Abstrak :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh public service motivation terhadap job satisfaction dan organizational citizenship behavior pada pegawai di Satuan Kerja Pusat Sistem Informasi dan Teknologi Keuangan, Kementerian Keuangan. Dari hasil data dan pengujian hipotesis yang menggunakan uji analisis SEM, diperoleh hasil bahwa public servise motivation yang terdiri atas public reason, public heart dan public norm secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja dan organizational citizenship behavior. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif eksplorasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode quota sampling. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menyebar kuesioner ke setiap bagian/bidang Pusintek secara proporsional. Peneliti menyarankan agar Pusintek mempertimbangkan aspek motivasi dalam proses seleksi/rekrutmen serta membuat program yang mendorong dan merangsang public service motivation pegawai Pusintek melalui pelatihan dan pengembangan secara berkesinambungan.
This study aims to investigate the influence of public service motivation on job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior in employees in Pusat Sistem Informasi dan Teknologi Keuangan, Ministry of Finance. From the results of the test data and test hypotheses using SEM analysis, the result that public servise motivation which consists of public reason, public hearts and public norm significantly positive effect on job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior. This research uses quantitative methods of exploration. The sampling technique using quota sampling method. The collection of data used in this study with questionnaires spread to every part / field of Pusintek proportionally. The researchers suggest that Pusintek considering aspects of motivation in the process of selection /recruitment and create programs that encourage and stimulate public service motivation Pusintek employees through training and development on an ongoing basis.

Tujuan dari dibuatnya skripsi ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi keadilan prosedural dan interpersonal yang dirasakan karyawan, terhadap task performance mereka. Penelitian ini juga berusaha mengungkapkan peran mediasi dari motivasi intrinsik sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini mengambil sebuah studi kasus pada PT. Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk. Data penelitian ini diolah dengan software Lisrel 8.51, menggunakan teknik structural equation modeling (SEM). Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa keadilan interpersonal memiliki pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap task performance karyawan, namun motivasi intrinsik tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh antara keadilan interpersonal terhadap task performance karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini pengukuran terhadap pengaruh keadilan prosedural tidak dapat dilakukan karena variabel tidak fit dan reliable terhadap model penelitian keseluruhan. ......The purpose of this research is to analyze and find how employee?s perception of procedural and interpersonal justice can influence their task performance. This research also tries to find the mediating role of intrinsic motivation. This research based on case study on PT. Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk. Data was processed with Lisrel 8.51, using structural equation modeling (SEM) technique. The result showed that interpersonal justice influence employee?s task performance directly and significantly. Moreover, intrinsic motivation has no mediating impact in influencing between interpersonal justice and employee?s task performance. In this research measurement the impact caused by procedural justice failed to be proved, because the variable was not fit and reliable to this research model.

Skripsi ini membahas pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan konsumen, dan experiential marketing terhadap word of mouth. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan kuesioner untuk mengukur penilaian konsumen terhadap Taman Pengembangan Anak Makara Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Indonesia. Setelah dilakukan uji regresi berganda, diketahui bahwa kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan konsumen, dan experiential marketing memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap intensitas word of mouth. Tidak ada perbedaan intensitas word of mouth pada pria dengan wanita. Organisasi yang ingin memaksimalkan promosi melalui word of mouth sebaiknya memfokuskan bukan pada word of mouth itu sendiri melainkan pada faktor-faktor yang menjadi penyebab munculnya word of mouth melalui strategi bauran pemasaran yang efektif. ......The focus of this study to discuss influence of service quality, customer satisfaction, and experiential marketing toward word of mouth. This quantitative research used questionnaires as a mean to collect data from customer of a Taman Pengembangan Anak Makara of Faculty of Psychology at University of Indonesia. From the multiple regression test, we found that service quality, customer satisfaction, and experiential marketing have a significant effect on word of mouth communication. There was no difference in the intensity of word of mouth in men with women. Organization who tries to maximize word of mouth promotion should focus on factors that effect the word of mouth through effectively marketing mix strategy.

