Abstrak :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari employer brand terhadap intensi voluntary turnover karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti memasukkan variabel mediasi terduga yaitu komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja. Untuk mengukur komponen-komponen employer brand, peneliti melakukan studi eksplorasi untuk mengkonfirmasi item-item yang sudah dikembangkan dalam employer brand attractiveness. Sampel dari penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden yang merupakan karyawan tetap di suatu perusahaan asuransi jiwa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa employer brand memiliki pengaruh terhadap intensi voluntary turnover, dan hubungan ini dimediasi secara parsial oleh komitmen organisasi. Sehingga untuk menjaga tingkat turnover di perusahaan, pihak manajemen perusahaan dapat mengembangkan strategi employer branding yang bisa meningkatkan komitmen organisasi untuk menjaga tingkat turnover tetap rendah.
This study aimed to analyze the effect of the employer brand to voluntary turnover intentions. In this study, researcher propose mediating variables, namely job satisfaction and organizational commitment. To measure the components of employer brand, researchers conducted an exploratory study to confirm the items that have been developed in the employer brand attractiveness. The samples of research are 100 respondents who are permanent employees in an insurance company. The results of this study indicate that the employer brand has an influence on voluntary turnover intentions, and this relationship is partially mediated by organizational commitment. So that, to keep the turnover rate in the company, the management company can develop employer branding strategies that can improve an organization's commitment to keep the turnover rate low.

This research aims to study the intentions of students in entrepreneurship by using the theory of planned behavior of Fishbein and Ajzein. This study was conducted in six state universities in Indonesia, namely University A in Northern Sumatra, University B in Western Sumatra, University C in Jakarta, University D in Yogyakarta, University E in Eastern Java and University F in Southern Sulawesi with total sample of 600 final year students. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics using SPSS 11.5 and structural equation models using LISREL software to test the models. The result shows that the theory of planned behavior is proven significant to predict students’ entrepreneurial intention simultaneously in those six universities, whereas subjective norm was the strongest variable in the modeling. However, significant differences were found between results from each university, when analyzed separately. The model has different partial impact in each university, whereas the model only worked significantly in University D and F. Meanwhile, in University A, B and E some variables do not significantly influenced entrepreneurial intention and for University C, we believe that there are other variables that may explain the students’ entrepreneurial intention in University C since the model proved insignificantly to predict their entrepreneurial intention.

Tesis ini meneliti efek mediasi dari workplace spirituality dan well-being at work dalam hubungan antara work overload dan intention to stay. Penelitian dilakukan pada 550 orang guru milenial yang bekerja di Sekolah Islam Terpadu di Indonesia. Kuesioner diberikan secara daring kepada responden, yang dipilih melalui metode purposive sampling. Studi ini menguji model teoretis yang menghubungkan work overload, workplace spirituality, well-being at work, dan intention to stay, khususnya pada guru milenial. Pemodelan persamaan struktural (SEM) kemudian dilakukan untuk menguji hipotesis, yang menunjukkan bahwa workplace spirituality dan well-being at work terbukti memediasi hubungan antara work overload dan intention to stay. Temuan ini membuktikan bagaimana pengalaman guru terkait spiritualitas dan kesejahteraan di tempat kerja memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap niat mereka untuk tinggal. Meskipun demikian, terdapat kemungkinan munculnya bias karena penggunaan data laporan sendiri dari responden. Batasan lainnya adalah penelitian yang bersifat cross-sectional, sehingga memungkinkan adanya sejumlah efek yang luput dari pengamatan. Penelitian ini menguraikan implikasi dari pengalaman spiritualitas dan kesejahteraan mereka di tempat kerja dalam konteks keinginan untuk tetap tinggal di organisasi, dan pada akhirnya berusaha untuk mengisi celah dalam literatur ilmu pengetahuan yang ada. ......This thesis examines the mediating effects of workplace spirituality and well-being at work in the relationship between work overload and intention to stay. The research was conducted on 550 millennial teachers who work in private Islamic schools in Indonesia. Online questionnaires were given to respondents, who were selected through purposive sampling method. This study examines a theoretical model that connects work overload, workplace spirituality, well-being at work, and intention to stay, especially in the context of millennial teachers. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is then carried out to test the hypothesis, in which workplace spirituality and well-being at work have been shown to mediate the relationship between work overload and intention to stay. These findings suggest that teachers' experiences of workplace spirituality and well-being at work have a significant positive effect on their intention to stay. Nonetheless, the results of this study may lead to bias due to the use of respondents' self-reported data. Another potential limitation is the cross-sectional nature of the data, which does not control for unobserved effects. This study outlines the implications of experiences of spirituality and their well-being at work in the context of a desire to remain in organizations, and ultimately seeks to fill gaps in the existing scientific literature.

Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh transformational leadership dan workplace spirituality sebagai faktor pendorong organizational citizenship behavior melalui mediasi work engagement dan affective commitment pada pegawai di bidang pelayanan publik. Responden penelitian adalah pegawai pada Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai Tipe Madya Pabean A Bogor yang menjalankan tugas di bidang kepabeanan dan cukai di kota Bogor. Total responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 153 orang dan structural equation modelling digunakan sebagai metode analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transformational leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, sementara itu workplace spirituality berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dengan mediasi work engagement dan affective commitment. ......The study aims to determine the impact of transformational leadership and workplace spirituality as antecedant of organizational citizenship behavior through mediation of work engagement and affective commitment on employees in the field of public service. Research respondents were employees at the Medium Customs and Excise Office type A Bogor. Total respondents in this study were 153 people and structural equation modeling was used as a data analysis method. The results showed that transformational leadership had a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, while workplace spirituality had a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior by being mediated by work engagement and affective commitment.

Organisasi layanan publik dituntut untuk memberikan layanan terbaik kepada masyarakat. Tingkat kepuasan pelanggan telah menjadi salah satu indikator penting bagi keberhasilan organisasi. Dalam organisasi layanan publik di mana layanan adalah produk yang ditawarkan, interaksi antara penyedia layanan dan pelanggan menjadi titik penting dalam proses memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan. Kemampuan organisasi untuk menjalankan praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia yang dapat menciptakan perilaku layanan yang diharapkan, sangat penting dalam strategi organisasi untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh human resource management practices terhadap service behaviors melalui work engagement. Penelitian ini juga menguji peran moderasi dari HRM system strength dan public service motivation terhadap hubungan antara human resource management practices dan work engagement. Penelitian ini menggunakan survei sebagai metode pengumpulan data dan melibatkan 282 responden dari BPJS Kesehatan. Menggunakan smartPLS 3.0 sebagai perangkat lunak analisis data, peneliti menemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara human resource management practices terhadap work engagement, dan  juga menemukan peran mediasi work engagement terhadap hubungan antara human resource management practices dengan in-role performance dan organizational citizenship behavior. Namun, tidak ada efek moderasi signifikan yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini.
Public service organizations are required to provide the best service to the community. The level of customer satisfaction has become one of the important indicators for the success of the organization. In public service organizations where services are the products offered, the interaction between service providers and customers becomes an important point in the process of meeting customer needs. The ability of the organization to run human resource management practices that can create expected service behaviors is very important to the organization’s strategy to achieve its organizational goals. This study examined the impact of human resource management practices to the service oriented behaviors through work engagement. The study also tested the moderating role of HR system strength and public service motivation between human resource management practices and work engagement. This research employed surveys as the data collection method and involved 282 respondents from BPJS Kesehatan. Using smartPLS 3.0 as the data analysis software, the researcher found that there was a significant impact of human resource management practices to work engagement, and also found the role of mediating work engagement on the relationship between human resource management practices with in-role performance and organizational citizenship behavior. However, there was no significant moderating effect found in this study.

Kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja merupakan isu penting yang tidak dapat diabaikan bagi karyawan, khususnya untuk karyawan yang bekerja pada lingkungan kerja dengan risiko yang tinggi, salah satunya adalah kegiatan ground handling. Beberapa tahun terakhir, perhatian yang cukup besar telah diberikan terhadap safety climate dan perannya dalam mengurangi tingkat kecelakaan kerja. Namun, penelitian terkait safety climate pada kegiatan ground handling masih terbatas. Penelitian ini menggunakan konsep safety climate untuk memahami dampaknya terhadap safety outcome melalui safety behavior sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan survei sebagai metode pengumpulan data yang utama, yang melibatkan 238 karyawan PT X yang bekerja mengoperasikan alat-alat di area apron di bandara. Peneliti melakukan uji hipotesis pada level dimensi menggunakan SmartPLS. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa safety supervision, management commitment, dan safety training memiliki pengaruh terhadap safety compliance. Sedangkan co-worker support, management commitment, dan safety training memiliki pengaruh terhadap safety participation. Lebih lanjut dalam penelitian ini ditemukan tidak ada peran mediasi oleh safety compliance dan safety participation dalam pengaruh dimensi-dimensi safety climanet terhadap safety outcome.
Workplace health and safety are important issues that should not be understated for employees especially who work on high-risk working environment, including ground handling activities. In recent years, much attention has been paid to the safety climate and its roles in decreasing the number of workplace injuries. However, there is still a limited number of studies regarding safety climate on ground handling activities. This study employed the concept of safety climate to understand how it impacts the safety outcome mediated by safety behavior. This research employed surveys as the main data collection method and involved 238 respondents from PT X who operates the ground handling equipment in the airports apron area. The researcher tested the hypothesis at the dimensions level using Smart PLS. The results showed that safety supervision, management commitment, and safety training as the predictors of safety compliance. While co-worker support, management commitment, and safety training were the predictors of safety participation. Moreover, the results also showed that there was no mediation role of safety compliance and safety participation in the impact of safety climate on safety outcome.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji bagaimana pengaruh Workplace spirituality, Iklim Kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan variabel Motivasi sebagai variabel mediasi dengan  pada PT. XYZ dengan jumlah responden 285 orang karyawan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Path Analysis dengan aplikasi Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi, iklim kerja dan workplace spirituality memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan, motivasi dapat memediasi pengaruh workplace spirituality, iklim kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai secara positif dan signifikan. ......This study aims to examine how the effect of workplace spirituality, work climate and compensation on employee performance with the motivation variable as an mediation variable with PT. XYZ in a manner. This research was conducted PT XYZ with 285 respondents. Data analysis was performed using path analysis with the Smart PLS 3.0. The results of this study indicated that workplace spirituality, compensation and work climate had a positive and significant influence, motivation mediated the effect of workplace spirituality, work climate and compensation on employee performance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari pengaruh empat tipe employee well-being berdasarkan model circumplex, yaitu work engagement, job satisfaction, burnout, dan workaholism, terhadap turnover intention. Penelitian ini juga melihat peran moderasi dari religiosity terhadap pengaruh work engagement dan turnover intention. Fokus penelitian ini adalah karyawan generasi Y di perusahaan swasta, karena penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa karyawan generasi Y memiliki kecenderungan untuk memiliki turnover intention yang tinggi. Penelitian dilakukan kepada karyawan generasi Y perusahaan swasta di Jakarta. Analisa data menggunakan Structural Equation Model pada AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa job satisfaction memiliki pengaruh yang negatif dan signifikan kepada turnover intention, dan burnout serta workaholism memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan kepada turnover intention. Namun, tidak ditemukan pengaruh work engagement terhadap turnover intention serta peran moderasi religiosity pada pengrauh work engagement terhadap turnover intention. Sehingga, organisasi perlu memperhatikan kesejahteraan karyawannya dan melakukan tindakan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja, mengurangi burnout yang dialami karyawan dan menghindarkan karyawan dari menjadi workaholik untuk mengurangi kemungkinan turnover intention.

