Penelitian ini berjudul "Kepercayaan Interpersonal Terhadap Konsumen Dalam
Pembelian Melalui Belanja Online di Indonesia" yang membahas tentang bagaimana
responden bertindak dan membangun kepercayaan atas pembelian dalam lingkungan
online. Karena teknologi sekarang meningkat dan memberikan cara yang paling mudah
bagi pengguna dalam melakukan belanja online, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk
menentukan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi konsumen untuk berbelanja secara online,
saat berbelanja di internet memiliki banyak ketidakpastian karena pembeli dan penjual
tidak memiliki interaksi fisik atau keterlibatan. Terdapat risiko yang mungkin, yang dapat
mempengaruhi kepercayaan dalam platform belanja online.

"Makalah konseptual ini mengajukan sebuah model baru tentang bagaimana menjaga kepuasan konsumen terhadap belanja online. Model ini berasal dari beberapa penelitian yang telah dilakukan oleh para pakar dan praktisi pemasaran di ritel online, kepuasan konsumen, loyalitas konsumen, dan persepsi konsumen. Makalah ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran betapa pentingnya kepuasan konsumen online dalam meningkatkan kinerja bisnis. Beberapa penelitian yang digunakan, sebagai dasar di atas kertas ini akan dijelaskan secara singkat untuk membantu pembaca memahami teori-teori di balik pengembangan model baru yang lebih baik.

This conceptual paper proposes a new model of how to maintain consumer satisfaction on online shopping. The model is derived from several studies that have been done by marketing scholars and practitioners on online retailing, consumer satisfaction, consumer loyalty, and consumer perception. This paper aims to bring awareness of how important consumer satisfaction in improving online business performance. Several studies that are used, as bases on this paper will be explained briefly to help readers understand the theories behind the new model development better.

"Penelitian ini berangkat konsep consumer behavior dan perkembangannya menjadi online consumer behavior karena kemunculan ecommerce. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti mencari faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku pembelian online untuk prouk fashion di Indonesia dengan menggunakan theory of planned behavior. Penelitian ini menggunakan online survey untuk mengumpulkan data dan menggunakan metode analisis Partial-least Square. Dari hasil analisis data penelitian, peneliti menemukan bahwa behavioral intention memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap actual behavior dan attitude memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap behavioral intention. Sehinga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa tingginya online purchase intention memengaruhi online purchase dan sikap (attitude) konsumen terhadap online purchase yang semakin positif memengaruhi tingginya online purchase intention

This study arises from the concept of consumer behavior and its development from offline to online because of the emergence of e-commerce. This study seek to discover the determinant factors on online purchasing behavior for fashion products in Indonesia by applying the Theory of Planned Behavior. In collecting the data for the study, researcher used the technique of online survey and in analyzing it, researcher used Partial-Least Squares method. The result of the data analysis shows that behavioral intention positively and significantly influence the actual behavior, and attitude positively and significantly influence the behavioral intention. Thus, this study concludes that the stronger the online purchase intention is, the more likely the consumer to execute the behavior. And the more positive the consumer’s attitude toward online purchase is, the higher the online purchase intention will be."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari pengaruh Layout Design dan Atmosphere di situs toko online khususnya situs toko online berbasis Business to Consumer. Responden dari penelitian ini adalah pengunjung situs toko online berbasis Business to Consumer dalam kurun 3 bulan terakhir. Total responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 134 responden. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Layout Design dapat mempengaruhi Purchase Intention. Dengan Attitude Toward Website berhasil memediasi antara Layout Design dan Purchase Intention. Atmosphere juga dapat mempengaruhi Purchase Intention tetapi dimediasi Emotional Arousal dan Attitude Toward Website sebelum mempengaruhi Purchase Intention.

This study aimed to explore the influence of Layout Design and Atmosphere in the online store website particularly in online store sites with Business to Consumer basis. The respondents of this research were the B2C online store website visitors within the last 3 months. Total respondents were used in this study were 134 respondents. The method used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results indicate that Design Layout can influence Purchase Intention. With Attitude Toward Website mediate the Layout Design and Purchase Intention. Atmosphere also can affect the Purchase Intention but mediated by Emotional Arousal and Attitude Toward Website before affecting Purchase Intention.

Kedua situs tersebut menjual produk salah satu produk utamanya adalah buku. Bukabuku.com dan blibli.com menerapkan prinsip efisiensi melalui pencantuman klausula baku pada perjanjian pembelian buku, hal ini dilakukan demi menghindari negosiasi yang berlarut-larut.
Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 Tentang Perlindungan Konsumen (UUPK) memberikan batasan-batasan aturan mengenai klausula baku. Pada klausula baku yang ditetapkan oleh bukabuku.com dan blibli.com terdapat klausula yang bertentangan dengan aturan Pasal 18 UUPK sehingga dapat merugikan konsumen. Oleh karena itu klausula tersebut batal demi hukum dan pihak pengelola bukabuku.com dan blibli.com wajib menyesuaikan klausula-klausula baku tersebut dengan aturan UUPK.

