"Tesis ini membahas pengaruh brand equity terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan menggunakan J.Co Donuts & Coffee. Penelitian ini menggunakan descriptive research design dengan metode survey (kuesioner) yaitu yang dilakukan terhadap pelanggan J.Co Donuts & Coffee di wilayah Jakarta. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah nonprobability sampling yaitu menggunakan convenience sampling.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa brand awareness tidak mempengaruhi brand image, brand satisfaction, dan brand trust J.Co Donuts& Coffee. Brand awareness juga tidak mempengaruhi konsumen dalam melakukan current purchase namun brand awareness mempengaruhi future purchase. Brand image J.Co Donuts & Coffee tidak mempengaruhi current purchase tetapi mempengaruhi future purchase. Brand image J.Co Donuts & Coffee berpengaruh positif dalam terhadap brand satisfaction dan juga mempengaruhi brand trust. Brand satisfaction tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap brand attachment. Tetapi apabila brand attachment sudah dapat berpengaruh secara positif, maka pelanggan J.Co Donuts & Coffee akan memutuskan melakukan pembelian terhadap merek ini baik untuk current maupun future purchase. Current purchase yang dilakukan oleh pelanggan J.Co Donuts & Coffee akan berpengaruh positif terhadap future purchase.

The focus of the thesis is about influences of brand equity to buying decision using J.Co Donuts & Coffee. The research is implementing descriptive research design using survey method which used to J.Co Donuts & Coffee customers in Jakarta. Non probability sampling is used as sampling technique which is convenience sampling.
The result of this research shows that brand awareness has not a positive effect on J.Co Donuts & Coffee?s brand image, brand satisfaction and brand trust. Brand awareness has no positive effect on current purchase but has a positive effect on future purchase. J.Co Donuts & Coffee's brand image has no positive effect on current purchase but has a positive effect on future purchase. J.Co Donuts & Coffee's brand image has a positive effect on brand satisfaction and brand trust. Brand satisfaction has no positive effect on brand attachment. Thus, if brand attachment has already have a positive effect then J.Co Donuts & Coffee?s customer will decide to make purchases of the brand whether for current nor future. Current purchase made by J.Co Donuts & Coffee?s customer will have a positive effect on future purchase."

"Pembelian Tidak Terencana dapat dipengaruhi oleh perilaku konsumen dan juga faktor-faktor lingkungan gerai. Perilaku konsumen yang dimaksud adalah perilaku konsumen yang mendekati atau menjauhi gerai (approach/avoiding). Faktor-faktor dalam lingkungan gerai seperti faktor suasana dan faktor sosial turut berperan dalam membuat konsumen berperilaku mendekati atau menjauhi gerai. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah salah satu waralaba lokal di Indonesia yaitu J.CO Donuts & Coffee. Sampel penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang mengunjungi gerai J.CO Donuts & Coffee dalam kurun waktu satu bulan terakhir. Data diolah dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kedua faktor lingkungan gerai yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu faktor suasana dan faktor sosial terbukti berpengaruh signfikan terhadap perilaku konsumen untuk mendekati gerai. Variabel perilaku konsumen juga terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pembelian tidak terencana.

Impulse buying can be effected by consumer behavior and store environment. Consumer behavior is either approaching store or avoiding store. Store environment such as ambient cues and social cues are also involved on making consumer approaching or avoiding store. The object of this research is one of local franchise in Indonesia, J.CO Donuts & Coffee. Sample of this research is consumer who?s visiting J.CO Donuts & Coffee store within a month. Data processed using Structural Equation Model (SEM). This research found that both ambient cues and social cues have significant effect on consumer approaching behavior. And consumer approaching behavior also has significant effect on impulse buying"

"ABSTRAK
Tesis ini membahas mengenai pengaruh dari Digital Marketing, dalam hal ini yaitu Facebook Marketing terhadap Brand Equity dan pengaruhnya terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan alat pengumpulan data berupa kuisioner. Populasinya adalah para follower akun fanpage Facebook "We Love Honda Indonesia". Dengan menggunakan metode analisis Structural Equation Modelling didapatkan hasil Facebook Marketing berpengaruh positif terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, namun apabila dibantu dengan Brand Equity akan membantu mendongkrak Keputusan Pembelian dibandingkan hanya mengandalkan Facebook Marketing saja.

