"Abstract
Data show that globally, patient safety incident reporting remains low, as is also the case at Baptis Batu Hospital, East Java. This study aimed to determine
the influence of attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control (PBC) on the intention to report and determine relation between PBC and nurses’
behavior in reporting adverse event. This study used cross sectional approach and was conducted at Baptis Batu Hospital from March 16th to March 31th,
2016. Data were obtained with questionnaires that were distributed to 82 (of 85) nurses working at Baptis Batu Hospital. Data were analyzed using multiple
linear regression and Spearman correlation. The results showed that attitude (B = 0.496; p value = 0.000) and PBC (B = 0.766; p = 0.037) significantly influenced
the intention to report adverse events, while subjective norm (B = -0.087; p value = 0.540) did not influence the intention to report adverse events. There
was no relation found between PBC (r = 0.037; p = 0.739) and intention (r = 0.031; p value = 0.783) to behavior of reporting adverse event. These findings
indicated that nurses’ intention in reporting adverse event was influenced by attitude and PBC, but not by subjective norms. In contrast, intention and PBC
did not relate to adverse event reporting behavior
Data menunjukkan bahwa secara global jumlah pelaporan insiden keselamatan pasien masih rendah, begitu juga di Rumah Sakit Baptis Batu, Jawa Timur.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara sikap, norma subjektif, dan perceived behavioral control (PBC) terhadap niat dan untuk menentukan
hubungan antara PBC dan niat terhadap perilaku perawat dalam melaporkan kejadian tidak diharapkan (KTD). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan
potong lintang dan dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Baptis Batu pada tanggal 16-31 Maret 2016. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang
dibagikan kepada 82 (dari 85) perawat yang bekerja di Rumah Sakit Baptis Batu. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan korelasi Spearman.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap (B = 0.496; nilai p = 0.000) dan PBC (B = 0.766; nilai p = 0.037) secara signifikan memengaruhi niat untuk melaporkan
KTD, sedangkan norma subjektif (B= -0.087; nilai p = 0.540) tidak berpengaruh terhadap niat melaporkan KTD. Tidak terdapat hubungan antara PBC
(r = 0.037; nilai p = 0.739) dan niat (r = 0.031; nilai p = 0.783) terhadap perilaku melaporkan KTD. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa niat perawat dalam melaporkan
KTD dipengaruhi oleh sikap dan PBC, bukan norma subjektif. Sebaliknya, niat dan PBC tidak berhubungan dengan perilaku melaporkan KTD."

"Turnover perawat selalu menjadi perhatian karena jumlah yang begitu tinggi yaitu menurut NSI tahun 2020 dikatakan selama dua tahun terakhir berkisar 15,9% dan begitu juga di Indonesia di rumah sakit swasta berkisar 13% dan 35% sedangkan normal adalah 5-10%. Penelitian ini bertujuan utuk mengetahui faktor internal dan eksternal mempengaruhi turnover intention perawat rumah sakit di Indonesia dengan metode kajian kepustakan kualitaif dengan desain analisis deskriptif. Database yang digunakan adalah online dari 4 database yaitu Universitas Indonesia Library, Pusat Informasi Kesehatan Masyarakat Universitas Indonesia (Pusinfokesmas FKM UI), GARUDA (Garba Rujukan Digital), kemudian Neliti repository ilmiah Indonesia dengan jumlah didapat 60 dan yang diikutsertakan adalah 9 penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor yang mempengaruhi turnover intention perawat di berbagai rumah sakit adalah faktor eksternal yaitu aspek lingkungan dan usia ada yang mengatakan mempengaruhi ada penelitian mengatakan tidak. Faktor internal yaitu budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan, kompensasi, kepuasan kerja, dan pengembangan karir. Faktor yang paling mempengaruhi adalah kompensasi.

