"Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh kualitas informasi konten, keakraban merek, keterlibatan konsumen pada media sosial merek, dan sikap pada media sosial merek terhadap repurchase intention konsumen superfood kategori oats di ruang lingkup Instagram. Lebih lanjut, studi ini meneliti apakah dieters dan non-dieters dapat memoderasi pengaruh kualitas informasi, keakraban merek, keterlibatan, dan sikap pada media sosial terhadap repurchase intention. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode convenience sampling terhadap 360 pengguna Instagram aktif yang sedang dan/atau pernah membeli oats dalam satu tahun terakhir. Survei dilakukan secara daring menggunakan Google Form yang disebarkan melalui WhatsApp dan penyematan pada fitur Instagram story. Selanjutnya, berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan menggunakan metode PLS-SEM menunjukkan bahwa kualitas informasi dan keakraban merek berpengaruh positif pada keterlibatan kemudian keterlibatan berpengaruh positif pada sikap. Yang menarik dalam hal ini adalah bahwa variabel sikap berpengaruh positif pada repurchase intention, namun variabel keterlibatan justru tidak memberikan pengaruh positif pada repurchase intention. Lalu, dilakukan uji moderasi multigrup tipe konsumen untuk melihat kemungkinan adanya perbedaan antara kelompok dieters dan non-dieters pada kelima variabel tersebut. Hasil uji Multi-Group Analysispada PLS SEM menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan pengaruh involvement terhadap attitude antara kelompok Dieters dan kelompok non-Dieters

This study examines the influence of information quality, brand familiarity, consumer’s involvement on brand's social media, and attitude toward brand’s social media on the repurchase intention of superfood consumers in the oats category in the scope of Instagram. Furthermore, this study examines whether dieters and non-dieters could moderate the effect of information quality, brand familiarity, involvement, and attitude on repurchase intention. This study uses a convenience sampling method of 360 active Instagram users who are currently and/or have consumed oats in the past year. The survey was conducted online using Google Forms distributed via WhatsApp and embedded in the Instagram story feature. Furthermore, based on data analysis conducted using the PLS-SEM method, it shows that information quality and brand familiarity have positive effect on involvement on brand’s social media. Furthermore, involvement has a positive effect on attitude toward brand’s social media. What is interesting in this case is that the attitude variable has a positive effect on repurchase intention, but the involvement variable does not have a positive effect on repurchase intention. Then, a multigroup moderation test has been conducted for the type of consumer to see possible differences between the dieters and non-dieters groups in the five variables. The results of the Multi-Group Analysis on PLS SEM shows that there is a difference in the influence of involvement on attitude between the dieters group and the non-dieters group."

"Fesyen memiliki kaitan yang luas dengan simbol visual, terutama di era ekonomi digital. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi interaksi antara persepi simbol visual digital dengan kehadiran sosial, kegembiraan kolektif, identitas budaya, dan niat pembelian ulang, serta pengaruh moderasi dari identitas budaya dan melihat perbandingan hasil penelitian pada merek fesyen lokal dan merek fesyen global. Survei dilakukan secara daring terhadap 210 responden yang berdomisili di Indonesia dan memenuhi kriteria. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan PLS-SEM. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa perbedaan tingkat signifikansi antara faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi merek fesyen lokal dan merek fesyen global. Penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa persepsi symbol visual digital mempunyai pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kehadiran social dari kedua merek, diikuti dengan kehadiran social yang mempunyai pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kegembiraan kolektif dan niat pembelian ulang.

Fashion has a wide range of connections with visual symbols, especially in the digital economy era. This study explores the interaction between digital visual symbol perception, social presence, collective excitement, cultural identity, and repurchase intention, as well as the moderating effect of cultural identity and compares the research results on local fashion brands and global fashion brands. An online survey was conducted on 210 respondents who reside in Indonesia and meet the criteria. The data obtained were analyzed using PLS-SEM. This study shows that there are several differences in significance levels between the factors that influence local fashion brands and global fashion brands. The study also shows that the perception of digital visual symbols has a significant positive effect on the social presence of both brands, followed by social presence having a significant positive effect on collective excitement and repurchase intention."

