Abstrak :
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan langsung dan tidak langsung antara motivasi dan kepuasan wisatawan terhadap destinasi wisata melalui peran experiental-related factors dan destination image yang dipersepsikan oleh para wisatawan selama berwisata di situs warisan. Sampel penelitian ini merupakan Warga Negara Indonesia yang pernah berwisata ke Candi Borobudur dalam waktu satu tahun terakhir. Pengolahan data penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan 442 sampel responden. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara motivasi dan kepuasan wisatawan melalui peran destination image dan salah satu experiental-related factors. Temuan ini membantu dalam memahami faktor penentu perilaku dan kepuasan dari wisatawan terhadap situs wisata warisan.
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the direct and indirect effects between motivation satisfaction of tourists towards the heritage destination through the role of experience related factors and destination images perceived by tourists during a visit to a heritage destination. The sample are Indonesian citizens who had traveled to Borobudur Temple last year. The research is using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) for processing data from 442 respondents. The result indicate that there is a significant effect between motivation-satisfaction through the role of destination image and one of the experiental related factors. These findings contribute to understanding the determinants of tourists behavior and satisfaction towards a heritage destination.

ABSTRAK
Saat ini, museum mengakui adanya kewajiban untuk memberikan pengalaman paling memuaskan yang dapat ditawarkan kepada pengunjung. Museum experience diperoleh dari berbagai pelayanan dan aktivitas yang menginspirasi di dalam lingkungan museum yang ramah dan menarikdalam rangka menciptakan kepuasan pengunjung. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh museum experience terhadap visitor satisfaction pada Museum Nasional Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, jenis penelitian eksplanatif, dengan menyebarkan kuesioner ke 100 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel non-probability sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara museum experience terhadap visitor satisfaction. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengalaman berkunjung ke museum telah menciptakan kepuasan pengunjung di Museum Nasional Indonesia.
ABSTRACT
Nowadays, there is some kind of obligation to give visitors the best experience they can get when visiting a museum. Museum experience consists of various services and activities which are both inspiring and interesting to create the visitor satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of museum experience towards visitor satisfaction in Museum Nasional Indonesia. Quantitative approach with explanative research was implemented in conducting this research. A survey using questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents was conducted using the non-probability sampling technique. Results of this research shows there are correlations between museum experience towards visitor satisfaction. This reserach also shows that the experience of visiting museum has created visitor satisfaction at the Museum Nasional Indonesia.

Skripsi ini membahas tentang fenomena kebutuhan atas pelarian dan kebebasan pada masyarakat modern perkotaan, yang pemenuhannya dapat dilakukan melalui festival musik We The Fest. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui segmentasi pengunjung We The Fest berdasarkan motivasinya, dan mengetahui karakteristik yang dominan dalam membentuk segmennya. Penelitian ini menggunakan dasar 4 variabel motivasi dalam segmentasinya yaitu; kebaruan acara; pelarian; sosialisasi; dan hiburan. Pendekatan kuantitatif melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan pada pengunjung We The Fest dan teknik analisis faktor, klaster, dan cross tabulation digunakan pada penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini membagi pengunjung We The Fest menjadi tiga segmen; “Penggemar Festival Menyeluruh”; “Penggemar Festival Musik”; dan “Pencari Pengalaman Baru”. Pelarian yang bersifat personal, dan pencarian hiburan adalah kebutuhan pengunjung We The Fest dengan karakteristik yang dominan adalah rasa suka terhadap festival musik, rasa ingin tahu, dan rasa suka atas atmosfer We The Fest, yang berkaitan dengan variabel motivasi kebaruan acara dan hiburan. Saran pada penelitian ini adalah “Wish The Fest, “Artist corner”, “We The Fest: 360 experience”.


