"ABSTRAK
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari tahu pengaruh dari iklim
organisasi dan keadilan prosedural terhadap penyimpangan perilaku produksi.
Penyimpangan perilaku produksi menimbulkan berbagai jenis biaya yang sangat
besar bagi perusahaan. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel di PT Telekomunikasi
Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. di Jakarta, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 163
responden. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari
iklim organisasi terhadap penyimpangan perilaku produksi, sedangkan keadilan
prosedural tidak terbukti memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap
penyimpangan perilaku produksi.

ABSTRACT
The aim of this study was to investigate the influences of organizational
climate and procedural justice towards production deviance behavior. The
importance to study about organizational misbehavior is the costs, both direct and
indirect costs, for this kind of behavior is high. This research locates in PT
Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. in Jakarta. The respondent for this
research are 163 employees. The results of this research shows that there is a
significant relationship between organizational climate and production deviance
behavior. This research also does not necessarily support the claim that procedural
justice has a significant relationship to production deviance behavior.;;"

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh organizational mobility preferences dan perceived organizational support terhadap affective commitment karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat ukur Affective Commitment Scale yang telah direvisi dan dikembangkan oleh Meyer, Allen, dan Smith (dalam Meyer & Allen, 2004) untuk mengukur komitmen afektif karyawan sebagai variabel terikat, Boundaryless Career Attitudes Scale (Briscoe, Hall, & DeMuth, 2006) untuk mengukur organizational mobility preferences dan Survey of Perceived Organizational Support (Eisenberger et al., 1997). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 143 responden yang pernah bekerja selama minimal satu tahun.
Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa organizational mobility preferences (β = -0,30, p = 0,000) memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap komitmen afektif dan perceived organizational support (β = 0,51, p = 0,000) memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap komitmen afektif karyawan, Lebih lanjut lagi diketahui bahwa variabel organizational mobility preferences dan perceived organizational support memiliki kontribusi varian yang unik pada komitmen afektif karyawan setelah mengontrol usia, tahun lulus pendidikan terakhir, tahun mulai kerja, lama kerja saat ini, dan waktu paling lama kerja karyawan.

The aim of this research is to examine the influence of organizational mobility preferences and perceived organizational support on affective commitment. This study is a quantitative study using Affective Commitment Scale developed by Meyer, Allen, dan Smith (in Meyer & Allen, 2004) to measure employee's affective commitment towards organization as the dependent variable (DV), Boundaryless Career Attitudes Scale developed by Briscoe, Hall, and DeMuth (2006) to measure the dimension of organizational mobility preferences and Survey of Perceived Organizational Support developed by Eisenberger et al. (1997) to measure employee?s perceived organizational support. The sample of this study is a total of 143 respondents who have worked in a company for at least a year.
Results indicated that organizational mobility preferences (β = -0,30, p = 0,000) negatively influenced employee?s affective commitment while perceived organizational support (β = 0,51, p = 0,000) positively influenced employee?s affective commitment. Furthermore, organizational mobility preferences and perceived organizational support explained a unique variance in affective commitment above age, year graduated from latest education, year first started a job, employee's tenure (current tenure and longest tenure).

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh knowledge sharing yang terdiri dari knowledge donating, knowledge collecting, dan juga pengaruh iklim organisasi inovatif terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif pada karyawan PT Hutchison 3 Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif eksplanatif. Dalam penelitian ini pengambilan sampel menggunakan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Total Sampling dari seluruh karyawan di Kantor Pusat PT Hutchison 3 Indonesia dengan jumlah perolehan sebanyak 104 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan penelitian survei. Pengolahan data menggunakan Software Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) 22.0. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa knowledge donating, knowledge collecting, dan iklim organisasi inovatif memiliki pengaruh secara simultan terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif pada karyawan PT Hutchison 3 Indonesia.

This study aims to analyze the effect of knowledge sharing which consists of knowledge donating, knowledge collecting, and also the effect of innovative organizational climate on innovative work behavior of employees at PT Hutchison 3 Indonesia. This study uses quantitative-explanatory research method. In this study has used Total Sampling technique from all employees at the Head Office of PT Hutchison 3 Indonesia with the acquisition of 104 respondents. Technique of data collection is using survey research method. Processing data using the Software Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) 22.0. The results obtained indicate that knowledge donating, knowledge collecting, and innovative organizational climate have a simultaneous influence on innovative work behavior on employees of PT Hutchison 3 Indonesia."

"PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk menghadapi disrupsi yang mengubah perilaku konsumen berkomunikasi menggunakan aplikasi online seperti WhatsApp, Line, Telegram dan Slack sehingga ada penurunan permintaan dan pertumbuhan terhadap pendapatan perusahaan sejak tahun 2017. Adanya fenomena disrupsi mengharuskan Telkom untuk dapat menghasilkan inovasi baru melalui kerja sama Startup yang bisa menjadi bisnis utama bagi perusahaan di masa depan. Dalam meningkatkan kinerja inovasi, perusahaan perlu mengadopsi proses kewirausahaan strategis yang dapat membangun kapabilitas dinamis sehingga mampu meningkatkan kinerja inovasi di tengah lingkungan disruptif. Kewirausahaan strategis untuk dapat berjalan dengan efektif memerlukan ambideksteritas yaitu organisasi memiliki struktur organisasi yang dapat mendukung kebutuhan ganda dari aktivitas opportunity-seeking (OSA) dan advantage-seeking (ASA).
Penelitian ini mengkaji efektivitas pengaruh kewirausahaan strategis, kapabilitas dinamis, dan ambideksteritas organisasi terhadap kinerja inovasi. Data pada penelitian ini diperoleh dari survei Manajemen Tingkat Atas dari 62 startup yang menjadi portofolio PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero), kemudian dianalisis menggunakan SEM PLS untuk melakukan uji hipotesis penelitian.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kewirausahaan strategis berpengaruh terhadap kapabilitas dinamis, ambideksteritas organisasi, dan kinerja inovasi. Dimensi budaya kewirausahaan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja inovasi Startup. Studi ini menjelaskan adanya situasi rendahnya kinerja inovasi pada Startup walaupun Startup sudah menjalankan ambideksteritas organisasi.

PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is facing a disruption that changes consumer behavior in using or interacting with products of Telkom while they are actively using online applications such as WhatsApp, Line, Telegram and Slack so that there has been a decline in demand and growth in company revenues since 2017. The disruption phenomenon requires Telkom to be able to generate new innovations through teamwork or collaboratively with Startup that could be the core business or source of main activities for the company in the future. In improving innovation performance, companies need to adopt a strategic entrepreneurial process that can build dynamic capabilities to improve innovation performance in a context of disruptive environment. To implement the strategic entrepreneurship effectively requires organizational ambidexterity that refers to an organizational structure that can support the dual needs of opportunity-seeking (exploration) and advantage-seeking (exploitation) activities.
Thus, this study examines the effectiveness of the influence of strategic entrepreneurship, dynamic capabilities, and organizational ambidexterity on innovation performance. The data in this study was obtained from a top-level management survey of 62 startups that are part of the portfolio of PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero). The data was analyzed using SEM PLS to test the research hypothesis.
The results show that strategic entrepreneurship has positive effects on dynamic capabilities, organizational ambiguity, and innovation performance. The dimensions of entrepreneurial culture have no significant effect on startup innovation performance. Despite some study limitations that create model bias, sample bias, and response bias, it is very important to note that entrepreneurial culture is part of exploration activities for opportunity identification and that it cannot directly affect innovation performance without first being exploited. On the other hand, this study explains the situation of startups’ low innovation performance even though startups have implemented organizational ambiguity. It implies that organizational ambidexterity is not a sufficient condition for innovation performance. Startups must be able to orchestrate or manage first their resources to innovate.

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai kepribadian, motif, dan iklim organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Analisis kepribadian yang digunakan adalah dua faktor dari big five personality, yaitu kepribadian agreeableness dan kepribadian conscientiousness karena kedua kepribadian tersebut paling menggambarkan organizational citizenship behavior (Organ, 1995). Motif yang digunakan adalah motif prosocial value dari Rioux dan Penner (2001), sedangkan iklim organisasi menggunakan 9 dimensi dari Litwin dan Stringer (1968).
Penelitian dilakukan pada 111 pegawai PT ABCD (Persero) Corporate University. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif secara signifikan dari 3 variabel yang diteliti kepada organizational citizenship behavior. Ketiga variabel yang berpengaruh positif secara signifikan tersebut adalah kepribadian agreeableness, kepribadian conscientiousness, prosocial value, dan iklim organisasi. Hasil ini mengkonfirmasi penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya yang mengatakan hal yang sama. Sedangkan kepribadian conscientiousness tidak memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Faktor bias dan ketiadaan variabel mediator dapat menjadi penyebab hasil ini. Hasil analisis regresi berganda penelitian ini mengkonfirmasi bahwa model penelitian diterima.

