"Sejak teknologi internet masuk di Indonesia di awal tahun 1990, perkembangan teknologi komunikasi telah mengubah cara bagaimana para pemangku kepentingan berinteraksi dalam organisasi proyek. Penggunaan teknologi komunikasi berbasis komunikasi data telah memudahkan interaksi orang-orang yang terlibat dalam sebuah tim proyek virtual yang cakupan wilayahnya tersebar di lokasi yang berjauhan. Memandang komunikasi sebagai faktor penting dalam kesuksesan sebuah proyek, melalui program Connected Employee perusahaan berupaya menyediakan teknologi yang dapat mendukung komunikasi dan kolaborasi antar pemangku kepentingan. Namun teknologi tersebut ternyata belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal oleh penggunanya terbukti dari jumlah pengguna aktif tidak sesuai harapan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari tahu penerimaan pengguna teknologi komunikasi dengan menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dikombinasikan dengan Media Richness Theory (MRT). Responden merupakan manajer dan koordinator proyek memiliki tim virtual. Terdapat 3 variabel yang diuji terhadap 76 responden dan dianalisis dengan metode PLS-SEM. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa faktor persepsi kekayaan media (PMR) berpengaruh pada persepsi kemudahan penggunaan (PEOU) yang berdampak positif pada keinginan/minat menggunakan teknologi komunikasi. Penulis berharap agar hasil penelitian dapat dijadikan acuan dan rekomendasi strategi perusahaan dalam menyusun kebijakan penggunaan teknologi komunikasi sehingga dapat bermanfaat bagi seluruh karyawan Nokia Indonesia.

Since internet technology entered Indonesia in the early 1990s, the development of communications technology has changed the way in which stakeholders interact within the project organization. The use of data communication-based communications technology has facilitated the interaction of people involved in a virtual project team whose coverage is scattered in remote locations. Viewing communication as an important factor in the success of a project, through the Connected Employee program the company seeks to provide technology that can

support communication and collaboration among stakeholders. However, the technology has not been exploited optimally by its users as evidenced by the number of active users are not as expected. This research aims to find out user acceptance of communication technology by using Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) combined with Media Richness Theory (MRT). Respondents are managers and project coordinators with virtual teams. There are 3 variables tested against 76 respondents and analyzed by PLS-SEM method. The analysis shows that the perceived media richness (PMR) influence the perceived of ease of use (PEOU) which positively impact on the intention to use communication technology. The author hopes that the results of research can be used as a reference and recommendation of corporate strategy in preparing the policy of the use of communication technology that can benefit to all employees of Nokia Indonesia."

"Di era modern saat ini, tidak dapat dipungkiri lagi bahwa penggunaan Teknologi Informasi (TI) sudah menjadi kebutuhan strategis dalam meningkatkan keunggulan bersaing perusahaan. Guna memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut, pada akhir tahun 2014 divisi TI FIF telah melakukan assessment IT Governance menggunakan COBIT 5 ? Process Assessment Model (PAM). Hasil assessment tersebut menunjukan terjadi beberapa masalah di dalam penerapan manajemen proyek TI di FIF.Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat kematangan manajemen proyek di FIF dan memberikan rekomendasi kepada divisi TI FIF terkait kebutuhan yang harus dipenuhi untuk mencapai tingkat kematangan manajemen proyek yang diharapkan sesuai dengan target IT Governance. Model kematangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Project Management Maturity Model (PMMM) yang dikembangkan oleh PM Solutions yang disesuaikan dengan Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK) dari Project Management Insititute (PMI) yang kemudian akan dipetakan ke dalam COBIT 5.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa tingkat kematangan manajemen proyek di divisi TI FIF saat ini masih berada pada level 2. Hal ini menjadi kesenjangan di mana target organisasi berada pada level 3. Terdapat 39 proses manajemen proyek yang ditargetkan FIF, namun 24 proses tidak mencapai target kematangan. Penelitian ini juga memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan terhadap penerapan manajemen proyek di FIF berdasarkan 24 proses tersebut, yang kemudian dikelompokan ke dalam empat aspek, yaitu: aspek teknologi, aspek kebijakan, aspek work product, dan aspek sumber daya manusia, dengan tujuan mendukung pencapaian target IT Governance organisasi.

Currently, it can?t be denied that the use of Information Technology (IT) has become a strategic necessity in improving the company's competitive advantage. Regarding to fulfill this need, in the end of 2014, FIF IT division has conducted an assessment of IT Governance using COBIT 5 - Process Assessment Model (PAM). The assessment results indicated there was some problem about the implementation of IT project management at FIF.

This study was conducted to determine the level of IT project management maturity at FIF and provide recommendations to FIF IT division related anything of needs that shall be provided in order to achieve project management maturity level expectation. The Maturity model of study is Project Management Maturity Model (PMMM) developed by PM Solutions which is tailored with Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) from the Project Management Institute (PMI) then mapped to COBIT 5.

