"Dalam rangka downsizing, perusahaan mengadakan program pensiun dini. Yang diharapkan dari program pensiun dini yaitu mengeluarkan pegawai senior yang sudah tidak produktif lagi dalam bekerja. Namun harapan perusahaan tidak tercapai. Pada penelitian sebelumnya Mein (2000) dan Beehr (1995) mengemukakan bahwa kepuasan kerja merupakan salah satu prediktor pegawai mengambil pensiun dini. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh kepuasan kerja serta faset-fasetnya terhadap intensi mengambil pensiun dini.
Pada kepuasan kerja menggunakan sembilan faset dari Spector (1997) yaitu gaji, promosi, supervisi, tunjangan tambahan, penghargaan non materi, prosedur operasional, rekan kerja, tipe pekerjaan dan komunikasi. Sedangkan pada intensi terbentuk melalui tiga determinan yaitu attitude, subjective norm dan perceived behaviour control dari Ajzen (2005). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan tipe penelitian non eksperimental. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang terdiri dari dua alat ukur yaitu kepuasan kerja dan intensi mengambil pensiun dini. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah 138 orang pegawai Bank XYZ dengan jabatan manager.
Melalui pengolahan data metode statistik dengan simple regression prosedur enter diperoleh nilai signifikan sebesar 0.183. Artinya, kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap intensi mengambil pensiun dini. Hasilnya kepuasan kerja yang tinggi memiliki intensi yang rendah, sedangkan kepuasan kerja yang rendah juga memiliki intensi yang rendah. Selanjutnya melalui multiple regression prosedur stepwise diperoleh signifikan sebesar 0.028 dengan prediktor faset promosi. Artinya, faset promosi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap intensi mengambil pensiun dini, dan faset kepuasan kerja lainnya tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap intensi mengambil pensiun dini. Saran untuk penelitian selalanjutnya, sebaiknya menambahkan jumlah partisipan dengan sejumlah perusahaan.

To downsize its personnel, the company has introduced an early retirement program. This program has been introduced in the hope that unproductive senior employees can be reduced. But the hope has not been fulfilled. In the previous study, Mein (2000) and Beehr (1995) postulated that job satisfaction is the one predictor that drove employees to retire early. This study is conducted to observe the influence of ? also the facets - job satisfaction on the intention of early retirement.
In the light of job satisfaction, 9 facets (Spector (1997)) are used ? pay, promotion, supervision, fringe benefit, contingent rewards, operation procedures, coworker, nature of work, and communication. Intention is formed through 3 determinants, namely attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavior control, Ajzen (2005). This study is conducted with a non experimental quantitative approach. Data collection is conducted through a questionnaire employing 2 parameters, job satisfaction and the intention to early retirement. The respondents are 138 XYZ managers.
The statistical method, used simple regression method with enter procedure specifically, is used to process the data obtained. The value of 0.183 is obtained from the method. The value means that job satisfaction is not impact to the intention to retire early. It can be concluded that high job satisfaction results in low intention to retire early and low job satisfaction results in low intention to retire early. The multiple regression with stepwise procedure results in the value of 0.028, with the facet predictor promotion used. It can be concluded that this facet significantly impact the intention and the other facet of job satisfaction insignificantly impact the intention. It is suggested that there be more respondents and companies in the future study.

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan dan pengaruh pay satisfaction voluntary turnover intention pada karyawan PT.X. Penelitian ini adalah gabungan penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis data statistik menggunakan program SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel pay satisfaction memiliki hubungan yang negatif dan signifikan dengan variabel pay satisfaction dengan nilai r sebesar 0.676 dan persentase pengaruh sebesar 45.7 % terhadap variabel voluntary turnover intention pada karyawan PT.X. Hal ini mengindikasikan rendahnya tingkat kepuasan karyawan terhadap aspek penggajian di PT.X yang meliputi tingkat/ besaran gaji yang diterima (pay level), besarnya kenaikan gaji (pay raise), manfaat / tunjangan (benefit), dan struktur administrasi penggajian (pay structure / administration). Rendahnya tingkat kepuasan karyawan pada aspek penggajian ini disebabkan oleh sistem penggajian dari perusahaan yang dirasakan tidak adil oleh karyawan dan terdapat tumpang tindih antara jabatan pada struktur organisasi yang baru. Oleh karena itu, intervensi yang penulis usulkan berupa program intervensi evaluasi jabatan yang fokus pada peningkatan pay satisfaction karyawan, sebagai dasar untuk mendesain sistem penggajian yang adil (equal pay). Program intervensi evaluasi jabatan ini diharapkan akan dapat meningkatkan pay satisfaction dan menurunkan voluntary turnover intention pada karyawan PT.X.

