"Kontrol manajemen TI yang baik diperlukan untuk memastikan terciptanya keselarasan antara tujuan bisnis perusahaan dengan TI sebagai perangkatnya. Salah satu bagian dari manajemen TI yang lebih khusus adalah manajemen proyek TI. Fenomena yang sangat mengganggu adalah banyak proyek TI bernilai besar yang dirasakan tidak membawa manfaat signifikan pada perusahaan, bahkan gagal. Salah satu penyebab kegagalan proyek TI adalah karena kurangnya kontrol dalam manajemen proyek TI, meyebabkan banyak kesalahan dibuat dan hasil yang tidak tercapai. COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology) merupakan kerangka kerja dengan cakupan paling komprehensif yang dapat digunakan dalam mengimplementasikan control pada manajemen TI, dengan ukuran, indikator, proses, dan kumpulan praktik terbaik untuk membantu organisasi mendapatkan hasil optimal dari pengelolaan TI dan mengembangkan kontrol terhadap manajemen TI. COBIT merupakan kerangka kerja yang bersifat umum, yang perlu dijabarkan lebih lanjut sesuai kondisi perusahaan dan area manajemen TI yang ingin difokuskan. Penelitian ini mengangkat kasus proyek SAP di PT. TIMAH Tbk, dimana kurangnya kontrol terhadap manajemen proyek TI terlihat dari hasil proyek yang kurang memenuhi harapan dan tingkat ketergantungan yang tinggi pada konsultan luar. Dalam tulisan ini diteliti bagaimana implementasi COBIT dalam manajemen proyek SAP TIMAH, menggunakan pemetaan COBIT ke PMBOK. Tingkat kontrol manajemen proyek akan terlihat dari tingkat kematangan proses TI berdasarkan gap-analysis control objective COBIT. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan telaah dokumen proyek SAP TIMAH. Kesimpulan yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat 46 detailed control objectives yang terpetakan pada area manajemen proyek untuk studi kasus proyek SAP PT. TIMAH Tbk yang menjelaskan tingkat kematangan manajemen TI TIMAH. Manajemen TI TIMAH memiliki empat proses TI yang berada pada level Managed, satu proses TI pada level Repeatable, dan satu proses TI pada level Initial.

In implementing information technology, an adequate control is needed to ensure the alignment between business and the IT as an enabler. IT management is a wide management area, which includes IT project management as one of sub-areas. Nowadays people often hear and experience the lack of benefit taken from IT projects or even failure of IT implementation projects, and it is geeting worse considering the amount of the investation. One of the causes of IT project failure is the lack of control in project management, causing lot of mistakes created which leads to unreached project goals. COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology) is a means that we can use to control IT project management. COBIT provides measures, indicators, processes, and best practices to help the company gains optimal result from IT and to develop an appropriate IT management for the organization. COBIT is a general framework which needs to be tailored to fit the company character and the management area in which the control to be implemented. This study takes SAP implementation project in PT. TIMAH Tbk as study case. PT. TIMAH Tbk has experienced the lack of knowledge and result from the SAP project due to the lack of control in the SAP project management. This study will examine how mature is the IT project management control in PT. TIMAH Tbk SAP project, using COBIT to PMBOK mapping. The maturity level, which will reveal the control level for IT project management, will be drawn based on gap-analysis for the project management. Data were collected using interviews and SAP project documents. Conclusion of this study show 46 control objectives was successfully mapped to project management area exclusively to the case studied. These 46 control objectives explain the maturity level for PT. TIMAH Tbk IT management. PT. TIMAH Tbk had four IT processes in the Managed level, one IT process in the Repeatable level, and one IT process in the Initial level."

Berdasarkan konsep tersebut ditemukan bahwa kualitas suatu proyek dapat berhubungan dengan kualitas dari permintaan. pengguna. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan manajemen perangkat lunak untuk mengelola teknologi, pengetahuan, dan kebutuhan pengguna terhadap perangkat lunak.

Penelitian ini mencoba untuk mengetahui tingkat kematangan manajemen proyek dan rekomendasi perbaikan yang dapat diterapkan di PT XYZ. Penelitian ini meggunakan framework CMMI-DEV sebagai pengukuran manajemen proyek yang menghasilkan nilai daru suatu level managemen proyek. Setelah itu didapat kesenjangan antara hasil penngukuran saat ini dengan level berikutnya. Untuk memberikan rekomendasi dilakukannya pemetaan terkait hasil pengukuran CMMI-DEV kepada model PMBOK, sehingga dapat memberikan rekomendasi yang diharapkan perusahaan.

Dari hasil penelitian ini didapat tingkat kematangan perusahaan masih pada tingkat 1. Penulis memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan berdasarkan pada tingkat kematangan 2 CMMI-DEV dan dipetakan dengan model PMBOK.