Nurse turnover is always a concern because the number is so high according to the NSI 2020 said for the last two years around 15.9% and so in Indonesia in private hospitals around 13% and 35% while normal is 5-10 %. This study aims to determine the internal and external factors related to the turnover intention of hospital nurses in Indonesia with a qualitative library study method with descriptive analysis design. Databes used are online from 4 databases namely Universitas Indonesia Library, the Indonesian Public Health Information Center (Pusinfokesmas FKM UI), GARUDA (Garba Rujukan Digital), kemudian Neliti repository ilmiah Indonesia with the number obtained by 60 and included 9. The results showed that the factors that related to nurses' turnover intention in various hospitals are external factors, namely environmental and age aspects, some said that they related to but there is said no. Internal factors are organizational culture, leadership style, compensation, job satisfaction, and career development. The most related factor is compensation."

"This study analyzed online purchasing behavior in the hotel industry through an integrative framework, utilizing sets of variables rarely used in previous studies. The analysis was focused on the influence of online purchase intention, perceived risk, and trust upon actual purchase, with the idea of further determining which construct has the strongest impact. It also analyzed two new measurement items for website quality. The sample consisted of travelers who have recently made hotel reservations online. The model was tested with Structural Equation Modeling. Perceived risk was found to have the strongest impact on actual purchase followed by trust and online purchase intention. The weak influence of online purchase intention is quite interesting since it stands in contrast to previous research findings. Perceived risk also perfectly mediates the relationship between website quality and eWOM towards online purchase intention. Being descriptive in nature, this study did not manipulate the antecedents in the manner of an experimental study."

"Tingginya tingkat intense pekerja yang keluar dari Perusahaan (Intention to leave) dapat menyebabkan kerugian kepada Perusahaan karena mengganggu kelancaran operasi perusahaan, dan meningkatkan biaya untuk mencari pengganti pekerja yang keluar. Oleh karena itu penulis merasa penting untuk mencari tahu penyebab yang paling dominan yang menyebabkan intention to leave. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode kuantitatif berdasarkan data primer dengan penyebaran kuesionerkepada para pegawaidari level kepaladivisihingga staff di kantorpusat PT ABC yang merupakan pekerja kunci Perusahaan. Daftar pertanyaan mencakup konstruk POS, Career Development, Performance Management, dan intense untuk keluar.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik, Pengaruhnya negatif (b = 0.448) menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi dukungan organisasi akan semakin rendah intensi untuk keluar, dan semakin rendah dukungan organisasi semakin tinggi intensi untuk keluar, maka intervensi akan ditekankan pada perbaikan POS pekerja agar menurunkan ITL. Untuk memperbaiki POS perlu dilakukan intervensi terhadap pekerjaan karyawan, karena pekerja menganggap pekerjaan mereka kurang berkembang. Hal ini merupakan indikasi dari kurangnya dukungan organisasi.
Oleh karena itu, usulan program intervensi ini difokuskan pada perbaikan POS melalui: (1) program pengembangan program pelatihan untuk karyawan baik yang bersifat pelatihan kemampuan-kemampuan dasar, maupun pelatihan yang disiapkan untuk pekerjaan mereka selanjutnya; (2) Pengembangan Career Path yang terkstruktur serta pengomunikasiannnya kepada karyawan; (3) membuat program Manager as Idea Generator.

