"Tesis ini membahas tentang pengaruh sikap, norma subjektif dan kendali perilaku terhadap Intensi Berwakaf Uang di Baitul Maal Muamalat. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 130 responden yang merupakan nasabah Bank Muamalat dengan wilayah studi kasus Bank Muamalat cabang Rawamangun menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linier berganda menggunakan program SPSS 13. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik faktor sikap, norma subjektif maupun kendali perilaku memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap intensi berwakaf uang. Hasil pengujian secara statistik menunjukkan adanya kontribusi pengaruh dari ketiga faktor tersebut sebesar 55,6% terhadap Intensi Berwakaf Tunai, sedangkan 44,4% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak disertakan dalam penelitian. Dengan adanya kontribusi pengaruh yang besar tersebut, dapat dilihat bahwa intensi (minat) berwakaf uang cukup tinggi maka perlu dilakukan proses sosialisasi dan perbaikan dalam manajemen lembaga pengelola wakaf uang sehingga potensi dan penerimaan wakaf uang dapat terus meningkat sesuai dengan target yang diharapkan.

The objective of this thesis is analyze the influences of Attitude, Subjective Norm and Perceived Behavioral Control towards Cash Waqf Intention at Baitul Maal Muamalat. This research has 130 random sample (purposive sampling) from customers of Muamalat Bank at Rawamangun Branch Office. This research results that there is positive and significant influences of Attitude, Subjective Norm and Perceived Behavioral Control towards Cash Waqf Intention at Baitul Maal Muamalat, with contribution is 55,6%. This results indicate that it's needed better socialization and management of waqf institutions in receipt and management of cash waqf."

"Perkembangan teknologi mendorong munculnya media baru dalam mengkomunikasikan suatu pesan iklan. Mobile advertising merupakan salah satu media jenis baru yang memanfaatkan media telepon genggam untuk secara langsung menyampaikan suatu pesan terhadap konsumen atau target market. Dari sinilah keunggulan dari mobile advertising muncul dibandingkan oleh media lain. Mobile advertising dengan cepat di adaptasi oleh para marketer.
Untuk mengetahui respon penerimaan dari konsumen, penelitian menelti bagaimana faktor internal beliefs dari konsumen mempengaruhi attitudes mereka terhadap mobile advertising. Dengan berdasarkan pada theory of planned behaviour, attitude dengan dibantu oleh subjective norms dan perceived behavioral control nantinya akan mengukur bagaimana pengaruhnya terhadap intention dapat menjadi indikator penerimaan.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan dari beliefs, attitude, intention.
......Technological developments have encouraged the emergence of new media in communicating an advertising message. Mobile advertising is one of the new type, this type of advertising is to use the media cell phones to directly delivering a message to consumers or target market. From this emerged the advantages of mobile advertising than by other media. Mobile advertising quickly adapted by the marketer.
To determine the responses acceptance from consumers, the study examined how the internal factors beliefs of consumers affect the attitude towards mobile advertising. On the basis of the theory of planned behaviour, by the support of subjective norms and perceived behavioural control, attitude will show an impact on intention which can be an indicator of acceptance.
The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive effect from the beliefs, attitude, and up to the intention."

"ABSTRAK
Agrikultur memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung perekonomian Indonesia. Keterbatasan akses untuk mendapatkan pinjaman modal melalui perbankan dan koperasi bukan lagi menjadi kendala untuk berkembang karena saat ini banyak perusahaan rintisan berbasis crowdfunding yang memberikan peluang untuk pembiayaan proyek agrikultur. Meski demikian, tidak semua crowdfunding platform dapat menggalang dana sejumlah yang diajukan oleh peminjam secara penuh dan sesuai dengan tenggat waktu yang diberikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi keinginan investor untuk menanamkan modal atau berinvestasi pada sektor melalui crowdfunding platform yang relevan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan PLS-SEM dengan alat bantu SmartPLS 3.2.7 untuk melakukan analisis data terhadap 201 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan theory of planned behavior sebagai dasar penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan attitude atau sikap merupakan faktor paling signifikan yang mempengaruhi keinginan investor untuk berinvestasi, di samping subjective norms. Attitude dipengaruhi oleh faktor perceived accreditation, perceived ease of use, dan perceived benefit, dan perceived behavior control. Berdasarkan penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi attitude suatu individu terhadap crowdfunding platform, maka semakin meningkat keinginannya untuk berinvestasi di platform tersebut.

