Sebagai grup idola, JKT48 menuai sukses di Indonesia. Mengikuti kesuksesan versi aslinya, AKB48 yang
berasal dari Jepang. Dikatakan bahwa kunci kesuksesannya adalah karena cara mereka berinteraksi dengan
penggemarnya, memberikan pengalaman yang unik dan berkemesan membentuk hubungan yang lebih dalam.
Pengalaman itu diberikan melalui marketing tools khusus milik JKT48, yaitu pertunjukan rutin di Theater
JKT48, handshake event, dan acara pemilihan yang dikenal sebagai Seinbatsu Sousenkyo. Karena semakin hari
produk semakin susah dibedakan karena jumlahnya semakin banyak. Sehingga pemasar kesulitan membuat
produknya menonjol. Oleh karena itu para pemasar mulai memberikan experience pada produk yang mereka
tawarkan sebagai nilai lebih dan pembeda untuk konsumen. Strategi ini disebut experiential marketing, yang
berfokus menciptakan pengalaman yang unik dan berkesan pada konsumen untuk menjalin hubungan yang kuat
dengan konsumen. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi, mengidentifikasi, dan memahami
praktek experiential marketing dalam tiga marketing tools JKT48, yang membuatnya sukses di Indonesia. Studi
ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Hasil yang ditemukan adalah bahwa JKT48
menggunakan strategi, experiential marketing, sensory marketing, dan pengalaman berpartisipasi kepada
penggemarnya.

Because products become more commoditized making them hard to stand out, marketers start giving experience
to their offering to create more value to the customers. This is called as experiential marketing, which focus on
creating unique and memorable experience to connect with customers in engaging way. The purpose of this
article is to explore, identificate, and understand the experiential marketing practice in the three marketing tools

"THE GOODS CAFE merupakan sebuah kafe yang didirikan oleh Tim The Goods Department Store. THE GOODS CAFE mencoba untuk menawarkan pengalaman bersantap yang unik dan berkesan bagi konsumennya melalui genuine experiences. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh experiential marketing terhadap kepuasan konsumen THE GOODS CAFE dengan menggunakan pendekatan experiential marketing yang dikemukakan oleh Bernd Schmitt (1999). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden dengan analisa eksplanatif dan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara experiential marketing terhadap kepuasan konsumen THE GOODS CAFE.
THE GOODS CAFE is the cafe by The Goods Department Store team. THE GOODS CAFE tries to offer a unique and memorable experience for consumers through genuine experiences. The objective of this research is to determine the effect of experiential marketing on satisfaction of the consumer THE GOODS CAFE using experiential marketing approach proposed by Bernd Schmitt (1999). This research applied quantitative and purposive sampling technique by distributed questionnaires to 100 respondents with explanatory analysis and simple linear regression. The research proved that experiential marketing has a significant positive effect on satisfaction of the consumer THE GOODS CAFE."

"Indonesia is a fast growing market for motorcycle industry. This condition interests many top motorcycle companies to invest their bucks in Indonesia. No wonder that the competition in this field sector can?t be denied. It forces a company to think about how they can beat their competitors. The development of technology is not enough, company needs marketing strategic to face this.
Experiential marketing is a marketing strategy that gives customer more than just feature and benefit. Yamaha Mio implements this marketing strategy, so they try to stimulate customer?s senses, touches customer?s feeling, intrigues customer?s creative thinking, fits customer?s lifestyle, and make them proud of it. The bottom line of this strategy is touches customer?s emotion through consumption experience.
Previous research commissioned by MICE in 2006 found that 74% senior brand marketers believe that experiential marketing is the most effective way to encourage word of mouth. This research tries to find the experiential marketing effects to word of mouth from customer?s perspective. When customers feel memorable experience through experiential marketing, they tend to tell about their consumption experience to others or spreading word of mouth.
There are three research questions of this research. First is about how experiential marketing implementation?s rate of Yamaha Mio?s customer. Second is about word of mouth rate of Yamaha Mio?s customer. Third is about how Yamaha Mio?s experiential marketing effects consumer word of mouth.
This research is using quantitative approach. The type of research in this research is explanative research with cross sectional time dimension. In collecting data, researcher uses survey method with the non-probability sampling technique (purposive / judgemental).
This research gives practical implication for Yamaha that experiential marketing of Yamaha Mio ? according to customer perception, has the good value. It showed by the average value of each dimension. Moreover, for the word of mouth, customer also gives the good rate on it. The result indicates that experiential marketing has a significant effect on customer?s word of mouth.

