"Tesis ini membahas pemecahkan masalah manajemen rantai pasok di PT.XYZ dengan melakukan evaluasi terhadap manajemen rantai pasok produk vessel (bak untuk truk). Evaluasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference) Model Versi 8.0 yang terdiri dari empat level. Berdasarkan metrik-metrik yang diukur, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kinerja manajemen rantai pasok produk vessel kurang efisien. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, hasil dari penelitian ini menyarankan untuk menerapkan Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) dengan menitikberatkan pada pemilihan material, pemasok dan pembuatan kontrak yang memadai.

Focus of this thesis is to solve problems in supply chain management at PT. XYZ by evaluating supply chain of vessel products. The method that used to evaluate the supply chain performance is SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference) Model Version 8.0 and this is done in four levels. Based on measurement of metrics, it can be concluded that supply chain management in PT. XYZ for vessel products is not efficient enough. In order to solve this problem, the result of the research gives a suggestion to apply Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) that focuses in choosing materials, suppliers and making proper agreement."

PT MIT merupakan salah satu industri bahan kimia yang kunci keberhasilannya adalah pada efektivitas manajemen rantai pasok. Penelitian ini membahas kinerja manajemen rantai pasok pada PT MIT dengan menggunakan model SCOR versi 11.0. Atribut kinerja yang diukur antara lain, reliability yang diukur dengan metrik perfect order fullfillment, cost yang diukur dengan metrik total cost to serve, dan asset management efficiency yang diukur dengan metrik days sales inventory. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kinerja reliability dan total cost to serve pada PT MIT belum efektif.

ABSTRACTChemicals industry was significantly contribute to gross domestic product growth. PT MIT is one of chemicals industry which manage supply chain as success factor. This study discussed supply chain performance using SCOR model version 11.0. There are three attribute in this study. First, reliability which measured by metric perfect order fullfillment. "Penelitian ini membahas mengenai kinerja produksi pada usaha kecil dan menengah UKM di sektor peternakan ayam petelur Renaa Farm. Analisis dan evaluasi kinerja dilakukan dengan menggunakan model Supply Chain Operations Reference SCOR yang dikembangkan oleh Supply Chain Council SCC. Atribut kinerja yang digunakan adalah reliability dengan penilaian jumlah produk berhasil dijual dan cost yang menilai harga pokok penjualan per kilogram produk. Fokus penelitian ini adalah proses produksi hasil analisis mengindikasikan bahwa kinerja produksi di Renaa Farm masih kurang baik. Hal tersebut diakibatkan oleh banyaknya produk rusak saat produksi sehingga diperlukan perbaikan dan peningkatan pada beberapa aktivitas yang menjadi sumber permasalahan seperti kurangnya pengawasan proses produksi peralatan yang kurang baik serta motivasi karyawan yang rendah.

This research discusses the performance of production of a small and medium enterprise SME in the poultry sector Renaa Farm. Analysis of performance evaluation is conducted by using Supply Chain Operations Reference SCOR which is developed by the Supply Chain Council SCC. The performance attributes used are reliability number of units sold and cost selling price kg. The research focuses on production process and the analysis results conclude that the production performance at Renaa Farm still can be improved due to the number of faulty eggs produced. The root causes are the lack of supervision during production process inadequete equipment and employee lack of motivation."