The high degree of intention workers out of the Company (Intention to leave) may cause harm to the Company for disrupting companyoperation , and increase costs for a successor to outgoing workers. Therefore, the authors felt it was important to find out the cause of the most dominant intention to leave. This study was conducted using a quantitative method based on primary data by distributing questionnaires to employees of the division chief level to staff at the head office of PT ABC which is the Company's key employees. The list of questions includes constructs POS, Career Development, Performance Management, and intention to quit.
Based on the results of statistical analysis, influence is negative (b = 0448) showed that the higher the support organization will lower the intention to exit, and the lower the higher the organizational support of the intention to exit, then the intervention will focus on improving POS workers to be lowered ITL. POS needs to be done to improve employee job terhada intervention, because the workers consider their jobs less developed. This is an indication of a lack of organizational support.
Therefore, the proposal of this intervention program focused on improving POS through: (1) development of training programs for employees of both basic skills training, and training prepared for their next job; (2) Development Career Path terkstruktur and pengomunikasiannnya to employees; (3) make the program as Idea Generator Manager.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh job involvement terhadap turnover intention dengan organizational commitment sebagai variabel mediasi. Job involvement diukur menggunakan konsep multidimensi job involvement yaitu emotional job involvement, cognitive job involvement, dan behavioral job involvement (Yoshimura, 1996), organizational commitment diukur dengan organizational commitment questionnaire (Mowday, Steers, dan Porter, 1979) dan turnover intention diukur dengan indikator turnover intention (Mobley, Horner, dan Hollingsworth, 1978). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui survei yang dilakukan pada 120 karyawan tetap PT. South Pacific Viscose dengan menggunakan teknik non-probability convenience sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur dan Sobel Test untuk menguji pengaruh langsung dan pengaruh mediasi di antara variabel-variabel kunci.
Hasil analisis jalur mengindikasikan bahwa job involvement mempengaruhi organizational commitment secara signifikan. Hasil analisis jalur juga mengindikasikan bahwa job involvement dan organizational commitment mempengaruhi turnover intention secara signifikan. Hasil Sobel Test membuktikan pengaruh tidak langsung job involvement terhadap turnover intention melalui organizational commitment secara signifikan. Sejalan dengan penelitian terdahulu Blau dan Boal (1989), hasil analisis jalur dan Sobel Test mengkonfirmasi bahwa organizational commitment memediasi hubungan job involvement dan turnover intention.

This study aims to examine the effect of job involvement on employee turnover intention through organizational commitment as a mediating variable. Multidimensional job involvement, namely emotional job involvement, cognitive job involvement, and behavioral job involvement (Yoshimura, 1996), organizational commitment questionnaire (Mowday, Steers, and Porter, 1979) and turnover intention’s indicators (Mobley, Horner, and Hollingsworth, 1978) were using to measure job involvement, organizational commitment, and turnover intention. This research used a quantitative approach. Data was collected through survey which conducted on 120 permanent employees at PT. South Pacific Viscose by non-probability (convenience) sampling method. Path analysis and Sobel Test were used to test the direct and mediating relationship between key variables.
Path analysis shows that job involvement affects organizational commitment significantly. It also shows that job involvement and organizational commitment affect turnover intention significantly. Sobel Test reveals a statistical support for the indirect effect of job involvement on turnover intention through organizational commitment. In line with the previous research of Blau and Boal (1989), the result of path analysis and Sobel Test confirm that organizational commitment significantly mediated the relationship between job involvement and turnover intention.

"[Product harm crisis dari produk otomotif merupakan kejadian yang lumrah dalam dunia industri otomotif, dari major sampai minor defect. Hal ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kompleksnya rangkaian proses produksi dari awal hingga akhir. Terdapat empat strategi product recall yang dapat dilakukan perusahaan dalam menghadapi situasi ini, yaitu menolak recall atau deny, melakukan recall atas paksaan hukum atau involuntary recall, recall secara sukarela atau voluntary recall, dan super effort. Namun dalam studi ini penulis hanya meneliti tiga variabel sesuai dengan strategi product recall yang pernah dilakukan di Indonesia.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak dari masing-masing strategi recall terhadap manufacturer’s image, consumer loyalty, dan repurchase intention. Objek penelitian ini adalah Honda yang melakukan voluntary recall dan super effort dan Toyota yang melakukan deny recall pada tahun 2014. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah user Honda dan user Toyota. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hanya strategi super effort yang berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap imej perusahaan, dan loyalitas konsumen berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap repurchase intention., Product harm crisis from automotive product is a fairly usual event that happens in automotive industry, from minor to major defect. Which happens with abundant factors including complexity of production process from the starting until finishing phase. There were four possible product recall strategy that could be accomplished by the firm, such as deny recall, involuntary recall, voluntary recall, and super effort.Although this research only consider three strategy which had took place in Indonesia. This research focuses to understand the effect of each product recall strategy on manufacturer’s image, consumer loyalty, and repurchase intention. The object of this study is Honda which had accomplished voluntary recall and super effort strategy and Toyota which had accomplished deny recall in 2014. The result of this study is super effort is the only strategy that has positive significant effect on manufacturer’s image, and so does consumer loyalty effect on repurchase intention.]"