Dengan menurunnya minat konsumen terhadap penulusuran web Maicih, peneliti ingin mengetahui bagaimana strategi pemasaran PT Maicih Inti Sinergi yaitu experiential marketing dan electronic word of mouth dapat mempengaruhi brand awareness dan purchase intention konsumen. Dengan mengetahui hal ini, diharapkan produsen dapat mempertahankan atau meningkatkan strateginya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukan experiential marketing memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap brand awareness maupun purchase intention. Sementara electronic word of mouth tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap brand awareness, namun memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap purchase intention. Selain itu, brand awareness tidak memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap purchase intention. ......Because of consumer interest toward Maicih?s web tracking, PT Maicih Inti Sinergi needs to discover how its marketing strategies such as experiential marketing and electronic word of mouth can affect brand awareness and purchase intention of consumer. The manufacturer is expected to maintain or improve its strategy. This research used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) as data analysis technique. The result showed that experiential marketing has a positive impact on brand awareness and purchase intention. Furthemore, electronic word of mouth does not have a significant impact on brand awareness but has positive impact on purchase intention. Additionally, brand awareness does not have a positive impact on purchase intention.

Studi tentang sportscapes telah diteliti dalam banyak literatur, terutama dalam konteks persepsi konsumen terhadap stimuli sportscapes. Studi yang telah ada tentang sportscapes belum menghubungkan tanggapan atas stimuli yang dihasilkan dari olahraga nyata dan eSports dengan pembentukan pengalaman konsumen. Literatur ini dimaksudkan untuk mengamati dan mengintegrasikan pengaruh beberapa faktor dengan pembentukan pengalaman konsumen. Beberapa faktor sportscapes yang teridentifikasi yaitu estetika fasilitas, tata ruang, suasana, dan dimensi eSports dari estetika dan hiburan diduga memiliki pengaruh dalam pengalaman konsumen. Oleh karena itu, kontribusi konseptual dalam penelitian ini diberikan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruhnya terhadap pengalaman konsumen dan bagaimana hal itu dapat dieksplorasi di dunia akademis dan dunia praktik. ...... The study of sportscapes has been highlighted in many literatures, especially in the context of consumers perceive of sportscapes stimuli. Existing studies of sportscapes has not yet linked the responses generated from the real sports and eSports with the formation of consumer experiences. This literature is intended to observe and integrate the influence of several factors with the formation of consumer experiences. Several identified factors of sportscapes which are facility aesthetics, spatial layout, ambience, and eSports dimensions of aesthetics and entertainment suggested to have an influence in consumer experience. Therefore, the conceptual contributions in this study is provided to identify the influence on consumer experiences and how it can be explored in the academia and practical world.

Skripsi ini membahas tentang pengaruh Person-Job Fit terhadap Kepuasan Kerja mediasi dari Public Service Motivation dan Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada Aparatur Sipil Negara Sekretariat Jenderal Dewan Perwakilan Daerah Republik Indonesia, dalam melakukan penelitian ini untuk mencari dan memperoleh data peneliti dibantu oleh aparatur sipil negara di lingkungan Sekretariat Jenderal Dewan Perwakilan Daerah RI. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang mana menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling; convenience technique sampling. Temuan dari penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh positif person-job fit terhadap kepuasan kerja, adanya pengaruh positif person-job fit terhadap public service motivation, adanya pengaruh tidak langsung person-job fit terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui public service motivation, adanya pengaruh positif kepuasan kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, dan adanya tekanan pekerjaan akan memoderasi pengaruh person-job fit terhadap kepuasan kerja serta adanya tekanan pekerjaan akan memoderasi pengaruh tidak langsung person-job fit terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui public service motivation, efeknya akan lebih kuat pada ASN yang menghadapi tekanan pekerjaan yang rendah.
ABSTRACT
This thesis discusses the influence of Person-Job Fit on Job Satisfaction mediatied by Public Service Motivation and the influence of Job Satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior a case study of civil servants on Sekretariat Jenderal Dewan Perwakilan Daerah Republic of Indonesia, in conducting this research to locate and obtain data researchers assisted by officials civil state within the Sekretariat Jenderal Dewan Perwakilan Daerah Republic of Indonesia. This research is a quantitative research which using the non-probability; convenience sampling technique. The findings of this research is the positive influence person-job fit to job satisfaction, the positive influence person-job fit in the public service motivation, the indirect effect person-job fit to job satisfaction through public service motivation, the positive influence of job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and work pressures will moderate the influence of person-job fit on job satisfaction and the work pressures will moderate the influence of indirect effect person-job fit to job satisfaction through public service motivation, the effect will be even stronger in ASN facing low work pressure.