"ABSTRAK
Islam kini telah menjadi salah satu agama yang besar di dunia. Tidak hanya dilihat
dari sisi jumlah populasinya, Islam juga telah melahirkan terobosan dalam industri
barang dan jasa dengan karakterisasi industri seperti ?halal‟, ?Islami‟, dan ?sesuai
dengan syariah‟. Terdapat beberapa industri yang saat menjadi fokus
pengembangan pemasaran yang berunsurkan Islami, yaitu industri makanan,
keuangan, dan perawatan diri (personal care). Untuk menciptakan persepsi seperti
itu di mata konsumen, maka pemasar perlu melakukan suatu proses komunikasi
pemasaran yang berbeda dengan produk konvensional, salah satunya adalah
dengan menempatkan simbol-simbol religi Islami. Penggunaan simbol-simbol ini
digunakan sebagai stimulus kepada konsumen untuk dapat mengintepretasikannya
dengan mengasosiasikannya dengan Islam. Dalam hal kosmetik halal dan
shampoo hijab, pemasar ingin menyampaikan tentang manfaat dan nilai dari
produk dan jasa yang khusus ditujukan kepada wanita berhijab melalui simbolsimbol
gambar wanita berhijab. Karya akhir ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah
dengan ditempatkan simbol-simbol religi Islami tersebut akan berdampak positif
pada sikap dan keinginan membeli konsumen muslimah.

ABSTRACT
Islam has now become one of the major religions in the world. Not only in terms
of its population, Islam also has spawned a breakthrough in industrial goods and
services with industry characterization as 'halal', 'Islamic', and 'in accordance with
sharia'. There are some industries that are currently the focus of the development
of Islamic Branding and Marketing, namely food industry, finance, and personal
care. To create such a perception in the eyes of consumers, so marketers need to
do a different marketing communication process with conventional products, one
of which is to put Islamic symbol. This symbol is used as a stimulus to consumers
to be able to associate it with Islam. In the case of halal cosmetics and hijab
shampoos, marketers want to convey about the benefits and value of products and
services that are specifically targeted to women with hijab through symbol picture
of women with hijab. This thesis aims to see whether the placed Islamic symbols
will have a positive impact on attitudes and purchase intention female moslem"

"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh experiential marketing terhadap kepuasan konsumen Go-Jek wilayah Depok dengan meneliti keseluruhan dimensi yang ada pada variabel experiential marketing yaitu dimensi sense, feel, think, dan relate terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui survei kuesioner terhadap 100 orang responden dengan rentang usia 19 tahun hingga 39 tahun yang pernah menggunakan layanan Go-Jek.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa experiential marketing memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen yang signifikan dan berpengaruh secara simultan. Tetapi secara parsial hanya empat dimensi dari experiential marketing yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen yaitu dimensi , think<,act, danrelate, sedangkan dimensi sense tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of experiential marketing on Go-Jeks consumer satisfaction in Depok area by examining the overall dimensions of experiential marketing namely the dimensions of sense, feel, think, act, and relate towards customer satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through a questionnaire survey of 100 respondents aged 19 years to 39 years who have used the Go-Jek service.
The results show that experiential marketing has a simultaneous significant effect towards customer satisfaction. But partially only four sub-variables of experiential marketing have significant effects towards customer satisfaction. The subvariables are feel, think, act, and relate, while sense does not have a significant effect towards customer satisfaction.

