"Gudang memainkan peran strategis dalam menjaga kelancaran dan efisiensi rantai pasok secara keseluruhan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan yang ingin tetap kompetitif dalam menghadapi persaingan bisnis yang ketat perlu mengevaluasi dan memastikan terjadinya peningkatan berkelanjutan pada kegiatan gudang. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengukur kinerja rantai pasok gudang barang jadi sebuah perusahaan makanan dan minuman kesehatan di Indonesia sebagai acuan untuk mengusulkan strategi yang diperlukan dalam peningkatan kinerja. Terdapat 25 indikator kinerja yang diukur dalam penelitian ini yang terbagi ke dalam tiap level pada kerangka model Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR). Dari hasil pengukuran, diperoleh nilai rata-rata kinerja rantai pasok gudang barang jadi perusahaan pada tahun 2023 sebesar 63.78% yang masuk ke dalam kategori ‘Average’ menurut sistem monitoring dengan traffic light system. Setiap indikator kinerja kemudian dipetakan ke dalam kuadran Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) untuk mengidentifikasi indikator kinerja yang harus menjadi prioritas perbaikan. Berdasarkan kuadran IPA, diperoleh 4 indikator kinerja yang memiliki kepentingan cukup tinggi namun performanya belum baik, yaitu finished goods inventory level, inventory days on hand, orders received on time, dan delivery fill rate. Adapun strategi peningkatan kinerja yang diajukan kepada perusahaan yakni penggunaan metode peramalan yang lebih akurat dan penerapan sistem manajemen persediaan dengan integrasi IoT dan RFID.

Warehouse plays a strategic role in maintaining the smoothness and efficiency of the overall supply chain. Therefore, companies aiming to remain competitive in facing tough business competition need to evaluate and ensure continuous improvement in warehouse activities. This research was conducted to measure the supply chain performance of a finished goods warehouse in a health food and beverage company in Indonesia, as a reference to propose necessary strategies for improvement. There are 25 performance indicators measured in this study, categorized into each level of the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) model framework. The results show the average performance score of the company's finished goods warehouse supply chain in 2023 was 63.78%, classified as 'Average' according to the traffic light monitoring system. Each performance indicator was then mapped into the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) quadrant to identify priority areas for improvement. Based on the IPA quadrant, 4 performance indicators were identified as having high importance but inadequate performance, namely finished goods inventory level, inventory days on hand, orders received on time, and delivery fill rate. The proposed strategies for performance improvement include the use of accurate forecasting methods and the implementation of inventory management systems with IoT and RFID integration."

"Manajemen rantai pasok mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan sehingga perusahaan harus terus meningkatkan kinerja rantai pasoknya guna mencapai daya saing. Pengukuran kinerja sangat penting untuk meningkatkan daya saing karena memberikan informasi mengenai kekuatan yang harus dipertahankan dan kelemahan yang harus diatasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok internal pada perusahaan kabel dengan menggunakan integrasi metode DEMATEL, ANP, dan TOPSIS. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang dinilai oleh ahli pada enam alternatif rantai pasok.Metode DEMATEL dan ANP digunakan untuk memperoleh hubungan sebab akibat antar indikator dan bobot indikator kinerja rantai pasok. Metode TOPSIS digunakan untuk mengukur kinerja rantai pasok. Analisis sensitivitas dilakukan untuk menguji ketahanan hasil pengukuran. Berdasarkan tingkat pengaruh antar dimensi, inovasi dan pembelajaran merupakan dimensi yang cenderung mempengaruhi dimensi lainnya.

Supply chain management affects company performance, so company should improve their supply chain performance in order to achieve competitiveness. Performance measurement is critical for improving competitiveness as it provides information on the strength that must be maintained and the weakness that must be addressed. The purpose of this study is to measure internal supply chain performance in the cable company by using the integration approach of DEMATEL, ANP, and TOPSIS. Data were obtained through questionnaires assessed by experts on six supply chain alternatives.

DEMATEL and ANP methods are used to obtain causal relationships between indicators and weight of supply chain performance indicators. TOPSIS method is used to measure supply chain performance. Sensitivity analysis was conducted to investigation the robustness of the measurement result. Based on the level of influence between dimensions, innovation and learning are dimensions that tend to affect other dimensions."

Metode yang digunakan adalah Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) sebagai kerangka pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan. Pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok perlu dilakukan untuk mengetahui kondisi rantai pasok dari suatu perusahaan, yang menjadi titik awal dilakukannya perbaikan. Perbaikan yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini berkaitan dengan permasalahan daya saing perusahaan dan juga permasalahan di lapangan produksi. Tingkat kepentingan atribut kinerja diukur berdasar pembobotan dengan kuesioner oleh beberapa expert. Terdapat 29 indikator kinerja (KPI) yang diukur dan terbagi ke dalam perspektif model SCOR untuk tiap levelnya. Dari hasil pengukuran didapatkan kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan pada tahun 2019 sebesar 81,47% yang menunjukkan kinerja perusahaan berada pada kategori baik dengan warna hijau. Setelah itu setiap KPI dipetakan ke dalam kuadran Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), untuk mendapatkan KPI yang sekiranya memiliki Performance yang belum baik dan memilih Importance yang cukup besar untuk diperbaiki atau di tingkatkan. Dengan menggunakan kuadran IPA didapatkan lima KPI pada rantai pasok perusahaan yang kinerjanya perlu ditingkatkan, maka dari itu diperlukan strategi untuk dapat memperbaiki kinerja tersebut. Dengan dibantu Prioritization Matrix, didapatkan sepuluh strategi yang dapat membantu perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kinerja rantai pasok mereka.