ABSTRACT
This study analyzes the relationship and influence of pay satisfaction to voluntary turnover intention of employee PT.X. This is a combination of qualitative and quantitative research using statistic data analysis method via SPSS program version 22. Research result indicates that variable pay satisfaction has a negative and significant relationship with r score 0.676 and influence with percentage 45.7 % to variable voluntary turnover intention on PT.X employee. This result indicates low pay satisfaction of PT.X employee which includes satisfaction of pay level, pay raise, benefit, and pay structure/ administration. Low employee pay satisfaction is caused by unequal pay structure and gap between jobs in new PT.X organization chart. Thus, writer proposes job evaluation intervention program which focus on enhanching employee pay satisfaction, as a basis to design a fair and equal pay structure. This intervention proposal is expected to increase PT.X employee pay satisfaction and lower employee voluntary turnover intention.

"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui faset job satisfaction yang paling memengaruhi turnover intention karyawan level staf dan lower staf di PT XYZ, dan mendesain rancangan intervensi untuk mengatasi temuan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil uji regresi menunjukkan job satisfaction terbukti signifikan memengaruhi turnover intention (R²=.475*, p<.05). Artinya, peningkatan job satisfaction dapat mendorong penurunan turnover intention. Lebih jauh, penelitian menunjukan bahwa faset communication memiliki pengaruh paling besar terhadap turnover intention, dan item yang paling berkontribusi adalah mengenai masalah dalam pemberian tugas-tugas. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa karyawan merasa tugas-tugasnya tidak dijelaskan sepenuhnya oleh atasan. Kemampuan atasan dalam mengkomunikasikan tugas dengan baik ke bawahan dapat dibentuk dengan memberikan training kepada atasan langsung. Oleh karena itu, intervensi yang diusulkan adalah pemberian training effective communication bagi supervisor untuk meningkatkan job satisfaction dan menurunkan turnover intention karyawan level staf dan lower staf di PT XYZ.

The purpose of this study is to determine facets of job satisfaction that most influence turnover intention on staff and lower staff level in PT XYZ, and to design interventions to resolve problems encountered. This study use a quantitative approach. Result of regression analysis indicated that there is a significant effect job satisfaction to turnover intention on staff and lower staff level at PT XYZ (R²=.475, p<.05). Those results showed that the enhancement of job satisfaction will decrease employee’s turnover intention. Further, research shows that the facet of communication has the most influence the turnover intention, and the item has the most contribute is the problems in the assignments. This shows that employees feel their duties are not fully explained by the superiors. Superior ability to communicate well to subordinate task can be formed by providing training directly to superior. Therefore, the proposed intervention is provide training effective communication for supervisor level to increase job satisfaction and reduce turnover intention on staff and lower staff level in PT XYZ."

"Upaya Pemerintah dalam menekan angka pengangguran diwujudkan dengan program magang, salah satunya, yakni dengan hadirnya Program Magang Mahasiswa Bersertifikat (PMMB) yang diadakan oleh Kementerian Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) melalui Forum Human Capital Indonesia (FHCI). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perceived value terhadap loyalty intention melalui job satisfaction Studi Pada Alumni Peserta Program Magang Mahasiswa Bersertifikat (PMMB). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui teknik snowball sampling pada 168 responden yang didapatkan melalui online questionnaire kemudian didukung dengan wawancara mendalam dengan beberapa alumni peserta magang Program Magang Mahasiswa Bersertifikat (PMMB). Teknik pengukuran pada penelitian ini diperoleh menggunakan SPSS dan PLS-SEM sehingga memperoleh hasil yang lebih spesifik sehingga hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived value berpengaruh secara positif signifikan terhadap job satisfaction serta loyalty intentions pada alumni peserta Program Magang Mahasiswa Bersertifikat (PMMB).