"ABSTRACT
Experiential Marketing tidak hanya dapat memberi keuntungan bagi sektor swasta, namun dapat memberi keuntungan pula bagi sektor publik dalam hal ini pada museum. Museum di Indonesia mulai mengikuti pergerakan fungsi museum yang berorientasi pada pengalaman yang dirasakan oleh pengunjung. Skripsi ini membahas bagaimana experiential marketing pada Museum Sejarah Jakarta dapat berpengaruh pada behavioral intentions pengunjung museum yang tergolong pada kategori favorable behavioral intentions dengan kecenderungan mengarah kepada loyalitas. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Museum Sejarah Jakarta dengan membagikan kuesioner penelitian pada pengunjung museum. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa memang terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara experiential marketing dan behavioral intentions. Penelitian ini menyarankan bahwa museum sebagai pihak yang memberikan pengalaman sebagai hal yang ditawarkan dalam pemasaran maupun ketika dikunjungi oleh pengunjungnya, sangat perlu memperhatikan dari sudut pandang pengunjung dalam berinovasi dan berkembang untuk terus memberikan pengalaman terbaik bagi para pengunjungnya, sehingga selalu tercipta kesan yang baik terhadap museum terhadap para pengunjung telah berkunjung maupun yang akan melakukan kunjungan.

ABSTRACT
Experiential marketing not only has benefits for private sector but also public sector, in this case is museum. Museum in Indonesia is starting to transform its function to explore more experience they could give to museums visitors. This thesis main focus is how experiential marketing could impact visitors behavioral intentions which cathegorized as favorable behavioral intentions that conduct to loyalty. The field research take place at Museum Sejarah Jakarta by distribute questionnare to museums visitors. The result shows that there is a significant correlation between experiential marketing and behavioral intentions. This research suggest that while developing and inovating in order to give an amazing experience to its visitors, museum management as the company that offers experience on their marketing and service, should be giving more attention to visitors point of view about the experience they got. So it will conduct to a delightful experience that leads visitor to do favorable behavioral intentions."

"Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti pengaruh dari nilai yang dipersepsikan konsumen terhadap keinginan membeli. Dimensi yang digunakan adalah kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk, nilai resiko yang dipersepsikan, kesenangan serta biaya waktu dan tenaga. Dengan menggarisbawahi pilihan kriteria dimensi tersebut diatas, maka diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengertian kita akan bagaimana konsumen mengevaluasi jalur belanja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif berdasarkan pada teori-teori untuk kemudian menjelaskan operasionalisasi konsep yang dibangun.
Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif, yang berhubungan dengan mengumpulkan data dan informasi untuk kemudian mendukung penelitian ini sehingga mencapai kesimpulan. Gramedia sebagai toko buku terbesar di Indoesia memainkan peranan penting dalam dunia bisnis perbukuan yang juga memberi sumbangsih nyata atas pengetahuan yang tak ternilai harganya untuk masyarakat Indonesia dalam meraihinformasi sebanyak mungkin untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pengetahuan yang kemudian dapat meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Biar bagaimana pun, penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan atas waktu, informan dan informasi yang tersedia. Analisis lebih lengkap diharapkan dapat dibangun dengna aspek-aspek dan pandangan lebih luas, serta waktu yang lebih panjang.

The main purpose of this study was to explore the influence of perceived value on purchase intention. Dimensions used to measure the influence were service quality, product quality, perceived risk, enjoyment, time and effort cost. By explicating the above choice criteria, this research tried to increase our understanding of how consumers evaluate their shopping channel. Method of analysis was a quantitative analysis based with several theories to be then described into operational concept.
Type of research used was descriptive, that related to data collection in gathering information to support the research. Gramedia as the largest book store in Indonesia have been playing a significant role in book business and as well give invaluable knowledge to Indonesian citizens in gaining information to fulfill the needs of every purpose in order to expanding their personal quality. However, this analysis needed further research, it had restriction with time limit of the informants and data available. A complete analysis might be needed with wider aspects and point of views and much longer time."
