"Military capability is delivered operationally at a team and collective level, be it a unit as small as a squad or section, or as large as a maritime task group. Modern military forces are required to deal with a potentially wide range of missions frequently involving multiple alliance partners, within a geopolitical environment which can seem to change rapidly. Individual performance, while being important, is not the primary determinant of mission success - force integration, interoperability, adaptability and teamwork are key factors. Team and collective training which fully addresses these factors is fundamental to the development and delivery of military capability. As a consequence, the requirement to determine training requirements and specify effective systems for the delivery of team and collective training is critical to operational success.
Training Needs Analysis (also known as Front End Analysis), is a well-established methodology for analysing training requirements and specifying training solutions used extensively by the UK and its NATO partners. However, the analytical techniques employed are optimised for individual training, with little guidance being offered on its application in the team and collective context. Team and Collective Training Needs Analysis (TCTNA) has been developed to close this methodological gap. It addresses the issues of the relationship of individual and team tasks, teamwork, command and control, task and training environments, scenario definition, instructional strategy, team training approaches, instructional functions, and wide-ranging organisational and procurement considerations.
Part One of the book develops an integrated set of models which underpin the analytical approach presented in Part Two. Worked examples and case studies illustrate the application of the approach. Between 2005 and 2015 the authors worked on numerous training-related research projects at Cranfield University and Coventry University for the Human Factors Integration Defence Technology Centre and the Defence Human Capability Science and Technology Centre on behalf of the Defence Science and Technology Laboratory, UK Ministry of Defence."

"[ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi turnover intentions. Peneliti menggunakan sampel 200 orang karyawan yang telah bekerja di Bank CIMB Niaga di lima wilayah DKI Jakarta dan sekitarnya minimal satu tahun. Data yang diperoleh oleh peneliti kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan metode analisis Structural Equity Modelling (SEM). Hasilnya, citra organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap peluang pengembangan karir begitu pula dengan peluang pengembangan karir yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi dan terakhir komitmen organisasi dalam penelitian ini secara signifikan memiliki pengaruh positif dengan turnover intentions. Sedangkan untuk efektivitas pelatihan ternyata memiliki pengaruh negative dan tidak signifikan terhadap peluang pengembangan karir.

As a result, organisational prestige has a positive effect with career growth opportunities, career growth opportunities has a positive effect with organisational commitment and also organisational commitment has significant and negative effect with turnover intentions. But, surprisingly, in this research training effectiveness has no significant and negative effect with career growth opportunities.

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui efektivitas program team building untuk meningkatkan kerja tim. Mengetahui hambatan atau masalah yang terjadi di organisasi ini dan apa intervensi yang dapat dilakukan maka melalui survey organization blockage kepada 60 karyawan dilanjutkan dengan wawancara kepada CEO, HR manager, kepala unit dan staf maka ditemukan bahwa core problem di PT XX ini adalah lemahnya kerja tim. Intervensi yang dilakukan di organisasi ini adalah program team building diakomodir dari Noe, Hollenback, Gerhart, dan Wright 2009, p307 dengan metode Adventure Learning, Team Training, dan Action Training Noe, 2005 . Untuk mengetahui efek dari program team building ini dilakukan evaluasi kembali kepada karyawan yang hasilnya adalah bahwa program team building ini apabila diadakan secara rutin setahun dua kali akan membawa membawa efek yang positif lebih positif kepada setiap indvidu, yang kemudian menjadi efekyang positif pada kerja tim, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kerja tim di PT XX. Kata kunci: Kerja tim, intervensi, team building.

This study was conducted to determine the effectiveness of team building programs to improve teamwork. Knowing the obstacles or problems that occur in PT XX through the survey organization to 60 employees blockage followed by an interview to the CEO, HR manager, head of the unit and the staff it was found that the core problem in PT XX this is the weakness of teamwork. Interventions in this organization is a team building program accommodated from Noe, Hollenbeck, Gerhart and Wright 2009, P307 method Adventure Learning, Team Training, and Action Training Noe, 2005 . To determine the effect of team building programs have re evaluated to employees that the result is that the team building programs have if held on a regular basis twice a year will bring bring a positive effect to the individual, who later became a positive effect on teamwork, so as to improve teamwork at PT XX."

