"Marketisasi pendidikan terjadi sedemikian rupa dengan asumsi dasar untuk memfasilitasi kebutuhan unik setiap individu, walau tidak gamblang diakui. Sejauh ini, diskusi filosofis berkutat pada pertanyaan kunci apakah marketisasi pendidikan baik bagi tata hidup bersama dan bagaimana menjaga tegangan kehendak pasar dengan nilai-nilai kemanusiaan secara holistik. Penelitian ini berpendapat bahwa diskusi filosofis tersebut tidak relevan dalam menangkap perubahan lanskap pada era digital. Menggunakan metode analisis kritis, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa lokus tegangan marketisasi pendidikan tidak lagi hanya terpusat di perguruan tinggi; melainkan pada individu. Individu otonom sebagaimana digagas oleh Nietzsche sangat dimungkinkan pada era digital, di mana individu memiliki kebebasan dan kendali sendiri untuk mempelajari apa yang diminatinya, bahkan dapat berkarya sesuai dengan kehendaknya sendiri. Namun, hal ini belum mengaktivasi empati individu. Karenanya, penelitian ini mengusulkan perbaikan algoritma dan pemodelan untuk memungkinkan empati dan perluasan wawasan atas minat individu diimplementasikan. Selain itu, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa masyarakat dan perguruan tinggi memiliki peran besar dalam pengembangan individu-individu yang otonom dan berempati. Diseminasi masalah masyarakat tidak dapat dikerdilkan hanya sebagai isu ekonomi semata, sehingga isu-isu yang dihadapi bersama dapat menstimulasi individu untuk melampaui keterbatasan dirinya guna mengatasi masalah bersama.

The marketization of education has unfolded in such a way that it ostensibly aims to facilitate the unique needs of each individual, though this is not explicitly acknowledged. To date, philosophical discussions have revolved around the key question of whether the marketization of education is beneficial for communal living and how to balance market demands with human values holistically. This research argues that such philosophical discussions are irrelevant in capturing the changing landscape in the digital era. Employing critical analysis methods, this study finds that the locus of tension in the marketization of education is no longer centered solely on universities; rather, it lies within the individual. The concept of the autonomous individual, as envisioned by Nietzsche, is highly feasible in the digital era, where individuals have the freedom and control to learn what interests them and even create according to their own will. However, this has not yet activated individual empathy. Therefore, this research proposes improvements in algorithms and modeling to enable empathy and broaden the perspectives on individual interests. Additionally, the study finds that society and universities play a significant role in the development of empathetic and autonomous individuals. The dissemination of societal issues cannot be trivialized as merely economic concerns, so that shared challenges can stimulate individuals to transcend their limitations in addressing common problems."

"Tesis ini membahas tentang analisis produk layanan rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Bhakti Yudha Baru. Alasan penelitian ini diambil adalah karena Rnmah Sakit Bhakti Yudha mengganti manajemen lamanya dengan manajemen baru sejak tiga tahun yang lalu. Tujuan dari penelitian lni adalah untuk menganalisis faktor ekstemal dan faktor internal yang berkaitan dengan produk layanan rawat inap dan manajemen rumah sakit. Penelitian lni menggunakan pendekaran kwllitatif didukung dengan data sekunder basil survei melalui kuesioner yang telah dilakukan oleh pihuk Rumah Sakit Bhakti Yudha baru pada bulan Mei-Juni. Hasil dari penentian ini memberikan kesimpulan bahwa pelayanan rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Bhakti Yudha sudah cukup memuaskan namun untuk mencapai tujuan, pihak manajemen nunah saklt belum menerapkan strategi komunikasi pemasaran karena beium tersedianya sumber daya yang dapat mengelolanya.

The focus of this study is to analyze the health care room facilities at Bhakti Yudha Baru Hospital. Bhakti Yudha Baru Hospital has changed the management into the new one since three years ago. The purpose of this study is to analyze internal and externals factors related to the product and manaagement. This study is using Qualitative methods with quantitative data from the hospital which was held on May and June through questionnaire. The result of this study is that Nursing care and service in Bhakti Yudha Baru Hospital is already good but to reach the goal the hospital management has not applying the best marketing."

Laporan magang ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) membangun program komunikasi yang efektif untuk memastikan generasi muda memahami risiko yang terkait dengan berbagai produk keuangan. Dengan banyaknya produk keuangan saat ini, terdapat peluang besar bagi generasi muda untuk berinvestasi. Namun, produk-produk ini juga mempunyai risiko tersendiri. Laporan ini didasarkan pada pengalaman magang yang berfokus pada evaluasi media yang digunakan OJK, produk keuangan yang diperkenalkan, dan efektivitas inisiatif tersebut dalam meningkatkan literasi keuangan di kalangan generasi muda. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah upaya OJK dalam meningkatkan edukasi dan literasi keuangan telah berhasil. Analisis ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan berbagai teori pemasaran, antara lain Bauran Pemasaran 4P, Segmenting, Targeting, dan Positioning (STP), Matriks Ansoff, The Value Equation dan Brand Trust, serta Sistem Informasi Manajemen Pemasaran (MIS). Evaluasi terhadap program OJK dan media yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan literasi dikaji secara mendalam melalui kerangka teori tersebut. Oleh karena itu, penulis mengajukan beberapa analisis dan rekomendasi mengenai bagaimana OJK dapat lebih meningkatkan program edukasi dengan menggunakan konsep pemasaran untuk mencapai literasi keuangan yang lebih baik di kalangan generasi muda. Dengan memanfaatkan teori-teori pemasaran ini, laporan ini menawarkan wawasan tentang bagaimana inisiatif pendidikan keuangan dapat dirancang dan diterapkan secara lebih efektif untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan pemahaman generasi muda.


This internship report aims to analyze how the Financial Services Authority (OJK) builds effective communication programs to ensure that younger generations understand the risks associated with various financial products. With numerous financial products nowadays, there are significant opportunities for young people to invest. However, these products also carry inherent risks. The report is based on an internship experience focused on evaluating the media used by OJK, the financial products they have introduced, and the effectiveness of these initiatives in improving financial literacy among the young generation. The primary objective of this research is to determine whether OJK's efforts in enhancing financial education and literacy have been successful. This analysis is conducted using various marketing theories, including the 4Ps Marketing Mix, Segmenting, Targeting, and Positioning (STP), The Ansoff Matrix, The Value Equation and Brand Trust, and Management Information System for Marketing (MIS). The evaluation of OJK’s programs and the media used to increase literacy are thoroughly examined through these theoretical frameworks. Therefore, the author proposes some analysis and recommendations regarding how OJK can further improve its educational programs using marketing concepts to achieve greater financial literacy among the younger generation. By leveraging these marketing theories, the report offers insights into how financial education initiatives can be more effectively designed as well as implemented to address the needs and understanding of the young generation.
