Abstrak :
Organisasi nirlaba membutuhkan dana untuk tetap beroperasi, bertahan hidup, menjalankan programnya dan melakukan pengembangan. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhannya tersebut organisasi nirlaba perlu untuk melakukan pengalangan dana. Sumber dana bagi organisasi nirlaba adalah: pemerintah, perusahaan, organisasi donor, dan individu. Sebagian besar organisasi nirlaba melakukan penggalangan dana kepada organisasi donor, tetapi donor individu menjadi salah satu sumber dana yang dipertimbangkan oleh organisasi nirlaba. Komunitas dan organisasi LGBT menghadapi sentimen negatif di Indonesia dan diskriminasi terus meningkat sejak tahun 2016. Hal tersebut mempengaruhi strategi penggalangan dana yang dilakukan oleh Perkumpulan Suara Kita (PSK) sebagai salah satu organisasi LGBT di Indonesia. Saat diskriminasi terhadap LGBT semakin meningkat, proyek kerja sama dengan organisasi donor sulit didapatkan. PSK kemudian mulai melakukan penggalangan dana kepada donor individu dan berhasil membangun landasan pendukung yang cukup baik. Strategi penggalangan dana kepada donor individu yang dilakukan oleh PSK terbagi menjadi strategi akuisisi dan strategi retensi. PSK juga mengembangkan strategi penggalangan dana kepada organisasi donor yang sangat dipengaruhi oleh hubungan baik dengan organisasi donor. ......Non-profit organizations need funds to stay operational, survive, run their programs and develop their organization. Non-profit organizations need to raise funds to fulfill their needs. Sources of funding for non-profit organizations are: governments, corporates, donor organizations, and individuals. Most non-profit organizations raise fund from donor organizations, but individual donors are one of the potential sources of funds that can be considered by non-profits organizations. LGBT communities and organizations face negative sentiments in Indonesia and discrimination has continued to increase since 2016. This has influenced the fundraising strategy undertaken by Perkumpulan Suara Kita (PSK) as one of the LGBT organizations in Indonesia. Projects with donor organizations are hard to achieved when the discrimination against LGBT increased. PSK then started to raise funds from individual donors and managed to build a good base of supporters. The fundraising strategy for individual donors carried out by PSK is divided into an acquisition strategy and retention strategy. PSK has also developed a fundraising strategy for donor organizations which is strongly influenced by good relations with donor organizations.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis profitabilitas dan lifetime value donatur pada salah satu organisasi nonprofit di Indonesia, yaitu Organisasi Z. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus dengan melakukan perhitungan profitabilitas dan lifetime value pada donatur Organisasi Z sebagai dasar pengelolaan pelayanan donatur (donor relationship management). Pemilihan sampel penelitian menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan menetapkan sebesar 20% donatur dengan total donasi tertinggi pada periode 2019 sebagai sampel penelitian. Analisis profitabilitas dan perhitungan lifetime value donatur menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari divisi fundraising dan divisi keuangan Organisasi Z pada periode 2019. Hasil penelitian berupa identifikasi dan klasifikasi donatur ke empat kategori berdasarkan analisis gabungan analisis profitabilitas donatur dan lifetime value donatur. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh empat kategori pengklasifikasian donatur yaitu high value donors (53%), growing donors (9%), declining donors (4%), dan low value donors (33%). Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian diperoleh informasi bahwa kelompok paling dominan adalah high value donors, yaitu kelompok donatur yang memiliki nilai profitabilitas dan lifetime value tinggi yang mengindikasi bahwa keberlanjutan pendanaan organisasi Z cukup baik. Namun demikian organisasi Z memiliki tantangan untuk segmen low value donors, yang merupakan kelompok terbanyak kedua, karena memiliki profitabilitas dan lifetime value yang rendah.

The aim of this research is to measure the profitability analysis and lifetime value of donors in one of the non-profit organizations (NFPs) in Indonesia, namely Organization Z. This research uses a case study approach with single unit analysis. The sampling used the purposive sampling method by selecting 20% of total donors with the highest donations in 2019 as the samples. The analysis is conducted by calculating the donor profitability analysis and donor lifetime value using primary data obtained from the fundraising and the financial reports of Z Organization Z in the period of 2019. The results identified the classification of donors into four categories based on the joint analysis of the donors’ profitability analysis and donors’ lifetime value as the basis for managing donor relationships and resource allocation. From this research, it is obtained donors’ classification, namely High-Value Donors (53%), Growing Donors (9%), Declining Donors (4%), and Low-Value Donors (33%). The most dominant group is the High Value Donors, having high profitability and lifetime value, which indicates that the sustainability of Z organization's funding is good. However, organization Z faces a challenge for the low-value donors’ segment, which is the second largest group, because it has low profitability and lifetime value.