"Pada 2013, PT. Trakindo Utama membentuk divisi baru Supply Chain Prime Products untuk meningkatkan Permintaan dan kinerja Pasokan dari Pabrik ke Pelanggan. Perbaikan dilakukan secara terus menerus untuk meningkatkan kinerja, namun dalam implementasinya masih terdapat capaian KPI yang belum sesuai dengan target. Di industri alat berat, ini diduga karena perkiraan kontribusi penjualan yang tidak akurat. Selain itu, faktor pasar alat berat yang tidak sesuai dengan prediksi juga dianggap berkontribusi. Dalam tulisan ini, proses akan diidentifikasi dalam kinerja manajemen rantai pasokan yang dapat menyebabkan KPI persediaan tidak tercapai. Metode yang akan digunakan untuk melakukan evaluasi kinerja rantai pasokan adalah model SCOR versi 12.0. Berdasarkan evaluasi kinerja, dapat disimpulkan bahwa rantai pasokan memiliki implementasi yang cukup efektif terutama dalam metrik Reliability. Sedangkan untuk area inventory itu sendiri masih perlu perbaikan di area Source dengan mengantisipasi proses waktu yang lama dan daerah Deliver sendiri dengan memberikan perkiraan yang akurat. Hal yang mendukung implementasi rantai pasokan yang efektif adalah komitmen manajemen melalui visi, misi dan strategi hingga level Divisi dan Departemen. Sedangkan yang menjadi faktor penghambat yaitu kemampuan tim sales dalam melakukan forecast yang akurat. Pada akhirnya perusahaan diharapkan dapat menggunakan model SCOR versi 12.0 untuk melakukan pengukuran KPI agar penerapan supply chain management menjadi lebih komprehensif dengan hasil yang maksimal melalui peningkatan kompetensi tim.

In 2013, PT. Trakindo Utama formed a new division of Supply Chain Prime Products to improve Demand and Supply performance from Factory to Customer. Repairs are carried out continuously to boost performance, however in its implementation there are still achievements of KPIs that have not been in line with the target. In the heavy equipment industry, this was allegedly due to inaccurate sales contribution estimates. Besides that, the heavy equipment market factor that is not in line with predictions is also thought to have contributed. In this paper, a process will be identified in the supply chain management performance that can cause inventory KPIs to not be reached. The method that will be used to conduct supply chain performance evaluation is the SCOR model version 12.0 from level 1 to 3. Based on performance evaluation, it can be concluded that supply chain has quite effective implementation especially in Reliability metrics. While for inventory itself still need improvement in Source area by anticipating the long lead time process and Delivers own area by providing accurate forecast. Whereas the inhibiting factor is the ability of the sales team to make accurate forecasts. In the end the company is expected to be able to use the SCOR version 12.0 model to conduct KPI measurements so that the implementation of supply chain management becomes more comprehensive with maximum results through increasing team competency."

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengukur kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan pelumas. Pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok perlu dilakukan untuk mengetahui kondisi rantai pasok dari suatu perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) sebagai kerangka pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan. Perbaikan yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini berkaitan dengan permasalahan yang terjadi pada rangkaian rantai pasok. Tingkat kepentingan atribut kinerja diukur berdasar pembobotan dengan kuesioner perbandingan berpasangan oleh beberapa expert. Terdapat 27 indikator kinerja yang diukur dan terbagi ke dalam atribut model SCOR. Dari hasil pengukuran didapatkan kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan pada tahun 2023 sebesar 51,04% yang menunjukkan kinerja perusahaan berada pada kategori average menurut Traffic Light System. Setelah itu, setiap indikator dipetakan ke dalam kuadran Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) untuk mendapatkan indikator yang memiliki Performance belum baik dan memiliki Importance cukup besar untuk diperbaiki atau ditingkatkan. Dengan menggunakan kuadran IPA didapatkan 6 indikator pada rantai pasok perusahaan yang kinerjanya perlu ditingkatkan. Oleh karena itu, strategi perbaikan dirumuskan yang berupa pengintegrasian Supply Chain Management dengan Internet-of-Things untuk dapat meningkatkan kinerja rantai pasok keseluruhan.

This research aims to measure the supply chain performance of a lubricant manufacturing company. The measurement is crucial to understand the company's supply chain condition. The method used is the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model as a framework for measuring supply chain performance. The study addresses issues in the supply chain by prioritizing performance attributes, weighted through pairwise comparison questionnaires filled out by experts. The study measures 27 performance indicators divided into SCOR model attributes. Results indicate the company’s supply chain performance in 2023 is 51.04%, categorizing it as average according to the Traffic Light System. Indicators are mapped into the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) quadrant, identifying six indicators requiring improvement. A strategy integrating Supply Chain Management with the Internet of Things (IoT) is proposed to enhance overall supply chain performance."