This research was conducted to measure supply chain performance in commercial vehicle manufacturing companies in Indonesia. The method used in this research are Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) as a performance measurement framework, and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine the weight for each performance indicators. The objective of this research is to measure the supply chain performance from the company in 2019 and obtain improvement strategies to improve the overall supply chain performance of the company. There are 29 performance indicators that are measured and divided into SCOR model’s perspectives for each level. The result of the measurement indicates that the performance of supply chain in 2019 is 81,47% which shows the company's performance is in good category. Then, each KPI will be mapped to the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) quadrant to get which indicators that need to be improved. The proposed strategy is analyzed using prioritization matrix tools. There are ten proposed action plan strategies chosen to improve five KPI based on the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) which expected to give good impact on the company’s overall supply chain performance improvement.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kinerja rantai pasok dari perusahaan industri perakitan barang dan merancang strategi perbaikan untuk meningkatkan performa, sehingga didapatkan hasil yang optimal dan daya saing perusahaan tetap terjaga. Metode yang digunakan adalah Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR), yang disesuaikan khusus untuk perusahaan sebagai kerangka kerja dalam pengukuran dan perancangan strategi rantai pasok. Indikator kinerja yang bermasalah dipilih berdasarkan pembobotan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Ada 27 indikator kinerja yang diukur dan dikategorikan berdasarkan atribut pengukuran model SCOR. Berdasarkan pengukuran performa tahun terakhir, diperoleh nilai 48.24%, yang menempatkan kinerja perusahaan dalam kategori marginal dengan indikasi warna jingga. Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) kemudian digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi indikator prioritas yang performanya kurang baik namun penting, sehingga strategi perbaikan dapat dirumuskan. Dari analisis tersebut, terpilih enam indikator sebagai prioritas dan dua indikator prioritas perbaikan yang telah divalidasi perusahaan. Strategi perbaikan yang dirancang berdasarkan tinjauan pustaka dan diskusi dengan perusahaan. Dua strategi ini direkomendasikan kepada perusahaan untuk diimplementasikan agar dapat memperbaiki kinerja rantai pasoknya.

In line with the evolution in the electronics and transportation industries, it is crucial for companies to continuously improve their performance to maintain competitiveness. This study aims to measure the supply chain performance of an assembly goods industry company and to design improvement strategies to enhance performance, thereby achieving optimal results and maintaining the company's competitiveness. The method used is the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR), which is specifically tailored for the company as a framework for measuring and designing supply chain strategies. Performance indicators with issues were selected based on weighting using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. There are 27 performance indicators that were measured and categorized based on the attributes of the SCOR model. Based on the performance measurement of the last year, a score of 48.24% was obtained, placing the company's performance in the marginal category with an orange indication. Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) was then used to identify priority indicators whose performance is poor yet crucial, thus formulating improvement strategies. From this analysis, six indicators were selected as priorities and two as focal points for improvement, validated by the company. The improvement strategies were designed based on literature review and discussions with the company. These two strategies are recommended to the company for implementation to enhance its supply chain performance."

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengukur kinerja rantai pasok pada perusahaan pengolahan Air Minum Dalam Kemasan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pencapaian kinerja perusahaan dan mengusulkan rekomendasi perbaikan sehingga perusahaan dapat meningkatkan kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) sebagai kerangka pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan. Pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok perlu dilakukan untuk mengetahui kondisi rantai pasok dari suatu perusahaan, yang menjadi langkah awal perbaikan. Pada penelitian ini, perbaikan dilakukan berkaitan dari kondisi daya saing perusahaan dan juga permasalahan di operasi rantai di pabrik. Tingkat kepentingan atribut kinerja diukur berdasar pembobotan dengan kuesioner oleh beberapa pakar. Terdapat 35 Key Performance Indicator (KPI) yang diukur dan terbagi ke dalam perspektif model SCOR untuk tiap levelnya. Dari hasil pengukuran menggunakan sistem penilaian Objective Matrix (OMAX), didapatkan nilai total indeks kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan pada tahun 2022 sebesar 5,95 yang menunjukkan kinerja perusahaan berada pada kategori cukup baik dengan warna kuning namun masih perlu adanya beberapa perbaikan. Pada tabel OMAX, dapat diketahui indikator yang memiliki performa belum baik yang ditunjukkan dengan warna merah untuk segera dilakukan perbaikan. Melalui matriks OMAX, didapatkan 9 KPI pada rantai pasok perusahaan dengan kinerja belum baik. Penyusunan rekomendasi sudah dilakukan sebagai strategi peningkatan kinerja perusahaan.

