"ABSTRAK Indonesia sebagai negara dengan posisi skill intensive, perlu memperhatikanpengelolaan perguruan tinggi. Standardisasi dan pengembangan proses pendidikandi perguruan tinggi sangatlah penting. Hal tersebut dapat diwujudkan melaluiimplementasi total quality management. Langkah awal menyukseskan totalquality management perguruan tinggi adalah prinsip 5-S dan ISO 9000. Banyakkesamaan antara persyaratan standard sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001 denganprinsip 5-S. Dengan demikian, integrasi kedua sistem tersebut di perguruan tinggisangat potensial untuk dilakukan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perguruan tinggiProgram Diploma Institut Pertanian Bogor. Implementasi integrasi prinsip 5-Sdengan persyaratan ISO 9001:2008 menggunakan metode Analytical HierarchyProcess, Crosstabulation-Correlation, serta Importance Performance Analysis.Hasil penelitian ini adalah tingkat kepentingan (prioritas) prinsip 5-S padapersyaratan ISO 9001:2008, kemudian diketahui juga keeratan hubungan (nilaikorelasi) antara masing-masing prinsip 5-S dengan persyaratan ISO 9001:2008,dan selanjutnya mengetahui hasil evaluasi kinerja implementasi integrasi sistemtersebut di perguruan tinggi.

ABSTRACTIndonesia as a country with intensive skill positions, needs to pay attention to themanagement of colleges. Standardization and development of higher educationprocess are very important. This can be achieved through the implementation oftotal quality management. The initial step to achieve total quality management inhigher education is the principle of 5-S and ISO 9000. There are a lot ofsimilarities between the requirements of the quality management systems standardof ISO 9001 and 5-S principles. Thus, the integration of both systems in highereducation is very potential to be implemented. This research was conducted atcollege Diploma Programme, Bogor Agricultural University. The implementationof 5-S principle integration with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 usedAnalytical Hierarchy Process, Crosstabulation-Correlation and ImportancePerformance Analysis. The results of this research shows the importance level(priority) of 5-S principles on ISO 9001:2008 requirements. It is also found outthat there is close relationship (correlation value) between each 5-S principle andISO 9001:2008 requirements, and the results of the performance evaluation of theimplementation of the integration system in college."

"Penelitian ini membahas mengenai Persepsi Pegawai Terhadap Penerapan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja pada Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat Universitas Indonesia. K3 penting didalam perusahaan dalam rangka menciptakan kondisi kerja yang aman dan nyaman serta dengan memperhatikan aspek-aspek lingkungan. Subyek penelitian ini adalah pegawai yang terdiri dari tenaga kependidikan dan tenaga pendidik.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dengan desain cross sectional. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersumber dari data primer dan data sekunder. Setelah dilakukan penelitian, dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa persepsi pegawai Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat Universitas Indonesia sangat baik terhadap penerapan SMK3L.

This study discusses the Employee Perceptions Toward Implementation of Safety Management System and Occupational Health at the School of Public Health, University of Indonesia. K3 is important within the company in order to create working conditions are safe and comfortable and with attention to environmental aspects. The subjects of this study were employees consisting of educators and educators.This type of research is quantitative descriptive by cross sectional design. The data used in this study derived from primary data and secondary data. After doing research, it can be concluded that employee perceptions of the Faculty of Public Health, Universitas Indonesia very well to the application of SMK3L."

Knowledge management extensively applied in enterprise because it significantly effect on enterprise effectiviness and innovation strategy. Education institution as a knowledge business is a suitable form for a knowledge management development. Vocational education with practical approach methods and strong industrial relationship in order to improve their student skills, have plenty of knowledge sources to create knowledge as institutions intangible asset. From prior study, knowledge management system in vocational education is unstructurized. This study focused on knowledge management system model development in higher vocational education institution. The model shown that relation between organization environment and KM infrastructure effect on knowledge flow. KM assessment level and knowledge flow configurate KM strategy to establish KM roadmap. The model tested on Polman Astra institution."

"Penelitian ini mencoba untuk membahas analisis variabel-variabel Knowledge Management (KM) di PT Rekayasa Industri (Rekind). Variabel-variabel KM yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan sepuluh variabel yang dikemukakan oleh Paul R. Gamble & John Blackwell. Sepuluh variabel tersebut adalah tingkat kesadaran & komitmen, strategi, budaya, fokus eksternal, insentif, teknologi informasi, pemeliharaan & perlindungan, assessment, organisasi, dan penggunaan & penerapan pengetahuan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menggambarkan hubungan antara variabel-variabel KM dan menganalisa variabel-variabel KM yang paling berpengaruh terhadap implementasi knowledge management di Rekind. Dalam menggambarkan hubungan antara variabel-variabel KM digunakan analisis korelasi dengan bantuan software SPSS v.21, sedangkan untuk menganalisa variabel-variabel KM yang paling berpengaruh digunakan model dan teknik analisa Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa variabel Knowledge Management yang paling berpengaruh terhadap penerapan pengelolaan pengetahuan di Rekind adalah variabel strategi, variabel penggunaan dan penerapan pengetahuan, dan variabel insentif.

This research is trying to analyze the Knowledge Management (KM) variables at PT Rekayasa Industri (Rekind). KM variables used in this research were ten variables which were proposed by Paul R. Gamble & John Blackwell. These ten variables were awareness & commitment, strategy, culture, external focus, incentives, information technology, maintenance & protection, ongoing assessment, organization, and using & applying knowledge.

Objectives of this research are describing interrelation between KM variables and anlyzing the most influencing KM variables to knowledge management application at Rekind. In describing interrelation between KM variables, it used correlation anlysis in SPSS v.21, while anlyzing the most influencing KM variables is using Partial Least Square (PLS) model and technique.

Result of this research were the most influencing Knowledge Management variables are strategy, using and applying knowledge, and incentive."