One of the government's efforts to reduce the numbers of unemployment is by creating the internship program, namely Program Magang Mahasiswa Bersertifikat (PMMB) held by the Ministry of Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) and Forum Human Capital Indonesia (FHCI). This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived value on loyalty intentions through job satisfaction. Studies on Program Magang Mahasiswa Bersertifikat (PMMB) Internship. This study uses an approach with snowball sampling technique on 168 respondents obtained by an online questionnaire and supported by in-depth interviews on several alumni of Program Magang Mahasiswa Bersertifikat (PMMB) Internship. The measurement technique in this study was using SPSS and PLS-SEM so as to obtain more specific results so that the results showed that perceived value had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction and loyalty intentions among alumni of Program Magang Mahasiswa Bersertifikat (PMMB) Internship."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh person-organization fit (P-O fit) terhadap turnover intention dengan mempertimbangkan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. P-O fit diukur menggunakan konsep multidimensi P-O fit yaitu supplementary fit, complementary fit, needs-supplies fit and demands-abilities fit (Piasentin, 2007); kepuasan kerja diukur dengan Michigan Organizational Assessment Questionnaire (Camman et al. 1979) dan turnover intention diukur dengan model revisi Mobley, Horner and Hollingsworth (1978). Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui survei kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 100 orang karyawan tetap di PT Bank Syariah Mandiri, yang diambil menggunakan teknik non-probability purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis korelasi, regresi bertingkat dan bootstrap untuk menguji pengaruh langsung dan pengaruh mediasi di antara variabel-variabel kunci.
Hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi yang negatif dan moderat antara P-O fit dan turnover intention, korelasi yang positif dan kuat antara P-O fit dan kepuasan kerja, serta korelasi yang negatif dan moderat antara P-O fit dan turnover intention. Analisis regresi sederhana mengindikasikan bahwa P-O fit merupakan prediktor kepuasan kerja yang signifikan, serta P-O fit dan kepuasan kerja masing-masing merupakan prediktor turnover intentionyang signifikan.
Hasil Bootstrapping memberi bukti bahwa pengaruh tidak langsung P-O fit terhadap turnover intention melalui kepuasan kerja signifikan secara statistik. Sejalan dengan penelitian terdahulu, hasil analisis regresi bertingkat mengkonfirmasi bahwa kepuasan kerja memediasi hubungan P-O fit dan turnover intention sebagai mediator penuh. Dalam pembahasannya juga didiskusikan hasil dan implikasi serta rekomendasi untuk penelitian selanjutnya.

This study aims to examine the effect of person-organization-fit (P-O fit) on employee turnover intention by considering job satisfaction as a mediating variable. Multidimensional P-O fit, namely supplementary fit, complementary fit, needs-supplies fit and demands-abilities fit (Piasentin, 2007), Michigan Organizational Assessment Questionnaire (Camman et al. 1979) and Mobley, Horner and Hollingsworth’s (1978) revised model were used to measure P-O fit, job satisfaction and turnover intention. A quantitative survey was conducted on a non-probability (purposive) sample of 100 permanent employees working at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri.
Correlation, multistage regression and bootstrap were used to test the direct and mediating relationship between key variables. The results uncovered that there was a moderate negative correlation between P-O fit and turnover intention, a strong positive correlation between P-O fit and job satisfaction, and a moderate negative correlation between job satisfaction and turnover intention. The simple regression analysis showed that P-O fit was a significant predictor of job satisfaction and both P-O fit and job satisfaction were significant predictors to turnover intention.
Bootstrapping test revealed a statistical support for the indirect effect of P-O fit on turnover intention through job satisfaction. Moreover, the results of multistage regression analysis confirmed that job satisfaction significantly mediated the relationship between P-O fit and turnover intention as a full mediator. The results and implications of the study were discussed and recommendations for future research were addressed.