The research is aimed to analyze the influence of four independent variables: agreeableness personality, conscientiousness personality, prosocial value motive, and organizational climate to organizational citizenship behavior. Agreeableness personality and conscientiousness personality were adopted from the big-five personality concept. Researches have found that those two factors are significant antecedents of organizational citizenship behavior in term of personality. Prosocial value motive was adapted from Rioux and Penner (2001) and organizational climate is based on 9 dimentions of Litwin and Stringer (1968).
Survey was conducted based on responses from 111 respondents of PT ABCD (Persero) Corporate University. Results showed that three independent variables have significant positive influence to organizational citizenship behavior, they are agreeableness personality, prosocial value motive and organizational climate. The result is confirming previous study that show the same results. However, conscientiousness personality has no significant positive influence to organizational citizenship behavior. Bias and the absence of mediating variable are suggested to explain this finding. The result of multiple regression analysis confirmed that the model of this research is accepted.

"Studi pada keadilan organisasi telah menjadi topik yang populer selama beberapa tahun terakhir. Akan tetapi, penelitian terakhir menunjukkan bahwa hubungan yang tidak jelas antara keadilan prosedural dan kinerja. Tujuan dari tesis ini adalah untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara keadilan prosedural dan kinerja menggunakan perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi (OCB) sebagai variabel perantara dengan meninjau literatur yang tersedia. Telah ditemukan bahwa keadilan prosedural mempengaruhi kinerja secara positif. Selain itu, keadilan prosedural juga terkait secara positif terhadap perilaku kewarganegaraan, akan tetapi tampaknya keadilan prosedural telah gagal untuk memperkirakan moral kemasyarakatan sebagai salah satu dimensi dari OCB. Terakhir, OCB terkait secara positif dengan kinerja. Kesimpulannya, OCB memperantarai hubungan antara keadilan prosedural dan kinerja secara parsial.

The study of organizational justice has been a popular topic over the past few years. However, past research indicated that the relationship between procedural justice and performance is unclear. The purpose of this thesis is to clarify the relationship between procedural justice and performance using organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) as the mediating variable by reviewing available literature. It is found that procedural justice affects performance positively. Moreover, procedural justice also positively related to citizenship behavior however, it seems that procedural justice has failed to predict civic virtue as one of the dimension of OCB. Lastly, OCB is also positively related to performance. In conclusion, OCB partially mediates the relationship between procedural justice and performance."

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh dari keadilan interaksi dan iklim organisasi terhadap penyimpangan perilaku produksi. Dikarenakan penyimpangan perilaku kerja banyak dialami oleh karyawan dan menimbulkan biaya yang sangat besar bagi organisasi. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel di Suku Dinas Pelayanan Pajak Jakarta Timur & lima Kantor Unit Pelayanan Pajak Daerah Jakarta Timur, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 79 responden. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa keadilan interaksi berpengaruh secara negatif terhadap penyimpangan perilaku produksi, sedangkan iklim organisasi tidak terbukti memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap penyimpangan perilaku produksi.

"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan memitigasi risiko ndash; risiko rantai pasok yang ada pada proses pembelian bahan baku kosmetik di PT Mandom Indonesia, Tbk. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan COSO Enterprise Risk Management ERM 2004 dengan metode penelitian studi kasus. Data primer yang diperoleh melalalui wawancara dengan Senior Leader Departemen Purchasing, General Manager Bagian Produksi, Manager Bagian Sales Planning, dan General Manager Warehouse. Data sekunder yang diperoleh dari dokumentasi perusahaan, laporan keuangan, atau laporan tahunan perusahaan dan informasi perusahaan yang berasal dari internet.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat 27 risiko rantai pasok yang terbagi menjadi 6 jenis risiko yaitu: risiko sumber daya manusia, produktivitas, penjualan, pengadaan bahan baku, penerimaan bahan baku dan pengawasan gudang, risiko kualitas dan risiko sistem. Perhitungan penilaian setiap risiko didasarkan pada tingkat dampak dan kerentanan terkait dengan dampak dan peluang keterjadian. Berdasarkan tingkat risiko dan dampak yang berpengaruh terhadap perusahaan, maka mitigasi risiko diprioritaskan pada risiko kekurangan produk yang diminta oleh konsumen, ketidaksesuaian jumlah barang datang dengan jumlah pesanan dari supplier dan penerimaan bahan baku dan pengawasan gudang.