ABSTRACT
Agriculture has an important role in supporting Indonesia's growth. Limited access to loans through banking and cooperatives institutions is no longer an obstacle to the agricultural sector for development because currently there are many crowdfunding-based pilot companies that provide opportunities for financing agricultural projects. However, not all crowdfunding platforms can raise funds provided by the borrower and are met with the given deadline. This study studies what factors influence the desire of investors to invest or invest in the agricultural sector through relevant crowdfunding platforms in Indonesia. This study uses PLS-SEM with a SmartPLS 3.2.7 tool to conduct a data analysis of 201 respondents. This study uses the theory of planned behavior as the basis of research. The results of this study indicate that attitudes are the most significant factors that influence the desire of investors to invest, in addition to subjective norms. Attitudes are influenced by several factors which are perceived accreditation, perceived ease of use, and perceived benefits, and perceived behavioral control. Based on the research, it can be concluded that the higher the individual's attitude towards crowdfunding platforms, their intention to invest in the platform will increases.

"Studi ini berfokus pada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi pemasaran sosial bantuan hukum di Indonesia. Variabel-variabel dalam studi ini antara lain adalah variabel dalam theory of planned behaviour sikap, norma-norma subyektif, persepsi kontrol perilaku dan beberapa variabel tambahan yang dapat mempengaruhi sikap dan intensi persepsi biaya, persepsi kebutuhan, persepsi resiko, persepsi keuntungan. Responden pada studi ini meliputi warga negara Indonesia yang saat ini memiliki dan tidak memiliki akses terhadap program bantuan hukum. Metode survey digunakan sebagai metode pengumpulan data utama.
Temuan dalam studi ini menunjukkan bahwa sikap tidak mempengaruhi intensi untuk menggunakan bantuan hukum. Untuk responden tanpa akses pada program bantuan hukum, norma-norma subyektif terbukti sebagai prediktor terkeuat dari intensi menggunakan bantuan hukum dibandingkan dua variabel dari theory of planned behaviour lainnya. Temuan studi ini diharapkan memberikan masukan dalam praktek pemasran social terutama yang terkait dengan bantuan hukum khususnya dan layanan masyarakat pada umumnya.
......This study focuses on the different factors influencing social marketing programme implementation of legal assistance in Indonesia. The variables being examined are variables in theory of planned behaviour attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavioural control and additional variables influencing attitude and intention perceived costs, perceived needs, perceived risks, perceived benefits. The respondents of this study consist of Indonesian citizens with and without current and existing access to legal aid programme. Survey method was utilized as the main data collection method.
The findings suggest that attitude does not have any direct influence on intention to use legal aid. For the respondents without existing access to legal aid programme, subjective norms were found to be the strongest predictor of intention to use the legal aid service among the three original components of theory of planned behaviour. The findings are expected to shed some lights on the social marketing practices of legal aid in particular and government services in general."

"ABSTRAK
Dengan meningkatnya penawaran investasi online melalui platform-platform investasi online, kebutuhan untuk memprediksi intensi perilaku konsumen juga meningkat. Intensi pembelian investasi online pada penelitian ini diprediksi dengan menggunakan kerangka theory of planned behavior (TPB). TPB merupakan salah satu pendekatan yang banyak digunakan dalam memprediksi niat dan perilaku konsumen, dimana TPB membentuk kerangka kerja konseptual untuk memprediksi kecenderungan tindakan tertentu seseorang. Komponen TPB yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu sikap terhadap investasi online, norma subyektif yang dicerminkan oleh kecerdasan spiritual, dan kontrol perilaku yang dirasakan yang dicerminkan oleh kecerdasan emosional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat apakah terdapat pengaruh dari sikap terhadap investasi online, kecerdasan spiritual, dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap intensi pembelian investasi online pada generasi milenial di Jabodetabek. Sebanyak 249 responden berhasil dikumpulkan dan kemudian data diolah menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan software AMOS 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sikap terhadap investasi online dan kecerdasan emosional memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi pembelian investasi online, sedangkan tingkat kecerdasan spiritual seseorang tidak berpengaruh terhadap intensi pembelian investasi online.