"Menurut Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) jumlah e-commerce di Indonesia terus mengalami peningkatakan hal ini mencerminkan industri ini semakin kompetitif oleh karena itu setiap e-commerce terus melakukan berbagai upaya dan pendekatan dengan memanfaatkan publikasi potensial melalui media sosial dan mengadakan berbagai kegiatan sesuai dengan behavioral belief konsumen, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Media Sosial yang diukur oleh (Social Interaction Ties dan Social Media Commitment) terhadap Repurchase Intention dengan mempertimbangkan Social Impact Transfer (Normative Social Influence dan Informational Social Influence) dan Behavioral belief (Perceived Value dan Price Conciousnes) yang dimiliki konsumen. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah para pengguna Media Sosial yang berbelanja di e-Commerce dalam kurun waktu 3 bulan terakhir. Data diolah dengan menggunakan Amos seri 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sosial Interaction Ties dan Sosial Media Commitment terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Normative Social Influence dan Informational Social Influence, Normative Social Influence dan Informational Social Influence juga terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Repurchase Intention namun Normative Social Influence dan Informational Social Influence juga terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Revisit Intention. Pada behavioral belief dibuktikan bahwa Price Concicousness dan Perceived Value terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Repurchase Intention dengan Attitute towards eCommerce dan Revisit Intension sebagai mediasinya.

According to the Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), the numbers of e-commerce in Indonesia continues to increase, reflecting this industry is increasingly competitive, therefore every e-commerce continues to make various efforts and approaches by utilizing potential publications through social media and conducting various activities in accordance with the behavioral consumer belief, This study aims to determine the effect of Social Media measured by (Social Interaction Ties and Social Media Commitment) on consumer repurchase intention (Repurchase Intention) by considering Social Impact Transfer (Normative Social Influence and Informational Social Influence) and Behavioral belief ( Perceived Value and Price Conciousnes) owned by consumers. The sample used in this study is Social Media users who have also shopped at e-Commerce in the last 3 months. Data was processed using Amos series 26. The results showed that Social Interaction Ties and Social Media Commitment proved to have a positive influence on Normative Social Influence and Informational Social Influence, Normative Social Influence and Informational Social Influence also proved to have a positive influence on Repurchase Intention but Normative Social Influence and Informational Social Influence also proved to have a positive influence on Revisit Intention. In behavioral belief, it is also proven that Price Concicousness and Perceived Value have a positive influence on Repurchase Intention with Attitute towards eCommerce and Intension as the mediation.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perilaku Self-Disclosure yang dilakukan pada kanal media sosial terhadap tingkat Repurchase Intention yang dilakukan oleh konsumen Somethinc pada wilayah Jabodetabek. Penelitian dianggap penting karena terdapat dorongan psikologis yang dapat timbul akibat perilaku self-disclosure terhadap pola repurchase intention konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif metode survei pada konsumen dari produk perawatn kulit Somethinc di daerah Jabodetabek. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian berjumlah 150. Penelitian melakukan uji validitas dengan analisis faktor dan reliabilitas dengan Cronbach’s Alpha. Regresi linear sederhana digunakan dalam pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan signifikan terhadap Self-Disclosure sebagai variabel independen dan Repurchase Intention sebagai variabel dependen

In this study aims to analyze the effect of Self-Disclosure behavior on social media channels on the level of repurchase intention by Somethinc consumers in the Jabodetabek area. This study uses a quantitative approach to survey methods on consumers of Somethinc skin care products in the Jabodetabek area. The sample used in the study amounted to 150. "Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh demand, convenience, interactivity, dan playfulness sebagai faktor eksternal video pendek yang memberikan stimulus terhadap perceived enjoyment. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perceived enjoyment terhadap hedonic motivation dari pembelian produk pakaian yang pernah dilakukan. Kemudian, hedonic motivation dari pembelian produk pakaian yang pernah dilakukan sebelumnya diuji pada impulsive repurchase intention. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menguji pengaruh mediasi hedonic motivation pada hubungan perceived enjoyment terhadap impuslive repurchase intention. Penelitian ini menggunakan data dari 278 responden Generasi Z dengan usia 18 tahun hingga 26 tahun yang pernah melakukan pembelian produk pakaian (atasan atau bawahan selain pakaian dalam) melalui online dalam 6 bulan terakhir setelah menonton video pendek endorsementyang diunggah influencer di media sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan demand, convenience, dan playfulnesssecara signifikan mempengaruhi perceived enjoyment, namun interactivity menunjukkan hasil yang tidak signifikan. Hasil juga menunjukkan perceived enjoyment signifikan mempengaruhi hedonic motivation. Kemudian, hubungan hedonic motivation signifikan mempengaruhi impulsive repurchase intention. Pada uji mediasi, hasil menunjukkan pengaruh yang parsial pada mediasi hedonic motivation terhadap hubungan perceived terhadap impulsive repurchase intention.

