"This research studied the relationship between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intention of University Students. Following original research by Zhang, Duysters, Cloodt (2014), Ajzen's theory of planned behavior and Shapero's entrepreneurial event model would be incorporated to identify the effect of exogenous variables such as entrepreneurship education, prior entrepreneurial exposure, perceived desirability and feasibility towards entrepreneurial intention in university students. Furthermore, this study aimed to investigate the selection hypothesis of entrepreneurship education for entrepreneurial intentions. Lastly, this study was also proposing to investigate the moderating effect of the teachers and instructors' enthusiasm (Frenzel et al., 2009), pre-educational entrepreneurship intention (Bae et al., 2014), gender (Verheul et al., 2012), as well as the moderating effect of peers in the classroom (Falck et al., 2012). The data would be collected from one of the private and reputable universities in Indonesia in multiple departments with a form of entrepreneurship education. In this study we found that entrepreneurship education does shape entrepreneurial intention. Students with pre-educational entrepreneurial intention would be more likely to have higher entrepreneurial intention. We also learned that there’s a strong relationship between social influence of classmates and entrepreneurial intention. In addition, we found that male and female students have a different perspective about entrepreneurship education that affected their entrepreneurial intention.

"Pekerja Migran Indonesia (PMI) memiliki potensi yang besar untuk perekonomian Indonesia. Bank Indonesia menyatakan bahwa pada tahun 2019, jumlah dana remitansi yang masuk dari PMI sekitar US$11,345 miliar. Selain itu, Pekerja Migran Indonesia juga memiliki peran dinamis dalam mendorong tumbuhnya wirausaha baru. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti mencoba untuk menganalisis lebih dalam terkait dengan penggunaan dana remitansi yang dihasilkan oleh Purna PMI. Peneliti juga melakukan eksplorasi terkait dengan faktor-faktor pembentuk intensi kewirausahaan dari Purna PMI ketika mereka melakukan usaha. Lebih lanjut, penelitian ini juga mencoba untuk menggali bagaimana intensi kewirausahaan dan penggunaan dana remitansi dapat mendorong tumbuhnya perilaku wirausaha Purna PMI. Setelah melakukan wawancara dan FGD kepada Purna PMI, ada beberapa faktor pembentuk intensi kewirausahaan yang ditemukan pada Purna PMI seperti Attitudes, Subjective Norms, Perceived Behavioral Control dan faktor Pendidikan. Selain itu, dana remitansi yang dihasilkan oleh pekerja migran Indonesia cenderung digunakan untuk membeli aset, tabungan, membantu keluarga, biaya pendidikan dan wirausaha. Temuan lebih lanjut disimpulkan bahwa intensi kewirausahaan dan pemanfaatan dana remitansi berkontribusi dalam mendukung kegiatan wirausaha Purna PMI. Dalam merumuskan temuan-temuan ini, sebuah studi kasus dilakukan pada 44 Purna PMI di 3 provinsi di Pulau Jawa seperti Jawa Timur, Jawa Tengah, dan Jawa Barat.
......Indonesian Return Migrant has significant economic potential for the country. Bank Indonesia said in 2019, the amount of remittance from the Indonesian Return Migrant reach around US$11,345 billion. Besides, the Indonesian Return Migrant has a dynamic role in supporting a new entrepreneur. In this study, the researchers try to have an in-depth analysis of remittance benefits from the Indonesian Return Migrant. The researchers do exploration about how the entrepreneurial intention of the Indonesian Return Migrant formed when they build a business. Next, this study wants to find how the entrepreneurial intention and the remittance beneficial can support the entrepreneurship behavior of Indonesian Return Migrants. After having an interview and focus group discussion (FGD) to the Indonesian Return Migrant, there are some entrepreneurial intention factors found. They are Attitudes, Subjective Norms, Perceived Behavioral Control, and Educational factors. Then, remittance beneficial earned by the Indonesian Return Migrant used for asset, saving, helping families, education expense and making business. Another finding shows that entrepreneurship intention and remittance beneficial have a contribution in supporting entrepreneurship behavior of the Indonesian Return Migrant. In conducting the results, a case study was held to 44 Indonesian Return Migrants from 3 provinces in Java; East Java, Central Java, and West Java."

