"Penelitian ini membahas tentang komunitas motor Jakarta Mio Club dalam mempengaruhi loyalitas merek pada Yamaha Mio. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan tujuan menjelaskan hubungan dua variable yakni Brand Community sebagai variable independen dan loyalitas merek sebagai variable dependen. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada anggota komunitas Jakarta Mio Club di Jakarta.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa brand community memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas merek. Namun demikian peneliti menyarankan agar penggunaan brand community terhadap loyalitas merek disertai dengan penerapan komunikasi pemasaran lainnya.

This study discusses motorcycle community in Jakarta Mio Club brand loyalty influence on Yamaha Mio. Research using this quantitative approach with the goal of explaining the relationship of two variables Brand Community as the independent variable and brand loyalty as the dependent variable. Data obtained in this research through the distribution of questionnaires to members of the community Mio Club Jakarta in Jakarta.
Results of research indicate that the brand community has a significant influence on brand loyalty. However, researchers suggested that the use of brand loyalty to the community along with the implementation of other marketing communications.

"ABSTRAK
Pada era network society ini, persaingan ketat dalam dunia bisnis menuntut perusahaan untuk melakukan strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang tepat untuk dapat bersaing di pasar. Iklan adalah strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang paling sering dilakukan oleh perusahaan. Dewasa ini konsumen dihadapkan dengan banyak sekali iklan dari berbagai produk baik itu iklan dari media-media atau secara langsung dikomunikasikan oleh perwakilan dari sebuah produk atau biasa disebut sebagai celebrity endorsement. Celebrity endorsement adalah salah satu alat atau strategi iklan yang sangat efektif dimana penggunaan selebriti dalam iklan mempunyai dampak terhadap ekuitas merek. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat hubungan dari faktor kredibilitas celebrity endorsement daya tarik, kepercayaan, dan keahlian terhadap minat pembelian secara langsung dan secara tidak langsung yang termediasi oleh kredibilitas merek. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada merek Mitsubishi dimana hingga saat ini penggunaan celebrity endorsement merupakan strategi yang digunakan oleh Mitsubishi di Indonesia dalam komunikasi pemasarannya. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara langsung, hanya daya tarik celebrity endorsement yang berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap minat pembelian, sedangkan keperayaan dan keahlian celebrity endorsement berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap minat pembelian konsumen melalui kredibilitas merek. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor kredibilitas celebrity endorsement daya tarik, kepercayaan, dan keahlian berpengaruh secara signifikan baik secara langsung terhadap minat pembelian dan secara tidak langsung melalui kredibilitas merek.Kata Kunci: celebrity endorsement, brand credibility, purchase intention.

ABSTRACT
In this era of network society, fierce competition in the business world requires the company to do the right marketing communication strategy to be able to compete in the market. Advertising is the most common marketing communication strategy of a company. Today consumers are faced with a lot of advertising from various products either advertising from media or directly communicated by representatives of a product or commonly referred to as celebrity endorsement. Celebrity endorsement is one of the most effective advertising tools or strategies in which the use of celebrities in advertising has an impact on brand equity. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship of the source credibility of celebrity endorsement attractiveness, trustworthiness, and expertise towards purchase intention directly and indirectly mediated by brand credibility. This research was conducted on Mitsubishi brand which until now the use of celebrity endorsement is a strategy used by Mitsubishi in Indonesia in their marketing communication. The results of this study show that directly, only the attractiveness of celebrity endorsement that directly affects to purchase intention, while the trustworthiness and expertise of celebrity endorsement indirectly affect purchase intention through brand credibility. So it can be concluded that the source credibility of celebrity endorsement attractiveness, trustworthiness, expertise significantly influence both directly to purchase intention and indirectly through the brand credibility.Keywords celebrity endorsement, brand credibility, purchase intention "

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh komunitas merek berbasis media sosial terhadap kualitas hubungan pelanggan dengan produk, hubungan pelanggan dengan merek, hubungan pelanggan dengan perusahaan, dan hubungan pelanggan dengan pelanggan lain serta pengaruhnya terhadap kepercayaan merek dan loyalitas merek. Penelitian berfokus pada 175 sampel yang tergabung dalam komunitas merek Air Asia. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa hubungan-hubungan tersebut memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepercayaan merek dan loyalitas merek pada Air Asia.

This study aimed to investigate the impact of brand community based social media on customer-product relationship, customer-brand relationship, customer-company relationship, and customer-others customer relationship, whereas those relationships will affect to brand trust and brand loyalty. This study focused on 175 samples which joined in brand community of Air Asia. The result of this study indicated that brand community based social media through customer relationships has positive impact to brand trust and brand loyalty."

