"ABSTRAK
Indonesia sebagai negara dengan posisi skill intensive, perlu memperhatikan
pengelolaan perguruan tinggi. Standardisasi dan pengembangan proses pendidikan
di perguruan tinggi sangatlah penting. Hal tersebut dapat diwujudkan melalui
implementasi total quality management. Langkah awal menyukseskan total
quality management perguruan tinggi adalah prinsip 5-S dan ISO 9000. Banyak
kesamaan antara persyaratan standard sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001 dengan
prinsip 5-S. Dengan demikian, integrasi kedua sistem tersebut di perguruan tinggi
sangat potensial untuk dilakukan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perguruan tinggi
Program Diploma Institut Pertanian Bogor. Implementasi integrasi prinsip 5-S
dengan persyaratan ISO 9001:2008 menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy
Process, Crosstabulation-Correlation, serta Importance Performance Analysis.
Hasil penelitian ini adalah tingkat kepentingan (prioritas) prinsip 5-S pada
persyaratan ISO 9001:2008, kemudian diketahui juga keeratan hubungan (nilai
korelasi) antara masing-masing prinsip 5-S dengan persyaratan ISO 9001:2008,
dan selanjutnya mengetahui hasil evaluasi kinerja implementasi integrasi sistem
tersebut di perguruan tinggi.

ABSTRACT
Indonesia as a country with intensive skill positions, needs to pay attention to the
management of colleges. Standardization and development of higher education
process are very important. This can be achieved through the implementation of
total quality management. The initial step to achieve total quality management in
higher education is the principle of 5-S and ISO 9000. There are a lot of
similarities between the requirements of the quality management systems standard
of ISO 9001 and 5-S principles. Thus, the integration of both systems in higher
education is very potential to be implemented. This research was conducted at
college Diploma Programme, Bogor Agricultural University. The implementation
of 5-S principle integration with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 used
Analytical Hierarchy Process, Crosstabulation-Correlation and Importance
Performance Analysis. The results of this research shows the importance level
(priority) of 5-S principles on ISO 9001:2008 requirements. It is also found out
that there is close relationship (correlation value) between each 5-S principle and
ISO 9001:2008 requirements, and the results of the performance evaluation of the
implementation of the integration system in college."

"Pengetahuan dan pengalaman merupakan sumber daya yang paling penting dalam suatu organisasi. Knowledge Management (KM) merupakan upaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan organisasi dalam mengelola aset intelektualnya yaitu pengetahuan dan pengalaman. Minimnya pemahaman dan kurang fokusnya organisasi mengenai KM dapat mengakibatkan kegagalan dalam penerapan KM. Risiko kegagalan penerapan KM dapat dikurangi jika organisasi tersebut siap untuk menerapkan KM.
Penelitian ini menganalisis kesiapan Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Tinggi (Ditjen Dikti) dalam menerapkan KM. Model analisis kesiapan penerapan KM pada penelitian ini dikembangkan berdasarkan faktor-faktor KM enablers, dan sikap reseptif atau penerimaan anggota organisasi terhadap penerapan KM. Penelitian ini menggunakan data yang diperoleh dari survei dengan kuesioner sebanyak 143 sampel responden pegawai Ditjen Dikti.
Berdasarkan pengukuran kesiapan menunjukkan seluruh faktor berada pada level 4 atau receptive, hanya faktor decentralization yang belum siap karena berada pada level 2 atau preliminery. Pada pengujian hipotesis, faktor yang mempengaruhi keinginan pegawai Dikti untuk terlibat dalam proses KM adalah collaboration, IT use, harapan manfaat dan harapan kemudahan dari penerapan KM.

