"Karya ilmiah ini mengkaji keragaman makna (polisemi) kata زكر /żakara/ yang terkandung di dalam ayat Al-Qur’an. Karya ilmiah ini ditulis untuk mengetahui makna kata زكر /żakara/ baik secara leksikal dan kontekstual. Dalam menyusun karya ilmiah ini, peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penulisan karya ilmiah ini diawali dengan pengumpulan data secara komprehensif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah Al-Qur’an digital dengan terjemah versi Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia dan kitab tafsir Ibnu Katsir untuk mendukung pemahaman kontekstual dan interpretasi ayat. Setelah pengumpulan data selesai, peneliti mengklasifikasikan kata زكر /żakara/ berdasarkan fungsinya dalam konteks ayat. Selanjutnya, analisis dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi makna leksikal dan kontekstual kata tersebut dalam konteks ayat-ayat yang relevan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kata زكر /żakara/ dalam Al-Qur’an setidaknya memiliki 13 makna berbeda namun makna-makna tersebut masih memiliki keterkaitan satu sama lain.
This scholarly paper examines the diversity of meanings (polysemy) of the word زكر /żakara/ found in the verses of the Qur'an. The aim of this study is to explore the meanings of the word زكر /żakara/ both lexically and contextually. In conducting this research, the researcher employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The writing of this paper begins with comprehensive data collection. The data sources used include the digital Qur'an with the translation by the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia and the tafsir book of Ibn Kathir to support contextual understanding and verse interpretation. After the data collection is complete, the researcher classifies the word żakara based on its function within the context of the verses. Subsequently, an analysis is carried out to identify the lexical and contextual meanings of the word in the relevant verses. The results of the analysis indicate that the word زكر /żakara/ in the Qur'an has at least 13 different meanings, yet these meanings remain interconnected."

"Film The Falls 《瀑布》 (Pùbù) adalah film dengan tema drama keluarga yang disutradarai oleh Zhong Menghong. Film ini berlatar belakang pandemi COVID-19 yang mengisahkan kehidupan seorang janda bernama Pin Wen bersama putrinya, Xiao Jing. Suasana menegangkan terlihat ketika Pin Wen menderita gangguan mental. Misteri dalam film akhirnya terungkap ketika Pin Wen mengaku bahwa selama ini ia mendengar ilusi suara gemuruh air terjun yang membuatnya gelisah. Penelitian-penelitian terdahulu tentang film ini lebih menyoroti segi psikologi dan hubungan antar ibu-anak. Sementara itu, penelitian ini akan menganalisis apa makna dari air terjun dalam film ini sebab visualisasi air terjun sama sekali tidak dihadirkan hingga akhir film. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa air terjun merepresentasikan perjalanan hidup Pin Wen dan Xiao Jing. Layaknya air terjun besar yang menghantam ke permukaan beberapa air terjun kecil di bawahnya hingga membentuk suara gemuruh, lalu mengalir dengan tenang ke sungai. Pin Wen dan Xiao Jing telah melalui berbagai permasalahan, namun akhirnya sampai pada tahap keikhlasan.
The Falls 《瀑布》 (Pùbù) is a family drama film directed by Zhong Menghong. Set against the background of the COVID-19 pandemic, the movie follows the life of a widow named Pin Wen and her daughter, Xiao Jing. The tense scene is seen when Pin Wen suffers from mental illness. The mystery in the movie is finally revealed when Pin Wen confesses that she has been hearing the illusion of the roaring sound of a waterfall that makes her anxious. Previous studies of this film have focused more on psychology and mother-daughter relationships. Meanwhile, this research will analyze the meaning of the waterfall in the film since the visualization of the waterfall is not presented at all until the end of the film. This research found that the waterfall represents the life journey of Pin Wen and Xiao Jing. Like a large waterfall slams into the surface of several smaller waterfalls below to form a roaring sound, then flows calmly into the river. Pin Wen and Xiao Jing have gone through complicated problems, but finally come to the stage of sincerity."

