ABSTRAK
Tesis ini merupakan hasil analisis dari proses business coaching di salah satu UMKM di Jakarta bernama Kriya Me Creative Studio yang memproduksi kerajinan tangan bernuansa batik. Dengan menggunakan metode wawancara dan observasi telah ditemukan beberapa masalah dan beberapa saran-saran sudah disampaikan. Dengan menggunakan beberapa alat analisis seperti VRIO, SWOT, dan analisis gap, telah ditemukan satu kesempatan untuk meningkatkan penjualan dengan memproduksi lini produk baru yaitu suvenir pernikahan. Inisiatif ini perlu didukung dengan berkolaborasi dengan usaha penyelenggara pernikahan. Oleh karena itu, UMKM perlu menyiapkan proposal kerjasama yang menarik sebagai bahan pengajuan kolaborasi dengan usaha penyelenggara pernikahan.
ABSTRACT
This thesis is the analysis result of business coaching process in one of Small Medium Enterprises SMEs in Jakarta named Kriya Me which produces Batik crafts. By using in depth interview and observation methods, several issues were found and some improvements were suggested. By performing some analytics tools such as VRIO, SWOT, Gap analysis, this study found that there is an opportunity to increase sales volume by producing new product line which is wedding souvenir. Collaboration with more wedding organizers is needed in order to sell this specialty product. Preparing a good company profile as a pitching tool to some wedding organizers is what will make this new initiative works well.

Abstrak :
Indonesia memerlukan suatu strategi nasional untuk memenangkan persaingan dalam integrasi pasar modal ASEAN. Stuudi ini melakukan analisa regresi dan perbandingan dengan negara-negara ASEAN lain untuk memetakan daya saing pasar modal Indonesia dan memberikan saran tentang strategi yang tepat untuk bersaing. Hasil uji regresi menyimpulkan bahwa perkembangan pasar modal Indonesia dipengaruhi oleh kualitas tata kelola pemerintahan, besarnya tabungan masyarakat dan investasi asing. Strategi yang tepat bagi Indonesia adalah memastikan bahwa industri pasar modal tetap kompetitif untuk menumbuhkan kekuatan inovasi. Perbaikan-perbaikan yang perlu dilakukan adalah menyangkut peraturan, perbaikan sumber daya untuk meningkatkan kapasitas dan kapabilitas, dan program-program pendidikan pasar modal.
Indonesia needs a national strategy to win the competition in the integrated ASEAN stock markets. This study conducts regression analyses and comparative study to map out the competitiveness of Indonesia?s stock market and make suggestions on the proper strategy. Regression results show that Indonesia stock market development is influenced by the quality of government, level of savings and FDI. The proper strategy is to make sure that Indonesia?s stock market remains highly competitive to push for more innovative capacity. Improvements are needed in regulatory area, resources to enhance capacity and capability, and stock market educational programs.

ABSTRAK Tesis ini membahas mengenai peningkatan kualitas produk dan pengembangan pasar organisasi bagi UKM LucuLucu Indonesia. UKM LucuLucu Indonesia bergerak pada industri kreatif yang menawarkan jasa aplikasi bordir customized. Pembahasan pada tesis ini mengenai peningkatan atribut kualitas pada lini produk yang sudah ada dan langkah UKM untuk meningkatkan jumlah pesanan. Usulan model usaha yang diberikan kepada UKM LucuLucu Indonesia yaitu pengembangan pasar organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data kuantitatif dan Total Quality Management.
ABSTRACT This thesis discusses the enhancement of product quality and development of organizational market for UKM LucuLucu Indonesia. UKM LucuLucu Indonesian engaged in the creative industries that offer services customized embroidery applications. The discussion in this thesis regarding the improvement of the quality attributes of existing product lines and UKM steps to increase the number of orders. Proposed business model given to UKM LucuLucu Indonesia is the market development organization. This study uses quantitative data analysis and Total Quality Management.

ABSTRAK Tesis ini membahas business coaching yang dilakukan Penulis dengan Autik Craft, UMKM yang memproduksi sepatu etnik wanita. Tujuan dari tesis ini adalah membantu pertumbuhan bisnis Autik Craft dengan melakukan formulasi Co-creation dan standarisasi produk, serta pengembangan pasar melalui website. Data dari hasil business coaching diolah dengan menggunakan analisis 5 forces, peta persepsi, SWOT dan Jarak. Hasil yang diperoleh dari business coaching adalah produk dengan atribut baru berupa sepatu etnik yang nyaman, tahan lama, serta desain yang dapat digunakan sehari-hari; perubahan proses bisnis sehingga standarisasi produk dapat tercapai; perubahan logo dan kemasan, serta website yang menjadi distribution channel penjualan produk utama bagi Autik Craft.
ABSTRACT This thesis discusses about business coaching conducted by writer and Autik Craft, SMEs that produce ethnic women shoes. The aim of this thesis is to help business growth Autik Craft by formulation of value co-creation, product standardization, and market penetration via internet. Data from business coaching processed using 5 forces analysis, perceptual map, SWOT and Gap. The results of business coaching is new product of ethnic shoes that have superior attributes of comfort, long-lasting, as well as daily use; change of the logo and packaging; and develop website to become the main product sales channel for Autik Craft.

