Implication for passion performance and management practices are discussed.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh job design dan work engagement terhadap performance pada karyawan kantor pusat di PT Federal International Finance, Jakarta Indonesia sebagai salah satu perusahaan pembiayaan terbesar di Indonesia. Teori yang digunakan untuk job design dalam penelitian ini adalah Hackman dan Oldham (1975), untuk performance menggunakan Aguninis (2009), dan work engagement dari Schaufeli (2006). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 132 orang karyawan PT. Federal International Finance yang diambil menggunakan teknik non-probability purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis korelasi, regresi berganda dan sobel test untuk menguji pengaruh langsung dan mediasi diantara variabel. Hasil uji pengaruh menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi positif dan dalam kategori sedang antara job design dan performance, korelasi yang positif antara job design dan work engagement, dan korelasi positif juga antara work engagement dan performance. Analisis regresi sederhana mengindikasi bahwa job design merupakan prediktor work engagement signifikan, serta job design dan work engagement masing-masing prediktor untuk performance yang signifikan. Hasil sobel test memberi bukti bahwa pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap performance melalui work engagement signifikan secara statistik. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan adanya pengaruh job design secara signifikan terhadap performance secara langsung dan pengaruh yang signifikan juga dengan adanya work engagement sebagai variabel yang memediasi.
This study aims to analyze the effect of job design and work engagement on performance on employees at PT Federal International Finance, Jakarta Indonesia as one of the largest finance companies in Indonesia. Theories used for job design in this study are Hackman and Oldham (1975), for performance using Aguninis (2009), and work engagement from Schaufeli (2006). This study used a quantitative method with a sample of 132 employees of PT. Federal International Finance is taken using a non-probability purposive sampling technique. This study used correlation analysis, multiple regression and multiple tests to examine the direct effect and mediation between variables. Correlation test results showed that there was a positive correlation and in the medium category between job design and performance, a positive correlation between job design and work engagement, and a positive correlation also between work engagement and performance. Simple regression analysis indicated that job design is a significant predictor of work engagement, as well as job design and work engagement of each predictor for significant performance. The sobel test results provided evidence that the indirect effect on performance through work engagement is statistically significant. The results of this study showed that there is a significant influence of job design on performance directly and a significant effect also on the presence of work engagement as a mediating variable.