Studi ini menggali tanggapan dari pemilik/manajer UMKM yang merupakan pelanggan dari layanan jasa profesional point-of-sales (POS) berbasis awan di Indonesia. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) untuk menguji apakah purchase engagement memediasi pengaruh customization, virtual community, dan loyalty to account manager terhadap dependence dan willingness to pay for price premium. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa purchase engagement sebagian memediasi pengaruh customization, virtual community, and loyalty to account manager terhadap dependence dan willingness to pay for price premium. ......The study recruited responses from SME owners and managers, current customers of a subscription-based point-of-sales (POS) service in Indonesia. The analysis used Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to examine whether purchase engagement mediates the effect of customization, virtual community, and loyalty to account manager toward dependence and willingness to pay for price premiums. The findings showed that purchase engagement partially mediates the effect of customization, virtual community, and loyalty to account managers toward dependence and willingness to pay for price premiums.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh leader-member exchange (LMX), partisipasi, dan informasi terhadap commitment to change yang dimediasi oleh employee perceptions of justice. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kementerian Sekretariat Negara yang mulai tahun 2005 mengalami proses perubahan organisasi melalui pelaksanaan reformasi birokrasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survei kuesioner. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 372 orang. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa leader-member exchange (LMX) tidak memiliki pengaruh positif langsung terhadap commitment to change, sedangkan partisipasi dan informasi memiliki pengaruh positif langsung terhadap commitment to change. Selain itu, leadermember exchange (LMX), partisipasi, dan informasi memiliki pengaruh positif langsung terhadap employee perceptions of justice. Penelitian ini juga membuktikan bahwa employee perceptions of justice memediasi secara penuh pengaruh leader-member exchange (LMX) terhadap commitment to change. Di sisi lain, employee perceptions of justice memediasi secara parsial pengaruh partisipasi dan informasi terhadap commitment to change. ......This research aimed to analyze the influence of leader-member exchange (LMX), participation and information toward commitment to change mediated by employee perception of justice. This research was conducted in the Ministry of State Secretariat of the Republic of Indonesia. In addition, the Ministry of State Secretariat had bureaucratic reformation in 2005, resulting in the changes of its organization. The data were collected from questionnaires. The participants of the questionnaires were 372 people. The data were analyzed by using Structural Equation Model (SEM). The result showed that leader-member exchange (LMX) did not has positive effect directly toward commitment to change, while participation and information have positive effect directly toward commitment to change. Moreover, leader-member exchange (LMX), participation, and information have positive effect directly toward employee perceptions of justice. This research also proved that employee perceptions of justice fully mediate the effect leader-member exchange (LMX) toward commitment to change. On the other hand, employee perceptions of justice partially mediate the effect participation and information toward commitment to change.