This research aims to determine the influence of demand, convenience, interactivity, and playfulness as external factors on giving stimulus from short video towards perceived enjoyment. This research also aims to determine the influence of perceived enjoyment to hedonic motivation from the previous fashion product purchased. Lastly, hedonic motivation from the previous fashion product purchase is then examined on impulsive repurchase intention. Furthermore, this research also examined the mediating effect of hedonic motivation on the relationship between perceived enjoyment and impulsive repurchase intention. This research uses data from 278 Generation Z respondents aged 18 to 26 years old who have purchased fashion products (tops or bottoms other than undergarments) online in the last 6 months after watching endorsement short videos uploaded by influencers on social media. The result shows the correlation between demand, convenience, and perceived enjoyment influences perceived enjoyment, however, interactivity is not significant. The result also shows that perceived enjoyment significantly influences hedonic motivation. Lastly, the relation between hedonic motivation significantly influences impulsive repurchase intentions. The mediation test shows a partial effect of hedonic motivation on the relationship between preceived enjoyment and impulsive repurchase intention."

"ABSTRACT
Persaingan yang ketat pada pasar fast food di Indonesia, membuat perusahaan terus berusaha untuk mempertahankan brand yang dimiliki pada pikiran konsumen. Di era globalisasi ini, perusahaan dapat menggunakan Web 2.0 tools untuk dapat berinteraksi secara langsung dengan konsumen agar brand daapat selalu berada dalam pikiran mereka, salah satunya dengan menggunakan Facebook fanpage. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh user interaction pada social media terhadap brand awareness dan repurchase intention konsumen. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah anggota Facebook fanpage McDonald rsquo;s. Data diolah dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa annoyance pada konten di Facebook fanpage berpengaruh negatif secara signifikan terhadap brand awareness dan aktivitas positive word of mouth namun tidak berpengaruh negatif secara signifikan terhadap brand page commitment dan repurchase intention konsumen. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa brand page commitment berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap brand awareness, aktivitas positive word of mouth, dan repurchase intention konsumen. Selain itu hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa brand awareness berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap aktivitas positive word of mouth dan repurchase intention konsumen. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas positive word of mouth tidak berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap repurchase intention konsumen.

ABSTRACT
Tight competition in the fast food market in Indonesia, making the company continues to strive to maintain the brand awareness in the minds of consumers. In this globalization era, companies can be use Web 2.0 tools to be able to interact directly with consumers so the brands can always be in their minds, one of them by using Facebook fanpage This study aims to analyze the effect of user interaction on social media toward brand awareness and consumers repurchase intention. Data for this research were collected from member of McDonald rsquo s Facebook fanpage. They were then analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling method. The result of this research show that annoyance of content on Facebook fanpage have significant negative effect on brand awareness and positive word of mouth activities but does not have significantly negative effect on brand page commitment and consumers repurchase intention. The results if this research also shows that brand page commitment have significant positive effect on brand awareness, positive word of mouth activities, and consumers repurchase intention. In addition, the result of this research also shows that brand awareness has significant positive effect on positive word of mouth activity and consumers repurchase intention. The result also showed that positive word of mouth activities has not significant positive effect on consumers repurchase intention. "