This study discusses the phenomena of escape and freedom needs in modern urban society that can be fulfilled through music festival called We The Fest. The purpose of this study is to determine the visitor segmentation of We The Fest based on the motivation and to find dominant characteristics that shaped We The Fest segments that are identified in the study. Segmentation in the study use 4 motivation variables as its based; event novelty; escape; socialization; and entertainment. This research uses quantitative approach through questionnaire distributed to visitors of We The Fest and analyzed by factor analysis, cluster analysis, and cross tabulation. The result of the study divides We The Fest visitors into 3 segments; All Around Experiencers, Music Festival Lovers, and Curious Seekers. Personal escape and interpersonal seeking needs are fulfilled at We The Fest. The dominant visitor characteristics are; the enjoyment of music festival event; curiosity; and the enjoyment of the atmosphere at We The Fest which are motivated by event novelty and entertainment variables. The suggested practical advice from the findings are “Wish The Fest,” “Artist Corner”, “We The Fest: 360 Experience”.

ABSTRAK
Skripsi ini membahas mengenai terbentuknya augmented space akibat aplikasi teknologi pada ruang museum. Dengan berkembangnya teknologi, informasi dan nilai yang dimiliki tiap-tiap ruang museum berpotensi untuk ikut terpengaruh oleh masuknya data dan konektivitas. Teknologi yang digunakan pada media display pameran menjadi alat dalam rekonstruksi ruang pada museum kontemporer yang kemudian menimbulkan augmented space. Untuk melihat fenomena ini, analisis dilakukan pada dua museum dengan konteks dan jenis narasi yang berbeda. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa timbulnya augmented space pada museum dihasilkan oleh kemampuan interaksi dan immersion dari media yang digunakan, yang mana mendukung penyampaian konteks, narasi, serta pengalaman ruang pengunjung pada museum.
ABSTRACT
This thesis exposes the formation of augmented space in the museum. With the development of technology, information and value owned by spaces in museums have the potential to be influenced by data and connectivity. Technology works as a display media, then become a tool in reconstructing the space in contemporary museums which later led to the emergence of augmented space. To see this phenomenon, the analysis was carried out in two museums with different contexts and types of narratives. The result of the study shows that the emergence of augmented space in museums is based on the ability of interaction and immersion of media technology that is applied in supporting the translation of contexts, narratives, and visitor experiences in the museum.

Abstrak :
This research is taken to know about visitor satisfaction level to visitor services at Ragunan Zoo Park. Technical sampling used is accidental sampling, samples taken from respondent at Ragunan Zoo Park, Which were met instantly with researcher on Ragunan Zoo Park. Total of respondent is 147 respondents. After that visitor satisfaction level to service quality at Ragunan Zoo Park, measured through empathy dimension, tangibles dimension, reliability dimension, responsiveness dimension and assurance dimension. The dimensions are formulated to become 29 indicator variable as items on questioner. Result of research shown that 29 variable that have been researched are valid and reliable to be analyzed furthermore. Due to examination satisfaction level on visitor side, known that the highest visitor satisfaction level at Ragunan Zoo Park from 5 service quality dimension is on reliability dimension with mean score -1,1 and 78,80% percentage. While that the lowest visitor satisfaction level at IMP. from 5 service quality is on responsiveness dimension with mean score -1,7 and 66,93% percentage. Seen from 5 dimensions shown that mean score and percentage point satisfaction level, TMR needs more qualities services. From analyze result of importance level, shown that tangible dimension is the highest importance level with mean score 5,390 as fist priority for improvement of qualities services at TMR. Then followed by assurance dimension as a second priority for improvement of qualities services at TMR with mean score 5,380. Responsiveness dimension take the third priority for increment of qualities services with mean score 5,350. The fourth level of importance and improvement of qualities services is on empathy dimension with mean score 5,330. And on the fifth one is reliability with mean score 5,270. The result from analyzing level of satisfaction and analyzing of importance then, things need to be done to increase services quality at TMR are: Knowledge improvement of the officer, an improvement of leadership role, regulation improvement at Ragunan Zoo Park in the form of interdict and sanction gift that is perceivable by visitor, an effort through priority from 5 dimension in attainment of affectivity and efficiency qualities services at Ragunan Zoo Park, Which are containing of: First priority on tangibles dimension, second priority on assurance dimension, third priority on responsiveness dimension, fourth priority on empathy dimension and fifth priority on reliability dimension.