ABSTRACT
This thesis discusses the influence of Digital Marketing, in this case is Facebook Marketing on Brand Equity and its effect on Purchasing Decisions. Using quantitative methods and data collection tools is questionnaires. The population in this thesis are the followers of Facebook's "We Love Honda Indonesia" fanpage account. By using the Structural Equation Modeling analysis method, the results of Facebook Marketing have a positive effect on Purchasing Decisions, but if assisted with Brand Equity, it will help boost Purchasing Decisions compared to relying on Facebook Marketing only."

"Inovasi produk merupakan unsur penting dalam pengambilan keputusan pembelian konsumen untuk produk teknologi termasuk telepon selular. Oleh karena itu, penelitian untuk mengetahui sejauh mana peran inovasi produk terhadap keputusan pernbelian konsumen menjadi penting. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh inovasi produk, inovasi yang akan datang dan preferensi untuk menunda pembelian terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen.
Dalam penelitian ini dibangun lima bentuk hubungan yang diuji terhadap 200 responden dimana responden dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa pengguna telepon selular Nokia. Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan yaitu metode convenience sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan program LISREL 8.30. Data yang dikumpulkan mendukung empat bentuk hipotesis.
Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa inovasi produk dan preferensi untuk menunda pembelian mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen secara positif. Inovasi produk juga memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap inovasi yang akan datang. Demikian pula inovasi yang akan datang memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap preferensi konsumen untuk menunda pembelian. Akan tetapi, inovasi yang akan datang memiliki pengaruh yang negatif terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen.
Implikasi yang dapat diberikan melalui penelitian ini antara lain pemasar perlu menjadikan inovasi produk sebagai kompetensi inti dalam pengembangan produk teknologi seperti telepon selular. Pemasar juga perlu memfokuskan diri pada perbaikan dan penambahan fitur intemet dan fitur multimedia. Tak kalah penting adalah bahwa produk teknologi seperti telepon selular yang hendak dipasarkan di masa mendatang sebaiknya memberikan nilai yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan yang sudah ada saat ini dan diharapkan nilai tersebut bisa mewakili ekspektasi dan persepsi konsumen. Adapun kontribusi penting yang dapat diberikan melalui penelitian ini yaitu bahwa model dalam penelitian ini dapat dijadikan dasar dalam menggambarkan perilaku pembelian konsumen terhadap telepon selular melalui inovasi produk.

Product innovation is an important element in customer buying decision for high technology product including mobile phone. Therefore, it is quite important to know the role of product innovation in customer buying decision. The purpose of this research is to identify the effect of product innovation, forthcoming innovation, and preference to delay present purchase on customer buying decision.
There are five types of relationship built in this research that conducted to 200 respondents. The respondents are college students who are the user of Nokia mobile phone. Convenience sampling used as sampling method. Structural Equation Modeling with applicable software package LISREL 8.30 used as data analysis method. The result shows that the four hypotheses are supported.
This research found that both product innovation and preference to delay purchase influence customer buying decision positively. Moreover, product innovation influences the forthcoming innovation positively as well as forthcoming innovation affects customer preference to delay purchase. On the other hand, the forthcoming innovation influences customer buying decision negatively.
This finding has implications for marketer to put product innovation as core competence in developing high technology product such as mobile phone. Marketers need also to focus on improving internet and multimedia features. It is also important to launch the forthcoming product, which represent customer expectation and perception. The other contribution from this research is the description of customer buying decision for mobile phone products through product innovation.