"Sebuah kata yang memiliki lebih dari satu makna dan memiliki pertautan antarmaknanya disebut polisemi. Dalam Bahasa Jepang terdapat kata bon’yari dari kelas kata adverbia yang memiliki lebih dari satu makna dan memiliki keterkaitan antarmaknanya. Hal ini dapat menjadi penghambat apabila penutur asing membaca bacaan Bahasa Jepang dan menemukan kata yang sama dengan makna yang berbeda. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan makna dan penggunaan adverbia bon’yari yang ditemukan dalam cerpen Bahasa Jepang. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan melakukan identifikasi kata bon’yari secara morfologis, sintaksis dan semantik, yaitu menentukan kelas kata, unit sintaksis, serta relasi makna menggunakan teori analisis polisemi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah ditemukan 28 data kalimat yang mengandung kata bon’yari Data tersebut dikelompokan menjadi empat kelompok yaitu, bon’yari yang mengungkapan keadaan tidak fokus, keadaan tidak bisa berpikir jernih, menjelaskan fenomena kasatmata yang samar, dan menjelaskan perihal yang tidak jelas. Selain itu diketahui bahwa bon’yari sebagai adverbia membuat kata tersebut tidak selalu berada tepat sebelum kata yang dijelaskan, dan bon’yari dapat diikuti partikel to maupun tidak, dapat diikuti kata shita saat berada tepat sebelum nomina, serta dapat diikuti kata shite saat berada tepat sebelum verba.
A word that has more than one meaning and has a link between its meanings is called polysemy. In Japanese there is a word bon'yari which has more than one meaning and has a relationship between its meanings. This can be an obstacle when foreign try to read Japanese texts and find the same word with different meanings. Therefore, this study aims to explain the meaning and usage of the adverb bon'yari in Japanese short story. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative using syntax and morphology, as well as polysemy analysis theory in describing meaning. The results of this study were found 28 data containing the word bon'yari in it, from the data it can be grouped into four types, unfocused expressions, expressions of not being able to think clearly, explaining visible phenomena, and explaining things that are not clear. In addition, it is shown that the position of bon'yari as an adverb makes the word not always be right before the word that being explained, can also be followed by the particle to or not, can be followed by shita when it comes right before noun, and can be followed by shite after verb."

"Quarter life crisis merupakan fenomena krisis emosional di usia dewasa awal akibat dari belum terselesaikannya tugas perkembangan pada usia tersebut. Ada ketidakpuasaan terhadap yang mengalaminya, karena merasa tidak sebaik lingkungan sebayanya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini membahas mengenai bagaimana manajemen makna terkoordinasi individu dengan quarter life crisis dalam keluarga. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan strategi analisis studi kasus. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap individu usia 20-30 tahun yang masih tinggal serumah dengan orang tuanya (keluarga inti). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kasus individu yang mengalami quarter life crisis dalam keluarga di Indonesia semakin kompleks akibat dari adanya faktor gender, tuntutan sosial dari orang tua dan lingkungan, serta budaya Indonesia yang masih konservatif dan kental dengan unsur agama. Terutama individu perempuan yang rentan mengalami tekanan karena tuntutan sosial tersebut. Mereka sulit mengekspresikan dirinya karena ruang gerak terbatas akan norma dan nilai yang ada. Selain itu, kurangnya kemampuan individu untuk mengomunikasikan hal ini terhadap orang tuanya sebagai support system, membuat mereka cenderung menghindari konflik dan hanya berpasrah pada Tuhan dan menggunakan agama sebagai alat untuk menenangkan diri dari tekanan tersebut.
Quarter life crisis is a phenomenon of emotional crisis in early adulthood as a result of unfinished developmental tasks at that age. There is dissatisfaction with those who experience it, because they feel they are not as good as their peers. Therefore, this study discusses how someone with a quarter life crisis in the family doing coordinated meaning management. The research method used qualitative research with case study analysis strategy. This research was conducted on individuals aged between 20-30 years old who still live at home with their parents (nuclear family). The results of the study show that cases of individuals experiencing quarter life crisis in families in Indonesia are more complex as a result of gender factors, social demands from parents and the environment, and Indonesian culture which is still conservative and have a strong religious aspect. Especially women who are more vulnerable experiencing pressure because of these social demands. They find it difficult to express themselves because the space for movement is limited by existing norms and values. In addition, the lack of ability to communicate this thing to their parents as a support system, makes them tend to avoid conflict and only surrender to God and use religion as a tool to calm themselves from this pressure."