The results of this research showed that the maturity level of project management implementation at FIF IT division still at level 2. This has become a gap since the target organization are at level 3. There are 39 project management processes that are targeted by FIF, but 24 process does not reach the maturity target. This research also gives recommendations for improvement of the implementation of project management in FIF, in which grouped into four aspects, namely: technology aspects, policy aspects, work product aspects , and human resources aspects. This recommendations are expected to increase the maturity level of project management implementation in FIF as expected by organization."

"ABSTRAKPT. XYZ Indonesia adalah perusahaan pengembang solusi Teknologi Informasi TI yang berdiri pada tahun 2013 yang berfokus pada perangkat lunak bidang perbankan dan asuransi. Perusahaan memiliki target untuk mencapai keuntungan 40 juta ringgit di tahun 2018. Untuk mencapai target tersebut, perusahaan memiliki misi untuk meningkatkan kesuksesan proyek serta memperkuat pelaksanaan manajemen proyek. Namun, proyek yang telah selesai dan sedang berjalan tidak hanya melebihi jadwal, tetapi juga melebihi anggaran. Oleh karena itu, menganalisis Critical Success Factor CSF yang paling mempengaruhi kesuksesan proyek pengembangan perangkat lunak di perusahaan penting untuk mencapai target perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor apa saja yang paling mempengaruhi kesuksesan proyek pengembangan perangkat lunak di PT. XYZ Indonesia. Systematic Literature Review SLR digunakan untuk mendapatkan CSF proyek pengembangan perangkat lunak. Sebelum menyebarkan kuesioner terkait CSF kepada level manajerial di PT. XYZ Indonesia, CSF divalidasi Subject Matter Expert SME . Akhirnya, hasil dari kuesioner dianalis dengan Analytic Hierarchy Process AHP .Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor Komunikasi, Perencanaan Proyek, dan Penanganan Masalah adalah faktor yang paling mempengaruhi kesuksesan proyek di PT. XYZ Indonesia. Selain itu, faktor yang perlu untuk diperhatikan adalah Dukungan Manajemen Puncak, Kompetensi dari Project Manager, Ekspektasi yang Realistis, serta Pengelolaan Ruang Lingkup karena faktor tersebut belum dijalankan secara maksimal dan berpotensi untuk menghambat kesuksesan proyek. To achieve the target, the company has mission to increase the project success rate and strengthen the project management. However, the completed and ongoing project are not only delayed, but also over budget. Therefore, analyzing the most Critical Success Factor CSF of software projects in the company is crucial to achieve the company rsquo s target.This study aimed to analyze the most critical success factors of software projects in PT. XYZ Indonesia. Systematic Literature Review SLR is used to obtain the CSF of software project. Prior sending the questionnaire pertaining to CSFs to managerial level in PT. XYZ Indonesia, the CSFs are validated by Subject Matter Expert SME . Finally, the result of questionnaire is analyzed by using Analytical Hierarchy Process AHP .The result of this study indicates that Communication, Project Planning, and Trouble Shooting are the CSF that highly impacted software project success rate in PT. XYZ Indonesia. Furthermore, Top Management Support, Project Manager rsquo s Competence, Realistic Expactation, and Scope Management are other factors that must be considered as they have not been well performed and may impact the project success. "ABSTRAKManajemen proyek semakin dikenal dan banyak digunakan oleh berbagai organisasi untuk memperoleh keuntungan kompetitif. Menurut survei yang dilakukan oleh Standish Group International mengenai Teknologi Informasi TI dan proyek pengembangan perangkat lunak, di tahun 2015 hanya 29 proyek berakhir dengan kesuksesan dan sisanya 71 dikategorikan gagal. Faktor keahlian manajemen proyek merupakan salah satu faktor kesuksesan pelaksanaan proyek. Pada faktor tersebut, manajer proyek yang baik, mampu menunjukkan kepemimpinan dengan tetap mempertahankan tujuan utama. Proyek akan gagal jika manajer proyek tidak memiliki kepemimpinan. Ketidakberhasilan penerapan kepemimpinan pada tingkat dunia menjadi dasar penelitian ini dilaksanakan. Hal ini dilakukan agar para manajer proyek TI di Indonesia memiliki kesiapan dalam menjalankan kepemimpinan yang efektif.Data yang terkumpul melalui survei sebanyak 85 responden yang diolah menggunakan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling PLS-SEM . Metode ini digunakan karena tidak membutuhkan ukuran sampel yang besar dan model penelitian yang bersifat eksplorasi. Para responden yang dipilih dari survei adalah praktisi yang memiliki pengalaman manajemen proyek TI di Indonesia, yaitu manajer proyek dan anggotanya.Penelitian ini menghasilkan 2 faktor yang mempengaruhi penerapan efektifitas kepemimpinan di Indonesia antara lain Idealized Influence dan Inspirational Motivation. Faktor-faktor ini berasal dari gaya kepemimpinan transformational. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan tersebut masih memiliki peran penting untuk dimiliki manajer proyek TI di Indonesia.