"Defek tulang luas belum memiliki solusi memuaskan walaupun dengan kemajuan teknik operasi dan agen biologis terbaru. Penggunaan sel punca mesenkimal (SPM) menunjukkan proliferasi dan diferensiasi minimal pasca implantasi. Sekretom dapat menjadi alternatif SPM sebagai produk siap pakai dengan efek osteoinduktor yang poten. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek sekretom pada penyembuhan defek luas tulang panjang pada tikus Sprague Dawley (SD) secara radiologis dan histologis. Sebanyak 60 ekor tikus SD dibagi menjadi 5 kelompok yaitu kontrol, SPM, sekretom, SPM+sekretom, dan SPM+sekretom+BMP-2. Setelah 2 dan 4 minggu, dilakukan pemeriksaan radiologis dengan skor RUST (Radiographic Union Score for Tibial) dan histomorfometri dengan Image J (total kalus, area penulangan, tulang rawan, fibrosis, dan void). Pada berbagai pasase dan waktu, BMP-2 hanya terdapat dalam kadar yang sangat kecil di dalam sekretom. Pemberian sekretom lebih superior pada kelompok lain secara radiologis dan histomorfometris pada setiap waktu. Pemberian sekretom mengandung banyak faktor pertumbuhan dan sitokin yang dapat mempercepat dan meningkatkan penyembuhan tulang. Implantasi SPM xenogenik dapat memperpanjang proses inflamasi pada dan kombinasinya dengan sekretom memberikan efek toksistas terhadap penyembuhan tulang Sekretom, baik digunakan secara tunggal maupun kombinasi dengan SPM dan BMP-2 merupakan agen osteoinduktor baru yang poten dalam perbaikan tulang pada model tikus dengan defek tulang luas.

Critical sized defect (CSD) has been a problem despite advanced surgical techniques and new biologic agent. Recent literatures have shown that bone marrow derived Mesenchymal Stem Cell (BM-MSC) proliferate and differentiate only in a small amount upon implantation. Meanwhile secretome which previously was considered as waste product during MSC culture, may now presents considerable advantages over living cells in terms of potency, manufacturing, storage, cost, and potential as a ready-to-go osteoinductor agent. The study aimed to determine the effect of secretome in the healing of CSD SD (Sprague Dawley) rat by radiographic and histologic analysis. A total of 60 SD-rat were divided into 5 groups including, control (normal saline), MSC, secretome, MSC+secretome, MSC+secretome+BMP-2. After 2 and 4 weeks, RUST (Radiographic Union Score for Tibia) and histomorphometric (callus, osseous, cartilage, fibrous and void area) evaluation using Image J are compared. Secretome group is superior to other group significantly in all parameters at all time. Implantation of xenogenic MSC might prolong the inflammation phase of bone healing while the MSC+secretome group suggest the toxicity effect decreasing the bone formation area. Secretome, whether used solely or combined with BM-MSC and BMP-2, is a novel, potent bone-healing agent for CSD in rat models."

"Supervisi klinis merupakan salah satu kegiatan vital yang perlu dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi seorang psikolog. Kegiatan supervisi klinis tercantum pada beberapa regulasi yang berkenaan dengan profesi psikolog sebagai salah satu kegiatan yang wajib dan disarankan untuk diikuti, baik oleh mahasiswa profesi psikologi hingga psikolog profesional. Oleh sebab itu, perhatian khusus pada faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi hubungan supervisi antara supervisor dan mahasiswa menjadi penting untuk dilakukan. Dengan demikian, tujuan utama dari penelitian ini berusaha untuk meneliti lebih jauh peran faktor internal supervisee, yakni counselling self-efficacy, dalam mempengaruhi hubungan antaran faktor relasional supervisor melalui gaya supervisi yang ditampilkan terhadap kepuasan supervisi atau supervisory working alliance. Terdapat 99 mahasiswa profesi psikologi yang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Pengukuran dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur Supervisory Working Alliance Inventory - Trainee Form, Supervisory Style Inventory – Trainee dan Counseling Self Estimate Inventory. Pengolahan data dengan analisis moderasi memperlihatkan bahwa counselling self-efficacy tidak ditemukan secara signifikan memoderasi hubungan antara gaya supervisi dan supervisory working alliance.

