"This book presents high-quality original contributions on the fashion supply chain. "ABSTRAK
Kontribusi industri bahan kimia terhadap pertumbuhan produk domestik bruto Indonesia memiliki peran signifikan. PT MIT merupakan salah satu industri bahan kimia yang kunci keberhasilannya adalah pada efektivitas manajemen rantai pasok. Penelitian ini membahas kinerja manajemen rantai pasok pada PT MIT dengan menggunakan model SCOR versi 11.0. Atribut kinerja yang diukur antara lain, reliability yang diukur dengan metrik perfect order fullfillment, cost yang diukur dengan metrik total cost to serve, dan asset management efficiency yang diukur dengan metrik days sales inventory. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kinerja reliability dan total cost to serve pada PT MIT belum efektif.

ABSTRACT
Chemicals industry was significantly contribute to gross domestic product growth. PT MIT is one of chemicals industry which manage supply chain as success factor. This study discussed supply chain performance using SCOR model version 11.0. There are three attribute in this study. First, reliability which measured by metric perfect order fullfillment. Second, cost which measured by total cost to serve, and asset management efficiency which measured by days sales inventory. This study state that performance in attributes reliability and cost are not effective yet."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki apakah reputasi perusahaan maupun klaim produk dapat digunakan untuk mengurangi dampak negatif dari mulut ke mulut elektronik (eWOM) negatif. Kami melakukan penelitian eksperimental quasi dalam tiga studi bersama dengan 312 mahasiswa, yang setidaknya memiliki akun di media sosial, sebagai peserta. Kami menggunakan metodologi kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Penelitian kualitatif dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara kelompok untuk memutuskan jumlah ulasan negatif tinggi atau rendah serta tingkat kredibilitas. Penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan desain lapangan didahului oleh studi percontohan dan studi utama. Model penelitian pada tiap-tiap studi diuji dan dikembangkan menggunakan data yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dalam survei lapangan. Hasil penelitian 1 menunjukkan bahwa eWOM negatif mengurangi niat pembelian termasuk juga konstruk Theory of planned behaviour yaitu sikap, norma subjektif dan kontrol perilaku yang dirasakan. eWOM negatif tinggi mengurangi niat pembelian lebih besar dari eWOM negatif rendah. Studi 2 menemukan bahwa dalam kondisi eWOM negatif tinggi, persepsi reputasi perusahaan yang baik mempengaruhi niat pembelian. Selain itu, niat pembelian menjadi lebih tinggi ketika persepsi reputasi perusahaan baik dibandingkan reputasi buruk. Studi 3 menemukan bahwa dalam kondisi eWOM negatif tinggi, klaim produk mempengaruhi sikap, norma subyektif, kontrol perilaku, dan niat pembelian. Klaim produk kongruen mempengaruhi sikap, norma subyektif, kontrol perilaku dan intensi pembelian menjadi lebih tinggi dibandingkan pada klaim produk tidak kongruen. Penelitian ini memberi menyarankan untuk memitigasi dampak eWOM negatif dengan melakukan kegiatan preventive dibandingkan corrective.

This study aims to investigate whether both the company's reputation and product claims can be used to reduce the impact of negative electronic word of mouth (eWOM). We conducted quasi-experimental research in three studies along with 312 students, who at least had accounts on social media, as participants. We use qualitative and quantitative methodologies. Qualitative research was conducted by conducting group interviews to decide the number of high or low negative reviews as well as the level of credibility. Quantitative research using field design is preceded by pilot studies and major studies. The research model in each study was tested and developed using data collected through questionnaires in field surveys. The results of study 1 showed that negative eWOM reduces purchasing intentions including constructs of the theory of planned behavior, namely attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral controls. High negative eWOM reduces purchase intent greater than low negative eWOM. Study 2 found that in high negative eWOM conditions, perceptions of a good company's reputation influence purchasing intentions. In addition, the purchase intention becomes higher when the perception of the company's reputation is good versus the bad reputation. Study 3 found that in high negative eWOM conditions, product claims affect attitudes, subjective norms, behavioral control, and purchasing intentions. Congruent product claims affect attitudes, subjective norms, behavioral control, and purchase intentions to be higher than non-congruent product claims. This study suggests mitigating the negative impact of eWOM by conducting preventive rather than corrective activities"