"Tujuan dari makalah ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh brand engagement dan brand love terhadap overall brand equity dan repurchase intention konsumen milenial Indonesia pada pasar smartphone/ponsel pintar. Dalam penelitian ini, brand engagement konsumen diuji per dimensi (cognition, affection, dan activation), untuk membuktikan intensitas dimensi yang mempengaruhi hubungan konsumen-merek. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan studi kasus lima merek smartphone teratas di Indonesia, antara lain: Apple, Samsung, Oppo, Vivo, dan Xiaomi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei daring terhadap 468 milenial. Data kemudian dilakukan uji reliabilitas dan validitas, sebelum diuji dengan analisis confirmatory factor analysis pada sem untuk uji kekuatan hubungan. Makalah ini menunjukkan bahwa brand engagement secara keseluruhan terbukti mempengaruhi brand love secara positif. Brand love, affection dan activation dari brand engagement juga terbukti mempengaruhi overall brand equity dan repurchase intention secara positif. Namun, cognition tidak terbukti secara langsung mempengaruhi overall brand equity dan repurchase intention secara positif. Studi lebih lanjut mungkin bertujuan untuk menyelidiki kategori lain dari produk dan layanan. Studi ini juga hanya berfokus pada satu segmen konsumen (segmen milenial), studi lebih lanjut mungkin mengevaluasi segmen konsumen yang berbeda atau membandingkannya dengan segmen lain. Studi ini menawarkan saran bagi manajer untuk meningkatkan overall brand equity mereka melalui peningkatan brand engagement dan brand love pada produk, mendorong hasil positif berupa repurchase intention. .The purpose of this paper is to explore the effects of brand engagement and brand love to overall brand equity and repurchase intention of Indonesian millennial consumers in the smartphone market. Consumer brand engagement is tested per dimension (cognition, affection, and activation), to prove the intensity of dimensions affecting the consumer-brand relationship. This paper will use the case study of five top smartphone brands in Indonesia, including: Apple, Samsung, Oppo, Vivo, and Xiaomi. The data collection ­was done via an online survey of 468 millennials. The data then went to a reliability and validity test, before tested with structural equation modelling confirmatory factor analysis for the strength of relationships test. The paper suggests that overall brand engagement is proven to influence brand love positively. Brand love, affection and activation of brand engagement are also proven to influence brand equity and repurchase intention positively. However, cognition isn’t proved to directly influence overall brand equity and repurchase intention positively. Further study might aim at investigating other categories of products and services. Other outcomes might be evaluated, as well as other moderating variables. This study also only focuses on one consumer segment (millennials), further study might evaluate different consumer segments or compare it with other segments. This study offers suggestions for managers to enhance their overall brand equity through raising the brand engagement and brand love of the products, encouraging positive outcomes as repurchase intention. This paper contributes to the ever-growing consumer-brand relationships literature by exploring the role of brand engagement and brand love in the millennials segment."

"The growth of social media users worldwide are increasing rapidly, making it as one of the strongest platform option to conduct marketing activities. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of social media marketing activities (SMMAs) on brand equity to enhance customers e-WOM activity and repurchase intention in the airline industry. Its expected that the result of this research may be used as fundamental data in the development of the effectiveness airline SMMA strategies. Data will be collected with survey from airline passengers who are the followers of the airlines social media accounts. The collected data were analyzed using SEM. The result showed that Perceived Risk was the most significant SMMA dimension, and Brand Equity is significantly affected by airline SMMAs. Its also validated that only Brand Awareness influence significantly on e-WOM and Repurchase Intention, while Brand Image has contrary result. As for e-WOM has positive impact on Repurchase Intention.

Pertumbuhan pengguna media sosial di seluruh dunia meningkat pesat, menjadikannya sebagai salah satu opsi platform terkuat untuk melakukan kegiatan pemasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas kegiatan pemasaran media sosial pada Ekuitas Merek untuk meningkatkan aktivitas e-WOM pelanggan dan Intensi Pembelian Kembali dalam industri penerbangan. Diharapkan bahwa hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai data mendasar dalam pengembangan efektivitas strategi pemasaran pihak maskapai. Data dikumpulkan dengan survei dari penumpang maskapai yang merupakan pengikut akun media sosial maskapai. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Risiko Persepsi adalah dimensi SMMA yang paling signifikan, dan Ekuitas Merek dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh SMMA maskapai. Ini juga memvalidasi bahwa semua dimensi Ekuitas Merek berpengaruh secara signifikan pada e-WOM tetapi tidak pada Intensi Pembelian Kembali, sementara e-WOM berdampak pada Intensi Pembelian Kembali.

"Persaingan industri e-commerce saat ini sangat erat. Perusahaan perlu untuk menciptkan repurchase intention pada pelanggan. Konsep perceived brand leadership menjadi faktor pembeda sekaligus keunggulan kompetitif dalam persaingan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perceived brand leadership terhadap consumer satisfaction dan repurchase intention pada e-commerce Shopee. Analisis olah data dilakukan dengan teknik partial least squares structural equation modeling dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dimensi perceived brand leadership yaitu perceived quality, perceived value, dan perceived popularity memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap consumer satisfaction dan repurchase intention, sedangkan dimensi perceived innovativeness tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap keduanya. Kemudian, consumer satisfaction memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap repurchase intention.

Nowadays, the competition in e-commerce industry is very tight. Companies need to create repurchase intention in customers. The concept of perceived brand leadership is a differentiating factor as well as a competitive advantage in the competition. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of perceived brand leadership on consumer satisfaction and repurchase intention on e-commerce Shopee. A partial least squares structural equation modeling analysis was conducted in this study with quantitative approach. The results showed that the dimensions of perceived brand leadership, namely perceived quality, perceived value, and perceived popularity, had a positive effect on consumer satisfaction and repurchase intention, while the dimensions of perceived innovativeness had no effect on both. Then, consumer satisfaction has a positive influence on repurchase intention."