ABSTRACTProject management is recognized and widely used by organizations to gain competitive advantage. According to a survey conducted by Standish Group International on Information Technology IT and software development projects, by 2015 only 29 of projects ended with success and the remaining 71 were categorized as failures. The project management expertise factor is one of the success factors of project implementation. On these factors, good project managers, able to demonstrate leadership while maintaining the ultimate goal. The project will fail if the project manager does not have leadership. The failure to apply leadership at the world level is the basis of this research. The implementations of this research for the project manager in Indonesia have the readiness to run effective leadership.Data collected through a survey of 85 respondents who processed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling PLS SEM . This method is used because it does not require large sample size and exploratory research model. The respondents selected from the survey are practitioners who have IT project management experience in Indonesia, ie project managers and their members.This research produces two factors that influence the implementation of leadership effectiveness in Indonesia such as Idealized Influence and Inspirational Motivation. These factors are derived from transformational leadership styles. It can be concluded that the leadership still has an important role for IT project managers in Indonesia."

"ABSTRAKKebutuhan yang besar akan produk dan layanan berbasis teknologi informasi TI membuat jumlah proyek TI semakin meningkat. Sangat disayangkan, pada kenyataannya pada tahun 2016 terdapat 47 implementasi proyek TI di Indonesia yang berjalan tidak sesuai harapan. Beberapa diantaranya disebabkan oleh oleh faktor perubahan. Beberapa penelitian mengatakan bahwa manajemen perubahan menjadi solusi yang dapat diterapkan dalam menghadapi fenomena tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh manajemen perubahan pada implementasi proyek TI dan faktor-faktor manajemen perubahan yang dapat menunjang kesuksesan dalam implementasi proyek TI. Metode kuantitatif digunakan untuk mengambil intisari dari hasil kuesioner. Sebanyak 34 responden yang memiliki keterlibatan hingga tahap implementasi proyek berpartisipasi pada penelitian ini. Tahap Analisis dilakukan dengan membandingkan hipotesis dan hasil dari kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penulis menarik kesimpulan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara manajemen perubahan dan kesuksesan implementasi proyek TI. Disimpulkan bahwa manajemen perubahan dapat berpengaruh terhadap kesuksesan implementasi proyek TI dengan meningkatkan urgensi perubahan, membentuk kelompok pemandu perubahan mengkomunikasikan visi perubahan dan mengatasi rintangan perubahan.

ABSTRACTThe huge need for IT products and services increased the number of IT projects. Unfortunately, in fact in 2016 there are 47 implementation of IT projects in Indonesia runs not as expected. Some of them are caused by changes. Some studies say that change management becomes a workable solution in the face of the phenomenon. This study aims to analyze the effect of change management on IT project implementation and change management factors that can support success in the implementation of IT projects. Quantitative methods are used to extract the essence of the questionnaire results. A total of 34 respondents involved until the implementation phase participated in this research. Stage Analysis is done by comparing the hypothesis and the results of the questionnaire. Based on the results of the study, the authors conclude there is a positive relationship between change management and the success of IT project implementation. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that change management affects the successful implementation of IT projects by increasing the urgency of change, forming change guiding groups communicating vision changes and overcoming barriers to change. "Pemanfaatan teknologi dalam sektor bisnis di Indonesia mencapai angka 61.76, sehingga diperlukan implementasi manajemen proyek yang baik agar proyek dapat mencapai kesuksesan yang diukur dengan ketercapaian waktu, budget, memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna, dan mencapai target manfaat yang ditentukan sebelumnya. Adapun salah satu faktor kritikal yang mempengaruhi pencapaian target manfaat tersebut yaitu manajemen perubahan. Penelitian ini akan berfokus pada pengaruh manajemen perubahan dalam ketercapaian realisasi manfaat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner dengan pendekatan statistik deskriptif. Sejumlah 72 valid responden yang pernah terlibat dalam proyek teknologi informasi sampai dengan tahap implementasi, berpartisipasi dalam pengisian kuesioner. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen perubahan mempengaruhi ketercapaian realisasi manfaat pada proyek teknologi informasi di Indonesia, dalam hal adanya kompetisi pasar yang mendorong rasa urgensi akan perubahan, visi dan strategi perubahan, dan cara/metode dalam mengkomunikasikan visi perubahan.

Technological use in business sector in Indonesia has reached 61,76 , thus they need to implement proper project management practices in order to achieve project success which usually measured using time, budget, user requirements and targeted benefit. One of critical factor which impact achievement of benefit realization is change management. This study aims to analyze change management effect in achieving benefit realization of information technology projects in Indonesia. Quantitative method is used by sending online questionnaire to the respondents. 72 valid respondents who have been involved until implementation phase in information technology project, has completed the questionnaire and the result is analyzed using descriptive statistics method. Result of this study shows that change management effect the achievement of benefit realization on technology projects in Indonesia, in terms of market competition which encourage the sense of change urgency, change vision and strategy, and method used in communicating the change vision."
