"Penelitian ini membahas peran media sosial dalam pemberitaan pengalaman 6 kreator video YouTube yang pernah terjebak di perusahaan ‘nakal’ atau Black Company Jepang tahun 2018—2021. Data primer diperoleh dengan mengobservasi dan membuat transkripsi 11 video dari 6 kreator YouTube dan data sekunder diperoleh dari laman- laman sosial media atau situs web yang terkait dengan isu Black Company Jepang. Data dianalisis secara kualitif menggunakan metode analisis konten (content analysis) dalam kerangka teori masyarakat informasi oleh Castells dan konsep karakteristik media sosial oleh Nasrullah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media sosial berupaya memberikan informasi mengenai Black Company Jepang dengan menjadi media yang berbasis user-generated content sehingga memfasilitasi kreator menyampaikan pengalaman (storytelling), serta berperan dalam membangun kesadaran (raising awareness) tentang Black Company dengan memungkinkan para kreator untuk mengingatkan soal pentingnya pemahaman akan hukum ketenagakerjaan, kultur kerja lokal, penguasaan bahasa Jepang, kesadaran berjejaring, dalam menghadapi dan mencegah eksploitasi calon pekerja migran Indonesia (PMI) di Black Company Jepang.

This study discusses about how social media plays a role in spreading 6 YouTube video creators exposing about their personal experiences being trapped working in some "Black Company" in Japan, from 2018 to 2021. Content analysis is occupied as a method to analyze the data, implementing Castells’ network society concept and Nasrullah’s social media characteristics concept as the theory framework. This study suggests that social media (1) does its optimality as a user-generated content media and self-directed mass communication, so that (2) it facilitates the creators to spread awareness about labor law, about working culture, about the importance of Japanese language mastery, and about the absence of governmental roles in the migration process."

"[ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini berfokus pada dampak perubahan makna ?bekerja? di masyarakat Jepang, yaitu fenomena penyebutan black company. Makna bekerja di masyarakat Jepang telah berubah dalam beberapa dekade terakhir. Pekerja yang semula akan bekerja keras demi perusahaannya, kini pekerja generasi muda lebih memilih untuk memiliki pekerjaan dengan banyak waktu luang. Masalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana penyebutan black company yang diberikan oleh masyarakat Jepang dan bagaimana perubahan makna bekerja di Jepang. Data yang diperoleh merupakan data sekunder dari penelitian kepustakaan serta pengumpulan data dari sumber-sumber publikasi lainnya. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode penyajian analisis deskriptif. Berdasarkan penelitian dan analisis yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa makna bekerja bagi pemuda telah berubah. Pemuda Jepang tidak dapat membawa keseluruhan dirinya untuk pekerjaan dan tempat kerja. Pekerja paruh waktu tidak dapat mencocokkan pekerjaan dengan tujuan hidupnya. Kekhawatiran yang dirasakan, menyebabkan para pekerja paruh waktu mudah putus asa dalam mendapatkan pekerjaan. Salah satu dampak perubahan makna bekerja, yaitu munculnya penyebutan black company. Black company itu sendiri merupakan asumsi yang diciptakan oleh kelompok masyarakat dan media massa. Pemerintah berupaya untuk memberikan sanksi kepada perusahaan yang melakukan tindakan ?pelanggaran,? seperti black company.

ABSTRACT
This study focuses on the impact of changes in the meaning of "work" in Japanese society, namely the phenomenon of the black company mention. Meaning of work in Japanese society has changed in recent decades. Workers were previously would worked hard for his company, now the younger generation of workers prefer to have a job with a lot of free time. The problem studied in this research is how the mention of the black company given by the Japanese society and how it changes the meaning of work in Japan. The data obtained is a secondary data from the research literature as well as collecting data from sources other publications. The analytical method used is the method of presentation of descriptive analysis. Based on the research and analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that the meaning of work for youth has changed. Japanese youth can not bring overall himself to work and the workplace. Part-time workers are not able to match jobs with the goal of his life. Concerns were perceived, causing part-time workers easy to desperate in getting a job. Proses komunikasi ini digunakan sebagai alat ldquo;personal branding rdquo; dan dianggap sebagai pendekatan yang efektif untuk tujuan pemasaran.Studi literatur ini menemukan bahwa social media memegang peran penting dalam pembentukan personal branding yang baik, Dengan penggunaan aplikasi berbasis internet dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, social media memegang peran untuk mengontrol persepsi orang lain terhadang pengguna social media tersebut.

