"[Tujuan utama skripsi ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh interaksi pengguna media sosial, terhadap brand awareness dan purchase intention. Studi kasus dilakukan pada jenis media sosial Instagram, khusus akun NYX Cosmetics (@nyxcosmetics). Penelitian ini diolah dengan software SPSS 20 untuk pretest dan SmartPLS 2 & 3 untuk main test, menggunakan teknik Partial Least Square Path Modeling (PLS-PM). Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa annoyance mempengaruhi brand page commitment secara positif. Lalu, brand page commitment memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap brand awareness tetapi annoyance tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap brand awareness. Kemudian, brand page commitment dan brand awareness memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap word of mouth, sedangkan annoyance tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap word of mouth. "ABSTRAK
Media sosial pada saat ini sudah berkembang semakin cepat dengan
semakin banyak bermunculnya media sosial baru, salah satunya adalah media
sosial berbasis lokasi. Media berbasis lokasi atau geosocial seperti Foursquare.
Kelebihan yang dimiliki oleh Foursquare dibandingkan dengan media sosial
lainya adalah adanya sarana untuk rekomendasi dan juga promosi. Sehingga dapat
diasumsikan adanya pengaruh WOM dan Brand awareness di Foursquare dalam
pembuatan keputusan pembelian pada para penggunanya. Penelitian ini
dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh brand awareness dan
word of mouth dalam keputusan pembelian yang dilakukan dalam media sosial
berbasis lokasi.
Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah para pengguna Foursquare yang ada
dalam komunitas online Kaskus. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatf dan data yang
digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder melalui kuesioner dan artikelartikel
terkait media sosial berbasis lokasi. Untuk menguji ada tidaknya pengaruh
brand awareness dan word of mouth, peneliti menggunakan teknik analisis regresi
linear berganda.
Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat
pengaruh yang signifikan antara brand awareness dan word of mouth terhadap
keputusan pembelian. Nilai koefisien beta menunjukkan bahwa word of mouth
memiliki pengaruh lebih besar dibandingkan dengan brand awarness dalam
mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Dan word of mouth dan brand awareness
bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh sebesar 69,9% terhadap keputusan pembelian.

ABSTRACT
Social media has develop rapidly in the last couple of years with the
emerging of new types of social media, one that is prominent is social media
location based, or geosocial, for example Foursquare. Few advantages that social
media location based like Foursquare have compared with other social media is
the ability to recommend and promote. Based on the fact, it can be assume that
there are influences of Word Of Mouth and Brand Awareness in the buying
decision process on its consumer. This research aimed to determine the effect of
brand awareness and word of mouth in the purchasing decisions made in the
location-based social media.
The population of this study is Foursquare users in the biggest online
communities Kaskus. This research was a quantitative and the primary data and
secondary data are gain through questionnaires and articles related to locationbased
social media. To test the presence or absence of the influence of brand
awareness and word of mouth, the researchers used multiple linear regression
analysis techniques.
Based on the results, this study shows that there is a significant effect
between brand awareness and word of mouth on the purchase decision. Beta
coefficient indicates that word of mouth has a greater impact than the brand
awarness in influencing purchasing decisions. And word of mouth and brand
awareness together have influence of 69.9% of the purchase decision."

"Kemajuan teknologi telah menjadikan media sosial sebagai sebuah sarana komunikasi yang baru dan mumpuni. Saat ini, perusahaan ataupun organisasi tidak lagi dapat hanya mengandalkan media tradisional untuk menjangkau audiens mereka, tidak terkecuali untuk komunitas. Penting bagi komunitas untuk berhubungan secara aktif dengan audiens mereka melalui media sosial, agar dapat mencapai brand awareness yang diinginkan. Penelitian ini membahas tentang strategi penggunaan penggunaan media sosial, khususnya Instagram sebagai sarana untuk meningkatkan brand awareness Garuda not Yet sebagai komunitas hobi. Pengumpulan data untuk penelitian ini dilakukan melalui wawancara daring dengan presiden dan pengelola media sosial komunitas tersebut, juga melalui analisis halaman media sosial dari komunitas tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Garuda not Yet menggunakan Instagram sebagai platform satu-satunya untuk pemasaran media sosial mereka. Klasifikasi konten yang ada dalam Instagram mereka terbagi menjadi enam, yaitu: Konten informatif, konten mendidik, konten dokumentasi, konten pernyataan resmi komunitas, konten tambahan, serta konten live bulanan Instagram mereka. Masing-masing jenis dari konten tersebut memiliki tujuan yang saling melengkapi satu sama lain, dengan sasaran akhir meningkatkan brand awareness dari Garuda not Yet sebagai komunitas.