Technology and information is developing very rapidly. Utilization of technology and information made in various fields, one of which is in field of trade or often called e-commerce. PT Global Digital Niaga is an e-commerce business that manages blibli.com, while Nuansa Media manages bukabuku.com. Both website sells one of its main products is books. Bukabuku.com and blibli.com applies the efficiency principle through the inclusion of standard clause on the online book purchase agreement, it is also being done to avoid lengthy negotiation.
The Law Number 8 Year 1999 regarding consumer protection (UUPK) gives limitation for the use of standard clauses. The standard clauses set by bukabuku.com and blibli.com contained clauses that are contrary to the Article 18 of UUPK that can harm consumers. Therefore the clauses are considered ?null and void? and the managers of bukabuku.com and blibli.com are obliged to accomodate their standard clauses within the regulation of UUPK.

"Penelitian ini membahas mengenai proses pengambilan keputusan pembelian yang dilakukan dalam transaksi online melalui platform customer to customer e-commerce. Proses transaksi online yang terjadi melalui platform C2C e-commerce terjadi tanpa melibatkan komunikasi secara tatap muka. Hal ini membuat adanya ketidakpastian yang dirasakan oleh pihak pembeli ketika melakukan proses transaksi online melalui platform C2C e-commerce. Untuk mengatasi rasa ketidakpastian ini, para pembeli dapat memanfaatkan informasi yang ada pada sistem reputasi, seperti online review dan online rating, dalam platform untuk membentuk online trust. Diketahui online review dan online rating merupakan salah satu bentuk electronic word of mouth yang dapat mempengaruhi proses pengambilan keputusan pembelian.
Penelitian ini menggunakan model lima tahap proses pengambilan keputusan pembelian milik Kotler dan Keller (2009) untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses pengambilan keputusan pembelian yang terjadi dalam platform C2C e commerce. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana online review dan online rating digunakan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan pembelian. Paradigma yang digunakan adalah post-positivistik dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan strategi penelitian studi kasus. Data diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dan studi literatur.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa informasi pada online review dan online rating dapat memberikan gambaran terkait reputasi penjual dan membentuk persepsi pembeli akan kualitas dari produk dan layanan yang ditawarkan. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa dalam proses pengambilan keputusan pembelian, para pembeli mengalami fase zero moment of truth. Fase ini meliputi tahap pencarian informasi dan evaluasi alternatif pilihan. Pada fase ini, pembeli mempelajari produk ataupun akun penjual melalui informasi-informasi yang diperolehnya dari media online. Salah satu informasi yang digunakan dalam zero moment of truth adalah informasi dari online review dan online rating. Hasil penelitian ini juga membahas mengenai pentingnya online trust dalam pengambilan keputusan pembelian di platform C2C e-commerce.

This study discusses the process of purchase decision making which made through online transaction in customer to customer (C2C) e-commerce platform. Online transaction which happens in C2C e-commerce doesn't involve any face-to-face interaction. It makes a buyers have an uncertainty feeling when they do the online transaction. To overcome this uncertainty, buyers can use informations on seller reputation system, such as online reviews and online ratings, in order to form an online trust. Online review and online rating have been known as a part of electronic word of mouth which has an impact on buyer's purchase decisions.
This study use Kotler and Keller's (2009) purchase making decision process to finds out the purchase decision making process which happens through C2C e-commerce. This study also aims to finds out how online reviews and online rating are used in purchase decision making process. This study uses post-positivistik paradigm with qualitative approach and case study strategy. Data were obtained from in-depth interview and literature studies.
The results of this study show that the informations in online review and online rating can provide an overview of seller's reputation and form buyer's perception of products and services quality. The results also indicate that in the purchase making decisions process, there is a zero moment of truth phase. This phase includes information seeking and alternative evaluation process. In this phase, buyers learn about the product or seller's reputation through the information that they got from online sources. One of the informations used in zero moment of truth is from online review and online rating. The results also discuss the importance of online trust in purchase making decision process on C2C e-commerce platform.

"Adanya pandemi memaksa masyarakat untuk beradaptasi dengan banyak hal, salah satunya jual beli online. Produk fashion menjadi salah satu produk yang paling banyak dibeli secara online di Indonesia selama masa COVID-19. Namun, membeli produk secara online membutuhkan banyak pertimbangan karena konsumen tidak bisa menilai secara langsung produk yang akan dibeli. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh information adoption, perceived e-WOM credibility, gender, online brand experience, website design and layout, dan online brand familiarity terhadap online purchase behavior konsumen merek pakaian fashion lokal di Indonesia. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga ingin mengetahui pengaruh central route dan peripheral route terhadap information adoption. Sebanyak 283 responden yang pernah membeli produk pakaian fashion merek lokal melalui website selama masa COVID-19 berhasil dikumpulkan dan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan Smart Partial Least Square (SmartPLS). Hasil penelitian ini memvalidasi Elaboration Likelihood Model yang menunjukkan bahwa central route dan peripheral route memiliki hubungan positif dengan information adoption. Selain itu, information adoption mempengaruhi perilaku pembelian online dan dapat dimediasi oleh perceived e-WOM credibility. Selanjutnya, online brand experience memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap online purchase behavior dan dapat dimediasi oleh online brand familiarity. Terakhir, gender dan website design and layout tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan sebagai variabel moderasi antara perceived e-WOM credibility dan online purchase behavior, dan antara online brand experience dan online purchase behavior.