ABSTRACTIn this research, it is explained more about the measurement and mapping ofperformance supply chain management using the Supply Chain OperationsReference (SCOR) model in warehouses distribution of Third-Party Logistics(3PL). SCOR model combining a few elements of the Business Process,benchmarking and applications that lead to a framework. "Tesis ini menganalisis kinerja dari pengiriman minyak kelapa sawit atau crude palm oil (CPO) menggunakan metode Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) model 11.0. Analisis ini dilakukan pada PT XYZ Tbk. yang merupakan salah satu perusahaan penghasil CPO terbesar di Indonesia. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu PT. XYZ Tbk. untuk meningkatkan kinerja rantai pasok dengan tujuan mengurangi kekosongan persediaan (Zero Stock) seperti yang terjadi di tahun 2019 & 2020, serta waktu pengiriman yang panjang. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode SCOR model 11.0 dan hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa kinerja rantai pasok dari PT. XYZ Tbk. dari sisi reability, responsiveness, dan assets management efficiency masih kurang baik. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan kondisi persediaan yang kurang baik karena hanya kinerja responsiveness yang dapat memenuhi target perusahaan dan best in class dengan nilai rata-rata 7 hari untuk memenuhi permintaan. Hasil penelitian ini mengindikasikan pentingnya cadangan pengaman dan membeli tambahan CPO dari pabrik lain untuk menjaga kemampuan perusahaan menciptakan supply chain yang baik.

This study analyzes the supply chain performance of CPO’s delivery using SCOR 11.0 method. This analysis is conducted at PT XYZ Tbk, one of the largest CPO producing companies in Indonesia. This research is expected to help PT XYZ Tbk. to improve supply chain performance with the aim of reducing zero inventory as happened in 2019 & 2020 and long lead time. The results show that in terms of reliability, responsiveness, and asset management efficiency attributes the performance is below from the company’s target because only responsiveness performance can meet the company's target and best in class with an average value of 7 days to meet the demand. The results also show that the inventory level management is adequate as there is no safety stock. The research suggestion, the management need to set the safety stock and buy CPO from other manufacturers."

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengukur kinerja rangkaian rantai pasok industri makanan dan minuman kesehatan untuk mengetahui kondisi rantai pasok dari suatu perusahaan periode 2023. Metode yang digunakan adalah Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR). Perbaikan yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini berkaitan dengan permasalahan yang terjadi pada divisi rantai pasok. Tingkat kepentingan atribut kinerja diukur berdasar pembobotan dengan kuesioner perbandingan berpasangan oleh expert. Terdapat 25 indikator kinerja yang diukur dan terbagi ke dalam atribut model SCOR. Dari hasil pengukuran didapatkan kinerja rantai pasok sebesar 68.16% yang menunjukkan kategori average pada Traffic Light System Monitoring. Indikator kemudian dipetakan ke dalam kuadran Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) untuk mendapatkan indikator prioritas berupa KPI dengan performa rendah dan kepentingan tinggi. Didapatkan 5 indikator prioritas, yaitu finished goods inventory level, raw material inventory level, labor cost, delivery performance to customer commit date, dan delivery fill rate. Rekomendasi yang diajukan untuk perbaikan adalah penerapan sistem Sistem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) secara end-to-end dan pengaplikasian Radio Frequency Identification (RFID)- Internet of Things (IoT).

This research is conducted to measure the performance of the food and beverage health supply chain to understand the supply chain condition of a company for the period of 2023. The method used is the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR). Improvements made in this research are related to the issues occurring in the supply chain division. The importance level of performance attributes is measured based on weighting with a paired comparison questionnaire by experts. There are 25 performance indicators measured and divided into SCOR model attributes. From the measurement results, the supply chain performance is obtained at 68.16%, indicating an average category on the Traffic Light System Monitoring. The indicators are then mapped into the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) quadrant to obtain priority indicators in the form of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with low performance and high importance. Five priority indicators are identified: finished goods inventory level, raw material inventory level, labor cost, delivery performance to customer commit date, and delivery fill rate. The recommended improvements include the implementation of an end-to-end Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and the application of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID)-Internet of Things (IoT)."