Skripsi ini membahas mengenai sejauh mana perlindungan seorang pengunjung suatu tempat dalam perbandingannya antara hukum Indonesia dan hukum Inggris. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum yang membahas perbandingan antara pengaturan mengenai perlindungan hukum terhadap keselamatan para pengunjung dalam suatu tempat menurut hukum Indonesia dan hukum Inggris. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa dari adanya perbedaan pengaturan antara hukum Indonesia dan hukum Inggris, masih perlu adanya perbaikan atau pengaturan secara khusus bagi Indonesia untuk mengatur lebih lanjut mengenai permasalahan ini, mengingat pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai hak hukumnya untuk menggugat secara perdata juga masih sangat minim.
ABSTRACT
The focus of this study is to discover the difference between Indonesian Law and English Law about the extent to which a visitors protection is lawfully protected when he entered premises. This research is a legal research to discuss the legal protection of the safety of the visitors in premises in comparison to Indonesian Law and English Law. The purpose of this study is to see the differences and similarities in regulation between Indonesian Law and English Law that there are still need for specific improvements for Indonesia to further regulate this issue, given that only small number of people had acknowledged their legal rights to file such issue.

Kota Medan memiliki enam taman kota dimana setiap taman memiliki perbedaan pada kondisi fisik dan aktivitas pengunjung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari tahu bagaimana perbedaan kondisi fisik yang dibedakan menjadi site dan situation antar taman, aktivitas pengunjungnya yang dibagi atas karakteristik pengunjung dan kegiatan pengunjung, dan apakah karakteristik site dan situation taman kota memberikan pengaruh terhadap aktivitas pengunjung taman. Metode penelitian ini adalah dengan menemukan karakteristik site dan situation, aktivitas pengunjung, serta perbandingan antara keduanya. Karakteristik site dilihat berdasarkan ukuran dan status, sarana dan prasarana, serta penggunaan ruang. Karakteristik situation dilihat berdasarkan jaringan jalan dan akses, penggunaan tanah, dan hubungan taman dengan objek lain. Pada penelitian ini ditemukan keragaman pada karakteristik site dan situation. Karakteristik site dan situation mempengaruhi aktivitas pengunjung. Penggunaan ruang dan sarana adalah karakter site yang mempengaruhi frekuensi kunjungan dan kegiatan pengunjung, sementara karakter situation penggunaan tanah mempengaruhi kegiatan pengunjung. Walaupun karakteristik pengunjung seragam, namun kegiatan pengunjung taman yang dominan beragam.
The City of Medan has six urban parks which each park has its own uniqueness in physical condition and visitor activities. This research aim is to figure if there are differences among urban parks by its physical condition which is divided into site and situation, by its visitor activities which are divided into visitor characters and what they do during the visits, and also if site and situation of parks are effecting its visitor activities. Methode used in this research is by observing site, situation, and visitor activities characteristic and compared each. Site will be analyzed by its size, status, facilities, and space usage, while situation will be analyzed by its accessibility, relation with other objects, roads, and land use that surrounded the park. This research indicating that site and situation characteristics are both various. Site and situation characteristics affecting visitor activities. Space utilizing and facilities are part of site characters that influencing visitor activities and frequency,, while land use as part of situation character give influence to activities. While visitor characters are uniform among parks, they seems to have different majority activity for each park.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh Service Quality terhadap Revisit Intention melalui Visitor Satisfaction pada Pengunjung Museum Nasional Indonesia. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui teknik purposive sampling pada 165 responden yang didapatkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara luring. Data yang didapatkan diolah menggunakan SPSS melalui analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa pengaruh yang signifikan yaitu pengaruh service quality terhadap revisit intention, pengaruh service quality terhadap visitor satisfaction, dan pengaruh visitor satisfaction terhadap revisit intention. Pada uji mediasi menunjukkan bahwa visitor satisfaction memiliki pengaruh mediasi parsial pada hubungan service quality terhadap revisit intention pada pengunjung Museum Nasional Indonesia. ......The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of service quality on revisit intention with visitor satisfaction as mediating variable with a study on Museum Nasional Indonesia’s visitors. The study used a quantitative approach through purposive sampling technique on 165 respondents obtained direct distribution of questionnaires. The data obtained were processed using SPSS through descriptive statistical analysis and linier regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there are several significant effects, namely the effect of service quality on revisit intention, the effect of service quality on visitor satisfaction, and the effect of visitor satisfaction on revisit intention. The mediation test showed that visitor satisfaction has a partial mediating effect on the relationship between service quality and revisit intention to Museum Nasional Indonesia’s visitors.