Tesis ini membahas strategi yang dapat dilakukan untuk memperoleh pertumbuhan. Penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Masalah yang dibahas adalah dampak krisis ekonomi global yang terjadi sejak pertengahan tahun 2008 yang menimpa hampir semua aspek ekonomi termasuk bidang usaha tidak terkecuali PT Jico Agung sebagai perusahaan distribusi produk konsumsi. Produk impor sebagai salah satu jenis produk yang dipasarkan oleh PT Jico Agung dianggap produk yang terkena dampak yang cukup signifikan atas terjadinya krisis ekonomi global. Hal ini diperparah dengan dikeluarkannya Peraturan Menteri Perdagangan Nomor 56/M-DAG/PER/12/2008 yang mengatur tentang ketentuan impor barang tertentu dimana produk impor makanan dan minuman termasuk salah satu yang diatur di dalamnya. Bertolak belakang dengan kondisi tersebut di atas, manajemen PT Jico Agung justru mensyaratkan adanya pertumbuhan penjualan produk impor sebesar seratus persen untuk target tahun 2009. Dari hasil penelitian menyarankan bahwa dengan mempertimbangkan kondisi lingkungan usahanya baik eksternal maupun internal serta memperhatikan bisnis intinya, maka PT Jico Agung dapat melakukan strategi pertumbuhan dengan melakukan strategi penetrasi pasar dan pengembangan pasar. ......This thesis analizes strategy options of company in gaining growths. By using a qualitative approach, this study took PT Jico Agung as a case study. The company problem began when global economic crisis started in the mid of year 2008 and affected almost all economic aspects included busincss area. PT Jico Agung as a consumer goods distribution company also affected highly by this crisis. Import products as one of PT Jico Agung products portfolio was considered to be products which were affected more significantly than others. This situation became worst when Indonesian Government through its Trading Minister launched Peraturan Menteri Perdagangan Nomor 56/M- DAG/PER/12/2008 regulated particular import products where food and drink products category was one of others four which was stated in that regulation. Contrast with the situation above, PT Jico Agung management put a double growth of import products sales in their business plan for the year 2009. This research resulted with an advice by considering its business environments and its core business that PT Jico Agung could choose a growth strategy by doing market penetration and market development strategy.

Tesis ini menganalisis faktor-faktor kritikal yang menentukan keberhasilan implementasi Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) dilihat dari persepsi praktisi ERP dan korelasi faktor-faktor tersebut dengan keberhasilan suatu implementasi ERP. Faktor-faktor yang dianggap kritikal dikumpulkan dari jurnal-jurnal ilmiah, lalu di bagikan kuesioner untuk mengetahui pendapat praktisi ERP. Hasil penelitian menemukan adanya perbedaan persepsi kepentingan faktor antara pihak perusahaan dengan pihak vendor ERP. Penelitian juga menghasilkan faktor-faktor dengan korelasi terbesar terhadap keberhasilan implementasi, yang berguna bagi praktisi ERP dalam menjalankan implements ERP......This study analyzes critical success factors of enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation, base on ERP?s practitioners? perception and the factor?s influence on ERP implementation success. Potentials critical factors are collected from science journals. Using survey, the ERP practitioners express their opinion about the importance of the factor and the appearance of the factor in the ERP implementation. The research finds that there are differences between enterprise?s perception and ERP vendor?s perception. The research also recognizes factors that have the greatest influence on ERP success, which is useful for ERP practitioners implementing ERP implementation.

Skripsi ini membahas tentangBentuk Kerjasama Public Private Partnership Untuk Pengembangan Pasar Seni Gabusan. Pengembangan Pasar Seni Gabusan ini adalah dalam bentuk pembangunan fasilitas-fasilitas baru yaitu hotel, cottage, convention hall, showroom, pintu masuk dan koridor Pasar Seni Gabusan yang bertujuan untuk menarik dan meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan ke Pasar Seni Gabusan. Jumlah kunjungan yang minim merupakan permasalahan utama yang dihadapi oleh Pasar Seni Gabusan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, Pemkab Bantul bekerjasama dengan sektor swasta untuk melakukan pengembangan Pasar Seni Gabusan. Commercial force merupakan faktor pendorong utama Pemkab Bantul untuk melakukan kerjasama pemerintah swasta. Sementara opposition by legislative dan opposition by public merupakan faktor penghambat kerjasama pemerintah swasta untuk pengembangan Pasar Seni Gabusan. Strategi kerjasama yang cocok untuk pengembangan Pasar Seni Gabusan berdasarkan kondisi existing yang ada adalah dengan Public Private Partnership dengan bentuk joint venture.

Tesis ini membahas tentang pengembangan Pasar Tradisional di Entikong yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Sanggau. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa tidak berkembanganya Pasar Tradisional di Entikong disebabkan oleh implementasi kebijakan pengembangan Pasar Tradisional yang dilakukan oleh aparatur Pemerintah Daerah tidak berjalan optimal serta lemahnya manajemen pengelolaan pasar yang diterapkan oleh Dinas Perdagangan dan pengelola pasar. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang membuat pasar menjadi tidak berkembang, seperti kurangnya kunjungan pembeli di pasar, minimnya keuntungan yang diperoleh pedagang, besarnya kenaikan tarif retribusi penyewaan kios, kondisi lingkungan pasar yang tidak kondusif dan banyaknya sarana fisik pasar yang rusak.
This thesis discuss about the development of Traditional Market in Entikong by local government Sanggau regency. The research used a qualitative approach to the type of descriptive study research. The result of this study show that the undeveloped of traditional market in Entikong caused by the implementation of development traditional market policy by local government employer doesn?t run optimally and weak managing that applied by department of trade and market organizer. There are several factor that make market become undeveloped, such as the less of buyers come to the market, the less of profit that merchant can get, the increase of retribution shop rent fee, the condition of market area that unsupported and a lot of market facility that out of order.
