"ABSTRAK
Riset ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi studi deskriptif mengenai kondisi kerja buruh
pabrik garmen di Indonesa dan Vietnam berdasarkan gender dan untuk mencari tahu
penyebab ketidaksetaraan gender di pabrik selama periode 2012-2014, terutama setelah
temuan sebelumnya mengindikasi bahwa kesetaraan gender di tempat kerja bermanfaat
untuk performa perusahaan saat dikelola dengan baik. Metodologi rsiet yang dipakai
untuk riset ini adalah riset kuantitatif dan riset kualitatif. Metode riset kuantitatif yang
digunakan adalah studi deskriptif untuk menjelaskan data survey pekerja yang diolah
oleh Better Work. Metode riset kualitatif yang digunakan adalah studi literature
mengenai hambatan di tempat kerja untuk wanita di Indonesia dan Vietnam.

ABSTRACT
This research aims to explore descriptive study on the working conditions for the
garment factories workers in Indonesia and Vietnam based on gender and to find out
the causes of gender inequality in the factories during the period of 2012-2014,
especially since empirical evidences suggest gender equality in the workplace is
beneficial for firm performance when managed properly. The research methodologies
used for this study are quantitative research and qualitative research. The quantitative
research is using descriptive study to explain the data of the workers? survey collected
by Better Work. The qualitative research is using literature review on barriers in the
workplace for women both in Indonesia and Vietnam."

"Perkembangan digitalisasi dan pandemi Covid-19 mendorong berbagai ritel untuk melakukan pengembangan model bisnisnya dalam menanggapi adanya pergeseran perilaku konsumen. Pengembangan tersebut dilakukan dengan menerapkan omnichannel pada model bisnisnya, di mana pada model bisnis ini merupakan model bisnis yang terintegrasi dan dapat memberikan pengalaman berbelanja yang seamless pada setiap Kanalnya. Pada beberapa tahun terakhir terdapat perkembangan yang pesat pada industri kosmetik di Indonesia, pasar lokal berhasil menghasilkan produk yang bersaing dengan produk luar negeri dan mendapatkan tanggapan positif dari masyarakat lokal. Dalam menanggapi perkembangan yang ada pada konsumen, peneliti melakukan penelitian untuk menguji faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penggunaan beauty omnichannel di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan subjek Sociolla dan Avoskin sebagai pemimpin pasar pada bidangnya. Pada penelitian ini akan meneliti terkait faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pengalaman berbelanja konsumen terhadap intensi dan perilaku penggunaan beauty omnichannel Sociolla. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan survei dan mendapatkan 251 responden Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa variabel-variabel pada omnichannel customer experience seperti connectivity, integration, dan consistency memliki hubungan yang signfikan terhadap perceived compatibility. Pada variabel lainnya seperti flexibility dan personalization tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap perceived risk. Adapun perceived compatibility memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap intensi pembelian omnichannel kecantikan dan perceived risk tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap intensi pembelian di omnichannel kecantikan. Dengan adanya penelitian ini maka diharapkan dapat menjadi wawasan bagi pembaca baik dalam segi beauty omnichannel maupun industri kecantikan secara umum. Penelitian ini juga ditujukan pada para pelaku ritel untuk dapat memberikan layanan dan produk yang sesuai dengan preferensi konsumen, diikuti dengan adanya Kanal management yang baik pada setiap Kanalnya.