ABSTRACT
As online investment offers increase through online investment platforms, the need to predict the intentions of consumer behavior also increases. The intention of online investment purchases in this study is predicted using the theory of planned behavior (TPB) framework. TPB is one approach that is widely used in predicting consumer intentions and behavior, where TPB forms a conceptual framework for predicting the tendency of certain actions of a person. TPB components used in this study are attitudes toward online investment, subjective norms that are reflected by spiritual intelligence, and perceived behavioral control that is reflected by emotional intelligence. The purpose of this study is to see whether there is an influence of attitudes towards online investment, spiritual intelligence, and emotional intelligence on the intention of online investment purchases in millennials in Jabodetabek. A total of 249 respondents were successfully collected and then the data was processed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with AMOS 22 software. The results of this study indicate that attitudes toward online investment and emotional intelligence have a positive and significant effect on online investment intentions, while the level of one's spiritual intelligence has no effect on online investment purchases intentions.

"Perubahan iklim yang terjadi dewasa ini disebabkan karena banyaknya kegiatan eksploitasi sumber daya alam yang dilakukan oleh manusia dalam rangka memenuhi kebutuhannya. Untuk menghadapi masalah tersebut, diperlukan adanya peran aktif dalam mencegah dan/atau menghadapi terjadinya perubahan iklim, seperti menggunakan sumber energi alternatif dan kegiatan yang ramah lingkungan. Responsible investment dapat menjadi penunjang dalam menghadapi perubahan iklim. Sukuk sebagai instrumen pembiayaan dalam ekonomi Islam menjadi salah satu instrumen yang mendukung hal tersebut melalui green sukuk untuk membiayai proyek-proyek ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mencari tahu faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi intensi untuk berinvestasi pada green sukuk dengan menggunakan theory of planned behavior. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah 377 Warga Negara Indonesia berusia minimal 18 tahun dan berdomisili di wilayah Indonesia. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa religious values, issuers’ reputation, dan knowledge berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap attitude, serta attitude, subjective norms, dan perceived behavioural control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intention to invest in green sukuk.

Climate change is happening today due to the many activities of exploitation of natural resources carried out by humans in order to meet their needs. To deal with these problems, it is necessary to have an active role in preventing and/or dealing with climate change, such as using alternative energy sources and environmentally friendly activities. Responsible investment can be a support in dealing with climate change. Sukuk as an instrument of financing in the Islamic economy is one of the instruments that support this through green sukuk to finance environmental-friendly projects. This study aims to find out the factors that affect the intention to invest in green sukuk by using the theory of planned behavior. Respondents in this study were 377 Indonesian citizens aged at least 18 years and lived in the territory of Indonesia. This study found that religious values, issuers' reputation, and knowledge have a positive and significant effect on attitude, attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control have a positive and significant effect on intention to invest in green sukuk."