"Entrepreneurship has been the fundamental topics of discussion among the politicians, economists,
and academics. Business creation is especially critical in developing countries to stimulate
economic growth. The present study attempts to examine entrepreneurial inclination among students
who are a potential source of entrepreneurs. The findings of the present research study indicate
that majority of our business students are not entrepreneurial-inclined. They do not seem to
possess strong entrepreneurial characteristics and entrepreneurial skills, and they are not keen in
starting a new business. The roles of higher institutes of education and the government in promoting
entrepreneurship are discussed."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh attitude toward behavior, social norm dan perceived behavioral control terhadap entrepreneurial intention pada founder dan co-founder startup inkubasi DIIB UI. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengukur entrepreneurial intention adalah theory of planned behavior, Ajzen 1991. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survei penyebaran kuesioner untuk memperoleh data, penarikan sampel sendiri menggunakan teknik total sampling, adapun sampel yang terkumpul adalah sebanyak 60 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan pada dua variabel independennya yaitu attitude toward behavior dan perceived behavioral control terhadap entrepreneurial intention, namun social norm tidak memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap entrepreneurial intention pada founder dan co-founder startup inkubasi DIIB UI.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the influences of attitude toward behavior, social norm and perceived behavioral control on entrepreneurial intention of DIIB UI s incubated startup founder and co-founder. This study used theory of planned behavior, Ajzen 1991 to measure the intention. This study used a quantitative approach by using survey method, in obtaining data, this study used a structured questionnaire. Total sampling is used for determining the sample number. The sample collected on this study were 60 respondents. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence among two independent variables, that is attitude toward behavior and perceived behavioral control toward entrepreneurial intention, while social norm did not have a significant influences on incubated startups founder and co-founder in DIIB UI entrepreneurial intention.>i/>

"ABSTRACT
Entrepreneurial activity is essential for a country rsquo s economic growth. However, the entrepreneurial rate in Indonesia is still meager compared to other ASEAN countries. To understand the process of finding potential entrepreneurs among Indonesian university students, I use entrepreneurial potential theory. I propose that entrepreneurship course can make a career as an entrepreneur become a more desirable and feasible option, thus increase the students rsquo intention to become one. Specifically, I hypothesize that entrepreneurship course has a positive effect on entrepreneurial intention via perceived desirability and feasibility. Hierarchical regression analysis was used to test the hypotheses with a sample of 148 Indonesian university students. Only two out of five hypotheses were supported. It suggests that entrepreneurship course has no effect on perceived desirability and feasibility and entrepreneurial intention of students. However, perceived desirability and feasibility have a positive impact on entrepreneurial intention.

ABSTRAK
Kegiatan kewirausahaan sangat penting bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi sebuah negara. Namun, tingkat kewirausahaan di Indonesia masih lebih rendah dibanding negara ASEAN lainnya. Untuk memahami proses terbentuknya potensial wirausahawan di kalangan mahasiswa Indonesia, saya menggunakan teori entrepreneurial potential. Saya mengusulkan bahwa program mata kuliah kewiraswastaan dapat membuat karir sebagai pengusaha menjadi pilihan yang lebih diminati dan memungkinkan, sehingga meningkatkan niat mahasiswa menjadi pengusaha. Secara khusus, saya berhipotesis bahwa mata kuliah kewiraswastaan memiliki efek positif pada niat kewirausahaan melalui perceived desirability and feasibility. Analisis regresi hirarkis digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis dengan sampel 148 mahasiswa Indonesia. Hanya dua dari lima hipotesis yang didukung. Ini menunjukkan bahwa mata kuliah kewiraswastaan tidak berpengaruh pada keinginan dan kepercayaan diri mahasiswa untuk penjadi pengusaha dan niat menjadi pengusaha. Namun, keinginan dan kepercayaan diri mahasiswa memiliki dampak positif terhadap niat menjadi pengusaha. "

"Kewirausahaan secara luas diakui sebagai faktor penentu yang dapat meningkatkan pembangunan sosial dan ekonomi, baik di negara maju ataupun berkembang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh efikasi diri kewirausahaan dan kepribadian proaktif terhadap niat berwirausaha melalui sikap terhadap kewirausahaan di antara mantan pekerja migran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi berbasis survei dan menggunakan kuesioner yang terdiri dari 27 item dengan  penilaian lima poin skala Likert untuk 195 mantan pekerja migran. Penelitian dilakukan di Kota/Kabupaten Kupang, Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur, Indonesia. Selanjutnya, studi ini menggunakan pemodelan persamaan struktural dan confirmatory factor analysis untuk menguji hipotesis yang diajukan. Perangkat lunak Lisrel digunakan untuk menganalisis dan menguji tujuh hipotesis yang dibuat berdasarkan model penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh tidak langsung pada hubungan antara kepribadian proaktif dan niat berwirausaha melalui sikap berwirausaha, namun efikasi diri kewirausahaan ditemukan memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap niat berwirausaha. Selain memberikan kontribusi penting terhadap literatur kewirausahaan, temuan ini juga memberi wawasan baru bagi pembuat kebijakan dan pihak terkait untuk mengembangkan perilaku kewirausahaan para mantan pekerja migran, serta memberikan perhatian pada berbagai elemen kunci yang mempengaruhi proses pembentukan perilaku kewirausahaan.
......Entrepreneurship is widely recognized as a determining factor that can improve social and economic development, both in developing and developed country. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of entrepreneurial self-efficacy and proactive personality on entrepreneurial intentions among migrant returns through attitude toward entrepreneurship. This research employs a survey-based methodology and uses a 27-item questionnaire with five-point Likert for a total sample of 195 migrant returns. The research was conducted in Kupang City/Regency, East Nusa Tenggara province, Indonesia. Further, the study employs the structural equation modelling and confirmatory factor analysis to test the proposed hypotheses. Lisrel were used to analyse and test seven hypotheses derived from the research model. The results show the indirect effect on the relationship between proactive personality and entrepreneurial intention through attitude towards entrepreneurship, while entrepreneurial self-efficacy is found to have negative significant effect on entrepreneurial intention. By doing so, this study gives important contributions to the literature of entrepreneurship. The findings also provide policy makers with important insights how to develop entrepreneurial intentions on post migrant workers and give attention to key elements of the entrepreneurial process"