Knowledge and experiences are the most critical resources in an organization. Knowledge Mangement (KM) is an effort to improve the organization's capability to manage it's intelectual assets like knowledge and experience. The lack of organizational understanding and focus on KM can lead to failure in the KM implementation. The risk of failure the implementation of KM can be reduced if the organization is ready to implementing KM.
This study aims to analyzes the readiness of Directorate General of Higher Education (DGHE) in implementing KM. The analysis model in this study was developed based on the factors of KM enablers, and receptive attitude or acceptance of a member organization of the implementation of KM. This study used data which be obtained from the questionnaire survey. The data collected are 143 respondent sample from DGHE staff.
The measuring of KM readiness show readiness of all the factors at the level of 4 or receptive, but only decentralization factor that was not yet ready at the level 2. On the hypothesis testing, the factors that influence the intention of DGHE staff to be involved in KM processes are collaboration, IT use, expectations benefits and expectations of the ease of implementation of KM.

"Penelitian ini membahas mengenai Persepsi Pegawai Terhadap Penerapan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja pada Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat Universitas Indonesia. K3 penting didalam perusahaan dalam rangka menciptakan kondisi kerja yang aman dan nyaman serta dengan memperhatikan aspek-aspek lingkungan. Subyek penelitian ini adalah pegawai yang terdiri dari tenaga kependidikan dan tenaga pendidik.
Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dengan desain cross sectional. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersumber dari data primer dan data sekunder. Setelah dilakukan penelitian, dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa persepsi pegawai Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat Universitas Indonesia sangat baik terhadap penerapan SMK3L.

This study discusses the Employee Perceptions Toward Implementation of Safety Management System and Occupational Health at the School of Public Health, University of Indonesia. K3 is important within the company in order to create working conditions are safe and comfortable and with attention to environmental aspects. The subjects of this study were employees consisting of educators and educators.
This type of research is quantitative descriptive by cross sectional design. The data used in this study derived from primary data and secondary data. After doing research, it can be concluded that employee perceptions of the Faculty of Public Health, Universitas Indonesia very well to the application of SMK3L."

"Munculnya berbagai kebijakan mengenai pendidikan inklusif, sejatinya belum sepenuhnya berjalan dengan baik namun lebih cenderung berjalan secara legal-formal dan praktis. Studi sebelumnya menjelaskan bahwa penyelenggaraan pendidikan inklusif secara legal-formal yakni menerapkan kebijakan namun belum memperhatikan sumber daya, serta pengetahuan yang masih berbasis pada profesionalitas jabatan guru. Sementara penyelenggaraan pendidikan inklusif secara praktik merupakan penerapan kebijakan melalui pengorganisasian, namun dalam implementasinya masih terdapat sistem pendidikan yang belum mengakomodasi kebutuhan dasar bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus. Berbeda dengan studi sebelumnya, implementasi kebijakan pendidikan inklusif ini hadir karena adanya pengelolaan pengetahuan yang dimiliki guru. Penulis berargumen bahwa implementasi kebijakan pendidikan inklusif terjadi karena adanya pengelolaan pengetahuan guru melalui proses interaksi pengetahuan tacit-explicit dan berbagi pengetahuan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat interaksi pengetahuan tacit dan eksplicit serta pengelolaan pengetahuan melalui knowledge sharing (berbagi pengetahuan) dalam implementasi penyelenggaraan kebijakan pendidikan inklusif oleh guru di sekolah reguler. Untuk menjelaskan hal tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Objek studi pada penelitian ini adalah Tim Pendidikan Inklusi SDN AX.
The emergence of inclusive education policies, actually not yet fully going well however more likely to walk that legal-formal and practically. Previous studies explained that the implementation of inclusive legal-formal education that is implementing policies but did not yet attention to resources, as well as knowledge that is still based on the professionalism of teacher positions. Meanwhile, the implementation of inclusive education involves the application of policies through organizing, but in its implementation there is still a need for an education system that does not provide the basic needs of children with special needs. In contrast to previous studies, the implementation of inclusive education policies attend for their teacher knowledge management. The author argues that the implementation of inclusive education policies transpire because of the teacher`s knowledge management through the process of tacit-explicit knowledge interaction and knowledge sharing. Therefore, this study aims to look at the interaction of tacit and explicit knowledge and knowledge management through knowledge sharing in the implementation of inclusive education policy implementation by teachers in regular schools. This study uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews, observation, and document studies. The object of study in this study was the Team Inclusive Education in SDN AX."