The digitalization and the Covid-19 pandemic have driven various retailers to develop their business models in response to the shifting of consumer behaviours. This development is achieved by implementing an omnichannel approach to their business model, which integrates multiple channels and provides a seamless shopping experience across the channel. In recent years, the cosmetic industry in Indonesia has experienced rapid growth, the local market starts to producing competitive products and received positive responses from the local consumer. In response to these consumer developments, researchers have conducted a study to examine the factors influencing the usage of beauty omnichannel in Indonesia. The study focuses on PT Social Bella Indonesia (Sociolla) and Avoskin as market leaders in beauty retail industry and skincare brand in Indonesia. The research aims to investigate the factors influencing consumer shopping experiences, customer intention, and customer behaviour towards using the beauty omnichannel. Data collection was conducted through a survey, with total of 251 respondents. The data was analyzed using Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The test results indicate that variables related to omnichannel customer experience such as connectivity, integration, and consistency have a significant relationship with perceived compatibility. However, few variable such as  flexibility and personalization do not have a significant relationship with perceived risk. Furthermore, perceived compatibility has a significant relationship with the intention to purchase beauty products through omnichannel, while perceived risk does not have a significant relationship with the intention to purchase beauty products through omnichannel. This research is expected to provide insights for readers, both in terms of beauty omnichannel and the beauty industry in general. It also aims to guide retailers to provide services and products that suits with consumer preferences, accompanied by effective channel management across all channels."

"Dampak pandemi covid-19 yang terjadi sejak tahun 2020 khususnya di Indonesia mengakibatkan berbagai efek negatif maupun positif. Salah satu dampak negatif yaitu penurunan pendapatan perusahaan pada sektor jasa pengujian yang disebabkan perubahan perilaku konsumen dalam menggunakan teknologi. Dampak ini mengakibatkan penurunan pendapatan salah satu perusahaan jasa pengujian yaitu PT XYZ. Realisasi penjualan jasa pengujian perusahaan pada tahun 2020 dan 2021 tidak mencapai target yang ditetapkan. Untuk meningkatkan pendapatan perusahaan dapat melalui perubahan model bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis dan merumuskan strategi transformasi digital yang tepat dalam menghadapi perubahan perilaku konsumen pasca pandemi COVID-19 bagi kelangsungan bisnis PT XYZ. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus dengan metode kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui proses wawancara, studi literatur, dan studi dokumen. Penyusunan rumusan strategi transformasi digital menggunakan Digital Leadership framework yang diliterasikan dengan penelitian lain melalui analisis 3C2S serta metode analisis Value Chain, Benchmarking, Porter 5’s Forces, PESTEL, dan SWOT. Hasil akhir penelitian telah dilakukan validasi internal berupa model bisnis baru bagi layanan jasa pengujian pada tempat studi kasus serta sepuluh rekomendasi strategi yang diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan dalam menghadapi perubahan perilaku konsumen pasca pandemi covid-19 agar bisnis perusahaan dapat bertumbuh dan berkembang.

The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic that has occurred since 2020, especially in Indonesia, has resulted in various negative and positive effects. One of the negative impacts is a decrease in company revenue in the testing service sector due to changes in consumer behavior in using technology. This impact resulted in a decrease in the income of one of the testing service companies, namely PT XYZ. This research aims to analyze and formulate an appropriate digital transformation strategy in dealing with changes in consumer behavior after the COVID-19 pandemic for the continuity of PT XYZ's business. The formulation of a digital transformation strategy uses the Digital Leadership framework which is literate with other research through 3C2S analysis and Value Chain, Benchmarking, Porter 5's Forces, PESTEL, and SWOT analysis methods. The results of the research have been carried out internal validation in the form of a new business model for testing services at the case study site as well as ten strategic recommendations which are expected to be a reference in dealing with changes in consumer behavior after the Covid-19 pandemic so that the company's business can grow and develop."

"Fesyen memiliki kaitan yang luas dengan simbol visual, terutama di era ekonomi digital. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi interaksi antara persepi simbol visual digital dengan kehadiran sosial, kegembiraan kolektif, identitas budaya, dan niat pembelian ulang, serta pengaruh moderasi dari identitas budaya dan melihat perbandingan hasil penelitian pada merek fesyen lokal dan merek fesyen global. Survei dilakukan secara daring terhadap 210 responden yang berdomisili di Indonesia dan memenuhi kriteria. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan PLS-SEM. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa perbedaan tingkat signifikansi antara faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi merek fesyen lokal dan merek fesyen global. Penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa persepsi symbol visual digital mempunyai pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kehadiran social dari kedua merek, diikuti dengan kehadiran social yang mempunyai pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kegembiraan kolektif dan niat pembelian ulang.

