ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat organizational citizenship behavior, kepercayaan anggota, perceived organizational support, leader member exchange, dan perilaku kepemimpinan pada dua tingkat kepemimpinan yang berbeda. Penelitian ini juga ingin mengetahui apakah perceived organizational support memediasi hubungan antara perilaku kepemimpinan top management team dan kepercayaan anggota terhadap top management team dan apakah leader member exchange memediasi hubungan antara kepemimpinan supervisor dengan kepercayaan anggota terhadap supervisor. Serta apakah ada perbedaan antara pengaruh kepercayaan anggota terhadap top management team dan pengaruh kepercayaan anggota terhadap supervisor ke organizational citizenship behavior. Responden penelitian adalah 330 staff Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa (BEM) di Universitas Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hampir semua variabel laten yang ada termasuk kategori tinggi dan hanya variabel kepercayaan anggota terhadap top management team dan perceived organizational support yang termasuk kategori sedang. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukan ada perbedaan antara pengaruh kepercayaan anggota terhadap top management team dan pengaruh kepercayaan anggota terhadap supervisor ke organizational citizenship behavior.


ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine the level of organizational citizenship behavior, member trust to top management team and supervisor, perceived organizational support, leder-member exchange, and dual level leadership behavior. This research also want to know whether perceived organizational support mediates the relationship between the top management leadership behavior and members trust to top management team and whether leader member exchange mediates the relationship between supervisor leadership behavior and member trust to supervisor. Furthermore, this reserach want to know whether there is an evidence that the effect of member trust to supervisor to organizational citizenship behaviour is difference with the effect of member trust to top management team to organizational citizenship behavior. The respondents were 330 staffs of Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa (BEM) in University of Indonesia. The results showed that all variables are in high category except the top management team leadership behavior and perceived organizational support variables which in middle category. The result also showed that there is an evidence that there is a difference between the effect of member trust to supervisor to organizational citizenship behavior and the effect of member trust to top management team to organizational citizenship behavior.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana manajemen karir organisasi dan kompetensi karir mempengaruhi kepuasan karir pada pegawai staff PT SCG Pipe and Precast Indonesia, serta untuk mengetahui apakah kompetensi karir dapat memediasi pengaruh manajemen karir organisasi terhadap kepuasan karir. Responden penelitian ini adalah 89 pegawai staff PT SCG Pipe and Precast Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kepuasan karir dipengaruhi secara positif oleh manajemen karir organisasi dan kompetensi karir. Pada uji mediasi menggunakan teknik causal step Baron dan Kenny (1986) dengan metode regresi berganda pada SPSS, dan didapat kesimpulan bahwa kompetensi karir memediasi secara parsial antara pengaruh manajemen karir organisasi terhadap kepuasan karir.
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of organizational career management and career competencies on employee career satisfaction and determine whether career competency mediates the effect of organizational career management towards career satisfaction. 89 respondents are employees of the staff of PT SCG Pipe and Precast Indonesia. Results of this research found that career satisfaction is positively influenced by organizational career management and career competencies. To determine mediation in this study uses causal step analysis developed by Baron and Kenny (1986) and uses multiple linear regression analysis in SPSS. The result found that career competency partially mediates between organizational career management influence on career satisfaction.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini mengusulkan bahwa tacit degree of knowledge memberikan pengaruh terhadap knowledge transfer melalui proses team task dan job engagement. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) yang diolah dengan menggunakan software LISREL 8.51 dengan jumlah data sebanyak 175 responden yang didapatkan dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada salah satu perusahaan e-commerce di Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil pegujian dan olah data, ditemukan bahwa team task tidak dapat memediasi tacit degree of knowledge terhadap knowledge transfer didalam perusahaan.
ABSTRACT
This study suggests that tacit degree of knowledge which related to knowledge transfer through the process of team task and job engagement. Hypothesis tested using Stuctural Equation Modelling (SEM) method and software LISREL 8.51 for data processing of 175 respondents by spreading questionnaires to one of e-commerce company in Indonesia. Result test and data processing found that team task did not have the intended effects on tacit degree of knowledge which related to knowledge transfer in those company.