Clinical supervision is a vital activity that is necessary to enhance the competence of a psychologist. Clinical supervision is mandated and recommended in various regulations related to the psychology profession, and it is considered mandatory for both psychology professional students and practicing psychologists. Therefore, special attention to the factors influencing the supervisory relationship between supervisors and students is important. Thus, the main objective of this study is to further examine the role of internal factors of supervisees, specifically counseling self-efficacy, in influencing the relationship between relational supervisor factors and supervisory working alliance through supervisory style. A total of 99 psychology professional students participated in this study. Measurement tools used in this research included the Supervisory Working Alliance Inventory - Trainee Form, Supervisory Style Inventory - Trainee, and Counseling Self-Esteem Inventory. Data analysis was conducted with moderation analysis, which revealed that counseling self-efficacy did not significantly moderate the relationship between supervisory style and supervisory working alliance."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kaitan antara stres kerja, beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap turnover intention. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT Bank CIMB Niaga bagian Trade Finance Operation dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 105 karyawan. Total sebanyak 77 orang karyawan memberikan respon dan mengisi kuesioner dengan tingkat respon sebanyak 73,33%. Metode pengumpulan data primer yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuesioner, wawancara dan observasi.
Hasil dari data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah secara statistik menggunakan korelasi, dan regresi berganda dengan bantuan program aplikasi SPSS 18. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel stres kerja, beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention sedangkan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention.

This study aimed to analyze the relationship between job stress, workload and work environment to turnover intention. This research was conducted at PT Bank CIMB Niaga Trade Finance Operation section by the number of 105 employees. Total 77 employees responded and filled the questionnaire with a response rate 73,33%. Primary data collection method used in this study is a questionnaire method, interviews and observation.
The results of the data obtained then processed statistically using correlation and multiple regression with SPSS 18 application program assistance. The results reveal that work stress variables and workload are positively related with turnover intention. While negative relationship with work place environment is reported.

"ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana sistem pendidikan dan pelatihan (diklat) pegawai Direktorat Jenderal Cipta Karya, dan bagaimana pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan penulisan kehumasan terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pegawai, khususnya pada pelatihan penulisan kehumasan bidang cipta karya.
Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan adalah untuk mengetahui sistem diklat di lingkungan Direktorat Jenderal Cipta Karya digunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, sedangkan untuk mengetahui pengaruh diklat terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan menggunakan metode hipotesa t-test yaitu dengan membandingkan kedua mean dari nilai pre test dan post test pada pelatihan penulisan kehumasan bidang cipta karya.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa:
a. Sistem diktat di lingkungan Direktorat Jenderal Cipta Karya terdiri dari;
1) perencanaan, yang meliputi : (a) penyusunan kebutuhan diktat, (b) penyusunan program diktat dan (c) persiapan pelaksanaan;
2) pelaksanaan diktat;
3) evaluasi diktat, yang meliputi : (a) evaluasi sebelum pelaksanaan, (b) evaluasi pada saat pelaksanaan dan (c) evaluasi pada saat berakhirnya diktat.
b) Pendidikan dan pelatihan penulisan kehumasan bidang cipta karya mempunyai pengaruh terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pegawai. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa program pelatihan menunjukkan efektivitasnya. Efektivitas ini ditunjukkan oleh level signifikansi dari t-test bagi pre test dan post test.

Educators are the most important aspect in ensuring the continuation of education in a certain educational institution. For that reason, they must have sufficient competence, namely: skil.L knowledge, self-concept, poise, motivation, and values. Skill and knowledge of the educators in the "X" Educational Institution have received adequate amount of attention, yet the sclilconcept, poise, motivation, and values issues are in need of improvement due to tl1e intangible nature of those matters.
Based on that fact, it is considered necessary to design a training program that provides knowledge and skill about the intangible matters to the educators in "X" Educational Institution, mainly in subjects related to the living values.
The problem-solving suggestion is a training program with the following steps: training needs analysis, training objectives, training material composing, training program method selection, training facilitators preparation, trainee selection, training package try-out, training package implementation, training evaluation, and transfer of training."