"Generasi Milenial, yang mendominasi populasi dunia saat ini, dapat menjadi peluang sekaligus tantangan karena karakteristiknya yang tidak bisa bertahan lama di sebuah Perusahaan seperti generasi sebelumnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh career growth dan perceived organizational support terhadap turnover intention karyawan Milenial, yang dimediasi oleh organizational commitment. Data empiris dikumpulkan dari 316 responden menggunakan survei online, kemudian data sebanyak 316 responden yang dapat dianalisis lebih lanjut. Responden adalah karyawan tetap kategori Milenial (lahir antara tahun 1980 dan 1996) di Indonesia yang saat ini bekerja di sebuah perusahaan dengan masa kerja minimum 2 tahun.
Data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan perangkat lunak Lisrel 8.8. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa career growth dan perceived organizational support memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap organizational commitment dan memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention. Selain itu, ditemukan bahwa organizational commitment secara signifikan berfungsi sebagai faktor mediasi dalam hubungan antara career growth dan perceived organizational support terhadap turnover intention.
Penelitian ini memiliki beberapa keterbatasan, yaitu terbatas pada karyawan tetap generasi Milenial, menggunakan variabel yang unidimensional dengan item terbatas, metode kuantitatif dengan kuesioner online yang bersifat self-assessment, dan skala Likert tujuh poin, sehingga hasilnya tidak dapat digeneralisasi dan tidak mencerminkan keragaman perspektif responden secara mendalam. Melalui penelitian ini, diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi organisasi ataupun manajemen perusahaan dalam mengembangkan kebijakan yang efektif untuk mengelola karyawan dalam kaitannya dengan fenomena turnover intention.

The Millennial generation, which dominates the world’s current population, can be both an opportunity and a challenge due to its characteristic of being unable to stay in a company for a long period of time like previous generations. This research aims to measure the influence of career growth and perceived organizational support on turnover intention among millennial employees, mediated by organizational commitment. Empirical data were collected from 316 respondents using an online survei, then data from 316 respondents were further analyzed. The respondents are millennial permanent employees (born between 1980 and 1996) in Indonesia who are currently working in a company with a minimum tenure of 2 years.
The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Lisrel 8.8 software. The results indicate that career growth and perceived organizational support have a positive influence on organizational commitment and a negative influence on turnover intention. Furthermore, it was found that organizational commitment significantly mediates the relationship between career growth and perceived organizational support on turnover intention.
This research has several limitations, namely being restricted to millennial permanent employees, using unidimensional variables with limited items, employing a quantitative method through a self-assessment online questionnaire with a seven point Likert scale. Consequently, the results cannot be generalized and do not deeply reflect the diversity of respondents’ perspectives. Through this study, it is hoped to provide insights for organizations or company management in developing effective policies for managing employees in relation to turnover intention.

"ABSTRAK
Jurnal ini membahas tentang intensi Annie M. G. Schmidt dalam membela kucing pada novelnya Minoes (1970). Novel anak ini merupakan salah satu karyanya yang terkenal dan telah dialihbahasakan, termasuk ke dalam Bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian ini beertujuan untuk menemukan intensi dan tujuan lain dari Schmidt dalam membela kucing. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara menganalisis unsur intrinsik dan ekstrinsik serta mengaitkannya dengan keadaan kucing pada tahun 1940-1944 melalui artikel online.Teori yang digunakan sebagai landasan penelitian adalah teori penokohan oleh Nurgiyantoro dan Joke Van Balen dan teori representasi mengenai objek karya sastra milik James O. Young. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Minoes tidak hanya sekadar novel anak biasa karena Schmidt memiliki intensi dan tujuan lain atas novel ini, yaitu membela kucing dan kritik sosial atas suatu organisasi pecinta kucing.

ABSTRACT
This journal aims to describe the writer s intention about cats defending in the book Minoes by Annie M. G. Schmidt. This book is one of her most popular children books which has been translated into many languages including Bahasa Indonesia. This research is carried out by analyzing intrinsic and extrinsic elements, also linking them to the condition of cats around 1940-1944 through online articles. The theories in this journal are characterization theory by Nurgiyantoro and Joke Van Balen, and the representative theory from James O. Young. From this research, it can be concluded that Minoes is not an ordinary children s novel since Schmidt has other intentions and goals for this novel, namely defending cats and standing social criticism towards an organization of cat lovers."