ABSTRAK
Implementasi sebuah sistem HRIS dapat mempengaruhi job satisfaction dan turnover intention karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung serta besarannya antara perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude terhadap job satifaction dan turnover intention pada Direktorat Network dan Direktorat Information and Technology PT Telkomsel. Penelitian ini merupakan studi deskriptif dengan melibatkan 87 responden yang berada di kantor pusat dan beberapa kantor area Telkomsel di Indonesia. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan program SmartPLS v.2.0 M3. Hasil analisis SEM-SmartPLS-v.2.0 M3 menunjukkan bahwa perceived ease of use dan perceived usefulness memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap attitude. Attitude juga memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap job satisfaction. Begitu juga dengan job satisfaction yang juga memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Sementara perceived ease of use tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap perceived usefulness. Selain itu, attitude juga tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap turnover intention. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada PT Telkomsel, keputusan karyawan untuk berpindah dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain selain job satisfaction.
ABSTRACT
Implementation of an HRIS can affect job satisfaction and turnover intention of employees. This study aims to determine the effect of direct and indirect as well as the magnitude between perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude toward job satifaction and turnover intention on the Network Directorate and the Directorate of Information and Technology of PT Telkomsel. This research is a descriptive study involving 87 respondents who were in the headquarter and several area offices Telkomsel in Indonesia. Processing of the data in this study using the Partial Least Square (PLS) with M3 v.2.0 SmartPLS program. Results of the analysis of SEM-SmartPLS-v.2.0 M3 indicates that the perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness has a positive and significant relationship to the attitude. Attitude also has a positive and significant relationship to job satisfaction. As well as job satisfaction which also has a positive and significant relationship to the turnover intention. While the perceived ease of use had no effect on perceived usefulness. And, the attitude also had no effect on turnover intention as well. This study shows that in PT Telkomsel, the employee's decision to move was influenced by factors other than job satisfaction.

Skripsi ini membahas tentang pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja dengan kecerdasan emosi sebagai variabel moderasinya pada tenaga kependidikan Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi Universitas Indonesia. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitiatif dengan metode regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa tenaga kependidikan Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi Universitas Indonesia terbukti bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif stres kerja terhadap kinerja, pengaruh positif kecerdasan emosi terhadap kinerja, dan kecerdasan emosi tidak memoderasi pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja.
The focus of this study is to examine the effect of job stress to job performance with emotional intelligence as a moderatian s variable. Method of analysis is quantitative using multiple linear regression. This study finds that, employee of Dentistry s Faculty at University of Indonesia proven that job stres positivelly effect to job performance, emotional intelligence positivelly effect to job performance, and emotional intelligence doesn t moderated on the effect job stress to job performance.

Skripsi ini akan membahas hubungan antara persepsi gaya kepemimpinan, yaitu transformasional, transaksional, dan laissez-faire, dengan komitmen organisasi anggota, yang memiliki tiga komponen; afektif, kontinuans, dan normatif. Penelitian ini dapat dikategorikan sebagai penelitian kuantitatif, dimana penyebaran kuesioner digunakan sebagai metode pengumpulan data untuk mengukur variabel persepsi gaya kepemimpinan dan komitmen organisasi, Anggota Marching Band Madah Bahana dipilih sebagai sampel pada penelitian ini, dengan total responden sebanyak 124 orang. Setelah analisis regresi ganda dilakukan, hasil menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara persepsi gaya kepemimpinan dan komitmen organisasi anggota pada organisasi ini. Oleh karena itu, untuk menjaga standar dan eksistensi dari Marching Band Madah Bahana Universitas Indonesia, para pemimpin organisasi perlu untuk menerapkan strategi kepemimpinan, berdasarkan gaya transformasional, transaksional, dan atau laissez-faire, untuk meningkatkan komitmen organisasi anggota secara lebih jauh. ......This thesis will discuss about the relationship of perceived leadership styles, which are transformational, transactional, and laissez-faire, and member’s organizational commitment, which is indicated by three dimensions; affective, continuance, and normative commitment. This research is categorized as quantitative research, where questionnaires are used in the data collection method in order to measure the two variables of perceived leadership style and organizational commitment, and eventually its relationship. The members of Marching Band Madah Bahana Universitas Indonesia are selected as the sample for the research purpose, with 124 total respondents. After the multiple regression analysis is conducted, the result shows that there is a significant relationship between perceived leadership style and member’s organizational commitment. Therefore, in order to maintain the organizational standard and existence, it is essential for the leaders within Marching Band Madah Bahana Universitas Indonesia to implement strategies based on the transformational, transactional, laissez-faire leadership style in order to further enhance the organizational commitment of the members.

