employed six dimensions of Country Image for shoes products in revealing consumers’ perception of “made in” labels and consumers’ perception of brands. The study also adopted the constructs of consumers’ nationalism and worldmindedness. To increase the validity of the study, the respondents were carefully selected with judgemental quota sampling, using gender, area and cohort variables. The research revealed some interesting results that would be important for business people and government as regulator.

The purpose of this research is to investigate to what extent country-of-origin affects Indonesian consumers’ evaluation and purchasing decision in high-end fashion brands. Quantitative research was employed in data collection, with using a survey on 125 respondents. Results showed that that for Indonesian consumers, COO cues are being used in a moderation or only has medium impact. Indonesian consumers perceived COO as an important cues on determining their preference on which COO is preferred when it comes to purchase the high-end fashion products. However, compared to other variables such as price, quality, design, and brand, COO is the least important item to be used to evaluate and purchase high-end fashion products."

"Tingginya kesadaran masyarakat untuk menjaga kelestarian alam menyebabkan perubahan perilaku pembelian masyarakat (consumer purchase behavior) menjadi lebih ramah lingkungan. Dalam hal ini, green marketing dinilai sebagai cara yang inovatif bagi perusahaan untuk memperoleh keunggulan kompetitif sekaligus kesuksesan. Tren green marketing dapat ditinjau dari industri kosmetik, dimana brand kosmetik yang menerapkan praktik green marketing diperkirakan akan mengalami pertumbuhan di masa depan. Namun, masih terdapat pula konsumen di Indonesia yang belum sadar akan pentingnya membeli produk ramah lingkungan (green product) sehingga diperlukan green marketing tools, seperti eco-label, eco-brand, dan environmental advertisement agar bisa mengkomunikasikan green product, khususnya kosmetik ramah lingkungan (green cosmetics) secara lebih intens. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini berupaya meneliti pengaruh eco-label, eco-brand, dan environmental advertisement terhadap consumer purchase behavior pada konsumen di Jabodetabek dari salah satu brand kosmetik yang mengadopsi ketiga green marketing tools tersebut, yakni Oasea. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik penarikan sampel berupa non-probability purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. Kemudian data diolah menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda melalui software IBM SPSS Statistics versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh hipotesis diterima. Secara parsial, eco-label, eco-brand, dan environmental advertisement memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap consumer purchase behavior.
The high level of public awareness of preserving nature has led to changes in consumer purchasing behavior to become more environmentally friendly. In this case, green marketing is considered an innovative way for companies to gain competitive advantage and success. However, there are still consumers in Indonesia who are not yet aware of the importance of buying green products, so green marketing tools are needed, such as eco-labels, eco-brands, and environmental advertisements in order to communicate green products, especially green cosmetics more intensely. Oasea is one of the cosmetic (skin care) brands that applies eco-labels, eco-brands and environmental advertisements. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of eco-labels, eco-brands, and environmental advertisements on consumer purchase behavior. This research uses a quantitative approach and survey methods on Oasea consumers in Jabodetabek aged at least 18 years with a sample size of 100 people. The research results show that partially each of eco-label, eco-brand, and environmental advertisement has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchase behavior. Research also reveals that eco-labels, eco-brands, and environmental advertisements simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchase behavior."

ABSTRACTThe objective of the research was to analyze the internal aspects of individual consumer to perceive the massive prestige brands. The brand chosen was influenced by conspicuousness, uniqueness, functional value, extended-self, hedonism, exploration, value consciousness, vanity. The research used quantitative approach by conducting a survey college students, workers and housewives. A total of 300 questionnaires were distributed, but only 243 questionnaires were used for further analysis. The data were analyzed by multiple regressions. Conspicuousness consumption had an effect on purchasing of massive prestige brands positively and it was significant. Uniqueness had an effect on purchasing of massive prestige brands positively but it was not significant. Extended-self had an effect on purchasing of massive prestige brands positively and but it was not significant. Hedonism had an effect on purchasing of massive prestige brands positively and it was significant. Exploration had an effect on purchasing of massive prestige brands positively and it was significant. Consciousness value had an effect on purchasing of massive prestige brands negatively and it was significant. Vanity had an effect on purchasing of massive prestige brands positively and it was significant."

"Fokus dari skripsi ini adalah untuk menguji hubungan antara Citra Toko dan Kualitas Pelayanan melalui Citra Merek, Intensi Pembelian Kembali, Kesadaran Harga dan Resiko yang diterima. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Citra toko secara positif berpengaruh pada Intensi Pembelian, berpengaruh secara negatif terhadap Citra Merek. Kualitas pelayanan secara positif berpengaruh pada Citra merek tapi secara signifikan tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Intensi Pembelian Kembali. Citra Merek secara signifikan tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Intensi Pembelian Kembali, berpengaruh secara negatif terhadap Resiko yang diterima. Resiko yang Diterima secara negatif berpengaruh terhadap Kesadaran Harga dan Intensi Pembelian Kembali. Kesadaran Harga secara positif berpengaruh pada Intensi Pembelian Kembali. Data dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 155 responden menggunakan kuesioner. Sembilan hipotesis penelitian diuji menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM).
The focus of this thesis is to examine the relationship between the Store Image and Service Quality through the Brand Image, Repurchase Intention, Price Consciousness and Perceived Risk. The results of this research show that the Store Image positively influential on Repurchase Intention, influence negatively on Brand Image. Service Quality affect positively on the brand image but significantly did not have an impact on Repurchase Intention. Brand image significantly did not have an impact on Repurchase Intention, negatively affect the Perceived Risk. The Perceived Risk negatively affect Price Consciousness and Repurchase Intention. Price Consciousness affect positive on Repurchase Intention. Data in this research is collected from 155 respondents by spreading the questionnaire. Nine hyphoteses in this research are tested by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)."