"Teknologi telah menjadi bagian sehari-hari dari kehidupan manusia. Pemanfaatan perkembangan teknologi ini telah digunakan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, salah satunya pada layanan konseling. Meskipun tele-counseling bukan merupakan hal yang baru, namun kebanyakan orang masih belum familiar sehingga perlu diketahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang dapat memengaruhi intensi seseorang untuk menggunakan layanan tele-counseling. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sikap terhadap layanan tele-counseling pada intensi menggunakan layanan tele-counseling melalui kepercayaan terhadap layanan tele-counseling sebagai mediator dengan menggunakan Theory of Planned Behavior oleh Ajzen sebagai dasar teori. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 109 masyarakat umum Indonesia berusia 18-40 tahun (M = 22,94, SD = 4,53) yang pernah mendengar layanan tele-counseling. Pengukuran menggunakan Intentions to Seek Counseling Inventory – Online (ISCI), The Online Counseling Attitudes Scale (OCAS), dan Alat Ukur Kepercayaan terhadap Tele-counseling yang diadaptasi dari Anwar dan Adidarma (2016). Hasil analisis mediasi menggunakan PROCESS Model 4 Hayes menunjukkan bahwa tidak ditemukan peran kepercayaan sebagai mediator pada pengaruh sikap terhadap intensi menggunakan layanan tele-counseling (ab = 0.08, p<0.01, CI [-0.17 – 0.31]). Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bagi penyedia layanan tele-counseling untuk meningkatkan intensi masyarakat dalam menggunakan layanan tele-counseling dengan melihat faktor-faktor lain selain sikap dan kepercayaan.
......Technology has become an everyday part of human life. Utilization of this technological development has been used in various aspects of life, one of which is in counseling services. Although tele-counseling is not a new things, most people are still unfamiliar, hence it is necessary to know what factors can affect a person's intention to use tele-counseling services. This research aims to find out the influence of attitudes towards tele-counseling services on intentions using tele-counseling services through trust towards tele-counseling services as a mediator by using the Theory of Planned Behavior by Ajzen as the basis of the theory. The study was conducted on 109 Indonesians aged 18-40 years (M = 22.94, SD = 4.53) who had heard of tele-counseling services. Measurements using Intentions to Seek Counseling Inventory – Online (ISCI), The Online Counseling Attitudes Scale (OCAS), and Trust on Tele-counseling adapted from Anwar and Adidarma (2016). The results of mediation analysis using Hayes' PROCESS Model 4 showed that there was no role of trust as a mediator on the influence of attitudes towards intentions using tele-counseling services. (ab = 0.08, p<0.01, CI [-0.17 – 0.31]). This study has implications for tele-counseling service providers to increase public intentions in using tele-counseling services by looking at factors other than attitudes and trust."

"Mobile apps including for travelers or tourists who always use Agoda as information reference increases significantly. Since, mobile applications (mobile apps) user is living in the first-tier cities and inadequate behavioral research on them, it makes limited understanding about the us er’s acceptance on mobile application especially tourism and hospitality industry. This study focuses on the psychological motives behind user’s acceptance of Agoda mobile applications expect especially on Indonesian user. This study also tries to construct and test a conceptual model to predict user’s attitude toward mobile apps, intent to use and actual use. The study also examines behavioral variables behind user’s acceptance of mobile apps by applying theory of planned behavior/theory of reason action and technology acceptance model. This study adheres online survey as research method. By using partial least square structural equation model, the finding shows all hypothesis are supported. The finding shows that attitude, subjective norms, perceived (behavioral control, usefulness and ease of use) are significant determinants of behavioral intention to use and actual system use toward Agoda mobile apps in Indonesia. This study supports an application of the Theory of Planned Behavior/Theory of Reason Action and Technology Acceptance Model to mobile apps. This study is also success to integrate the constructs of theories that can be applied in tourism and hospitality industry."

"The aim of this study
was to examine and compare the psychological factors influencing driver
speeding behavior in 3 cities in Southeast Asia, focusing on developing
counties, using the Theory of Planned Behaviour (TPB). Data was collected from
570 respondents in the urban areas of Khon Kaen in Thailand, Vientiane in Laos
and Phnom Penh in Cambodia. The psychological factors of TPB include attitude
(AT), subjective norm (SN) and perceived behavioral control (PBC). These
factors were employed to explain speeding intentions in urban road
environments. The Structural Equation Models (SEM) was used to examine and
explain speeding intentions. The results indicated that the TPB could explain
the variance by intentions of drivers in Khon Kaen, Vientiane and Phnom Penh at
33%, 46%, and
84%, respectively. The most significant of the psychological factors for Khon
Kaen drivers was determined by AT, while the speeding intentions of Vientiane
drivers and Phnom Penh drivers were determined by PBC. From this data, the
authorities of each city should create and implement safety policies that can
improve these psychological factors, which could have a positive effect on
drivers?speeding intentions in urban road environments. The outcome of this
study could be useful for understanding the speeding attitudes of drivers in
three different countries and would be beneficial for the development and
introduction of preventative safety measures in these countries as well."