Fashion has a wide range of connections with visual symbols, especially in the digital economy era. This study explores the interaction between digital visual symbol perception, social presence, collective excitement, cultural identity, and repurchase intention, as well as the moderating effect of cultural identity and compares the research results on local fashion brands and global fashion brands. An online survey was conducted on 210 respondents who reside in Indonesia and meet the criteria. The data obtained were analyzed using PLS-SEM. This study shows that there are several differences in significance levels between the factors that influence local fashion brands and global fashion brands. The study also shows that the perception of digital visual symbols has a significant positive effect on the social presence of both brands, followed by social presence having a significant positive effect on collective excitement and repurchase intention."

strategi internal dan eksternal berjalan. Terdapat hubungan sosial yang menciptakan
jaringan kepentingan serta ikatan-ikatan sosial yang terjadi ketika pemilik
menjalankan strategi bisnisnya, selain itu inovasi batik juga menjadi salah satu
strategi bisnis yang dijalankan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif
dengan teknik wawancara mendalam dan partisipasi observasi.

schema theory determine the internal dan external strategies in his own business,
how the experiences or situations could affect the owner?s foreknowledge schema
to continue the business. This study also observe how the internal and external
strategies proceed. There are social relations which create the network interests and

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji model penelitian yang menyelidiki kelelahan emosional sebagai mediator pengaruh work-family conflict dan perceived organizational support terhadap turnover intention pekerja industri garmen di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan bagian dari penelitian payung yang dilakukan oleh tim riset Universitas Indonesia UI , Tufts University TU , dan Real-Time Analytics RTA Vietnam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data sekunder yang diberikan oleh tim peneliti Universitas Indonesia. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dirancang oleh tim peneliti antara Universitas Indonesia UI , Tufts University TU , dan Real-Time Analytics RTA Vietnam. Sampel penelitian ini melibatkan 2071 responden valid dari lima provinsi yaitu DKI Jakarta, Banten, Jawa Barat, Jawa Tengah, dan Yogyakarta. Metode pengolahan data yang digunakan untuk menguji delapan hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model SEM dengan aplikasi Lisrel 8.7. Hasil uji hipotesis dan analisis data menyimpulkan bahwa work-family conflict memiliki pengaruh negatif yang signifikan terhadap perceived organizational support, perceived organizational support memiliki pengaruh negatif yang signifikan terhadap emotional exhaustion, emotional exhaustions tidak memediasi pengaruh work-family conflict dan perceived organizational support terhadap turnover intention, serta perceived organizational support memiliki pengaruh negatif yang signifikan terhadap turnover intention.

ABSTRACT
This study seeks to test a research model that investigates emotional exhaustion as a mediator of the effects of work family conflict work family conflict and perceived organizational support on turnover intention to garment industry rsquo s worker in Indonesia. This study is a part of umbrella research between Universitas Indonesia UI , Tufts University TU , and Real Time Analytics RTA Vietnam. This study uses a quantitative approach by using secondary data that prepared by researcher team of Universitas Indonesia. Questionnaire in this study is designed by researcher team between Universitas Indonesia UI , Tufts University TU , and Real Time Analytics RTA Vietnam. Eight proposed hypotheses was tested by using Structural Equation Modeling SEM with Lisrel 8.7 application based on secondary data collected from 2071 valid respondents around garment industry worker in DKI Jakarta, Banten, West Java, Central Java, and Yogyakarta Province. Based on the results of SEM, it can be concluded that work family conflict has significant negative effect on perceived organizational support, perceived organizational support has significant negative effect on emotional exhaustion, emotional exhaustion doesn rsquo t mediate the effect of work family conflict and perceived organizational support on turnover intention, also perceived organizational support memiliki pengaruh negatif yang signifikan terhadap turnover intention. "