"Skripsi ini membahas faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat pembelian (purchase intention) konsumen terhadap produk PT. Pembangunan Jaya Ancol dengan melakukan studi kasus pada website PT. Pembangunan Jaya Ancol (www.ancol.com). Salah satu faktor yang memberikan pengaruh terhadap purchase intention adalah belief construct yang terdiri dari perceived price, perceived service, informational interpersonal belief, perceived self-efficacy, dan perceived resource facilitation. Kemudian, variabel-variabel pembentuk belief ini memberikan pengaruh terhadap sikap attitudinal construct, yakni attitude toward purchase, subjective norm, dan perceived behavioral control sehingga dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap purchase intention. Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Data penelitian diambil dari 185 responden yang tersebar di wilayah Jabodetabek.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang signifikan dari variabel informational interpersonal belief terhadap variabel subjective norm. Namun, variabel subjective norm tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap purchase intention. Selain itu, terdapat juga variabel perceived resource facilititation yang tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap variabel perceived behavioral control.

This thesis discusses about factors that influence consumers? purchase intention toward PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol?s products, using PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol website (www.ancol.com) as case study. Factors that influence purchase intention are consist of perceived price, perceived service, informational interpersonal belief, perceived self-efficacy, and perceived resource facilitation. Variables of belief that influence attitudinal construct consist of attitude toward purchase, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control, which influence purchase intention. Data was analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The Data was taken from 185 respondents from Jabodetabek areas.
Result of this research shows that there are significant influence from informational interpersonal belief variable and subjective norm variable. Subjective norm variable does not give significant influence to purchase intention. There is also perceived resource facilititation variable which doesn't give significant influence to perceived behavioral control variable.

"Perkembangan ritel di Indonesia terus meningkat khususnya ritel modern yang memiliki pertumbuhan paling besar dibandingkan dengan ritel tradisional, terutama perdagangan ritel kategori makanan dan minuman. Salah satunya yang berkembang saat ini adalah 7-Eleven, hadir dengan memposisikan dirinya sebagai convenience store tapi juga menyediakan beberapa tempat duduk dan meja yang berada di dalam dan di luar ruangan selama 24 jam (hybrid convenience store). Dengan semakin ketatnya persaingan ritel, hal yang tidak kalah penting adalah apakah brand atau merek sebuah ritel dapat mempengaruhi purchase intention konsumen untuk datang dan berbelanja ke suatu ritel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh retailer awareness, retailer association, retailer perceived quality, dan retailer loyalty terhadap purchase intention yang dimiliki konsumen. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil dari pengujian hipotesis diketahui bahwa retailer awareness tidak terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap purchase intention. Retailer awareness dan retailer association juga tidak terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap retailer loyalty. Sedangkan retailer association, retailer perceived quality dan retailer loyalty terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap purchase intention. Hasil pengujian hipotesis juga menunjukkan bahwa retailer perceived quality berpengaruh positif terhadap retailer loyalty.
Retail developments in Indonesia continue to increase, especially modern retail which has the greatest growth in comparison with traditional retail, especially retail trade of food and beverage categories. One of them developed at this time is 7-Eleven, attended by positioning itself as a convenience store, but also provides some seating and tables inside and outdoors for 24 hours (hybrid convenience stores). With increasing competition in the retail, it is no less important is whether retail brand or brand can affect consumer purchase intention to come to a retail shop. This study aims to analyze the influence of awareness retailers, retailers association, perceived quality retailer, and retailer loyalty towards consumer's purchase intention possessed. Hypothesis testing is done by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of testing the hypothesis known that retailer awareness is not proven positive influence on purchase intention. Retailer awareness and retailer association also not proved a positive influence on retailer loyalty. While retailer association, retailer perceived quality and retailer loyalty proven positive effect on the purchase intention. Hypothesis testing results also showed that the retailer perceived quality has a positive effect on the retailer loyalty."