"ABSTRAK
Saat ini persaingan merek di industri Managed Print Services semakin ketat. Oleh sebab itu, salah satu strategi yang dapat dilakukan untuk mempertahankan Xerox/Fuji Xerox sebagai market leader adalah dengan menggunakan strategi branding. Salah satu dari strategi branding yang dapat dilakukan adalah mengukur seberapa besar pengaruh brand equity terhadap keputusan pembelian.
Penelitian ini menggunakan descriptive analysis dengan cara metode survey (kuesioner). Kuesioner akan diberikan kepada customer-customer PT. Astra Graphia di cabang Jakarta 1. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan cara purposive sampling. Tehnik ini berarti memilih responden yang dipilih berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Dari hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa nilai analisis regresi linear berganda adalah sebagai berikut:
Y = 0,142 X1 + 0,324 X2 + 0,335 X3 + 0,165 X4
Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari penelitian ini brand awareness memiliki pengaruh sebesar 0,142 terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian, brand loyalty memiliki pengaruh sebesar 0,324 terhadap keputusan pembelian, perceived quality memiliki pengaruh sebesar 0,335 terhadap keputusan pembelian dan brand association memliki pengaruh sebesar 0,165 terhadap keputusan pembelian.

ABSTRACT
Nowadays, brand competition in Managed Print Services is more tight. Hence, one of strategies which can be used for maintain Xerox/Fuji Xerox as market leader is using branding strategy. One of branding strategy which can be used is measure how much the influence of Brand equity for purchasing decision.
This study use descriptive analysis with survey (questionnaire) method. The questionnaire will be given to customers PT. Astra Graphia, especially branch of Jakarta 1. Technique of sampling which will be used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling. This technique means that responden is choosed based on certain criteria. The result from this study shows that the score for multiple linear regression analysis is:
Y = 0,142 X1 + 0,324 X2 + 0,335 X3 + 0,165 X4
So, it can be summarized from this study that Brand awareness have an influece 0,142 to Purchasing Decision variable, Brand loyalty have an influence 0,324 to Purchasing Decision variabel, Perceived quality have an influence 0,335 to Purchasing Decision variabel and Brand association have an influence 0,165 to Purchasing Decision variabel."

"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa bagaimana brand awareness dan brand image mempengaruhi perilaku pembelian konsumen shampoo L'Oriel. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan program SPSS untuk menguji validitas,reabilitas, dan uji asumsi klasik (normalitas, multikolinieritas, korelasi). Sedangkan untuk uji asumsi klasik lainnya yaitu uji heterokedastisitas menggunakan program Eviews. Dan untuk uji regresi menggunakan dua program tersebut.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan brand awareness dan brand image mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap perilaku pembelian konsumen sama halnya seperti pada hasil penelitian sebelumnya. Penelitian ini juga merekomendasikan penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai perilaku pembelian kembali atas suatu merek.

The purpose of this study is to analyze how brand awareness and brand image influence consumer buying behavior L'Oreal shampoo. In this study using SPSS to test the validity, reliability and classical assumption (normality, multicollinearity, correlation). As for other classical assumption that heterokedastisitas test using Eviews program And for regression testing using the two programs
The results showed brand awareness and brand image have a significant and positive influence on consumer buying behavior as well as the results of previous studies. The study also recommends further research into the behavior repurchase of a brand.

"ABSTRAK
Bisnis film di Indonesia diperkirakan akan terus bertumbuh ke depannya. Film asing masih menjadi mesin pendorong bisnis film di Indonesia. Salah satu film asing yang konsisten memperoleh pendapatan besar di Indonesia adalah film-film Marvel Cinematic Universe. Ini membuktikan bahwa brand merupakan hal yang penting. Untuk memastikan suksesnya strategi membangun brand yang kuat, penting bagi perusahaan untuk memahami brand equity. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari tahu efek dari brand equity terhadap tanggapan konsumen yaitu price premium, brand extension, brand preference, dan purchase intention, serta efek dari dimensi brand equity yaitu brand awareness, perceived quality, brand associations, dan brand loyalty terhadap brand equity. Penelitian ini meneliti sebanyak 390 responden yang pernah mendengar tentang Marvel dan setidaknya pernah menonton dua film Marvel Cinematic Universe dalam tiga tahun terakhir. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan pengaruh signifikan dari brand awareness terhadap perceived quality dan brand associations, perceived quality dan brand associations terhadap brand loyalty, brand loyalty terhadap brand equity, brand equity terhadap price premium, brand extension, brand preference, dan purchase intention, serta brand preference terhadap purchase intention. Penelitian ini tidak menemukan adanya pengaruh signifikan dari perceived quality dan brand associations terhadap brand equity.