Nowadays customer satisfaction is not only looking for in terms of system functionality, but also in terms of stability and quality of software products against faults and errors in the system. Software quality can also be defined as a set of characters and features of a software that suits the needs of users. Based on this concept it is found that the quality of a project can be related to the quality of demand. the user. Therefore software management is needed to manage technology, knowledge, and user requirements for the software.

This study tries to determine the level of project management maturity and recommendations for improvement that can be applied at PT XYZ. This study uses the CMMI-DEV framework as a measurement of project management that generates value from a level of project management. After that, there is a gap between the results of the current measurement and the next level. To provide recommendations to do mapping related to measurement results of CMMI-DEV to the PMBOK model, so that it can provide recommendations expected by the company.

The result of this study is the company’s maturity level is still at level 1. The author provides recommendations for improvement based on the CMMI-DEV maturity level 2 and is mapped with the PMBOK model.

Therefore it is necessary to analyze the risk factors in the project management aspects. The main reference for project management of this final report is the PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge). The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires, followed by analysis using AHP and SNI risk. The ABC Institution is a state institution that established with the purpose to achieve and maintain the stability of the Rupiah along with its task to conduct a consistent sustainable and transparent monetary policy as well as reviewing the general policy of the government in the economic field In order to carry out the goal and the task of the institution a reliable and high quality Information System IS is highly needed The mentioned IS support is manifested in the form of ldquo Program Kerja Sistem Informasi rdquo PKSI that implemented in the fiscal year and monitored periodically Based on the Project Management Office PMO monitoring result it is indicated that the projects managed by Departemen Pengelolaan Sistem Informasi DPSI as manager of the Institution rsquo s Information System did not run according to the expectation which is on time on scope and on budget with the appropriate quality The most noticeable issue is that 43 of the PKSI did not go along according to the plan and some of the Indikator Kerja Utama IKU regarding the PKSI is having a deviation from the expected scheme To improve the PKSI implementation a systematic evaluation using analysis of the project management implementation issues has to be conducted by referring to the best practice which is the Project Management Body of Knowledge PMBoK v5 After mapping the problems the maturity level of the project implementation management needs to be analyzed using the Project Management Maturity Model PMMM framework In the governance area the level of project management capability is analyzed using the COBIT 5 framework The result of the analysis states that the ABC Institution not only has the first level project management maturity level according to the PMMM but also the first level of project management capability based on COBIT 5 Referred situation happened because most of personnel in DPSI has an excessive workload By looking at the analysis result it is expected that the DPSI of ABC Institution can achieve their goals within the implementation of PKSI which is on time on scope and on budget with the appropriate quality."

KE merupakan salah satu badan usaha yang mengelola proyek EPC yang dalam pelaksanaannya banyak mengalami keterlambatan, salah satu penyebabnya adalah dispute antara desain dan dokumen kontrak yang menunjukkan lemahnya proses perencanaan.Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi peristiwa risiko dalam tahap perencanaan yang mempengaruhi kualitas perencanaan dalam keterkaitannya dengan kinerja waktu untuk mengembangkan kerangka perencanaan proyek yang diharapkan dapat dijadikan strategi baru dalam meningkatkan kinerja waktu proyek berbasis PMBOK 2013. Saat ini sudah banyak proyek dari permintaan klien-klien yang diselesaikan oleh MII. Dalam melakukan bisnisnya, MII memiliki target penghasilan. Untuk mencapai target tersebut tentunya didukung oleh pengerjaan proyek yang sesuai dengan scope, timeline, dan budget. PT Mitra Integrasi Informatika (MII) is a vendor company that has consulting services and solutions in the field of ICT. Currently, many projects from clients' requests have been completed by MII. In conducting its business, MII has an income target. To achieve this target, of course, it is supported by project work that is in accordance with the scope, timeline, and budget. However, the current reality is that 68% of the total projects experience delivery delays in 2021 which also affects cost overruns. From the results of the analysis, it was found that the root of the problem occurred in the scope area. The purpose of this study is to evaluate and provide recommendations for improvement of the control process on the scope of requests for changes that occur in projects at MII so as not to experience project delivery delays that affect the company's reputation and achieve the annual income target that has been set. This research is qualitative in nature, using the results of interviews from resource persons as a basis for analyzing the project scope management area using best practices from the PMBOK 6th Guide."

The thesis discusses the management of toll road maintenance in the city based on project management from PMBOK® Guide (Project Management Book of Knowledge) systematically. This thesis uses survey technically as technical research to know the purpose of research. The reasearch method used in this thesis is descriptive qualitative and quantitative with PMBOK® Guide (Project Management Book of Knowledge) as basis study.