"Penelitian ini menerapkan wawancara mendalam dan observasi terhadap dua belas orang partisipan laki-laki dewasa dengan pendekatan desain studi kasus. Mereka adalah residivis yang pernah menjalani hukuman penjara, bebas untuk jangka waktu tertentu dan selanjutnya ditahan kembali akibat melakukan tindak kriminal. Partisipan yang berproses menemukan makna hidup dapat bertahan menjalani kehidupan di masyarakat dan tidak kembali di penjara; menjaga perilaku yang tidak menularkan HIV kepada istri dan anakanak mereka; serta terlibat dalam pekerjaan membantu sesama mantan pecandu dan orang dengan HIV/AIDS. Makna hidup ditemukan dalam berbagai bentuk, di antaranya menentukan tujuan hidup, memperbaiki kesalahan, membangun keluarga dan relasi personal yang positif serta keterlibatan dalam aktivitas sosial. Proses pemutusan perilaku berisiko ditunjukkan dengan cara menghindari lingkungan sebelumnya dan melakukan kegiatan yang membuat partisipan merasa hidupnya bermanfaat untuk dirinya, keluarga dan masyarakat. Sementara mereka yang tidak menemukan makna hidup ternyata kembali di penjara akibat perilaku berisiko seperti penyalahgunaan narkotika; menjadi perantara penjualan narkotika; melakukan tindak kriminal untuk mendapatkan uang pembeli narkotika, serta melakukan perilaku seks berisiko tinggi yang memungkinkan penularan HIV. Mereka mungkin memiliki keinginan untuk mengubah keadaan namun tidak melakukan tindakan nyata untuk mewujudkannya. Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan berbagai kebiasaan di antara narapidana, seperti tindak kekerasan, penyalahgunaan narkotika, penyewaan jarum suntik kotor, perilaku seks tidak aman dan pemasangan ‘
tasbih’ (manik-manik) pada penis yang juga berisiko terhadap penularan HIV.
This study was conducted by using depth interview and observation towards twelve male subjects using the case study design. They are recidivists who have been imprisoned, being released for certain period of time and later on being re-arrested of the criminal cases. Participants whose found meaning in their life could remain staying in society and did not come back into the jail; preventing the HIV transmission to their wives and children; and being involved helping other drug addicts and people living with HIV/AIDS. Victor Frankl (1969) in logotherapy divided meaning in three stages, freedom of will, the will to meaning and the meaning of life. Those who did not find the meaning of life were getting back in prison due to drug abuse; mediating narcotics sales; commit criminal acts to get money for drugs, and engage in high-risk sexual behavior that enables the transmission of HIV. They may have a desire to change things but do not take any real action to make it happen. Meaning in life were found in various forms, such as setting goals in life; correcting the mistakes they have been doing; building a family and positive personal relation; and being involved in social activities. The termination of high risk behavior indicated by subject’s avoidance toward previous vulnerable environment and by doing some valuable works for family and community. This study also found common behavior among inmates inside the prison, such as violence, drug abuse, renting dirty needles, unsafe sexual behavior and inserting penile implant which also increasing the risk of HIV transmission."

"Guna menanggulangi permasalahan polusi dan kelangkaan bahan bakar fosil yang terjadi saat ini, perusahaan mobil saling berkompetisi untuk menciptakan mobil yang ramah lingkungan; mobil rendah emisi dan hemat bahan bakar. Cara yang efektif untuk memperkenalkan produk terbarunya kepada konsumen adalah dengan menggunakan media iklan. Pemilihan kata yang digunakan dalam iklan adalah hal yang esensial guna menyampaikan ide iklan kepada pembaca iklan secara utuh sehingga tidak ada informasi yang terlewat. Skripsi ini membahas korelasi makna yang digunakan, baik pada Schlagzeile maupun Fliesstext dalam iklan mobil ramah lingkungan merek BMW dan VW. Skripsi ini juga membahas bagaimana gambar yang digunakan menunjang teks iklan. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, saya menemukan bahwa tujuh dari delapan iklan yang saya gunakan sebagai korpus data menggunakan kata-kata maupun frasa yang memiliki korelasi makna satu sama lain dan umumnya merupakan makna asosiasi. Kata-kata maupun frasa tersebut digunakan untuk membangun citra mobil ramah lingkungan. Gambar yang ada pun turut membangun citra ramah lingkungan serta mendukung teks dan diperkuat dengan penggunaan unsur alam, seperti pepohonan, pegunungan, awan, matahari dan juga danau.
In the age of fossil fuel scarcity, today's car manufacturers in Germany compete with each other to create innovative eco-friendly cars: cars that are low in emission and fuel consumption. To educate the market about this new kind of product, auto companies utilize many approaches. One of the most popular approach is visual advertising. In advertisements, there is the need to use words effectively, or else viewers will miss important points of said ads. In this thesis, I will discuss the correlation of words used in both Headline and Bodycopy parts of some eco-friendly car advertisements by BMW and VW. I will also write about how graphics are used to enhance the meaning of those words. Using qualitative methods, my analyses found that seven out of eight ads uses words and phrases that have associative meanings. These words are used to build the image of ecofriendliness. This image is also strengthen by the usage of environment-associated pictures such as trees, mountains, clouds, or lakes. "