Pengunjung dapat memberikan pengaruh pada perilaku satwa di kebun binatang. Telah dilakukan penelitian mengenai pengaruh pengunjung yang difokuskan pada kepadatan pengunjung terhadap perilaku gajah sumatra (Elephas maximus sumatranus) di Kebun Binatang Gembira Loka. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis perilaku individu dan sosial gajah sumatra dikaitkan dengan keberadaan pengunjung. Fokus penelitian yaitu pada dua ekor gajah betina Gilang (25 tahun) dan Cempaka (33 tahun) dan tidak berkerabat. Penelitian dilakukan selama tujuh pekan dari April sampai Mei 2023 mulai pukul 09.00––14.00 WIB. Metode focal sampling digunakan untuk mencatat perilaku gajah dalam interval 15 menit secara kontinu tanpa jeda. Perilaku yang diamati terbagi menjadi dua kategori, yaitu individu dan sosial. Kondisi pengunjung dibagi menjadi dua kategori, yaitu kepadatan pengunjung rendah dan kepadatan pengunjung tinggi. Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji t independen dengan α = 0,05 yaitu pada perilaku individu 0,457 (P > 0,05) dan pada perilaku sosial 0,005 (P < 0,05) menunjukkan kepadatan pengunjung memberi pengaruh terhadap perilaku sosial gajah sumatra. Berdasarkan penelitian pada 9 perilaku (makan, minum, bergerak, istirahat, grooming, kontak belalai, kontak fisik, trunk slap dan mendorong), perilaku dengan rerata durasi tertinggi yaitu perilaku makan pada gajah Gilang dan gajah Cempaka saat kondisi kepadatan pengunjung rendah masing-masing 130,23 ± 20,17 menit dan 115,31 ± 24,02 menit saat kondisi kepadatan pengunjung tinggi masing-masing 145,96 ± 18,98 menit dan 136,40 ± 17,24 menit. Rerata durasi perilaku terendah yaitu perilaku sosial kontak fisik pada gajah Gilang dan gajah Cempaka saat kondisi kepadatan pengunjung rendah masing-masing 0,67 ± 0,63 menit dan 0,86 ± 0,80 menit saat kondisi kepadatan pengunjung tinggi masing-masing 0,91 ± 0,42 menit dan 0,94 ± 0,40 menit. Kesimpulan penelitian yaitu pengunjung tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap perilaku individu namun, memberikan pengaruh terhadap perilaku sosial. ......Visitor’s can have an impact on animal’s behavior in the zoo. Research has been carried out on the influence of visitors focused on visitor density on the behavior of the Sumatran elephant (Elephas maximus sumatranus) at the Gembira Loka Zoo. The research aims to analyze the individual and social behavior of Sumatran elephants associated with the presence of visitors. The research focuses on two female elephants, Gilang (25 years) and Cempaka (33 years), and they are unrelated. The research was conducted for seven weeks from April to May 2023 starting at 09.00––14.00 WIB. The focal sampling method continuously recorded the elephant's behavior in 15 minutes intervals without interlude. The observed behavior is divided into two categories, namely individual and social. Visitor conditions are divided into two categories, namely low visitor density and high visitor density. The results of the study used an independent t-test with α = 0.05 on individual behavior 0.457 (P > 0.05) and on social behavior 0.005 (P < 0.05) showing that visitor density influences the social behavior of sumatran elephants. Based on research on 9 behaviors (eating, drinking, moving, resting, grooming, trunk contact, physical contact, trunk slap and pushing), the highest average duration of behavior was feeding behavior in Gilang elephants and Cempaka elephants when the visitor density was low, respectively 130,23 ± 20,17 minute and 115,31 ± 24,02 minute when the visitor density was high, respectively 145,96 ± 18,98 minute and 136,40 ± 17,24 minute. The lowest average duration of behavior is social physical contact behavior on Gilang elephants and Cempaka elephants when the visitor density is low, respectively 0,67 ± 0,63 minute and 0,86 ± 0,80 minute when the visitor density is high, respectively 0,91 ± 0,42 minute and 0,94 ± 0,40 minute. The study concludes that visitors do not influence individual behavior but do influence social behavior.