Perusahaan perlu kemampuan adaptasi dalam memberikan lingkungan kerja yang fleksibel yang memiliki dampak langsung dan/atau tidak langsung pada kinerja pekerjaan. Flexible work arrangement (FWA) saat ini sudah menjadi tren di banyak perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis FWA terhadap employee performance dengan supervisor support dan work engagement sebagai mediasi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pengambilan data melalui metode survei. Jumlah responden terkumpul sebanyak 316 karyawan yang bekerja perusahaan startup digital di Indonesia. Data diolah menggunakan metode analisis Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan melalui mediasi work engagement dan supervisor support berpengaruh pada hubungan FWA terhadap employee performance. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan work engagement sebagai mediasi hubungan antara supervisor support dan employee performance. Supervisor support dalam bentuk dukungan bantuan pada karyawan membuat mereka merasa lebih dihargai sehingga memengaruhi kinerja pekerjaan dan keterlibatan kerja yang tinggi meningkatkan kinerja karyawan saat menggunakan pengaturan kerja fleksibel.  ......To cope with unprecedented change, remote work provides organizations with an option for a flexible work arrangement (FWA) environment to maintain performance during turbulent situations, recent research has reported that the practice has gained popularity among employees. It is essential to deepen our knowledge about the performance of employees in the context of FWA because the results of previous studies are contradictory. This study aims to examine the mediating role of work engagement and supervisor support on the relationship between FWA and employee performance. The data were collected from 316 employees working in digital startup companies in Indonesia. The research is analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM). The results show work engagement and supervisor support as a mediating role have an effect on the relationship between FWA and employee performance. The results found work engagement as a mediating relationship between supervisor support and employee performance. Supervisory support in the form of support for employees makes them feel more valued so it affects job performance and high work involvement improves employee performance while practicing flexible work arrangements

Maraknya berita PHK yang terjadi dari dampak Pandemi Covid-19 maupun efisiensi perusahaan sebagai langkah preventif dalam menghadapi resesi, tidak jarang memengaruhi pandangan individu terhadap keberlangsungan perusahaannya maupun keberlangsungan dirinya dalam perusahaan tersebut (job insecurity). Hal ini berdampak pada bagaimana keterlibatan individu dalam perusahaannya atau work engagement. Padahal, banyak penelitian sebelumnya yang menemukan pentingnya work engagement dalam bekerja. Diketahui bahwa beberapa variabel yang memengaruhi hubungan dari job insecurity dan work engagement adalah kepercayaan akan kemampuan individu dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaannya (occupational self-efficacy) dan melakukan modifikasi pekerjaan (job crafting)  yang dilakukan individu. Sehingga, tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui pengaruh mediasi dari occupational self-efficacy dan job crafting  pada pengaruh job crafting   terhadap work engagement. Penelitian ini memiliki 243 responden di Indonesia dan data yang didapat akan diuji dan dianalisis dengan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) Melalui pengolahan kuantitatif tersebut, ditemukan hasil yang signifikan bahwa variabel occupational self-efficacy dan job crafting memediasi pengaruh job insecurity terhadap work engagement. Dapat disimpulan bahwa tingkat ketidakamanan kerja yang rendah cenderung mendorong individu untuk lebih memiliki kemampuan diri dalam bekerja dan juga melakukan perubahan dalam pekerjaannya, yang berdampak pada meningkatnya keterlibatan kerja. ......The current issue regarding the massive round of layoffs is influenced by two major factors: the spillover effect of the COVID-19 pandemic and the global recession forecast in the coming years. This issue might trigger another problem in the people management area, particularly regarding job insecurity. Previous studies found that job insecurity has a negative effect on work engagement. Furthermore, there are two mediating factors that affect work engagement, namely occupational self-efficacy and job crafting. The goal of this research is to better understand the role of occupational self-efficacy and job crafting as mediators of the effect of job insecurity on work engagement. This study involved 243 respondents who were Indonesian employees, and the data is being analyzed with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with Lisrel 8.80. The findings indicate that occupational self-efficacy and job crafting have a significant impact as mediators of the effects of job insecurity on work engagement. In conclusion, low job insecurity increased employees' occupational self-efficacy and job crafting, which in turn influenced overall work engagement.