Other than networking tools, communication pattern and behavior on social media may reflect and represent the personality of the user. Social media profiles and media social messages create a significant impression and build up perception to others, which is developed intentionally or not. Taken from this situation, this process of communication utilized as a personal branding tools and considered as an effective approach for a marketing objective. This literature study has found that social media has a significant role to create a well managed brand. "Studi literatur mengenai krisis komunikasi terus berkembang. Hal tersebut tidak hanya disebabkan oleh isu-isu di masyarakat, seperti pandemi atau bencana alam. Literatur mengenai krisis komunikasi juga berkembang karena kehadiran dan perkembangan media baru, salah satunya adalah media sosial. Sepanjang satu dekade terakhir, studi ilmiah yang menganalisis praktik terbaik atau implikasi praktik penggunaan media sosial dalam manajemen krisis komunikasi terus berkembang. Makalah ini melakukan kajian literatur terhadap lima belas jurnal pene litian internasional tentang penggunaan media sosial dalam manajemen krisis komunikasi. Hasilnya, ditemukan lima tema utama tentang peran media sosial dalam manajemen krisis komunikasi, yaitu media sosial berbasis teks lebih efektif dalam manajemen krisis komunikasi dibandingkan media sosial berbasis visual, media sosial efektif jika berperan sebagai sarana penyebaran informasi yang cepat dan akurat, media sosial dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai sarana untuk membangun dialog interaktif dengan pemangku kepentingan sosial dapat digunakan untuk melakukan monitoring , media atau pengawasan terhadap opini publik di masa krisis komunikasi, serta penggunaan media sosial harus tetap dilengkapi oleh penggunaan media tradisional dalam manajemen krisis komunikasi.

Literature studies related to crisis communication continue to grow. The growth is not only caused by the issues within the society, such as pandemics or natural disasters, but als o caused by the presence and development of the new media, one of which is social media. Over the past decade, scientific studies analyzing best practices or practical implications on using social media as a part of communication crisis management have con tinued to evolve. This paper conducts a literature review of fifteen international research journals about the use of social media in crisis communication management. The result shows that there are five main themes regarding the topic, namely textmanagement than visualbased s ocial media is more effective in communication crisis based social media, social media is effective if it is used to disseminate information quickly and accurately, social media can be utilized as a means to build interactive dialogu e with stakeholders, social media can be used to monitor or supervise public opinion in times of communication crisis, and the use of social media must still be complemented by the use of traditional media in crisis communication management."

dengan dua varian baru yaitu varian rasa Ube dan HAM&Cheese. Berdasarkan hal
tersebut, penulis menyusun Tugas karya akhir ini dengan membahas mengenai
kegiatan pengelolaan media sosial dalam meningkatkan awareness untuk produk
Hokkaido series dengan menggunakan metode AISAS. Produk Madmilk
menggunakan media sosial Instagram sebagai platform dalam beriklan. Tujuan
utamanya yaitu meningkatkan brand Awareness mengenai varian terbaru dan
meningkatkan penjualan produk. Berdasarkan pengamatan selama 3 bulan
magang, online marketing campaign berpengaruh secara signifikan pada kelima
variabel AISAS dalam meningkatkan awareness di media sosial.

The Hokkaido series is the latest product released by Madmilk with two
new variants, namely the Ube and HAM&Cheese flavor variants. Based on this,
the authors compiled this final project by discussing social media management
activities in increasing awareness for Hokkaido series products using the AISAS
method. Madmilk products use social media Instagram as a platform for
advertising. The main goal is to increase brand awareness about the latest
variants and increase product sales. Based on observations for 3 months of
internship, online marketing campaigns have a significant effect on the five AISAS
variables in increasing awareness on social media.