Teknologi automasi sudah berkembang dengan pesat pada belakangan ini. Teknologi seperti Internet of Things (biasa disebut dengan sebutan IoT), mempunyai beberapa perangkat tersendiri, salah satu perangkatnya yaitu adalah smart home system. Smart home sistem ini dapat digunakan untuk membuat rumah menjadi pintar dan juga dapat digunakan untuk menghemat penggunaan energi secara efisien dalam rumah di kehidupan sehari-hari, seperti listrik dan air yang dapat mengakibatkan dampak negatif untuk lingkungan jika digunakan terlalu berlebihan. Penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan penelitian empiris dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan di Indonesia dengan kriteria responden yang berdomisili di Jabodetabek, berumur 18 tahun ke atas, menggunakan internet lebih dari tiga jam per harinya, dan belum mempunyai perangkat smart home. Adapun jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebesar 294 sampel. Pengolahan data menggunakan SEM dengan software LISREL 8.5. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa environmental concern, perceived usefulness, dan trust mempengaruhi intention to use secara positif dan signifikan. Kemudian ditemukan juga hubungan antara environmental beliefs dan environmental concern mempunyai hubungan positif yang signifikan. Untuk perceived privacy risk, ditemukan bahwa variabel tersebut mempunyai hubungan negatif yang signifikan terhadap trust untuk perangkat smart home. Hasil penelitian ini penting untuk perkembangan dalam pasar smart home di Indonesia ......Automation technology has grown in a rapid pace recently. One of the technology that is growing rapidly right now is the Internet of Things or IoT. IoT consist of many devices, and one of the IoT device that are popular right now is called the smart home device. This smart home device can be use to make the house of the user be smart and can be use to save energy for efficiency for the daily life of the user, such as electricity and water that kan provide a negative impact on the environment if used extensively. This smart home device can help to make the energy expense much more efficient. Therefore, this study aims to see and examine the relation between pro-environmental behavior (environmental beliefs and concern), the moderating variable of materialism, perceived privacy risk and trust that can influenced the intention to use of smart home device. This study is an empirical study with quantitative research method. The respondent used in this study is live in Jabodetabek, age above 18 years old, tech savvy, and know the concept of smart home technology but does not have the smart home device. The sample use in this study are 294 samples. The data collected was tested using and analyzed using SEM with LISREL 8.5. The result of the research shows that environmental concern, perceived usefulness, and trust has a positive and significant effect towards intention to use smart home device. For the relationship between environmental beliefs and environmental concern, it was also has positif and significant effect. The result also shown that perceived privacy risk has a negatif significant effect towards trust of smart home device. The result of this research are important for the development of smart home market in Indonesia.

Augmented reality (AR) memungkinkan konsumen untuk mencoba produk, salah satunya kosmetik, pada wajah secara digital dan real-time, sehingga menimbulkan pengalaman “mencoba produk sebelum membeli” saat belanja online. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah mengetahui keuntungan penerapan AR berdasarkan teori flow. Penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan antara interactivity, novelty, vividness, flow, learning, information utility, enjoyment, satisfaction, brand attitude, dan purchase intention dalam pengalaman belanja online yang menerapkan teknologi AR. Penelitian telah dilakukan dengan cara online survey terhadap 229 responden yang telah menggunakan aplikasi smartphone dengan teknologi AR. Uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan metode structural equation modeling (SEM) menggunakan software Lisrel 8.8. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik AR seperti interactivity dan novelty dapat meningkatkan flow, tetapi vividness tidak dapat meningkatkan flow. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa flow dapat berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan learning, information utility, dan enjoyment. Pada akhirnya, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan teknologi AR dapat meningkatkan satisfaction, brand attitude, dan purchase intention pengguna aplikasi. Di sisi lain, peningkatan purchase intention hanya dipengaruhi oleh flow dan brand attitude dalam pengalaman belanja online menggunakan teknologi AR. ......Augmented reality (AR) allows consumers to try products, including make-up, on their faces digitally and in real-time, giving rise to a "try the product before buying" experience when shopping online. The primary purpose of this research is to know the advantages of implementing AR based on flow theory. This study analyzes the relationship between interactivity, novelty, vividness, flow, learning, information utility, enjoyment, satisfaction, brand attitude, and purchase intention in online shopping experiences that apply AR technology. The research has been conducted using an online survey of 229 respondents who have used a smartphone application with AR technology. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the structural equation modeling (SEM) method using Lisrel 8.8 software. The results showed that AR characteristics such as interactivity and novelty could increase flow, but vividness could not. The results also show that flow can affect increasing learning, information utility, and enjoyment. In the end, the results show that the application of AR technology can increase application users' satisfaction, brand attitude, and purchase intention. On the other hand, the increase in purchase intention is only influenced by flow and brand attitude in the online shopping experience using AR technology. At the same time, information utility, enjoyment, and satisfaction do not affect purchase intention.