The advances in technology have made social media a new and powerful medium for communications. Nowadays, companies or organizations can no longer rely solely only on traditional media to reach out to their audience, and it is no exception for communities. It is crucial for communities to actively engage with their audience through social media, in order to reach the desired brand awareness. This research studies the strategies for the use of social media, more specifically Instagram as a platform to raise Garuda not Yet’s brand awareness as a hobby community. The data collection for this research was done through online interviews with the community’s president & social media handler, and through analysis of the community’s social media page. The research has found that Garuda not Yet uses Instagram as their only social media marketing platform. Classifications of the daily contents on their Instagram can be divided into six categories, namely: Informative content, educational content, documentation content, community’s official statement content, extra contents, and also their monthly Instagram live content. Each type of the contents has their own objectives that complements each other, with the ultimate goal of increasing brand awareness of Garuda not Yet as a community."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh brand awareness dan brand image terhadap repurchase intention melalui customer satisfaction pada pengguna Wardah Cosmetics. Fenomena industri kosmetik halal terkenal dengan perkembangan potensi pasar muslimah yang mulai memahami akan label kosmetik halal, dimana Wardah Cosmetics adalah pelopor industri kosmetik halal di Indonesia. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksplanatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Kriteria sampel yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan Google Form pada 145 responden adalah muslimah yang memahami konsep halal, dan pernah membeli dan menggunakan produk Wardah Cosmetics minimal dua kali. Pengolahan data menggunakan structural equation modelling pendekatanpartial least square dengan software warppls 6.0. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh dari variabel brand awareness dan brand image terhadap repurchase intention melalui variabel mediasi customer satisfaction. terdapat pengaruh dari brand awareness terhadap customer satisfaction secara positif dan signifikan.terdapat pengaruh brand image terhadap customer satisfaction, dan customer satisfaction terhadap repurchase intention secara positif dan signifikan. brand awareness memiliki pengaruh lebih tinggi terhadap customer satisfaction dibandingkan brand image. Hasil studi merekomendasikan Wardah Cosmetics perlu menyusun strategi pemasaran dengan mengembangkan brand awareness dam brand image dalam meningkatkan pembelian ulang pada pelanggan, dengan cara meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan.

This study aims to analyze the impact of brand awareness and brand image on repurchase intention through customer satisfaction on Wardah Cosmetics user. The phenomenon of the halal cosmetics industry is well known for the potential development of the Muslimah market which is beginning to understand the halal cosmetics label, where Wardah Cosmetics is a pioneer of the halal cosmetics industry in Indonesia. This type of research is explanative with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The sample criteria conducted using google form on 145 respondents were Muslim women who understood the concept of halal, and had bought and used Wardah Cosmetics products at least twice. data processing uses structural equation modeling with partial least square approach with warppls 6.0 software. the results showed that there was an influence of the brand awareness and brand image variables on repurchase intention through the customer satisfaction mediation variable. there is a positive and significant influence of brand awareness on customer satisfaction. there is an effect of brand image on customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction on repurchase intention in a positive and significant way. brand awareness has a higher influence on customer satisfaction than brand image. the results of the study recommend Wardah Cosmetics need to develop a marketing strategy by developing brand awareness and brand image in increasing repeat purchases to customers, by increasing customer satisfaction."