"Seiring dengan meningkatnya penetrasi internet di Indonesia, peningkatan tersebut juga turut mendorong orang-orang di Indonesia untuk    menggunakan berbagai macam produk dan layanan berbasis internet khususnya media sosial seperti Instagram. Di tengah peluang yang tersedia ini, bisnis yang sekarang sedang diminati untuk menunjang gaya hidup seperti merek sepatu lokal dapat memanfaatkan peluang tersebut dengan menggunakan fitur iklan yang dipersonalisasi yang ada di Instagram. Penelitian kuantitatif ini dilaksanakan untuk menganalisis pengaruh iklan yang dipersonalisasi melalui variabel perceived personalization dan self-expressive brand yang mana diprediksi dapat mempengaruhi perceived quality dan brand loyalty merek sepatu lokal yang beriklan di Instagram. Sebanyak 386 responden yang merupakan pengguna Instagram dan juga konsumen dari empat merek sepatu lokal diperoleh menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan dianalisis menggunakan permodelan Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perceived personalization dan self-expressive brand dalam konteks iklan yang dipersonalisasi berpengaruh terhadap consumer brand engagement dan brand attachment yang dimana kedua faktor ini juga mempengaruhi perceived quality, dan juga hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan brand attachment dan perceived quality mempengaruhi brand loyalty.

Along with the increasing level of internet penetration in Indonesia, the current developments encourage people to familiarize and adopts variety of internet-based products and service especially Instagram as social media in Indonesia. Amidst these opportunities, businesses that are particularly preferred in current lifestyle like local footwear brand can take advantage by being present on Instagram to foster their relationship with their consumers through personalised advertisement. This quantitative research is constructed to analyse the effectiveness of personalised advertisement by proposing key driver namely perceived personalization and selfexpressive brands that predicts consumer brand engagement, brand attachment and its effect towards perceived quality and brand loyalty. A total of 386 respondents that are Instagram users and consumers of four local footwear brand were collected using purposive sampling method and the data was processed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). The findings suggest that perceived personalization and self-expressive brand within personalised advertisement affect the consumer's brand engagement and brand attachments. Whereby, consumer brand engagement and brand attachment play an important role on affecting the perceived quality. Lastly Brand attachment and perceived quality also found to influence the consumer's loyalty toward a brand."

"Komunitas merek berbasis situs media jejaring sosial merupakan komunitas yang dibangun di dalam situs media jejaring sosial. Penelitian ini berusaha meneliti apakah komunitas merek di situs media jejaring sosial memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap elemen utama komunitas atau penanda komunitas dan praktik penciptaan nilai yang menuntun kepada kepercayaan merek dan loyalitas merek. Responden pada penelitian ini merupakan 300 anggota dari komunitas merek BlackBerry di Facebook dan / atau Twitter yang telah menjadi anggota dalam kurun waktu lebih dari tiga bulan yang tersebar di kota-kota besar pulau Jawa. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa komunitas merek di media sosial memiliki pengaruh terhadap penanda komunitas, memiliki pengaruh terhadap dua dari empat variabel praktik penciptaan nilai, memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepercayaan merek yang menuntun kepada loyalitas merek. Pembahasan mengenai pengaruh serta kontribusi dan saran penelitian juga dibahas dalam penelitian ini.

Social media based brand communities is a community built on the social media site. This study tried to find out whether brand community in social media sites have a positive influence on the major elements of a community or community markers values creation practices that lead to the brand trust and brand loyalty. Respondents in this study are 300 members of the BlackBerry brand community on Facebook and / or Twitter, which has become a member within a period of more than three months spread across the major cities of Java. The results of this study stated that the brand community has an influence on markers of brand community, the value creation practice, brand trust, and brand loyalty. Implicasion, research contributions, and suggestions are also discussed."

Web 2.0 telah merubah bentuk word of mouth tradisional menjadi word of mouth baru berbasis Internet yaitu electronic word of mouth (eWOM). Melalui eWOM, konsumen membagikan pengalamannya berupa opini dan informasi mengenai suatu produk dan merek. Merek yang memiliki nilai lebih di mata konsumen akan mempunyai ekuitas merek yang kuat juga, sehingga akan mendorong minat pembelian yang lebih tinggi. Tesis ini membahas mengenai pengaruh eWOM melalui ekuitas merek terhadap minat pembelian pada pemasaran pendidikan tinggi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui metode survei dan sifat penelitian eksplanatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah wisudawan program Sarjana Universitas Paramadina periode April 2019 yaitu 131 wisudawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Dari hasil pengisian kuesioner, hanya 94 kuesioner yang diolah lebih lanjut berdasarkan pertanyaan saringan pada penelitian ini. Metode analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis jalur. Analisis jalur digunakan untuk mengetahui jalur yang paling efektif dalam pembentukan minat pembelian pada konteks pemasaran pendidikan tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh tidak langsung eWOM melalui ekuitas merek merupakan jalur yang paling efektif dalam pembentukan minat pembelian, sedang pengaruh langsung eWOM pada pembentukan minat pembelian memiliki nilai yang lebih kecil. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini, universitas dalam membentuk minat pembelian calon konsumen potensialnya harus menciptakan eWOM yang mampu membentuk ekuitas merek yang baik di mata calon konsumen potensialnya, sehingga minat pembelian konsumen akan menjadi tinggi.