"Media plays an important role in the creation phenomenon in society, one of which is the K-Beauty phenomenon. This study was conducted to determine the role of the media in the the spread of K-Beauty phenomenon in the beauty community in Indonesia. The data used is primary data in the form of accidental discoveries in the field in this case focusing on social media and secondary data through literature studies, which is then analyzed using two theories, namely media ecology theory and coordinated management of meaning theory which assisted by several concepts. The study found that social media play a role in infusing acts and actions, fixing perception, organizing experiences, and connecting the world through content of Korean Wave found on social media which ultimately forms a perception for the Indonesian beauty community to accept the entry of K-Beauty into Indonesia.

Media berperan penting dalam terciptanya sebuah fenomena di masyarakat, salah satunya adalah fenomena KBeauty. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui peran media dalam penyebaran fenomena K-Beauty di komunitas kecantikan di Indonesia. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diambil dari penemuanpenemuan secara kebetulan pada media sosial dan data sekunder melalui studi literatur, yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan dua teori yaitu teori ekologi media dan teori manajemen makna terkoordinasi yang dibantu oleh beberapa konsep. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa bahwa media sosial berperan dalam menanamkan tindakan, memperbaiki persepsi, mengatur pengalaman, dan menghubungkan dunia melalui berbagai konten tentang Korean Wave yang akhirnya membentuk persepsi bagi komunitas kecantikan Indonesia untuk menerima masuknya K-Beauty ke Indonesia."

"ABSTRAK
Media sosial merupakan digital marketing media yang berpengaruh pada tahap pertemuan layanan dan tahap pasca pertemuan layanan, serta berpengaruh pada tahap pra-pembelian yang memberikan beberapa manfaat kepada konsumen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran media sosial yang terdiri dari manfaat fungsional, manfaat moneter, manfaat hedonik, dan manfaat sosio-psikologis selama tahap pra-pembelian dalam industri restoran. Media sosial digunakan untuk mengetahui kebiasaan dan perilaku konsumen yang pada akhirnya digunakan untuk mendapatkan konsumen. Dalam penelitian ini, empat hipotesis dikembangkan dan diuji dengan data primer dari hasil survei 130 responden. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan judgemental sampling dari responden yang pernah mengunjungi restoran setelah mengunjungi situs media sosial restoran tersebut dengan usia 17 tahun ke atas. Teknik statistik yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear Berganda. Dari empat hipotesis yang dikembangkan, hanya ditemukan dua hipotesis yang diterima yaitu manfaat fungsional dan manfaat moneter berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan untuk memperkaya pemahaman mengenai peran media sosial selama tahap pra-pembelian dalam industri restoran maupun bahan perbandingan untuk membuat penelitian selanjutnya, serta sebagai bahan pertimbangan restoran untuk memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai alat pemasaran selama tahap pra-pembelian.

ABSTRACT
Social media is a digital marketing media that influences the service encounter stage and post encounter stage, also influences the pre purchase stage that gives some benefits to the consumer. The purpose of this study is to examine the role of social media which consists of functional benefits, monetary benefits, hedonic benefits, and socio psychological benefits during the pre purchasing stage in the restaurant industry. Social media is used to find out the habits and behavior of consumers that ultimately used to get consumers. In this study, four hypotheses were developed and tested with primary data from a survey of 130 respondents. Data were collected using judgmental sampling from respondents who had visited the restaurant after visiting the social media site of the restaurant with the age of 17 years and above. The statistical technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. Out of the four hypotheses, only two hypotheses were supported which were functional benefits and moneter benefits influenced the purchasing decision.The results of this study can be used to enrich understanding about the role of social media during the pre purchasing stage in the restaurant industry and as comparative material to conduct further research, also as a consideration of restaurants to utilize social media as a marketing tool during the pre purchasing stage."