"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari iklan tradisional dan komunikasi di media sosial (firm created & user generated content) terhadap consumer based brand equity; functional brand image, hedonic brand image, dan brand awareness. Penelitian ini juga menguji pengaruh dari functional brand image, hedonic brand image dan brand awareness terhadap purchase intention melalui brand attitude.
Objek dari penelitian ini adalah tiga top brand di industri kosmetik FMCG di Indonesia yaitu Maybelline, Revlon, dan Wardah. 204 sampel di ambil untuk penelitian ini, sampel penelitian adalah wanita dengan usia diatas 18 tahun keatas, pernah melihat merek kosmetik di media sosial dan media tradisional, dan pernah membeli produk kosmetik dalam kurun waktu satu tahun terakhir.
Temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa firm created social media communication berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap brand awareness, functional brand image dan hedonic brand image, sementara itu user generated social media communication hanya berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap functional brand image dan hedonic brand image. Temuan penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa media traditional tidak berpengaruh terhadap consumer based brand equity. Data dari penelitian ini di analisa mengunakan Structural Equation Modelling dengan menggunakan program Lisrel.

The purpose of this study is to examine the impacts of traditional advertising and social media communication (firm created & user generated content) on consumer based brand equity; functional brand image, hedonic brand image and brand awareness. Moreover, this study also examines the effect of functional brand image, hedonic brand image, brand awareness to purchase intention mediated by brand attitude.
The research object are the top three players in FMCG cosmetics industry in Indonesia which are Maybelline, Revlon, or Wardah. 204 samples are taken for this research, the sample are women aged 18 years old and above that have seen the brand on social media and traditional media and have purchased cosmetics product within one-year period.
The finding from this research shows that firm created social media has significant influence brand awareness, functional brand image, and hedonic brand image, while user generated social media communication only significantly influence functional brand image and hedonic brand image. Furthermore, it is also found that traditional advertising does not have significant influence on consumer based brand equity. This research is used Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) operated by Lisrel program.

"Interactivity didefinisikan sebagai kemampuan media untuk menyediakan synchronous communication dengan menekankan kecepatan respon dan kualitas informasi. Penelitian sebelumnya telah mempelajari tentang peran interactivity dalam meningkatkan secara positif involvement pelanggan terhadap mobile retail advertising. Tidak hanya interactivity, brand familiarity dan information quality juga merupakan faktor yang dapat meningkatkan involvement di dalam media sosial berdasarkan hasil penelitian lainnya yang telah dilakukan di dalam konteks media sosial. Lebih lanjut, involvement terbukti sebagai salah satu faktor yang dapat mendorong pembentukan attitude secara positif. Akibatnya, intensitas pembelian di masa depan (future purchase intention) akan meningkat karena adanya attitude yang positif terhadap suatu brand. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari peran interactivity sebagai salah satu prediktor pendukung dalam meningkatkan involvement pelanggan di dalam konteks media sosial. Data dikumpulkan dari 195 responden Indonesia yang tergolong pengguna aktif TikTok dengan rentang usia 18-48 tahun. Responden dipilih dengan menggunakan kriteria sampel yang sudah ditentukan berdasarkan dari rekomendasi penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa interactivity dapat membentuk involvement secara positif di dalam media sosial sebuah brand. Sementara faktor lainnya seperti information quality dan brand familiarity memainkan peran yang lebih dominan dalam membentuk involvement pelanggan. Selain itu, keterlibatan terhadap media sosial secara positif mempengaruhi attitude yang mengarah pada intensitas pembelian yang lebih tinggi. Namun, involvement tidak terbukti menjadi salah satu faktor yang dapat meningkatkan intensitas pembelian

The ability of the media to provide synchronous communication while stressing reaction time and information quality is known as interactivity. Previous studies have looked at how interactive media can help boost consumer engagement with mobile retail advertising. Based on the findings of various research that have been undertaken in the context of social media, characteristics other than interactivity, brand familiarity and information quality are other factors that can boost involvement in social media. Additionally, engagement has been shown to be one of the elements that can promote the development of a positive attitude. As a result, a good attitude toward a brand will raise the intensity of upcoming purchases (future purchase intention). In the context of social media, this study intends to investigate the role of interactivity as one of the supportive indicators for rising customer involvement. 195 Indonesian respondents between the ages of 18 and 48 who are considered active TikTok users provided the data. Using established sample criteria based on suggestions from prior studies, respondents were chosen. The findings demonstrate how interactivity can influence the way people engage with a brand's social media. While other elements, like the quality of the information and brand recognition or familiarity, influence customer involvement more significantly. Participation in social media also has a beneficial and positive effect on attitudes, which increases the customer's intention to purchase. However, involvement was not proven to be one of the factors that escalate purchase intention."