Web 2.0 has transformed traditional forms of word of mouth into new Internet-based word of mouth or electronic word of mouth (eWOM). Through eWOM, consumers share their experiences in the form of opinions and information about a product and brand. Brands that have more value in the eyes of consumers will have strong brand equity, so that it will encourage higher purchase intentions. This thesis discusses the effect of eWOM through brand equity on purchase intentions in higher education marketing. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach through survey methods and explanatory research. The population in this study are 131 graduates of the Paramadina University Bachelor Program in the April 2019 period. The sampling technique uses total sampling. Based on filter questions in this study, only 94 questionnaires were processed further. The data analysis method used in this study is path analysis. Path analysis is used to determine the most effective pathway in the formation of purchase intentions in the context of higher education marketing. The results showed that the indirect influence of eWOM through brand equity was the most effective path in the formation of purchase intentions, while the direct influence of eWOM on the formation of purchase intention had a smaller value. The result of this study suggests that universities, in forming the purchase intention of potential customers, must create eWOM which is able to shape a good brand equity in the eyes of potential customers. This strategy, assumed, will increase the consumer’s purchase intention.

"Skripsi ini membahas tentang pengaruh dari brand community Honda Brio yang terdiri dari brand kripsi ini membahas tentang pengaruh dari brand community Honda Brio yang terdiri dari brand community identification dan brand community commitment terhadap brand identification dan brand commitment Honda Brio dengan melihat peran mediasi dari brand attachment dan peran moderasi dari perceived community-brand similliarity. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis path dalam program Smartpls 2.0.
Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa brand community secara signifikan mempengaruhi brand identification dan brand commitment, brand attachment memiliki peran mediasi yang penting sedangkan efek moderasi perceived community-brand similiariy hanya ada pada satu hubungan sedangkan efek moderasi perceived community-brand similiariy hanya ada pada satu hubungan.

This research discusses about the This research discusses about the effect of Honda Brio’s brand community which consists of brand community identification and brand community commitment on brand identification and brand commitment toward Honda Brio with the mediation role of brand attachment and moderation role of perceived community-brand similarity. Smartpls 2.0 was used to process the data.
The result of this research indicates that brand community has a significant effect on brand identification and brand commitment. Brand attachment play a full mediatin role but perceived community-brand similiarity only moderates one relation.

"This research is based on the magnificent impact of celebrity endorser credibility in marketing communication. Nowadays many companies used celebrity endorser for introduce their product to the consumer. Advertiser for company are willing to pay a huge salaries to celebrities who are liked and respected by consumer and who will, it is hoped, favorably influence consumer attitudes and behavior toward the endorsed brands.
Bakrie Telecom is one of the companies that used celebrity as an endorser. Researches used Esia as a case study because nowadays not only for consumer goods product who used celebrity but service telecommunication too. So we can see the effectiveness celebrity endorser credibility for this high technology.
Company usually uses celebrity as the source of advertising message for any persuasive purposes.
The aim of this research is to understand the celebrity roles when becoming endorser for the product he or she advertised, that is related to the brand attitudes. The effect of the celebrity beside to increase the company sales is to put in consumer mind. Even, as an individual maybe for telecommunication beside celebrity we will find out what service that we get if we used the product, but for this research is to proved that celebrity has influence respondent in brand
attitudes.
This researches is used theory according to Barbara A Lafferty (2002) is said that source credibility endorser does appear to have an effect on attitudes toward the advertisement, also suggest that it has a stronger effect on attitudes toward the brand. Ohanian (1990) celebrity endorser has source credibility such as expertise, trustworthiness, and attractiveness. Brian D Till (2000) the use of
celebrity endorser with a product that is consistent with the endorser?s have a greater positive effect on brand attitudes. Three of them have the same for source that according to the celebrity endorser.
This research used quantitative approach with survey method with questioners to the students in FISIP UI. Descriptive analysis is used for describe what the endorser answer with celebrity endorser as independent variable and brand attitudes as dependent variable. Multiple regression used to observed celebrity endorser impact to through brand attitudes.
The result of this research indicates that celebrity endorser have an impact to brand attitudes. For which one of the credibility celebrity endorser (expertise, trustworthiness, attractiveness) are have impact to brand attitudes for Esia PT Bakrie Telecom on this researches are expertise and attractiveness. The independent variable in this research contribute 62% to brand attitudes. For
residue 38% is influenced by the other factors. The suggestion to PT Bakrie Telecom is affectivity of celebrity endorser is the important thing for the marketing communication especially to make consumer have a brand attitudes to their product."