"Pergantian pekerja yang disebabkan oleh voluntary turnover dapat terjadi sangat cepat di dalam sebuah organisasi. Voluntary turnover yang sangat cepat dikaitkan dengan kualitas individu sebagai pekerja dalam menghadapi tantangan kerja di industri. Psychological capital dan social capital perlu dimiliki oleh individu sebagai pekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh psychological capital dan social capital karyawan terhadap job satisfaction, organizational commitment, dan turnover intention. Sebanyak 415 kuesioner online dikumpulkan dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa psychological capital memiliki efek positif pada job satisfaction. Psychological capital memiliki efek tidak langsung terhadap turnover intention melalui job satisfaction dan organizational commitment. Sedangkan, social capital dapat mempengaruhi job satisfaction, organizational commitment, dan turnover intention secara langsung. Selain itu, social capital juga dapat mempengaruhi turnover intention melalui mediasi job satisfaction dan organizational commitment.

The change of workers caused by voluntary turnover can occur very quickly within an organization. Voluntary turnover was very quickly associated with the quality of individuals as workers in facing work challenges in the industry. Psychological capital and social capital need to be owned by individuals as workers. This study aims to analyze the effect of psychological capital and social capital of employees on job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention. A total of 415 online questionnaires were collected and data analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) path analysis. The results showed that psychological capital has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Psychological capital also has an indirect effect on turnover intention through job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Meanwhile, social capital can affect job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention directly. Social capital also can affect turnover intention through job satisfaction and organizational commitment as mediators.

"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menentukan penyebab utama masalah meningkatnya voluntary turnoverpada Talent Engineerdi PT. XXX dan merancang sebuah program intervensi untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Tipe penelitian kuantitatif digunakan untuk pengukuran penyebab utama. Tipe penelitian kualitatif melalui metode wawancara dan analisis data sekunder digunakan untuk mengenali masalah dan mencari faktor-faktor penyebab mengapa masalah tersebut terjadi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan merupakan penyebab utama meningkatnya voluntary turnover intentionpada Talent Engineerdi PT. XXX. Berdasarkan kajian terhadap hasil pengukuran menggunakan alat ukur Withdrawal Cognition, Work Design Questionnaire, dan Leadership Behaviour Analysis, hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa penilaian Engineermengenai gaya kepemimpinan atasannya tidak sesuai dengan gaya kepemimpinan yang dimiliki oleh atasannya tersebut, baik untuk directive behaviour maupun supportive behaviour. Oleh karena itu, intervensi yang diberikan fokus untuk meningkatkan kompetensi para Engineering Managersebagai mentormelalui pelatihan agar dapat menurunkan voluntary turnover intentionpada Talent Engineerdi PT. XXX.

The purpose of this study is to determine the cause of Talent Engineer?s voluntary turnover problem at PT. XXX and design an intervention program to overcome it. This study used quantitative and qualitative research type. Quantitative research type were used to measure major cause. Qualitative research type were used to determine the problem and the factor that cause the problem. The results show that leadership is the cause of voluntary turnover problem. Based on measurement with Withdrawal Cognition, Work Design Questionnaire, dan Leadership Behaviour Analysis tools, the results show that Engineer judgement about leadership style did not match with their superordinate?s leadership style for directive and supportive behaviour. Therefore, the intervention is focused on improving Engineering Manager competency as a mentor through training in order to reduce Talent Engineer?s voluntary turnover problem at PT. XXX.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana pengaruh karakteristik pekerjaan dan high performance work system terhadap turnover intention, serta untuk melihat apakah kepuasan kerja memiliki peran sebagai variabel mediasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survey kuesioner. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan dengan level staff dan assistant manager pada XYZ, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 85 responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan path analysis dan aplikasi LISREL 8.8 dengan adanya variabel mediasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja terbukti memediasi secara parsial pengaruh dari karakteristik pekerjaan dan high performance work system terhadap turnover intention.

This study is intended to seek the effect of job characteristics and high performance work system toward turnover intention, also to test the role of job satisfaction as mediator. Data were collected using questionnaire, with total respondent is 85 staff and assistant manager from XYZ. Data analysis is conducted using path analysis and LISREL 8.8 application with the presence of mediation effect. The result of this study shows that job satisfaction partially mediated the effect of job characteristics and high performance work system to turnover intention."