This research was conducted to measure supply chain performance at bottled drinking water company to know the company's performance achievements and improvement recommendation. The method used is the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) as a framework for measuring the company's supply chain performance. The measurement is done to know its condition. In this study, improvements were made related to the condition of the company's competitiveness and problems in chain operations at the factory. The importance level of performance attributes is measured by weighting with a questionnaire by several experts. There are 35 Key Performance Indicators (KPI) that are measured and divided into the the SCOR model for each level. From the measurement results using the Objective Matrix (OMAX) scoring system, the total value of the company's supply chain performance index in 2022 is 5,95, which shows that the it is in the fairly good category in yellow but still needs some improvement. In the OMAX table, the indicators that have not performed well are shown in red to be repaired immediately. Through the OMAX matrix, 9 KPIs were obtained in the supply chain of companies with poor performance. Recommendations have been prepared as a strategy to improve company performance."

Metode yang digunakan adalah Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR). Perbaikan yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini berkaitan dengan permasalahan yang terjadi pada divisi rantai pasok. Tingkat kepentingan atribut kinerja diukur berdasar pembobotan dengan kuesioner perbandingan berpasangan oleh expert. Terdapat 25 indikator kinerja yang diukur dan terbagi ke dalam atribut model SCOR. Dari hasil pengukuran didapatkan kinerja rantai pasok sebesar 68.16% yang menunjukkan kategori average pada Traffic Light System Monitoring. Indikator kemudian dipetakan ke dalam kuadran Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) untuk mendapatkan indikator prioritas berupa KPI dengan performa rendah dan kepentingan tinggi. Didapatkan 5 indikator prioritas, yaitu finished goods inventory level, raw material inventory level, labor cost, delivery performance to customer commit date, dan delivery fill rate. Rekomendasi yang diajukan untuk perbaikan adalah penerapan sistem Sistem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) secara end-to-end dan pengaplikasian Radio Frequency Identification (RFID)- Internet of Things (IoT).

This research is conducted to measure the performance of the food and beverage health supply chain to understand the supply chain condition of a company for the period of 2023. The method used is the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR). Improvements made in this research are related to the issues occurring in the supply chain division. The importance level of performance attributes is measured based on weighting with a paired comparison questionnaire by experts. There are 25 performance indicators measured and divided into SCOR model attributes. From the measurement results, the supply chain performance is obtained at 68.16%, indicating an average category on the Traffic Light System Monitoring. The indicators are then mapped into the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) quadrant to obtain priority indicators in the form of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with low performance and high importance. Five priority indicators are identified: finished goods inventory level, raw material inventory level, labor cost, delivery performance to customer commit date, and delivery fill rate. The recommended improvements include the implementation of an end-to-end Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and the application of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID)-Internet of Things (IoT)."

After that, each indicator is mapped into the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) quadrant to get indicators that have not performed well and have a large enough importance to improve or improve their performance. Based on the IPA quadrant, there are six indicators in the company's supply chain whose performance needs to be improved. Therefore, a strategy is needed to improve this performance. Nine draft strategies are proposed to help companies improve their supply chain performance.

Sebagai salah satu perusahaan distributor alat medis di Indonesia, tentunya diperlukan rantai pasok yang efektif dan efisien demi dapat mempertahankan daya saingnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kinerja rantai pasok gudang pusat perusahaan distributor alat kesehatan dan memberikan strategi perbaikan supaya proses aliran barang lebih optimal. Model Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) digunakan dalam penelitian untuk mengevaluasi kinerja indikator rantai pasok. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran, didapatkan kinerja keseluruhan gudang pada tahun 2023 berada dalam kategori Average dengan rata-rata sebesar 68,76%. Dari 20 indikator yang diajukan, terdapat 6 indikator prioritas yang masih memerlukan perbaikan menurut pemetaan Importance Perfomance Analysis. Kemudian, disusunlah rancangan strategi perbaikan yang berdasarkan diksusi dan wawancara dengan perusahaan serta penilaian Relationship Matrix. Strategi tersebut diantaranya Satu Optimasi melalui Warehouse Management System (WMS), Digital Logistics Scheduling and Tracking System, dan Evaluasi Rutin Manpower Gudang.

Competition in the healthcare sector in Indonesia is becoming increasingly competitive, marked by plans to increase the Domestic Content Level. As one of the medical equipment distributor companies in Indonesia, an effective and efficient supply chain is needed to maintain its competitiveness. This research aims to measure the performance of the central warehouse supply chain of the medical equipment distributor company and provide improvement strategies to optimize the flow of goods. The Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model is used in the research to evaluate supply chain performance indicators. Based on the measurement results, the overall warehouse performance in 2023 was in the Average category with an average of 68.76%. Out of the 20 proposed indicators, there are 6 priority indicators that still need improvement according to Importance Performance Analysis mapping. Subsequently, improvement strategy designs were developed based on discussions and interviews with the company and Relationship Matrix assessment. These strategies include Single Optimization through Warehouse Management System (WMS), Digital Logistics Scheduling and Tracking System, and Routine Evaluation of Warehouse Manpower."