"Zhong Menghong adalah seorang produser yang berasal dari Taiwan. Salah satu karyanya adalah film A Sun 《yángguāng pǔzhào》(2019) yang diluncurkan di Netflix. Film ini berkisah tentang sebuah keluarga yang beranggotakan empat orang, yaitu Ayah Chen, Ibu Chen, Jianhao, dan Jianhe. Jianhe terlibat dalam sebuah tragedi kriminal dengan rekannya, Caitou. Jianhe menemani Caitou dalam aksinya memotong tangan musuhnya. Akhirnya mereka berdua di tahan, Jianhe pun masuk ke lapas remaja. Setelah tragedi ini, sang kakak, Jianhao, menjadi tertekan dan depresi sehingga berakhir bunuh diri. Dari alur cerita ini, penulis film tidak menampakkan makna matahari sebagaimana disebutkan dalam judul film A Sun 《yángguāng pǔzhào》. Pada umumnya, judul film merefleksikan isi cerita, tetapi dalam film ini, “Sang Matahari” tidak diperlihatkan secara nyata, sehingga membuka peluang kepada penonton untuk menginterpretasikan dan menganalisisnya. Penelitian ini menemukan munculnya makna matahari ada pada tokoh Ibu Chen. Melalui peran Ibu Chen yang selalu menyelesaikan masalah upaya menjaga keutuhan keluarga serta tindakan-tindakan lainnya dalam film A Sun《yángguāng pǔzhào》membawa penulis menyimpulkan bahwa “matahari” yang dimaksudkan pada judul adalah Ibu Chen.
Zhong Menghong is a producer from Taiwan. One of his works is the movie A Sun 《yángguāng pǔzhào》(2019) which was launched on Netflix. This film is about a family of four, namely Chen's father, Chen's mother, Jianhao, and Jianhe. Jianhe was involved in a criminal tragedy with his partner, Caitou. Jianhe accompanied Caitou in his action of cut off his enemy's hands. At last, they were both arrested, and Jianhe went into a teenage tent. After this tragedy, the older brother, Jianhao, became stressed and depressed until he ended up killing himself. From this line of story, film writers did not display the meaning of the sun itself as mentioned in the title of film A Sun 《yángguāng pǔzhào》. In general, the title of the film reflects the content of the story, but in this film, “The Sun” is not actually displayed, so it opens the opportunity for audiences to interpret and analyze it. This study found that it meant the sun was on Chen's mother. Through the role of Mother Chen who always solved the problem of keeping the family and other actions in the film A Sun《yángguāng pǔzhào》brought writers to the conclusion that the “sun” meant in the title is Mother Chen."

ABSTRAK Peta merupakan organisasi terbesar yang melindungi hak-hak binatang di seluruh dunia. Peta membidik segala usia, mulai dari remaja hingga dewasa. Dalam berkampanye, peta turut serta mengajak tokoh-tokoh terkenal sebagai model dalam iklan-iklannya. Hal tersebut bertujuan untuk dapat lebih menarik perhatian pembaca. Dalam iklan-iklannya, PETA tidak hanya menggunakan kata-kata denotasi, tetapi juga tidak jarang menggunakan kata-kata konotasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan kata-kata denotasi, konotasi dan asosiasi yang terdapat dalam iklan layanan masyarakat yang dikeluarkan oleh PETA. Metode kualitatif yang bersumber pada kajian pustaka digunakan untuk menganalisis sepuluh iklan PETA yang menjadi korpus data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, selalu terdapat makna denotasi, konotasi dan asosiasi di dalam masing-masing iklan. kata-kata denotasi diterjemahkan sesuai dengan kata sebenarnya yang terdapat di dalam kamus. Kata-kata konotasi dan asosiasi diterjemahkan sesuai dengan pengalaman kebahasaan masyarakat pemakainya.