"With the passage of time, supply chain processes have shifted toward IT-based business processes regarding service-oriented architecture (SOA) to augment the agility, integration, and flexibility of IT-based applications in enterprise networks. SOA, as a fast-growing paradigm in IT, uses Web service technologies and provides new pattern integration and interoperability in processes, services, and data. Consequently, many reference models have been developed in the field of SC processes to support the requirements for the related modeling, as well as to apply the development and implementation of supply chain information systems. The aim of this paper is to compare six main supply chain reference models regarding SOA and its underlying concepts and to identify which reference model can support different stages of information system development. The results show that no supply chain reference model can support both the coordination and interaction of process models in more detail and with a service-oriented approach in supply chain process modeling. Moreover, there is a need for a plausible methodology for business process modeling based on the service-oriented approach in the domain of supply chain management (SCM)."

"Proses produksi adalah salah satu proses yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan manufaktur, proses ini bertujuan untuk mengubah barang mentah menjadi barang jadi. Dibutuhkan sebuah sistem untuk membantu pelaksanaan dan pencatatan pada proses produksi pada suatu perusahaan manufaktur, sistem ini termasuk ke dalam supply chain management (SCM). Setiap perusahaan manufaktur memiliki kebutuhan sistem yang berbeda-beda sesuai dengan model bisnis yang dimiliki oleh setiap perusahaan manufaktur. Dari perbedaan kebutuhan tersebut, dibutuhkan metode pengembangan yang dapat mengidentifikasi dan mengaplikasikan kemiripan (commonality) dan keunikan (variability) dari setiap kebutuhannya agar dapat dikembangkan sebuah sistem yang dapat memenuhi semua kebutuhan yang berbeda dan lebih efisien secara pengembangan. Metode pengembangan yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut ada metode software product line engineering (SPLE). SPLE menawarkan pendekatan mass customisation dengan mengelompokkan commonality dan variability dari sistem yang akan dibuat. Implementasi SPLE dapat dilakukan dengan bahasa pemodelan Abstract Behavioral Specification (ABS) dengan paradigma delta oriented programming, teknologi ini digunakan oleh platform SPLELive dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan pendekatan SPLE terhadap sistem proses produksi pada perusahaan manufaktur agar nantinya tersedia reusable artifact yang dapat digunakan dalam mengembangkan sistem SCM. Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan pengidentifikasian terhadap commonality dan variability menggunakan tools yang dimiliki oleh metode SPLE untuk membentuk desain aplikasi dalam bentuk feature model. Dari desain aplikasi yang sudah dibuat, dilakukan realisasi feature model dengan menggunakan ABS microservices framework untuk mengimplementasikan core module dan delta module. Penelitian ini berhasil mengimplementasikan pendekatan SPLE dalam mengembangkan sistem proses produksi perusahaan manufaktur dan dapat dihasilkan 30 produk sistem proses produksi berbeda.

The production process is one of the essential processes in a manufacturing company, this process converts raw materials into finished goods. A system is needed to record the production process in manufacturing company, this system is a part of supply chain management (SCM). Each manufacturing company has different system requirements based on the business model being used by each company. From these different requirements, a development method is needed to identify and to apply the commonality and variability between these requirements in order to develop a system that can meet all these requirements and can be developed more efficiently. Software product line engineering (SPLE) is a software development method that can be used to develop a system by taking advantage of the commonality and variability that exist on the requirements of several products. SPLE offers a mass customisation approach by classifying the commonality and variability from the requirements needed to build a system. Implementation of SPLE can be done with Abstract Behavioral Specification (ABS) modeling language with the delta oriented programming paradigm. These technologies are used by SPLELive to develop softwares. This study aims to create reusable artifacts by implementing SPLE for the production process system in manufacturing companies. In this study, the identification of commonality and variability will be carried out by the tools offered by SPLE method to form the application design in the form of feature model. The implementation of the application design is realized by implementing the realization of the feature model using ABS microservices framework to implement the core modules and the delta modules. This study successfully implemented the SPLE approach in developing a production process system for manufacturing company, and from this development, a system can be produced from 30 different products of production process system."