ABSTRACT
Movie business in Indonesia is expected to continue to grow. Foreign films are still the driving force of the movie business in Indonesia. One of the foreign films that consistently earning huge revenues in Indonesia is Marvel Cinematic Universe films. This proves that brand is important. To ensure the success of building a strong brand, it is important to understand brand equity. This study aims to find out the effects of brand equity on consumer responses, which consisted of price premium, brand extension, brand preference, and purchase intention, and the effects of brand equity dimension, which consisted of brand awareness, perceived quality, brand associations, and brand loyalty to brand equity. This study examined 390 respondents who have heard of Marvel and have seen at least two Marvel Cinematic Universe movies in the last three years. The results of this study proves the significant impact of brand awareness on perceived quality and brand associations, perceived quality and brand associations to brand loyalty, brand loyalty to brand equity, brand equity to price premium, brand extension, brand preference and purchase intention, an also brand preference to purchase intention. This study found no significant effect of perceived quality and brand associations to brand equity."

"[ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ekuitas merek
terhadap perilaku pembelian. Merek yang diteliti adalah merek SPBU Shell.
Penelitian ini menggunakan descriptive research design dengan metode survey
yaitu yang dilakukan terhadap kosumen SPBU Shell. Hasil penelitian ini
menunjukkan bahwa brand awareness mempengaruhi brand image SPBU Shell
dan mempengaruhi konsumen dalam intention to future purchase. Brand
awareness tidak mempengaruhi brand satisfaction dan brand trust SPBU Shell
serta tidak mempengaruhi konsumen dalam current purchase. Brand image
mempengaruhi brand satisfaction dan brand trust SPBU Shell. Brand image
SPBU Shell juga mempengaruhi konsumen dalam current purchase dan intention
to future purchase. Brand satisfaction tidak mempengaruhi brand attachment
SPBU Shell. Tetapi brand trust mempengaruhi brand attachment SPBU Shell.
Brand attachment SPBU Shell mempengaruhi current purchase dan intention to
future purchase. Current purchase yang dilakukan oleh konsumen SPBU Shell

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh positif antara authenticity perception dengan brand awareness, brand image dan perceived quality, serta bagaimana ketiga variabel tersebut mempengaruhi brand loyalty. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menguji dampak dari brand loyalty pada brand choice intention dari konsumen restoran khas Sunda. Data pada penelitian ini didapat dari penyebaran kuesioner secara online kepada responden yang mengunjungi restoran khas Sunda paling tidak sekali dalam kurun waktu tiga bulan terakhir. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel adalah metode non-probability sampling yaitu convinience sampling. Penelitian dilakukan satu kali dalam satu periode penelitian dengan menggunakan single cross sectional design. Data yang didapat diolah dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling SEM . Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa authenticity perception berpengaruh positif terhadap brand awareness, brand image dan perceived quality. Brand image dan perceived quality berpengaruh positif terhadap brand loyalty sedangkan brand image tidak memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap brand loyalty. Kemudian brand loyalty memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap brand choice intention konsumen.

This Study examines if authenticity perception had positively influenced brand awareness, brand image and perceived quality, as well as how these three variables will influence brand loyalty.This study also examines the impact of brand loyalty on brand choice intention for Sundanese restaurant. Questionnaires were distributed online to respondents who visited Sundanese restuarant at least once for the last three months. Sampling method used was non probability sampling specifically convenience sampling. Study were held one time in one period of time which single cross section design was used. Data were analysed using Structural Equation Modelling SEM . Findings indicate that authenticity perception is a critical determinant of brand equity and brand equity has a significant impact on brand choice intention. "