"ABSTRAK
Skripsi ini membahas tentang pengaruh smartwatch product category characteristic yang berada pada SAMSUNG Galaxy Gear terhadap brand extension attitude. Di dalamnya terdapat juga variabel awareness set size, awareness set similarity, dan product category familiarity yang membangun brand extension category attitude. Lebih lanjut lagi, skripsi ini membahas pengaruh brand extension category attitude terhadap brand extension attitude. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa brand extension category attitude, perceived fit, dan brand strength berpengaruh secara signifikan pada brand extension attitude. Pada penelitian ini juga terdapat implikasi manajerial serta saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya.

ABSTRACT
This study discusses the effect of smartwatch product category characteristic on brand extension attitude that has been applied to SAMSUNG Galaxy Gear case. This study also includes other variables, namely brand extension category characteristics; awareness set size, awareness set similarity, and product category familiarity which affecting brand extension category attitude. Moreover, this study has a result of brand extension category attitude which affecting overall brand extension attitude. This results of this research show that brand extension category attitude, perceived fit and brand strength influence significantly toward brand extension attitude. There are also managerial implications and advices for the next research. "

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi media sosial yang terdiri dari firm generated contents (FGC) dan user generated contents (UGC) yang sudah diterapkan oleh merek Piattos pada akun Instagram @piattosrame terhadap keseluruhan brand equity yang merupakan gabungan dari dimensinya yaitu; brand awareness/association; perceived quality; dan brand loyalty. Penelitian menggunakan data kuesioner dari 155 responden yang seluruhnya merupakan pengikut akun Instagram @piattosrame dan secara aktif berkomunikasi dengan akun tersebut. Kemudian, data di olah secara empiris menggunakan structuran equation model untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasilnya, komunikasi media sosial melalui UGC dan FGC keduanya secara signifikan memberikan pengaruh positif kepada keseluruhan brand equity secara tidak langsung, atau melalui mediasi dari dimensi-dimensinya, yaitu brand awareness/association, perceived quality, dan brand loyalty. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan pengertian lebih lanjut bagi para manajer mengenai pengaruh penggunaan media sosial Instagram dengan komunikasi media sosial yang terarah terhadap brand equity.

This study aims to determine the effect of social media communication consisting firm generated contents (FGC) and user generated contents (UGC) which have been implemented by the Piattos brand on Instagram @piattosrame accounts on overall brand equity, which is a combination of its dimensions namely; brand awareness / association; perceived quality; and brand loyalty. The study used questionnaire data from 155 respondents who were all followers of @piattosrame Instagram account, and actively communicated with the account. Then, the data is processed empirically using structured equation models to test hypotheses. As a result, social media communication through UGC and FGC both significantly indirectly provides a positive influence on overall brand equity, through the mediation of its dimensions, namely brand awareness / association, perceived quality, and brand loyalty. The results of this study can provide further understanding for managers regarding the effect of using Instagram social media with a directed and personalised social media communication towards brand equity.