The existence of a pandemic forces people to adapt to many things, one of which is buying and selling online. Fashion products are one of the most purchased products online in Indonesia during the COVID-19 period. However, buying products online requires a lot of consideration since consumers cannot directly judge the products to be purchased. This study aims to examine the influence of information adoption, perceived e-WOM credibility, gender, online brand experience, website design and layout, and online brand familiarity on consumer online purchase behavior of local fashion clothing brands in Indonesia. In addition, this study also intends to determine the influence of central route and peripheral route on information adoption. A total of 283 respondents who have experienced of purchasing local fashion clothing brand products through websites during COVID-19 period were successfully collected and then analyzed using the Smart Partial Least Square (SmartPLS). The results of this study validate Elaboration Likelihood Model, which show that central route and peripheral route have positive relationship with information adoption. In addition, information adoption influences online purchase behavior and can be mediated by perceived e-WOM credibility. Furthermore, online brand experience has a significant influence on online purchase behavior and can be mediated by online brand familiarity. Lastly, gender and website design and layout do not have any significant influence as moderating variables between perceived e-WOM credibility and online purchase behavior, and between online brand experience and online purchase behavior."

"Keputusan pengambilan pinjaman daring di Indonesia terus mengalami peningkatan, meski pinjaman daring memiliki bunga yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan bunga bank. Beberapa studi sebelumnya menjelaskan bahwa pengambilan keputusan pinjaman dipengaruhi oleh faktor religiositas dan sosio-ekonomi. Berbeda dengan studi-studi terdahulu, penelitian ini melihat bahwa literasi hutang dan jaringan sosial dapat memengaruhi pengambilan keputusan pinjaman daring. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 112 penduduk Kelurahan “X”, Kota Depok berusia 19-34 tahun yang dipilih secara multi-stage random sampling. Hasil uji regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa hanya literasi hutang yang berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap pengambilan keputusan pinjaman daring. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa jaringan sosial tidak terlalu berpengaruh terhadap pengambilan keputusan pinjaman daring karena individu cenderung mencari dan memperoleh informasi pinjaman daring melalui perangkat ponsel pintar (smartphone) masing-masing, sehingga individu tidak terlalu membutuhkan interaksi dan diskusi dengan orang lain. Lebih lanjut, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan juga bahwa literasi hutang menjadi faktor determinan terkuat dalam pengambilan keputusan pinjaman daring.

The decision making on online loans in Indonesia keeps increasing, even though the online loan interest is higher than the bank interest. Some of the previous studies explain that decision making in taking loans is influenced by religiosity and socio-economy factors. Unlike the studies that have been done before, this research sees that debt literacy and social networks can affect decision-making on online loans. This research uses a quantitative approach by spreading questionnaire to 112 residents of Kelurahan "X", Depok. The respondents were selected by multi-stage random sampling and aged between 19-34 years old. The test result of multiple linear regression shows that only debt literacy has a negatively significant effect on the online loans decision making. This research reveals that social networks don’t necessarily affect the online loans decision making because an individual tends to search and gain information about an online loan through their smartphone, thus, the individual doesn’t necessarily need to interact or discuss with other people. Furthermore, the results of this research show that debt literacy can be the strongest determinant factor for decision making on online loans."

"Melihat kondisi “new normal” di Indonesia, survei Nielsen 2020 menemukan bahwa selama pandemi COVID-19, 49% konsumen sering memasak di rumah, dan hal ini mendorong pertumbuhan penjualan bahan baku dan produk segar. Belanja bahan makanan online adalah adaptasi baru dan telah menjadi pengubah permainan bagi pedagang grosir. Faktanya, selama pandemi di Indonesia, hanya 16% yang menyatakan menggunakan layanan sembako online, sedangkan 49% dan 33% responden menyatakan preferensinya untuk membeli di supermarket terdekat dan di warung sayur biasa. Pengaruh penilaian/persepsi kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan sikap minat pelanggan dapat diketahui melalui perhitungan uji korelasi, dengan hasil menunjukkan adanya korelasi positif antara persepsi kualitas layanan kepuasan pelanggan dengan sikap minat pelanggan

Oversee at the “new normal” conditions in Indonesia, the Nielsen 2020 survey found that during the COVID-19 pandemic, 49% of consumers often cook at home, and this has driven the growth of sales of fresh products. Online grocery shopping is a new adaptation and has been a game changer for wholesalers. In fact, during the pandemic in Indonesia, only 16% said they used online basic food services, while 49% and 33% of respondents stated their preference to buy at the nearest supermarket and at regular vegetable stalls. The influence of the assessment/perception of service quality on customer satisfaction and customer interest attitudes can be known through the calculation of the correlation test, with the results showing a positive correlation between perceptions of customer satisfaction service quality and customer interest attitudes."