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Dynamic Capabilities dan Entrepreneurship dalam menganalisis pengaruh Lingkungan dan Faktor Organisasi terhadap pembentukan Kinerja pada organisasi Pemerintah Penggunaan secara bersama konsep Dynamic Capabilities dan Entrepreneurship sehingga saling melengkapi merupakan operasionalisasi dari konsep Strategic Entrepreneurship dan belum dilakukan pada organisasi publik Karena organisasi Pemerintah memiliki tugas yang spesifik pada bidangnya atau adanya spesialisasi akan terjadi eksternalitas dan adanya tujuan bersama antar organisasi maka diperlukan adanya Koordinasi untuk pencapaian Kinerja yang optimal

Dalam penelitian diuji sepuluh hipotesis atas hubungan enam variabel penelitian yaitu Faktor Organisasi Lingkungan Dynamic Capabilities Entrepreneurial Orientation Koordinasi dan Kinerja Penelitian dilakukan terhadap unit organisasi Pemerintah tingkat eselon dua atau level manajer menengah pada sembilan Kementerian yang bertugas di bidang infrastruktur melalui survei pada bulan Juni – Juli 2014 Analisis terhadap 138 unit organisasi yang menjadi sample penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM)

Berdasarkan hasil analisis penggunaan konsep Dynamic Capabilities dan Entrepreneurship secara bersamaan dan saling melengkapi dapat dijalankan dan model dapat diterapkan pada organisasi Pemerintah Pola pembentukan Kinerja yang signifikan adalah Faktor Organisasi mempengaruhi Dynamic Capabilities dan Entrepreneurial Orientation dimana Dynamic Capabilities secara simultan juga mempengaruhi Entrepreneurial Orientation kemudian Entrepreneurial Orientation mempengaruhi Kinerja Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa pada unit organisasi Pemerintah level menengah karena lebih fokus pada rencana governance dan akuntabilitas bahwa: (1) Faktor Organisasi yang dimiliki berkontribusi pada kemampuan Dynamic Capabilities dan Entrepreneurship yang meningkatkan Kinerja unit organisasi (2) perubahan Lingkungan tidak segera membuat unit organisasi dapat merubah strateginya atau merealokasi resources dan capabilities yang dimilikinya dan (3) belum signifikan membangun Koordinasi aktif dengan unit organisasi lain untuk meningkatkan Kinerja Agar Kinerja organisasi Pemerintah dapat lebih ditingkatkan diperlukan perhatian pada (1) masalah kewenangan dan prosedur pengambilan keputusan untuk melakukan perubahan strategi pelaksanaan kegiatan (2) mekanisme Koordinasi dan perubahan strategi pelaksanaan sebagai bagian dari perencanaan kegiatan dan (3) masalah pengukuran Kinerja organisasi

This study developed ten hypotheses to analyze six variables The six variables were Organizational Factor Environment Dynamic Capabilities Entrepreneurial Orientation Coordination and Performance Units to analyze are the population of middle management in nine ministries that responsible for infrastructure development (138 units in total) Questionnaire distribution and collection were conducted during June – July 2014 Structural Equation Model (SEM) was used to analyze the hypotheses

By combining the concept of Dynamic Capabilities and Entrepreneurship the writer discovered a new model that explained strategic entrepreneurship theory applied in Government organizations The model justified a pattern to reach performance of organization as follows Organizational Factor affects Dynamic Capability and Entrepreneurial Orientation Simultaneously Dynamic Capability also affected Entrepreneurial Orientation Then Entrepreneurial Orientation which was amplified by Organizational Factor and Dynamic Capability created Performance

Study results indicate that since middle management in government organization more focus on planning governance and accountability there are there consequences Those are (1) Organizational Factor contributes to improve Dynamic Capabilities dan Entrepreneurship that lead to Performance of the unit of organization; (2) Environment change is not directly reflected in the unit of organization’s strategy or reallocation of resources and capabilities; and (3) Coordination among unit organizations is not significantly effective to reach performance

At the end of the study the writer provides suggestions to improve performance of government organizations Suggestions are as follows: (1) define a clear authority and procedure on decision making mainly in strategical change of activities; (2) put attention on coordination mechanism and strategic change as part of planning activities; and (3) clarify performance measurement in organization level