The purpose of this research is to identify and mitigate supply chain risks of raw materials purchasing process in PT Mandom Indonesia, Tbk. This research used COSO Enterprise Risk Management ERM 2004 approach with study case method. Primary data collected through interviews with Senior Leader of Department Purchasing, General Manager of Production Division, Sales Manager Planning, and General Manager of Warehouse. Secondary data obtained from company documentation, annual reports, and internet.
The result of this research show there are 27 risks of supply chain, which divided in 6 type, that are human resource risks, productivity, sales, raw materials procurement and warehouse supervision, quality risks and system risks. Risks assessment calculation based on level of impact and vulnerability which depends on impact and the likelihood. From the calculation, the risks which have on top priority mitigation are lack of customer demand, unmatched raw materials quantity, receiving and warehouse supervision.

"[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan keadilan organisasi terhadap perilaku kontraproduktif di kantor pusat PT XYZ. Data diperoleh dari kuesioner dan wawancara tidak terstruktur. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian in adalah 100 orang karyawan tetap pada kantor pusat PT XYZ di Jakarta. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda. "Hal mendasar dari penelitian integrasi teknologi dan literatur kinerja bisnis bahwa integrasi teknologi merupakan pendorong kinerja organisasi. Namun, hal itu dapat dikaitkan dengan kinerja yang lebih tinggi jika disertai dengan perubahan organisasi. Makalah ini berfokus pada mediasi kemampuan absorpsi organisasi dan analisis dampaknya pada hubungan antara integrasi teknologi, perbaikan rutinitas organisasi dan kinerja organisasi di perusahaan perbankan. Kemampuan absorpsi organisasi mengukur kemampuan organisasi untuk menyelesaikan proses pembelajaran. Dimana upaya belajar biasanya terkait dengan integrasi, karena merupakan teknologi yang kompleks.
Untuk mengatasi kompleksitas integrasi teknologi, dalam implementasi biasanya ditambah dan disertai dengan upaya integrasi yang berkesinambungan dari data dan aplikasi. Dalam studi ini, akan dibahas mengenai mengeksplorasi pengaruh dari integrasi teknologi pada kinerja bisnis baik melalui kemampuan absorpsi, dan perbaikan rutinitas organisasi. Penelitian ini berhipotesis bahwa kemampuan absorpsi memiliki peran mediasi antara integrasi teknologi, perbaikan rutinitas dan kinerja organisasi.
Model penelitian yang diusulkan diuji dengan data yang disurvei dari cabang-cabang salah satu Bank di Indonesia, di mana bisnis pembiayaan perumahan merupakan bisnis terbesar mereka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa daya serap organisasi memiliki efek mediasi dengan variabel perbaikan rutinitas tidak signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja.

It fundamentally of the research literature technology integration and business performance that technology integration is driving organizational performance. However, it could be attributed with higher performance when accompanied by organizational change. This paper focuses on mediation absorptive capacity the organization and analysis of its impact on the relationship between technology integration, improvement of organizational routines and organizational performance in corporate banking. The ability of the organization to measure the absorption ability of the organization to complete the learning process. Where the learning effort usually associated with integration, as it is a complex technology.
To address the complexity of technology integration, and in implementing usually added with the continuous efforts of integration of data and applications. This study, will be discussed on exploring the influence of technology integration on business performance through both absorptive capacity, and improvement of organizational routines. This study hypothesized that the absorptive capacity has a mediating role between the integration of technology, improvement of organizational routines and organizational performance.
The proposed research model is tested with survey data from one of the branches of the Bank in Indonesia, where the business of housing finance is their biggest business. The results showed that organizational absorptive capacity has mediating effects with routine repairs variables did not significantly affect performance.