"Penggunaan idola Kpop sebagai human brand menjadi trend marketing berbagai produk makanan dan minuman lokal. Lemonilo menjadi salah satu brand makanan minuman di Indonesia, yang menggunakan human brand sebagai alat untuk strategi marketing mereka. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini akan mencari tahu keefektifan penggunaan human brand sebagai strategi marketing, untuk meningkatkan purchase intention produk andalan Lemonilo yaitu mi sehat menggunakan NCT Dream sebagai human brand. Fokus penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari human brand terhadap consumer brand relationship, consumer brand relationship terhadap attitude toward brand, dan attitude toward brand terhadap purchase intention melalui survei terhadap 115 fans NCT Dream. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa human brand berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap consumer brand relationship, consumer brand relationship berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap attitude toward brand, dan attitude toward brand berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention.

The use of Kpop idol as human brand has been a marketing trend in many food and beverage local brands. Lemonilo is one of those food and beverage local brands in Indonesia, that has been using human brand as their marketing strategy tool. Therefore, this study will find out the effectiveness using NCT Dream as human brand for Lemonilo marketing strategy tool to increase the purchase intention of their flagship product Lemonilo noodle. This study will find out the direct influence of human brand on consumer brand relationship, consumer brand relationship on attitude toward brand, and attitude toward brand on purchase intention through survey from 115 NCT Dream fans as respondents. This study use quantitative approach with purposive sampling technique. The results of this study found that human brand has positive and significant effect on consumer brand relationship, consumer brand relationship has positive and significant effect on attitude toward brand, attitude toward brand has positive and significant effect on purchase intention."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Social Networking Site (SNS) Brand Community Experience dan SNS Brand Community Commitment terhadap Brand Attitude dan Repurchase Intention dalam konteks BTS Twitter brand community. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan anggota aktif dari komunitas brand BTS di Twitter yang berdomisili di Indonesia, berusia 18-29 tahun dan pernah membeli produk official merchandise BTS dalam kurun waktu 3 bulan terakhir. Kuesioner menggunakan platform Google Forms dan disebarkan secara online melalui Twitter. Terdapat sebanyak 419 responden yang berhasil dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini. Selanjutnya, data yang dikumpulkan diolah dengan metode Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan menggunakan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semua dimensi dari SNS Brand Community Experience yaitu Information Experience, Entertainment Experience, Homophily Experience dan Relationship-based Experience memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap SNS Brand Community Commitment dengan pengaruh paling besar dari variabel Entertainment Experience. SNS Brand Community Commitment juga ditemukan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Brand Attitude dan Repurchase Intention. SNS Brand Community Commitment juga memediasi secara positif hubungan antara SNS Brand Community Experience (IE, EE, HE, RE) dengan Brand Attitude dan Repurchase Intention. Selebihnya, Brand Attitude juga memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Repurchase Intention dan juga memediasi antara variabel SNS Brand Community Commitment dan Repurchase Intention.

This study aims to determine the effect of Social Networking Site (SNS) Brand Community Experience and SNS Brand Community Commitment on Brand Attitude and Repurchase Intention in the context of BTS Twitter brand community. The samples used in this study are active members of the BTS brand community on Twitter who resided in Indonesia, aged 18-29 years and have purchased BTS official merchandise products within the last 3 months. The questionnaire utilized Google Forms platform and was spread online through Twitter. There was a total data from 419 respondents who were successfully collected in this study. The data collected was processed using Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that all dimensions of the SNS Brand Community Experience, namely Information Experience, Entertainment Experience, Homophily Experience and Relationship-based Experience, have a positive influence on SNS Brand Community Commitment with the greatest influence coming from the Entertainment Experience variable. SNS Brand Community Commitment was also found to have a positive influence on Brand Attitude and Repurchase Intention. Moreover, SNS Brand Community Commitment also positively mediates the relationship between SNS Brand Community Experience (IE, EE, HE, RE) with Brand Attitude and Repurchase Intention. Lastly, Brand Attitude also has a positive influence on Repurchase Intention and also mediates between SNS Brand Community Commitment and Repurchase Intention variables."