"Tugas Akhir ini berisi laporan mengenai kegiatan magang yang dilakukan di PT. Surya Unggas Sejahtera, yaitu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang distribusi frozen food dan daging beku impor. Magang ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui supply chain management yang dilakukan oleh PT. Surya Unggas Sejahtera pada saat menjalankan kegiatan perusahaannya. Sebagai peserta magang, penulis diarahkan ke setiap divisi untuk melakukan kegiatan serta menerapkan teori yang telah dipelajari oleh mahasiswa sewaktu berkuliah ke dalam kegiatan magang. Selain itu penulis juga melakukan analisis supply chain dan inovasi business process. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dalam bentuk deskriptif. Penulis melakukan analisis untuk mengetahui efisiensi proses, apabila teridentifikasi suatu proses yang tidak efisien, maka dilakukan pengembangan dan usulan inovasi business process. Inovasi business process yang dilakukan berfokus pada penggunaan database agar seluruh informasi perusahaan dapat diakses oleh pihak yang berkepentingan dan meningkatkan transparansi.

This final project contains a report of internship at PT. Surya Unggas Sejahtera, which is a company engaged in the distribution of frozen food and the import of frozen meat. This internship programs aims to find out the supply chain management that carried by PT. Surya Unggas Sejahtera activities. As an intern, the author directed to each division to do the activities and apply learned theories during college into internship activities. In addition, it is also conduct research on supply chain analysis and business process improvement. The method used in this study is a qualitative method in descriptive form. The author conducts an analysis to determine the efficiency of the process, if a process is not efficient then the development and innovation of business processes is carried out. Business process improvement carried out focusing on the use of databases so that all company information can be accessed by internal stakeholders and increasing transparency."

Pada era informasi, teknologi informasi memiliki peran krusial untuk
meningkatkan kapabilitas dan strategi supply chain. Sistem informasi supply
chain harus dapat diterima oleh organisasi. Sistem informasi yang dapat diterima
di organisasi adalah sistem informasi yang dapat diterima secara psikologi
pengguna, rancangan proses sesuai kebutuhan pengguna, dan kualitas sistem
informasi memenuhi ekspektasi pengguna. Sebuah sistem informasi
membutuhkan pengujian untuk mengantisipasi permasalahan yang muncul dalam
proses penerapan. Pengujian dengan menggunakan pendekatan Technology
Acceptance Model (TAM) yang disusun dalam bentuk kuesioner. Kuesioner ini
kemudian disebarkan kepada 25 orang ahli dan diolah dengan metode Partial
Least Square (PLS). Penelitian ini berhasil menghasilkan sebuah framework yang
dapat menjadi panduan bagi organisasi yang menerapkan supply chain untuk
menguji penerimaan organisasi terhadap sistem informasi

ABSTRACT
In the information age, information technology has a crucial role to increase the
capabilities and supply chain strategy. Supply chain information system must be
accepted by the organization. The information system that can be accepted in the
organization is an information system that is acceptable for user psychology,
process design according to user needs, and the quality of information systems
that meet user expectations. An information system requires testing to anticipate
problems that arose during the implementation process. Test is conducted by
using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach which is arranged in
the form of a questionnaire. The questionnaires were then distributed to 25 experts
and processed by the method of Partial Least Square (PLS). This study is
managed to produce a framework that can serve as a guide for organizations that
implement supply chain to test the acceptance of the organization's information
systems."