Pada langgal 23 November 2006 yang lalu, SDC diresmikan pendiliannya scbagai
institusi pcmcrinlah berbentuk panti yang menangani permasalahan anak jalanan.
Anak binaan direkrut dari beberapa yayasan dan rumah singgah, unluk mengikuti
pelayanan lanjutan sclama enam bulan. Pada tahun pcrlama pelayanannya, jumlah
anak jalanan yang dibina sebanyak 100 orang.
Baseline study dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif, melalui wawancara
(terstruktur maupun tidak tersmrktur), observasi partisipatif, diskusi kelompok,
dan diskusi kelompok lerfokus. Hasil baseline mcnunjukkan, diperlukannya
program persiapan memasuki dunia kerja bagi anak binaan sehubungan aclanya
pengcnaan konsep negatif mcngenai diri dan kclompoknya. Teori yang melandasi
baseline study dalam intcrvensi sosial ini adalah leori-lcori konsep diri dari
Bracken, the four-step method, dan pendekalan andragogi.
Strategi yang digunakan adalah dengan melakukan pendekatan terhadap para
stakeholder intemal SDC, dan melakukan pelatihan pcngenalan dan
pengcmbangan diri, serta pclalihan motivasi terhadap kelompok target intervensi.
Hasil dari intervensi sosial ini adaiah telah adanya tim beserla program persiapan
kerja yang melibatkan seluruh stakeholder internal SDC, mcninkatnya kesadaran
akan konscpsi posilif diri keenam large! intcrvcnsi. `
Pelaksanaan program berjalan dengan baik, terdapat perubahan dan penambahan
program, disesuaikan dengan kondisi saat itu. Pelatihan ini mcndapatkan
tanggapan dan dukungan positif dari kelompok target intcrvensi, serta para
stakeholder.

ABSTRACT
Preparation Program to include of job world (Social Interventions for Street
Children at Social Development Center, Bambu Apus, East J akarta)

SDC was government institution for street children. Their clients are recruited
from several toundation and shelter place to attending six month extension
service.
Baseline study is applied by qualitative method, either through structured and
unstructured interview, participative observation, group discussion and focus
group discussion. Baseline result represents that preparation program are required
to entering job world to them in terms of negative self concept. This social
intervention program is based on five self concepts theory from Colhoun &
Acocella. Furthermore, the four step method from Wellman, et.al, and andragogy
approach, from Knowles, et.al.
This program was consist group and individual program.
The result are existence of working preparation program and team which involved
intemal SDC as stakeholders, and also rise up awareness of positive self concept
of target intervention.
The programs are well executed and consist of additional and transfonning
program in accordance with condition at that time. The training is well responded
and become a positive support of intervention target group and stakeholder as
well."

Kejadian kriminalitas di perumahan Citra Indah Jonggol terus terjadi
Banyaknya kasus pencurian yang terjadi sudah sangat meresahkan warga
perumahan Citra Indah Hal tersebut menmibulkan ketidakpuasan warga terhadap
pelayanan sekunti perumahan Citra Indah Fasihtas sekunti perumahan belum
mampu mananggulangi hal tersebut Hal mi terkait dengan kinerja petugas
sekuriti yang belum efektif Faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi kmerja petugas
sekuriti diantaranya pelatihan dan motivasi Bertolak dan itu peneliti melakukan
penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pelatthan motivasi terhadap
kinerja petugas sekuriti dan hubungannya dengan kepuasan warga Citra Indah.
Penelitian diiakukan di perumahan Citra Indah Kecamatan Jonggol
Kabupaten Bogor Pendekatan penehtian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan
kuantitatif dengan metode desknptif analitis Sampel penelitian terdin dan
petugas sekunti dan warga perumahan Citra Indah Sampel petugas sekuriti
diambil dengan rumus atau tabel Issac dan Michael dengan taraf kesalahan 5%
didapat jumlah responden 72 orang Sedangkan sampel dan warga perumahan
Citra Indah diambil dengan tekrnk simply random sampling dengan jumlth
responden sesuai kebutuhan analisis sebanyak 72 orang Alat analisis yang
digunakan yaitu korelasi dan regresi dengan menggunakana SPSS.
Hasil penelitian tahap I menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh masmg
masmg vanabel atara lam pelatthan terhadap kinerja petugas sekunti dan
motivasi terhadap kinerja petugas sekuriti Kemudian secara bersama-sama
variabel pelatihan dan motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja petugas sekuriti
Selanjutnya hasil analisis tahap II menuujukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara
kinerja petugas sekunti dengan kepuasan warga perumahan Citra Indah Jonggol.