Laporan magang ini membahas audit akun pengeluaran pada Program BBB di bawah KMTN Foundation. Yayasan KMTN adalah salah satu organisasi nirlaba di Indonesia yang bertujuan untuk menciptakan tata pemerintahan yang partisipatif, berorientasi pada konsensus, akuntabel, transparan, responsif, efektif dan efisien, adil dan inklusif, dan mematuhi hukum. Tujuan-tujuan ini diwujudkan dalam program sosial yang dikelola oleh Yayasan KMTN selama periode yang diperlukan. Proses audit dilakukan oleh KAP ABC Indonesia untuk periode yang berakhir pada 31 Desember 2018. Laporan ini membahas prosedur audit terkait dengan pengeluaran umum dan menganalisis prosedur. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan, prosedur audit oleh KAP ABC Indonesia sesuai dengan teori dan standar audit yang berlaku. Proses audit untuk Program BBB belum mengeluarkan pendapat karena masih ada kebutuhan untuk pembenaran untuk pengungkapan dari Yayasan KMTN sebagai manajer program. .......This apprenticeship report discusses audits of expenditures on the BBB Program under the KMTN Foundation. The KMTN Foundation is one of the non-profit organizations in Indonesia whose aim is to create governance that is participatory, consensus-oriented, accountable, transparent, responsive, effective and efficient, fair and inclusive, and abiding by the law. These objectives are manifested in social programs managed by the KMTN Foundation during the required period. The audit process was carried out by KAP ABC Indonesia for the period ending December 31, 2018. This report discusses the audit procedures related to general expenses and analyzes the procedures. Based on the analysis conducted, the audit procedure by KAP ABC Indonesia is in accordance with the prevailing audit theory and standards. The audit process for the BBB Program has not yet issued an opinion because there is still a need for justification for disclosure from the KMTN Foundation as the program manager.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh peta strategi dan rancangan indikator evaluasi kinerja fakultas dengan balance scorecard. Peta strategi digunakan sebagai alat bantu untuk menvisualisasikan, menerjemahkan dan mengkomunikasikan rencana strategis fakultas kepada seluruh karyawan. Pemilihan strategi dengan metode Borda perankingan dan triangulasi validasi metode kualitatif telah menghasilkan 5 strategi fakultas yang terpilih dari Renstra Rencana Strategis Universitas. Metode AHP juga digunakan sebagai usulan untuk memusatkan perhatian pada 5 strategi yang akan diprioritaskan dalam mencapai visi dan misi fakultas serta memberikan laporan kemajuan kinerja antar strategi. Urutan strategi hasil prioritas AHP adalah pemantapan sistem tata kelola dan manajemen terintegrasi dan organisasi yang sehat, penguatan profesionalisme SDM, peningkatan kapasitas, kualitas dan produktifitas riset, pengabdian masyarakat dan inovasi, peningkatan kualitas lulusan berdaya saing global, peningkatan kuantitas dan kualitas sarana dan prasarana dan pemanfaatannya secara optimal. Setiap strategi memiliki program ndash; program pencapaian strategi yang dikelompokan ke dalam empat persepektif BSC. Setiap program pencapaian strategi memiliki beberapa indikator evaluasi kinerja. Hasil rancangan evaluasi kinerja digunakan untuk menentukan keadaan sistem pendidikan serta memantau setiap perkembangan dan kemajuan kinerja fakultas baik eksternal maupun internal.