"Skripsi ini membahas tentang peran media sosial dalam penyebaran informasi pertanian di Pustaka Bogor. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan 3 (tiga) orang informan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pustaka memiliki kebijakan pemilihan media sosial yang dibuat oleh Pustaka berdasarkan karakteristik demografi pengguna perpustakaan. Media sosial yang digunakan Pustaka dalam menyebarkan informasi adalah Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, dan Youtube. Media sosial memegang peranan penting dalam penyebaran informasi yang dilakukan oleh Pustaka dan dapat membantu perpustakaan sebagai media promosi dan penyebaran informasi khusus di bidang pertanian kepada masyarakat pengguna.
ABSTRACT
This Skrispi discusses the role of social media in disseminating agricultural information in Pustaka Bogor. This research is a qualitative research with a case study method. Data collection methods in this study through observation and interviews with 3 (three) informants. The results of this study indicate that Pustaka has a social media selection policy made by Pustaka based on the demographic characteristics of library users. The social media used by Pustaka for disseminating information are Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Youtube. Social media plays an important role in the dissemination of information carried out by Pustaka and can help libraries as a medium for promotion and dissemination of special information in agriculture to the user community."

"Internet di Jepang memiliki banyak peran penting dalam kehidupan sosial masyarakat Jepang pada umumnya. Salah satu perannya adalah menjadi media untuk menuliskan pengalaman aborsi yang dilakukan beberapa wanita Jepang. Aborsi adalah pengalaman yang sulit diceritakan di depan publik. Dengan menggunakan identitas lain dan anonim, mereka dapat menceritakan pengalamannya tanpa khawatir tindakannya mempengaruhi kehidupan mereka di dunia nyata.
Digunakan satu situs, www.chuzetu.com yang merupakan situs portal untuk wanita Jepang yang ingin mengkomunikasikan pengalaman aborsinya dengan orang yang memiliki kesamaan pengalaman, dan pengunjung lainnya yang berniat akan melakukan aborsi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan tipe penelitiannya adalah fenomenologi. Teori yang digunakan adalah masyarakat jaringan yang difokuskan pada gerakan sosial oleh Manuell Castells, dan teori Japanese Behaviour oleh Takie Sugiyama Lebra untuk membantu menjelaskan fenomena menjadikan www.chuzetu.com sebagai media alternatif dalam mengkomunikasikan pengalaman aborsi.
Dalam penelitian ini, ditemukan faktor yang mendorong mereka melakukan aborsi, yaitu pendidikan, ekonomi, psikologis, pertimbangan sosial, dan kesehatan. Sedangkan tiga peran media sebagai tempat wanita Jepang mengkomunikasikan pengalaman aborsinya, yaitu membuat gerakan sosial di internet, media alternatif dalam mengkomunikasikan pengalaman aborsi, dan pemberi motivasi bagi wanita Jepang yang pernah melakukan aborsi. Dari kedua temuan itu, fenomena menjadikan www.chuzetu.com sebagai tempat mengkomunikasikan pengalaman aborsi adalah bagian dari tindakan kampanye #MeToo.

Internet in Japan has many important roles in the social life of Japanese society in general. One of its roles is to become a media to write about the experiences of abortions performed by several Japanese women. Abortion is an experience that is difficult to tell in public. By using another identity and anonymous identity, they can share their experiences without worrying about their actions will affect their lives in the real world.
One site is used, www.chuzetu.com which is a portal site for Japanese women who want to communicate their abortion experience with people who have similar experiences, and other visitors who intend to have an abortion. This study uses qualitative methods and the type of research is phenomenology. Using network society theory to focus on social movements by Manuell Castells, and Japanese Behavior theory by Takie Sugiyama Lebra to help explain the phenomenon of making www.chuzetu.com as an alternative media in communicating abortion experiences.
In this study, three factors founded that encourage them to have an abortion, they are (1) education, economics, psychology, (2) social considerations, (3) and health. Moreover, three media roles as places for Japanese women communicate their abortion experiences, first is making social movements on the internet, second is as an alternative media in communicating abortion experiences, and third is to motivate Japanese women who had had an abortion. From these two findings, the phenomenon of making www.chuzetu.com as a place to communicate the experience of abortion is part of the MeToo campaign action.