Pusat perbelanjaan mal kini sudah menjadi lebih dari sekadar tempat berbelanja, melainkan juga menjadi sebuah ruang publik. Mal sebagai ruang publik berperan menjadi tempat untuk berkumpul dan beraktivitas tanpa memandang latar belakang pengunjungnya. DKI Jakarta dikenal sebagai provinsi yang memiliki pusat perbelanjaan kedua terbanyak di Indonesia, khususnya Jakarta Selatan dan Jakarta Pusat. Berdasarkan Kementerian Perdagangan Repubik Indonesia, pertumbuhan ekonomi yang pesat di Jakarta mendorong perkembangan sektor ritel, terutama dalam sektor pusat perbelanjaan mal. Dengan adanya perkembangan tersebut, hal ini juga berdampak pada semakin tingginya tingkat persaingan antar mal. Di sisi lain, Generasi Z menjadi mayoritas pengunjung di pusat perbelanjaan mal dan diperkirakan akan terus meningkat, sebagaimana menurut BPS lebih dari 20% dari penduduk Jakarta didominasi oleh Generasi Z. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara daya tarik mal-mal di Jakarta Selatan dan Jakarta Pusat dan persepsi pengunjung Generasi Z yang kemudian membentuk aktivitas yang dilakukan. Adapun daya tarik mal sebagai ruang publik dalam penelitian ini dilihat dengan pendekatan placemaking menurut Project for Public Spaces. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan spasial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan daya tarik mal akan mendorong pengunjung Generasi Z untuk memiliki kecenderungan persepsi dan aktivitas tertentu. Mal daya tarik tinggi dan mal daya tarik sedang memiliki kesesuaian persepsi lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan mal daya tarik rendah sebagaimana hal ini ditunjukkan dengan penggunaan aktivitas lebih tinggi yang diiringi oleh tingkat persepsi lebih memenuhi bagi pengunjung Generasi Z. ......Shopping malls have now become more than just places for shopping; they have evolved into public spaces. Malls, as public spaces, serve as gathering spots and activity hubs regardless of the visitors' backgrounds. DKI Jakarta is known as a province with the second-highest number of shopping centers in Indonesia, particularly in South Jakarta and Central Jakarta. According to the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia, rapid economic growth in Jakarta has propelled the development of the retail sector, especially in the mall sector. With this growth, there is a consequent increase in competition among malls. On the other hand, Generation Z constitutes the majority of visitors to shopping malls and is expected to continue growing. According to BPS, more than 20% of Jakarta's population is dominated by Generation Z. This research aims to analyze the relationship between the attractiveness of malls in South Jakarta and Central Jakarta and the perceptions of Generation Z visitors, which then shape their activities. The attractiveness of malls as public spaces in this study is viewed through the placemaking approach by Project for Public Spaces. The method used is quantitative descriptive analysis with a spatial approach. The research results indicate that the differences in mall attractiveness will influence Generation Z visitors to have tendencies in specific perceptions and activities. Shopping malls with high and moderate attractiveness have a higher alignment of perception compared to malls with low attractiveness, as indicated by a greater engagement in activities accompanied by a higher level of satisfaction for Generation Z visitors.