ABSTRAK
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mengevaluasi efektivitas dalam pelaksanaan lelang jabatan camat dan lurah di DKI Jakarta. Pendekatan ilmiah yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan secara umum pelaksanaam lelang jabatan camat dan lurah DKI Jakarta dapat dikatakan efektif dibanding promosi jabatan terdahulu karena terlihat ada peningkatan kinerja camat dan lurah di sebagian besar wilayah DKI Jakarta kecuali Jakarta Pusat. Namun yang perlu diperhatikan adalah biaya yang digunakan dalam lelang jabatan sangat besar dibanding pelaksanaan promosi camat dan lurah sebelumnya. Untuk itu, biaya-biaya yang kurang berkaitan dengan efektivitas lelang jabatan dapat dikurangi.
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to determining and evaluating the effectiveness of Open Selection for District Head and Village Head Position in DKI Jakarta. The scientific approach method used in the study is qualitative approach. The result of this study indicate that the general implementation of Open Selection for District Heads and Village Head’s Position in DKI Jakarta can be said to be effective than previous promotion since the performance of the District Heads and Village Head in most regions are increased. However, the main concern is the cost estimation. The cost for open selection is quite high compared to previous promotion. Hence, the costs that are less related to the effectiveness of the open selection recommended to be reduced.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pemberdayaan Pegawai, Kerja Sama, dan Pelatihan Terhadap Komitmen Organisasional Pegawai Tetap Non PNS Bidang Non Medis RSCM.Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai tetap non pns bidang non medis di RSCM sebanyak 104 responden.Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian konklusif, dengan penelitian kausal. Data penelitian ini diolah denganperangkat lunak SPSS Versi 23, menggunakan teknik Uji Regresi Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pemberdayaan Pegawaidan Kerja Sama terbukti berpengaruh signifikan dan secara positif terhadap Komitmen Organisasional, serta pelatihan tidak terbukti berpengaruh signifikan dan secara positif terhadap Komitmen Organisasional pegawai tetap non pns bidang non medis RSCM.
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of Employee Empowerment, Teamwork and Training on Organizational Commitment of Non PNS Permanent Employee Field of Non Medical RSCM. Respondents in this study were employees Non PNS Permanent Employee Field of Non Medical in RSCM as many as 104 respondents. Design of this research is conclusive, with causal research. This research data is processed by software SPSS version 23, using the technique of Regression Test results showed that the Employee Empowerment and Team work shown to influence significantly and positively to the commitment Organizational, and the training did not prove to have a significant effect and positively to the commitment of Organizational Non PNS Permanent Employee Field of Non Medical in RSCM.

Etika kerja Islam hadir menjadi panduan pekerja untuk berbuat dan bertindak berdasarkan keimanan mereka dalam melihat sisi pandang apa yang akan didapat baik di dunia maupun di akhirat. Terkadang, perusahaan memiliki kecenderungan untuk mendahulukan sebuah kepentingan, menghalalkan segala cara, untuk meraih keuntungan. Kompetisi industri khususnya perbankan yang semakin ketat dan konsumen yang makin menuntut sering menjadi faktor utama perusahaan mengabaikan etika dalam berbisnis. Dengan meningkatkan etika kerja Islam didalam diri tiap individu akan baik pulalah komitmen organisasi yang dimilikinya. Penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan metode path analysis pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh dari etika kerja Islam terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dengan mediasi oleh komitmen organisasi. Penelitian ini melibatkan 197 pekerja PT.Bank XYZSyariah cabang Jawa Tengah. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa etika kerja Islam dari tiap individu dapat mempengaruhi komitmen organisasi dan komitmen organisasi tersebut terbukti menjadi variabel mediasi etika kerja Islam terhadap organizational citizenship behavior.Kata kunci: etika kerja islam, komitmen organisasi, komitmen afektif, komitmen normatif, komitmen kontinuans, organizational citizenship behavior.
ABSTRACT
Islamic work ethics is present as a guide for workers to act based on their faith in seeing the perspective of what they would receive on the world and the afterlife. Sometimes, the Company has a tendency to prioritize an advance interests, justifies any means, do all for profit. Competition in banking industry, particularly in the consumers are increasingly demanding often is a major factor that companies ignore ethics in business By increasing Islamic work ethics for every individual will be good at the organization commitment to do more in a scope of work. This This qualitative research using path analysis in this study to look at the impact of Islamic work ethics towards organizational citizenship behavior mediated by organizational commitment. The study involved 197 workers PT.Bank XYZSyariah Central Java. The results of these studies show that the Islamic work ethic of each individual can affect organizational commitment, where the organizational commitment can mediate Islamic work ethics toward organizational citizenship behavior.