This thesis aims to obtain a strategy map and design of faculty performance evaluation indicators with a balanced scorecard. Strategy map is used as a tool to visualize, interpret and communicate the strategic plan of the faculty to all employees. The selection strategy with Borda ranking and triangulation qualitative method validation has produced 5 five strategies faculty that chosen from strategic planning. Analytical Hierarchy Process AHP method is also used to focus on 5 five strategies that will be priorited in achieving the vision and mission of the faculty and provide a performance progress report of performance strategy. The priority of strategis based on AHP method are good university governance and management strengthening human resources professionalism increasing capacity, quality and productivity of research, community service and innovation increasing quality of graduates globally competitive increasing quantity and quality of infrastructure and optimal utilization. Each strategy has several programs to achieve strategy which grouped in 4 four perspectives of Balance Scorecard BSC . Each program has several performance evaluation indicators. The results of strategy map design and performance evaluation indicators are used to determine how the condition of the education system and monitor how progress report of performance faculty, both external and internal.

ABSTRACT
This thesis identified a not-for-profit business model strategy that is mostly focuses on covering costs rather than optimizing profitability or revenue. To be able to compete in the future, Not-for-profit hospitals must embrace best practices of the for-profit and develop a cost limitation strategy to increasing revenue. This research was taken in one of class B-government own hospital in North of Jakarta, RSUD Koja. Using a qualitative-descriptive approach through interview, questionnaires and observations, this research proven that not-for-profit organization such as RSUD Koja has beginning to competitively generate profit without having to rely on government subsidies by developing a sounding marketing strategy, especially in pricing. Based on Internal ? External Matrix and TOWS analysis for three major units in the hospitals; Emergency, Inpatient and Outpatient Unit, we found several improvement in service quality as well as in their human capital in order to achieve a competitive independent hospital.

Penelitian ini membahas sistem pengendalian yang dilakukan oleh organisasi nirlaba. Berbeda dengan organisasi komersial, keberhasilan organisasi nirlaba dinilai dari program-program yang telah dilakukan untuk kepentingan publik. Dibutuhkan sebuah sistem pengendalian yang tepat agar organisasi nirlaba dapat menjalankan programnya dengan efektif dan efisien agar dana yang dimiliki dapat digunakan secara maksimal dan menjaga keberlangsungan organisasi. Analisis yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model Levers of Control yang pertama kali dikembangkan oleh Robert Simons. Levers of Control mengintegrasikan keempat sistem yaitu beliefs system, boundary system, diagnostic control system, dan interactive control system dalam pencapaian strategi organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan SEAMEO Biotrop sebagai objek penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan levers of control pada organisasi nirlaba belum sepenuhnya dilakukan dikarenakan beberapa aspek dari organisasi nirlaba itu sendiri.

This research discussess management control system implementation on nonprofit organization. Unlike profit organization, non-profit organization assessed its success by program that is done for public. The proper control system is needed to keep the organization doing its strategy efficient and effectively so that they can used its funds optimally. The analysis conducted in this research uses the levers of control framework which was first developed by Robert Simons. Levers of control integrates the four systems which are beliefs systems, boundary systems, diagnostic control systems, and interactive control systems to successfully achieve the organizations strategy. This research is a case study where SEAMEO Biotrop serves as the object of this research. The results of this research indicate that levers of control is not fully implemented on non-profit organization because some aspects of the non-profit organization itself

Laporan magang ini membahas mengenai proses audit yang dilakukan oleh KAP RTS terhadap beberapa proyek yang diselenggarakan oleh Organisasi ASG untuk periode yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2015. Fokus pembahasan terletak pada kebijakan akuntansi atas proyek yang diselenggarakan, prosedur audit, temuan audit, dan proses audit yang dilakukan oleh KAP RTS, beserta analisisnya. Laporan ini membahas dua contoh proyek, yakni TPF SAFTA dan TPF AZB. Berdasarkan hasil proses audit, kebijakan akuntansi pada kedua proyek tersebut telah sesuai dengan standar yang berlaku. Selain itu, prosedur audit yang dijalankan tim audit KAP RTS juga telah sesuai dengan standar yang berlaku.

ABSTRACT
The report is aimed to explain the KAP RTSs audit process of some projects which held by ASG Organization for the period ended December 31st, 2015.The focus of the report lies on accounting policy for projects, audit procedures performed by KAP RTS, audit findings, audit process, as well as the analysis. The report discusses two examples of projects, TPF SAFTA and TPF AZB. Based on the result of the audit process, accounting policy for two projects have complied with the standard of accounting. In addition, the audit procedures, which are applied by the public accountant firm, have complied with the theory and the standards which prevail.