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand personality terhadap repurchase intention dari konsumen merek pakaian Uniqlo serta dimensi brand personality yang paling berpengaruh terhadap repurchase intention. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling terhadap 100 responden yang merupakan mahasiswa program sarjana dan vokasi di Universitas Indonesia Depok. Menggunakan factor analysis dan multiple regression untuk menganalisis data, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dua dari empat dimensi brand personality Aaker yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu sincerity dan excitement, mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap repurchase intention. Sementara itu, competence dan sophistication juga mempunyai pengaruh terhadap repurchase intention, meskipun tidak signifikan.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of brand personality towards repurchase intention on the consumers of Uniqlo fashion brand. This research is also aimed to examine which brand personality dimension is the most significant towards repurchase intention. This research applies quantitative approach with purposive sampling technique to 100 respondents who are undergraduate and vocational students of Universitas Indonesia Depok. Using factor analysis and multiple regression to analyze the data, the research findings show that two out of four of Aaker?s brand personality dimensions used in the research, which is sincerity and excitement, have the most significant effects toward repurchase intention. While two other dimensions, competence and sophistication, also have effects toward repurchase intention, albeit not significant."

"Sosial media saat ini telah menjadi bagian yang melekat pada kehidupan masyarakat luas baik di Indonesia maupun dunia dengan 61,8% dari total populasi di Indonesia adalah pengguna sosial media. Sosial media merupakan suatu alat yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh brand untuk melibatkan diri dan mempengaruhi konsumen maupun calon konsumen nya. Dikarenakan sosial media memberikan kesempatan bagi brand untuk dapat berpartisipasi dan berinteraksi dengan konsumen dan calon konsumen nya sekaligus meningkatkan rasa keakraban dan membangun hubungan dengan konsumen dan calon konsumen. Salah satu aplikasi sosial media yang dapat digunakan oleh brand untuk berinteraksi dan terlibat dengan konsumen nya adalah Instagram. Fitur-fitur yang ada pada Instagram yang berfokus kepada konten-konten visual dapat membantu brand terlibat dengan konsumen nya. Khususnya brand pada industri fashion, dimana brand pada industri ini sangat bergantung kepada aspek visual. Salah satu brand fashion khusus Indonesia dengan pengikut dan jumlah interaksi terbanyak di Instagram adalah @UniqloIndonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi involvement on brand’s social media instagram, seperti brand familiarity dan information quality. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek dari involvement on brand’s social media instagram kepada attitudes towards brand’s social media instagram dan future purchase intention. Desain penelitian ini adalah konklusif deskriptif dengan tipe cross sectional. Metode yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan menganalisis 184 responden yang mengikuti akun instagram @UniqloIndonesia, berusia 18-34 tahun, dan berdomisili di Indonesia. Data pada penelitian ini diolah menggunakan Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). Hasil pada penelitian menunjukkan information quality berpengaruh terhadap involvement on brand’s social media instagram. Involvement on brand’s social media instagram berpengaruh kepada atitudes towards brand’s social media instagram. Attitudes towards brand’s social media instagram berpengaruh secara langsung kepada future purchase intention dan memediasi hubungan antara involvement on brand’s social media instagram dengan future purchase intention.

Social media has now become an inherent part of the lives of the wider community both in Indonesia and the world with 61.8% of the total population in Indonesia being social media users. Social media is a tool that brands can use to engage and influence consumers and potential customers. This is because social media provides an opportunity for brands to be able to participate and interact with consumers and potential customers while increasing a sense of familiarity and building relationships with consumers and potential customers. One of the social media applications that brands can use to interact and engage with their consumers is Instagram. Instagram's features that focus on visual content can help brands engage with their consumers. Especially brands in the fashion industry, where brands in this industry are very dependent on the visual aspect. One of Indonesia's special fashion brands with the most followers and interactions on Instagram is @UniqloIndonesia. This study was conducted to determine the factors that can affect the involvement on a brand's social media Instagram, such as brand familiarity and information quality. This study also aims to determine the effect of involvement on brand's social media Instagram on attitudes towards brand's social media Instagram and future purchase intentions. The design of this research is descriptive conclusive with cross sectional type. The method used is purposive sampling by analyzing 184 respondents who follow the @UniqloIndonesia Instagram account, aged 18-34 years, and domiciled in Indonesia. The data in this study were processed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of the study show that information quality has an effect on involvement on the brand's social media Instagram. Involvement on brand's social media instagram affects attitudes towards brand's social media instagram. Attitudes towards Instagram's social media brand have a direct effect on future purchase intentions and mediate the relationship between Instagram's involvement on brand's social media and future purchase intentions."
